عرفت العديد من المذاهب الفقهية طريقها إلى بلاد المغرب وانتشرت، إلا أن المذهب المالكي يعتبر الأبرز بينها استطاع تحقيق تطور لافتا وانتشارا مستفيدا من مجموعة من العوامل التي ترتبط بخصائص المذهب وصاحبه وبسكان البلاد الذين ارتبطوا به منذ وصوله إليهم، بالإضافة إلى دور العلماء والفقهاء الذين عملوا على خدمته ونشره، وضمان الإستمرارية إلى وقتنا الحالي، وترسيخ مبادئ السلم والتعايش داخل المجتمع خاصة وأن العهد العثماني عرف بروز وتطور المذهب الحنفي الذي مثّل مذهب السلطة الحاكمة للبلاد إلا أنه تعايش مع المذهب المالكي الذي مثّل مذهب غالبية السكان. نعمل من خلال هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب: "المذهب المالكي وجهود علمائه في ترسيخ ثقافة التعايش في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني" على دراسة مراحل تطور المذهب المالكي وعوامل انتشاره واستقراره في الجزائر و إبراز جهود علمائه في خدمته ونشره ، وفي ترسيخ ثقافة التعايش داخل المجتمع الجزائري خلال العهد العثماني.
The Maliki doctrine was able to achieve development and spread in Algeria, taking advantage of a set of factors related to the characteristics of the doctrine and the people of the country who have been associated with it since its arrival, in addition to the role of scholars who worked to serve it and spread it, and to consolidate the principles of peace and coexistence within society, especially since the Ottoman era knew the emergence and development of the Hanafi doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the ruling authority of the country, but coexisted with the Maliki doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the majority of the population. This study, entitled "The Maliki doctrine and the efforts of its scholars to establish a culture of coexistence in Algeria during the Ottoman era", is rarely taught through the stages of the development of the Maliki doctrine, its factors of spread and stability in Algeria, the efforts of its scholars in the service and dissemination of the Maliki doctrine, and the consolidation of a culture of coexistence within Algerian society during the Ottoman era.
إن المتتبع لتاريخ الأفكار يجد أن السريالية قامت على إعادة النظر جذريا في الأسس التى بني عليها صرح الحضارة الغربية بدء من تراث الفلسفة اليونانية الإغريقية ، و كانت الحرب العالمية الأولى المناخ الملائم الذي ولد نزعة التشكك و الرفض و الهدم

ملخص الدراسات التركية أو ما جرى الاصطلاح عليه باسم التركلوجيا أو علم التركيات، هو علم يبحث في تاريخ الأتراك وثقافتهم ولغتهم ولهجاتهم منذ أقدم العصور إلى العصر الحديث، كما هو شأن الدراسات المصرية، والصينية والفارسية وغيرها. ومع أن هذا العلم بدأ يشق طريقه في ميدان البحث منذ عدة قرون، في العالمين الإسلامي والأوروبي، إلا أن أهم خطوة خطاها في طريق التقدم، هي التي تمت في عام 1893 م حينما استطاع عالم اللغويات الدانماركي فيلهلم پيتر تومسن Vilhelm Ludwig Peter Thomsen، بفضل إمكاناته اللغوية الكبيرة وجهوده البحثية المتواصلة، أن يفك أبجدية أقدم النصوص الأثرية التي كُتبت باللغة التركية القديمة، وتم اكتشافها في منطقتي ينيساي جنوبي سبيريا، وأورخون / أورهون / أوركون في منغوليا، وبفضل تلك النصوص التي دوّنت عليها معلومات مهمة حول حياة الأترك القدامى، السياسية والاجتماعية والعسكرية والثقافية، أمكن معرفة مرحلة مهمة من تاريخ الأتراك تعود إلى القرن 7 الميلادي. وهذا الموضوع هو الذي عالجته الباحثة التركية "زينب قورقماز" في مقالتها هذه، وقمنا نحن بترجمتها من التركية إلى العربية، وتناولت فيها محورين أساسيين: أولهما التعريف بشخصية العالم اللغوي الدانماركي فيلهلم پيتر تومسن، وبيان إمكاناته العلمية، وإسهاماته في تطوير البحث اللغوي، والثاني جهوده في دراسة النصوص الأثرية التركية المكتشفة في "ينيساي" و"أورخون"، ونجاحه في فك أبجديتها، والنتائج العلمية العظيمة التي قدمها بفضل ذلك للباحثين في ميدان الدراسات التركية، وكذلك الفضل الذي يعترف له به الأتراك بسبب ذلك.
Le linguiste danois Vilhelm Ludwig Peter Thomsen, sa vie et ses efforts au service de la turcologie Les études turques, appelées communément la turcologie, sont une science qui traite de l'histoire, de la culture, de la langue et des dialectes des Turcs de l'Antiquité à l'ère moderne, tout comme l’égyptologie, la sinologie, l’iranologieetc.Bien que cette science ait commencé à faire son chemin dans le domaine de la recherche à la fois dans le monde musulman et le monde européen depuis plusieurs siècles, le tournant le plus important qu'il ait fait sur la voie du progrès se produisit en 1893 lorsque le linguiste danois Wilhelm Thomsen, grâce à ses grandes capacités linguistiques et ses efforts de recherche continus, put déchiffrer l'alphabet des plus anciens textes archéologiques écrits dans l'ancienne langue turque.Ces textes ont été découverts dans les régions de Yenisey au sud de la Sibérie, et Orkhon / Orhon en Mongolie. Grâce à ces textes sur lesquels des informations importantes - politique, sociale, militaire et culturelle - ont été enregistrées sur la vie des anciens Turcs, il a été possible de connaître une étape importante de l'histoire des Turcs remontant au 7ème siècle après J. C. Ce sujet est abordé par la chercheure turque Zeynep Korkmaz dans cet article, dans lequel elle aborde deux axes principaux : le premier est l'introduction du personnage du linguiste danois Wilhelm Thomsen, son potentiel scientifique, et ses contributions au développement de recherche. Le second est ses efforts dans l'étude des textes archéologiques turcs découverts à Yenissey et Orkhon, son succès dans le déchiffrement de l’alphabet, ainsi que les grands résultats scientifiques livrés aux chercheurs dans le domaine des études turques que les Turcs sont redevables.

يدرسُ هذا البحثُ بلاغةَ التمثيل في القرآن الكريم من خلال كتاب الكشاف لأبي القاسم الزمخشري، ويهدفُ البحث إلى التعريف بهذا الرجل وكتابه، وتحديد مدى أهمية التفسير البياني للقرآن الكريم، كما يهدفُ إلى بيان دور التمثيل في تجلية المعنى المراد، واستخراج بعض دقائق التمثيل ودوافعه وآثاره من كتاب الكشاف للزمخشري، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أنّ التمثيل أسلوب بياني يؤدي إلى بيان المقصود وكشف الغرض المطلوب، وفيه إبراز لخبايا المعاني، ورفع الأستار عن الحقائق، فيكون الغائب كأنه مشاهد، والمتخيل في صورة المحقق، وقد وردَ التمثيل في القرآن الكريم في مواضع كثيرة؛ ويكون على صورة تشبيه أو استعارة تأتي مناسبة لصفة الـمُمثَّل له أو حاله أو قصته، ويساهم هذا التمثيل في إثراء عنصر التشويق في التعبير، وعنصر الإقناع في المعنى.
This research studies the rhetoric of representation in the Holy Qur’an through the book “Al-Kashshaf” by Abu al-Qasim al-Zamakhshari. The research aims to introduce this man and his book, and determine the importance of the rhetorical interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. It also aims to clarify the role of representation in clarifying the intended meaning, and to extract some of the subtleties of representation, its motives and effects from a book “Al-Kashshaf” by Al-Zamakhshari. One of the most important results of the research is that representation is a rhetorical method that leads to statement of the intended, and revealing the desired purpose. In which the hidden meanings are revealed, and the statement of facts, so that the absent is as if it is a visible, and the imagined is in the form of the investigator. In addition, representation is mention in the Holy Qur’an in very many positions; it is in the form of a simile or metaphor that is appropriate for the characteristic of the model, its condition or its story. And this representation contributes to enriching the suspense in expression, and the persuasion in meaning
لا شك أن القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي يعتبر بالنسبة لتلريخ أيالة الجزائر العثمانية فترة قائمة بذاتها ، لأن الأيالة عرفت فيها أوج قوتها البحرية و كمال وحدتها السياسية بعد أن تمكنت في عام 1792 م وللمرة الخيرة من استرجاع مدينتي وهران و المرسى الكبير من ايدي الإسبان كما تمكنت الأيالة بواسطة بحريتها القوية أن تبسط نفوذها على معظم الحوض الغربي للبحر المتوسط مما جعل الدول الأوروبية توجه أنظارها نحوها و تتحد فيما بينها لإرسال الحملات العسكرية ضدها بهدف النيل منها و الاستلاء عليها.

شكل الشعر الأندلسي رافدا هاما من روافد الشعر العربي، وربما انتصب هذا الشعر خلال مراحل طويلة من تاريخ الأندلس نظيرا وندا للشعر المشرقي في عصوره المختلفة. وكافح الشعراء والنقاد الأندلسيون للظهور بمظهر التفرد والإبداع والأنوية بإزاء الجسم المشرقي المزدهي بأوليته وتاريخه الطويل. هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى فقد اعتُبر نتاج عدد لا يستهان به من شعراء الأندلس -المشبع بقيم الرفض والتمرد والاحتجاج والتفلت من الرقيب السلطوي (سلطة المركز السياسي والديني والثقافي واللغوي)- انفلاتا من القوالب النمطية ومن حاكمية الزمن ورتابته وتكلسه. واضعا السائد والعادي واليومي والمقدس موضع مسائلة واحتجاج صارخ أحيانا ومكظوم أحيانا أخرى. لقد حقق بعض الشعراء الأندلسيين طفرة حقيقية في التأسيس للصوت الأنوي وللهجة الفردية المضادة لأطروحات ومقولات الثقافة المركزية المغرقة في الطقوسية والقوالب المدحية والزمن الخطي الخاضع لمنطق القبيلة والجماعة.
tributary of Arab poetry. Perhaps this poetry, during long periods of the history of Andalusia, became a peer of oriental poetry in its various eras. Andalusian poets and critics struggled to appear unique, creative and egoistic in the face of the oriental body that boasts of its primacy and its long history. On the one hand, and on the other hand, it was considered the product of a significant number of Andalusian poets -imbued with the values of rejection, rebellion, protest and escape from the authoritarian censor (the authority of the political, religious, cultural and linguistic center) - breaking out of stereotypes and from the temporal rulership, its monotony and calcification. Putting the prevalent, the ordinary, the daily, and the ritualistic, into question and blatant protest at times, and repressed at other times. Some Andalusian poets have achieved a real leap in the foundation of the ego voice and the individual dialect against the theses and sayings of the central culture that is steeped in ritualism, eulogistic templates, and linear time subject to the logic of the tribe and the community.

لقد بنى العرب على مدى الزمان تصوراتهم عن البلاد الأخرى المجهولة أو شبه المجهولة، حسبما أظهرت المدونات السردية بدءًا من العصور الإسلامية الأولى، وصولًا إلى العصر الإسلامي الوسيط الذي شكل صعود الأدبيات الجغرافية على نحو خاص، تدخل ضمن هذه السرديات كتب الرحلات ومعاجم البلدان وكتب التأريخ الجغرافي. في هذه المدونات تظهر أمكنة حقيقية وأخرى متخيلة، ذات صفات أو أحداث خيالية ذات بعد غرائبي، وكذلك تأخذ المخلوقات التي تسكنها أشكالًا غروتسكية، تتناسب مع الطابع غير المألوف الذي يسود هذه الأمكنة، فالمخيال الذي أنتج هذه المخلوقات اعتمد التقنيات الغروتسكية في بناء هيئتها، مثل تقنية التركيب/ المزج، كالبشر ذوي رؤوس الكلاب والحيوانات ذات رؤوس البشر وأجنحة الطيور، وكذلك تقنية التشويه، كالنسناس ذي الشق الواحد، الذي له عين واحدة وأذن واحدة ونصف وجه ونصف جسد وذراع واحدة وساق واحدة، وأيضًا تقنية الإفراط في الحجم سواء بالعملقة أو بالتقزيم. بعض هذه المخلوقات يتكرر في أنحاء جغرافية مختلفة، فيما بعضها يظهر في ناحية جغرافية واحدة، ومنها ما يرجع أصله إلى الانمساخ عن البشر أو الحيوانات، فيما الآخر يعتبر خلقًا أصليًا.
Over the ages, Arabs built their own visualizations on other unknown andsemi-unknown countries. That appeared in narrative inscriptions starting fromthe early Islamic ages, continuing to medieval Islamic ages that saw the rise ofgeographic literature. It included travel books country encyclopedia andgeographical history books. These inscriptions show actual and imaginedlocalities, with imaginative characteristics or events with an exotic perspective;or imagined creatures that inhibit such localities. Such creatures appear withgrotesque shapes, as the imagination that created such species used grotesquetechniques in its building, such as combination. For example, the combinationof humans with dog heads and animals with human heads and wings. Anotherexample is disforming; such as the one sided Blemmys, with one eye, ear, face,torso, arm, and leg. A further example is size exaggeration such us giantism anddwarfism. Some of these creatures appear in multiple geographies, such as theBlemmys, while others appear in only a single locality or a single inscription.Some of these creatures trace their origin to monesterizing humans or animals,and others appear to be an original creation.

إنّ المعتمد بن عبّاد من أهمّ الشخصيّات الأندلسيّة في عصر الطّوائف على الصّعيدين السّياسي والأدبي ، إذ كان شاعرا بارزا ومشهورا آنذاك ، كما ترك لنا ديوانا شعريّا لم يترك مثله أحد من ملوك الطّوائف ،ولكنّه أسر من طرف يوسف بن تاشفين (ت 500ه) أمير المرابطين إلى أغمات بالعُدوة القصوى ،وتوفّي في أسره على حال يُوحش سماعها فضلا عن مُشاهدتها ، ونظرا لما مرّ به من أحداثٍ مُؤسيةٍ في أواخر حياته، فهل هذا يعني أنّ شعره كلّه ذو طابع ألمي، أم أنّ هناك مشاهد شعريّة طبعها الفرح ؟ و إنْ وُجدت فهل هي مشاهد فرح خالص أم أنّها امتزجت بمشاعر أخرى؟ وما هي أهمّ سمات شعريّتها ؟هذا ما ستحاول هذه المقالة الكشف عنه بالدّراسة والتّحليل.
Amongst the prominent personalities of Andalusia in the Sects’ Age was Al-Mutamad Ibn-Abbad on both ranks: politically and literally, at that time he was an eminent and a famous poet; also he has left us a poetic divan no one of the Sects’ Kings have left like him. Yet he was captured by Yusuf Ibn-Tashfeen (date: 500 AH) the Prince of the Almoravids into a dead-end enemy and he died in his captivity in the event of a monstrous case neither heard nor seen, and due to the tragic events he has experienced at his life-end, does this mean that all his poetry is grievous? Or are there any poetic scenes of gladness? If there are any, are they pure gladness scenes or are they comminuted with other emotions? And what are their main poetry features? That is what this article will attempt to detect through study and analysis.

يعدُّ النصُّ في النَّقد العربي الحديث محور العملية النَّقدية ومنطلقها، بحيث تُتَّخذ من بنيته مجالا للبحث والتحليل، ومن آفاق التلقي المختلفة الكشف عن الخطابات المتعدِّدة في الخطاب الواحد (التَّناص) الذي يبين التَّداخل والتَّقاطع بين النُّصوص، على مستويات مختلفة، الدينية والأدبية والتاريخية والتراثية وغيرها. ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نروم كشف بعض مظاهر التناص التاريخي في الخطاب الشعري لمفدي زكريا عبر إلياذته التي سافر ذكرها الآفاق، بمختلف تجلياته، سواء ما تعلق بالشخصيات أو الأزمة أو الأحداث ذات الطابع التاريخي، حيث ألفينا الشاعر وقد أحاط بالتاريخ وتمكن من استحضاره أدبيا.

And we aim to reveal the manifestations of historical intertextuality in Mufdi Zakaria's Iliad, where we found it encompassing history and was able to evoke it literary.
غن المداخلة الموالية للدكتور سميث في غنى عن شرح لقد عثر على البردية لدى الباعة بحي خان الخليل بالقاهرة سنة 1959 من قبل الدكتور سميث الذي أسعارها من البائع و حملها غلى صديقه الدكتور محمد مصطفى مدير متحف القاهرة للفنون الإسلامية ، فاكتشف لتوه انها وثيقة قديمة و نادرة ، و شاطره في هذا الرأي السيد احمد .م.حمدي محافظ الكتب العربية و مسؤول بالمتحف الذكور و لما علم الدكتور سميث بحاجة المتحف إلى تلك البردية لإضافتها إلى مكتبة ، اقترح أن يقوم هو بشرائها و تكون هدية منه لمكتبةالمتحف ، و لكنه طلب في مقابل ذلك أن يكون له شرف غهدائها لأستاذه و هو كاتب هذا البحث لكي يدرسها و ينشرها فقبل فقبل الدكتور مصطفى منه ذلك و إثر ذلك أرسلت البردية إلى السفارة الأمريكية بالقاهرة لتقديمها لحكومة الجمهورية العربية المتحدة بإسم المركز الأمريكي للبحث بمصر الذي يعتبرالدكتور سميث أمينا له.

يتناول هذا البحث بالمناقشة والتحليل والمقارنة الهمزة والألف في العربية الجنوبية أو ما يسمى بلغة المُسنَد أو اللغة اليمنية القديمة ولهجاتها المختلفة مقارنة بهما في العربية الفصحى من حيث نطقهما ورسمهما وقضاياهما المختلفة كالقلب أو الإبدال أو الحذف أو التخفيف. ونقصد بالهمزة في العربية الجنوبية الهمزة المحققة التي تظهر برسمها المعروف فيما وصلنا من نقوش المُسنَد ( نقوش العربية الجنوبية )، والمتمثلة في همزة القطع، وفي كونها حرفا أصليا في الكلمة، والتي قد تكون خففت نطقا أحيانا إلى الألف. كما نقصد بالألف الحرف الصائت بصوره المختلفة والذي لا وجود له كتابة في لغة المُسنَد بل نطقا. كلمات مفتاحية: العربية الجنوبية، المُسنَد، الفصحى، الهمزة، الألف.
This paper deals with discussion, analysis, and comparison, and the Hamza and Alef in Southern Arabic or the so-called Musnad language or the ancient Yemeni language and its different dialects compared to them in Classical Arabic in terms of their pronunciation, drawing, and their different issues such as the heart, substitution, deletion, or mitigation. And we mean by the hamza in southern Arabic we mean the verified hamza that appears by its well-known drawing as we arrived from the Musnad inscriptions, ( South Arabian inscriptions ) which is represented by the hamza of the pieces, and in being an original letter in the word, which may sometimes be reduced to a thousand. We also mean by a thousand, the vowel in its various forms, which has no writing in the Musnad language, but rather a pronunciation. Key words: South Arabic, Musnad, Classical, Hamza, Alif.
منذ بدايات الاحتلال حاربت السلطات الاستعمارية الدين الإسلامي في جميع رموزه بكل ضراوة ، و لم تسمح إلا للإيكليروس الرسمي الإسلام الذي صنعته بالمساجد الكبرى لخدمة مصالحها ، فلم يكن له تأثير ديني و معنوي على الأهالي كما تمكنت السلطات من تدجين الطرق و الزوايا
