يسلط المقال الضوء على الرموز الوارد في ديوان ( مآسي وأين الآسي؟ ) لأبي الحسن علي بن صالح، ليعرف منطلقاتها الإيديولوجية ، ويبرز أثرها البالغ في تكثيف الدلالة ،ويضع اليد على سمة فارقة من سمات الشعر الجزائري المعاصر. وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، عرفت فيها الرمز لغة واصطلاحا، ثُمَّ قُمْتُ بتتبع الرموز الواردة في ديوان (مآسي وأين الآسي) لأبي الحسن علي بن صالح، وقَسَّمتُها بعد حصرها إلى رموز دينيّة، و تاريخيّة، وسياسيّة. واعتمد المقال على المنهج الوصفي، وأفاد من مقولات الأسلوبية البنوية التي تتّسم بقراءتها للنص الأدبي قراءةً شاملةً ومتكاملةً ومنتظمةً، وتدرس نظام العلاقات بين أنظمته المختلفة ( الصوتية، والصرفية، والتركيبية، والدلالية) ، واعتمد على الوصف والتحليل والتأويل. -------- أبو الحسن علي بن صالح بن عمر شاعر جزائري من مواليد « القرارة» سنة 1906م بولاية غرداية (جنوبي الجزائر) . بالقرارة تتلمذ على يد الشيخ محمد بن الحاج إبراهيم الطرابلسي حتى أتَمّ حفظ القرآن الكريم. وفي سنة 1917 م رحل صحبة والده إلى تونس لطلب العلم، وانخرط في سلك البعثة العلمية الأولى من وادي ميزاب. فكان تلميذًا بمدرسة السلام، فالخلدونيّة، وطالبا بجامع الزيتونة. عاد إلى أرض الوطن، وفي سنة 1928م تأسست ببسكرة أول مدرسة عربية حرة عصرية، فكان بها مديرًا ومعلمًا، ومنذ ذلك العهد وهو يعمل في حقل التعليم الحر. وفي سنة 1955م انخرط في صف النضال ضد الاستدمار الفرنسي إلى أن نالت الجزائر استقلالها سنة 1962 م. وبعد الاستقلال عُين أستاذًا في التعليم الرسمي في الجزائر العاصمة حتى أحيل إلى التقاعد سنة 1971 م. وعَمِل طِيلة حياته على خدمة لغة الضّاد، وكان يعدّ تدريس اللغة العربيّة جهادًا دينيًّا وقوميٌّا ضد الاستدمار والغزو الفكري والثقافي. وعُرف بنشاطه الاجتماعي، و الثقافي والخيري في الأماكن التي استقر بها. وافه الأجل بالقرارة سنة 1994م رحمه الله، وأسكنه فسيح جنانه.(ديوان أبي الحسن علي بن صالح ، مآسي و أين الآسي ص4) ينظر: درويش، أحمد «الأسلوب والأسلوبيّة مدخل في المصطلح وحقول البحث ومناهجه "، مجلة فصول، المجلد الخامس، العدد الأول، 1984 م. ص 66.
إن اللغة العربية حازت الأفضلية على غيرها من اللغات و ذلك بتفظيل الله لها من خلال خطابه لرسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم بقوله : " لتكون من المنذرين بلسان عربي مبين " ابراهيم - آية 40 ، فقد وصفه بالبيان ، و هو أبلغ ما يوصف به الكلام ، لأن الكلام إنما وضع وسيلة للتعبير عما في النفس ، فإذا انغلق ، و أبهم لم يحقق الغرض الذي وضع من أجله ، و إذا كان مبينا أدى المقصود منه ، و على هذا لا يختلف اثنان ممن لهم علم باللغة العربية من أنها لغة لا تباري و لا تداني في الإفصاح و البيان

تعمدُ هذه الدراسة لتطبيق تقنيات السرد الحديث على نص قديم، هو فنّ المقامات، تحديدًا المقامة العُمانيّة (المقامة التاسعة و الثلاثين من مقامات الحريري39) من خلال تحليل البنية السرديّة لهذه الأخيرة، و ذلك بتتبع الخطاب السردي بالنظر إلى البنية الفنية للنص بدءا من الشخصيات الحكائية و فعالية المكان و الزمن و دورهما في تطوير سيرورة الأحداث، و مدى مطاوعة النص السردي القديم للتقنيات السردية الحديثة، و تفنيدا لما ادّعاه بعض النقاد لإبعاد فن المقامات من دائرة القصصية، فاعتبروها قصصا شعبيا لبساطة بنائها و خلوها من عناصر القصة الحديثة، إضافة إلى ذلك خصوصيتها العربية التي تزخر بغريب اللغة، و التفنن بأساليب البديع الذي ميّز أواخر القرن الرابع الهجري من العصر العباسي .
إحتل الرقيق مكانة خاصة في الخطاب السياسي لمختلف القوى التي تداولت حكم بلاد المغرب و الأندلس خلال العصر الوسيط ، ذلك أنه بحكم أهمية الرقيق خاصة من الناحيتين العددية و العسكرية فإن حضوره في الخطابات الرسمية كان أمرا مألوفا تمليه الظروف ، كما تفصح عنه النماذج التالية المقترحة

تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الإيقاع العروضي في إلياذة الجزائر ، حيت تم التطرق إلى إيقاع القوافي الداخلية وعلاقتها بالجوانب الدلالية من خلال التركيز على هندسة إيقاعية في سياقات إجرائية آخذة أشكالا شتى ، لعل أهمها التكرار المتسق أو غير المتسق للقوافي الداخلية عبر مساحات مختلفة في النص الشعري . حيث يتنوع توزيع القوافي الداخلية في مواطن متنوعة من أبيات الإلياذة ليشكل إيقاعا بصريا يسهم في تتبع هندسة إيقاعية وإن كانت عناصرها مجزأة أو متعارضة ، إلا أنها تكون في قالب متحرك ومنتظم في الأسلوب الأدبي أو الشكل الفني من جهة ، وتكوِن نظاما عاما في القصيدة من جهة أخرى ، ذلك أن الإيقاع نظام عام في القصيدة ، إذ إن بنيته تقبل التجزئة في شكلها لكنها ترفضه في كليتها . إن ما يشكل ثراء إيقاع القوافي الداخلية هو حملها لخصوصيات مكونات الإبداع الشعري وهو القافية علاوة على الموطن الجديد وهو الداخلي مقابل الخارجي ، وذلك من دون شك ينتج عنه تلوين إيقاعي مغاير . يضاف إلى ما سبق دراسة بنية إيقاعية ضمن أخرى ، أي أن البنية العروضية هي في جانب منها بنية صوتية على اختلاف هذه الأخيرة بين صوائت وصوامت ومصوتات.
لقد كانت قضية جدل الأنا و الأخر أو منظومة التقابل بين الشرق و الغرب أو طبيعة المواجهة بين الحضارة العربية و الحضارة الأوروبية واحدة من أهم التساؤلات الثقافية التي أحلت بإمعان في الفكر العربي الحديث لذلك فإن إشكالية الحوار في الفكر النهضوي من أكثر مشاريعنا الفكرية التحاما بهذه الإشكالية التي فرضت نفسها و تفرضها على واقعنا و خطابنا العربي

يتناول المقال النص الشعري الجزائري المعاصر بالدراسة، ويركز على تحولات البنية الإيقاعية في القصيدة الجزائرية اعتمادا على مدونات شعرية ابتداء من الثمانينيات إلى سنة 2000 . ويرصد محاولات التجريب التي عرفتها التجربة الشعرية الجزائرية المعاصرة عروضيا، وفي مقدمتها محاولة الخروج عن رتابة الشعر العمودي إلى شعر التفعيلة، ومنها أيضا ظاهرة التداخل العروضي ومزج الأوزان الشعرية، وظاهرة التدوير ومحاولة التخفف من بعض القواعد العروضية الثابتة في الشعر العمودي. والدراسة مشفوعة بإحصاءات ونماذج شعرية لبعض الظواهر العروضية تكشف عن تجاوب الشاعر الجزائري مع تطورات القصيدة العربية المعاصرة واستجابته لجديدها.
الحقيقة التي لا يمكن إنكارها هي أن الجزائر لم تنفصل يوما من الأيام عن انتمائها الحضاري العربي و الإسلامي ، و لم تتخلى عن التزامااتها القومية تجاه اتمتها العربية و محيطها الإسلامي . و هذه حقيقة لا يمكن أن يتنازع فيها أو يشك اثنان . و خير دليل عما أقول موقف الجزائر من القضية الفلسطينية خلال قرن كامل.

And the message of EL-ANbari to El-Mahdi , and the messageof Imam Malik to El-Rachid …etc.
تشكل المرجعية الدبية رافدا هاما من روافد الإبداع ، و بواسطتها يقبل القارىء على قراءة النص الأدبي ، بل يحفظه و يألفه و يحن إليه . إن المرجعية الأدبية هي غير الموروث الأدبي ، فالموروث هو مجموعة المعارف و الاداب و القيم و الأعراف المألوفة و المحفوظة في ضمير الأمة جيلا عن جيل .أما المرجعية الأدبية فهي صدى هذه التقاليد و الثقافات و الطرائق ، و هي مث الموروث تتدخل في تشكيل الذائقة الأدبية ، بل تحافظ على استمرار نمط معين من الفكار و النصوص و الصور و الأحاسيس ، و حينئذ فان قراءة النص الأدبي تصبح عملية مشتركة بين المبدعو المتلقي .

تعددت المقاربات التي استند إليها الباحثون في دراسة الأوضاع المذهبية لبلاد المغرب في العصر الوسيط، حيث استندت إلى التداخل الكبير بين الخطاب المذهبي وبين التحولات السياسية والعلاقات القبلية والظروف الاجتماعية، ويأتي هذا المقال ليستحضر الفعالية الكبيرة للسلطة بمختلف تمظهراتها في رسم السياسة المذهبية، حيث ينطلق من إعادة تفسير مفهوم السلطة وتجاوز التصور الكلاسيكي لها، والذي يحصره في جهاز الحكم السياسي ليدفع به نحو تصور أوسع، حيث بيرز فعالية أشكال أخرى من السلطة متمثلة في السلطة العلمية والضمير الجمعي، ويبرز استحضار مختلف الفاعلين للمنظومة المعرفية المغربية في ممارساتهم التي تدفع نحو الصراع أو التعايش، ثم يعمل على إعادة قراءة مختلف الحوادث ذات الصيغة المذهبية من خلال هذا المنطلق، فيكشف عن الدور الكبير الذي مارسته "السلط" المختلفة في مسار التاريخ المذهبي للمغاربة، ويبرز تداخل الصراع المذهبي مع الأهداف الإقتصادية والتنافس على النفوذ والسعي للتموقع الاجتماعي والتفوق الطبقي، بالإضافة إلى آليات الإستغلال المختلفة التي تتعاطى مع الوضع المذهبي بحسب المصلحة المرتقبة مستحضرة أثر الفقهاء الاجتماعي ونفوذهم.
Mostly, the cohabitation and the conflicts between the Islamic doctrines in Maghrebare briefly discussed. It touches only some precise aspects in which the impact has beenamplified according to the contexts cited by several sources. It neglects the need of asynthetic reading that considers the different interferences making doctrine’s politics inIslamic medieval Maghreb, such us: governments manipulations, competitive relationsbetween jurisprudents (foqaha), or the effect of a general authority that generallyfollowed jurisprudence theorization and political direction by: teaching, propagandaforms, convincing, mobilization and doctrine fanaticism. Sometimes, tribal conflicts, social disagreement and contention for power are being presented as a pure doctrinal conflict.There is also the nature of the religious thinking about reality and salvation. All thisaspects can give a true explanation of doctrinal conflict and violence that leads either towar and murder, or to tolerance that makes people forgive their doctrinal background formany times of cohabitation and peace. This paper tries to give a synthetic vision based onthe keys proposed by the French philosopher Michel Foucault, for an approach to thedefinition of authority and for an explanation of the interference between knowledge andauthority.
رغم قلة المصادر التي تعرضت لمنطقة الأوراس فقد حظيت باهتمام كبير من طرف الباحثين في التاريخ القديم ، فتأرجحت آراءهم بين من اعتبرها منطقة مغلقة لم تتسرب إليها المؤثرات الرومانية قط ، مما جعلها "خزانا بربار " حيث انطلق من ذلك المؤرخ الفرنسي كورتو سنة 1955 ليؤكد على ظاهرة "اليقظة البربرية " انطلاقا هذه المنطقة و ابتداء من ق 5م و بين من حاول إبرازها بوجه مسالم، متفتح على التأثيرات الرومانية من خلال زراعة الزيتونة خاصة و من خلال المنشآت العمرانية المكتشفة .

تعمدُ هذه الدراسة لتطبيق تقنيات السرد الحديث على نص قديم، هو فنّ المقامات، تحديدًا المقامة العُمانيّة (المقامة التاسعة و الثلاثين من مقامات الحريري39) من خلال تحليل البنية السرديّة لهذه الأخيرة، و ذلك بتتبع الخطاب السردي بالنظر إلى البنية الفنية للنص بدءا من الشخصيات الحكائية و فعالية المكان و الزمن و دورهما في تطوير سيرورة الأحداث، و مدى مطاوعة النص السردي القديم للتقنيات السردية الحديثة، و تفنيدا لما ادّعاه بعض النقاد لإبعاد فن المقامات من دائرة القصصية، فاعتبروها قصصا شعبيا لبساطة بنائها و خلوها من عناصر القصة الحديثة، إضافة إلى ذلك خصوصيتها العربية التي تزخر بغريب اللغة، و التفنن بأساليب البديع الذي ميّز أواخر القرن الرابع الهجري من العصر العباسي .
إن نظرية الإدراك قد تجاوزت في إستعتع مالاتها حقل علم النفس و صار بلإمكان إعطاءؤها تطبيقات في ميادين كثرة منها علم النفس التعليمي و علم النفس العيادي و نطمح نحن في هذا المجال إلى إستعمالها كمفهوم إجرائي في ميدان علم التاريخ خصوصا و أن المتخصصين في ميدان علم نفس الإدراك يؤكدون على أن " إهمال تنظيم المحرضات التي تصل إلى الحواس من العالم الخارجي يجعل المرء يعيش حالة من الفوضى الإدراكية ".

تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الإيقاع العروضي في إلياذة الجزائر ، حيت تم التطرق إلى إيقاع القوافي الداخلية وعلاقتها بالجوانب الدلالية من خلال التركيز على هندسة إيقاعية في سياقات إجرائية آخذة أشكالا شتى ، لعل أهمها التكرار المتسق أو غير المتسق للقوافي الداخلية عبر مساحات مختلفة في النص الشعري . حيث يتنوع توزيع القوافي الداخلية في مواطن متنوعة من أبيات الإلياذة ليشكل إيقاعا بصريا يسهم في تتبع هندسة إيقاعية وإن كانت عناصرها مجزأة أو متعارضة ، إلا أنها تكون في قالب متحرك ومنتظم في الأسلوب الأدبي أو الشكل الفني من جهة ، وتكوِن نظاما عاما في القصيدة من جهة أخرى ، ذلك أن الإيقاع نظام عام في القصيدة ، إذ إن بنيته تقبل التجزئة في شكلها لكنها ترفضه في كليتها . إن ما يشكل ثراء إيقاع القوافي الداخلية هو حملها لخصوصيات مكونات الإبداع الشعري وهو القافية علاوة على الموطن الجديد وهو الداخلي مقابل الخارجي ، وذلك من دون شك ينتج عنه تلوين إيقاعي مغاير . يضاف إلى ما سبق دراسة بنية إيقاعية ضمن أخرى ، أي أن البنية العروضية هي في جانب منها بنية صوتية على اختلاف هذه الأخيرة بين صوائت وصوامت ومصوتات.
توضع القوانين و التشريعات لتطبيق بحسب الأصل في الظرةف العادية ، فإذا طرأت ظروف استثنائية هذه التشريعيات قد لا تسعف الإدارة لاتخاذ التصرف الواجب و قد تؤدي الى الإضرار بمصالح الدولة

يبرز هذا البحث قيمة قراءة الثّقة " شيبة بن نصاح " اللّغوية و مكانتها بين القراءات، برغم عدم تصنيفها ضمن القراءات المشهورة لفقدانها لأحد شروط صحّة القراءة، ألا و هو تواتر الإسناد، مع توفّرها على الشّرطين الآخرين. و عند مقابلتنا لهذه القراءة – في سورة البقرة – بالقراءات العشر المتواترة، ألفيناها تتقاطع في الغالب الأعمّ مع معظمها، و في بعض الأحيان تتفوّق عليها من حيث الاختيار، و هذا ما يرفع من مكانتها، و يميّزها عن غيرها ممّا وسم بالشّذوذ لا بالتواتر و الشّهرة. الكلمات المفاتيح: شيبة - قراءة - تواتر- شذوذ - قيمة لغوية.
This research exposes the value of " SHAIBA BEN NISSAH’s " linguistic reading and its position between all the readings of the holy Quran , although it is not ranked among the legendary Qur ’anic readings since it lacks one of the criteria which is the legitimacy of the reading, which is the sequence of transmitters, and it meets the other two criteria. When we made a comparison between this reading and the other reading-in Al Baqarah’s Surat - we found, in general, that it has points in common with most of them. And it is what gives it more value and distinguishes it from irregularity.
كثيرا ما يتداول بين أوساط المهتمين بالدراسات التاريخية في الجزائر في الجزائر مقولة مفادها أن المؤرخين الغربيين و بخاصة منهم الفرنسيين الذين كتبو عن تاريخ الجزائر ، و قد تعمدو تحريف الحقائق و تزييف الوقائع لأغراض أيديولوجية معينة ، بل ذهب أصحاب هذا الإدعاء إلى أبعد من ذلك عندما اهتموا أولائك المؤرخين بالانتماء إلى " مدرسة تاريخية كولونيالية "أي غير علمية ، و دعوا لأجل التصدي لمخططات هذه المدرسة و تسفيه آرائها إلى إنشاء مدرسة تاريخية جزائرية وطنية تتولى إعادة كتابة تاريخ الجزائر وفق نظرة جديدة مغايرة

يتعرض هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل للسياسة الاقتصادية التي وضعها الرسول ﷺ عند هجرته إلى المدينة المنورة، واكتمال كيان الدولة الإسلامية وظهور معظم عناصرها العامة من مجال جغرافي، شعب ودستور. ولقد تبين لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الرسول تمكن من تنظيم و تأمين الأراضي و المياه ، وتنشيط الزراعة ، والحث على تعلم الصناعة مما شجع التبادل التجاري داخليا وخارجيا كل ذلك تم تطبيقه من خلال الكتب و المعاهدات التي عقدها مع الأفراد و القبائل.
This paper presents the study and analysis of economic policy set by the Prophet (PBUH) when he emigrated to Madinah, and completeness of the entity of the Islamic state and the emergence of the most general elements of the geographical area, the people and the Constitution. It has been shown to us through this study that the Prophet (PBUH) able to organize and secure land and water, activate agriculture and encourage the learning of the industry, which encouraged trade exchange internally and externally. All this has been implemented through books and treaties with individuals and tribes.
كان الجيش يشكل الركيزة الأساسية التى بنا عليها نظام الحكم في الجزائر في العهد العثماني شأنه في ذلك شأن الأيالات العثمانية الأخري ، حتى أن مصطلح "اوجاق" الذي كان في إستانبول يطلق على الفرق العسكرية التي يتشكل منها الجيش العثماني ، فقد كان بخصوص الجزائر يستخدم للدلالة على وحدات الجيش ، و على الأيالة ذاتها أيضا ، فيقال : "جزائر غرب أوجاني " ونظرا إلى علاقة الجيش بإستمرار نظام الحكم في الأيالة فإن الولاة العثمانيين كانوا يحرصون على تجديد عناصره بإستمرار بواسطة تجنيد المتطوعين في الأقاليم التابعة للدولة العثمانية في الأناضول بصفة خاصة ، و كذالك في أوروبا و أفريقيا و جزلر البحر المتوسط ، و جلبهم إلى الجزائر و ضمهم إلى وحدات الجيش بهاا
