The Maliki doctrine was able to achieve development and spread in Algeria, taking advantage of a set of factors related to the characteristics of the doctrine and the people of the country who have been associated with it since its arrival, in addition to the role of scholars who worked to serve it and spread it, and to consolidate the principles of peace and coexistence within society, especially since the Ottoman era knew the emergence and development of the Hanafi doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the ruling authority of the country, but coexisted with the Maliki doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the majority of the population. This study, entitled "The Maliki doctrine and the efforts of its scholars to establish a culture of coexistence in Algeria during the Ottoman era", is rarely taught through the stages of the development of the Maliki doctrine, its factors of spread and stability in Algeria, the efforts of its scholars in the service and dissemination of the Maliki doctrine, and the consolidation of a culture of coexistence within Algerian society during the Ottoman era. Grâce à ces textes sur lesquels des informations importantes - politique, sociale, militaire et culturelle - ont été enregistrées sur la vie des anciens Turcs, il a été possible de connaître une étape importante de l'histoire des Turcs remontant au 7ème siècle après J. C. The research aims to introduce this man and his book, and determine the importance of the rhetorical interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. It also aims to clarify the role of representation in clarifying the intended meaning, and to extract some of the subtleties of representation, its motives and effects from a book “Al-Kashshaf” by Al-Zamakhshari. One of the most important results of the research is that representation is a rhetorical method that leads to statement of the intended, and revealing the desired purpose. In which the hidden meanings are revealed, and the statement of facts, so that the absent is as if it is a visible, and the imagined is in the form of the investigator. In addition, representation is mention in the Holy Qur’an in very many positions; it is in the form of a simile or metaphor that is appropriate for the characteristic of the model, its condition or its story. The text in modern criticism is the focus of the critical process, and one of the prospects for receiving is the disclosure of discourses in a single discourse (intertextuality), which shows the overlap between texts, at different levels, religious, literary, historical, and others. And we mean by the hamza in southern Arabic we mean the verified hamza that appears by its well-known drawing as we arrived from the Musnad inscriptions, ( South Arabian inscriptions ) which is represented by the hamza of the pieces, and in being an original letter in the word, which may sometimes be reduced to a thousand.
