هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على جودة القرارات الإدارية في ضوء ممارسة الإدارة المرئية بشركات الصناعات الغذائية في قطاع غزة حيث طبقت مفردات الدراسة على ثمان شركات للصناعات الغذائية (شركة الخزندار، شركة الخليج، شركة الشوا، شركة اليازجي، طيبات الشام، شركة بيونير، شركة أبو إسكندر، شركة الايمان) تعمل في قطاع غزة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة الحقيقي من (54) شركة ومثلته عينة عشوائية بسيطة مفرداتها (205) من المناصب الاشرافية للعاملين في شركات الصناعات الغذائية واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وحققت عدد من النتائج من أهمها أن هناك علاقة طردية بين تطبيق استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية وجودة القرارات الإدارية، بمعنى كلما زاد تطبيق استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية في شركات الصناعات الغذائية كلما كان هناك جودة قرار أفضل، وأنه توجد ممارسة لاستراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية في شركات الصناعات الغذائية بوزن نسبي قدرة (75.20%) وهي نسبة مرتفعة. وأنه لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابة المبحوثين حول الإدارة المرئية لدى العاملين في المناصب الاشرافية وجودة القرارات الادارية في شركات الصناعات الغذائية بقطاع غزة تبعاً لكل من المتغيرات (الشركة، الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة). من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام شركات الصناعات الغذائية بالتدريب والتطوير للعاملين في المناصب الاشرافية بما يؤهلهم للتعامل مع استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية. من خلال التدريب وورش العمل واستدعاء ذي الخبرات. وإلى ضرورة تعزيز الاعتماد على استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية في شركات الصناعات الغذائية من أجل تحقيق جودة اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في شتى المناصب الإدارية.
يعد بناء سياحة مستدامة في الجزائر مسألة مهمة من أجل تحقيق التنمية، وبالرغم من امتلاك الجزائر للعديد من المقومات السياحية والجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة للنهوض بهذا القطاع، غير أنه فشل في تحقيق نقلة نوعية في جعل الوجهة الجزائرية جذابة سياحيا بسبب القصور في السياسات والاستراتيجيات المنتهجة لتركيزها خصوصا على الجانب الكمي من إنجاز الهياكل وتوسيع الحظيرة الفندقية، إضافة إلى عدم الاستقرار المؤسساتي لوزارة القطاع. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مسألة بناء القدرات باعتبارها عملية أساسية لتنمية السياحة المستدامة في الجزائر. بتركيزها على بناء القدرات المحلية البشرية والتنظيمية والمؤسسية، إلى جانب تكاثف الجهود بين مختلف الفواعل الرسمية المركزية واللامركزية من جهة، ومؤسسات غير حكومية من مجتمع مدني ومواطنين وانخراط في الجهود الدولية، من جهة أخرى.
Building sustainable tourism in Algeria is an important issue in order to achieve development, Despite Algeria's ownership of many tourism potentials and the efforts made by the state to advance this
sector, it failed to achieve a qualitative leap in making the Algerian destination tourist-attractive due to the shortcomings in the policies and strategies adopted by focusing in particular. On the quantitative side of the completion of the structures and the expansion of the hotel and tourism enterprises, in addition to the institutional instability of the Ministry of the Sector.
This study aims to clarify the issue of capacity building as an essential process for the development of sustainable tourism in Algeria. By focusing on building local human, organizational and institutional capacities, as well as intensifying efforts between the various central and decentralized official actors on the one hand, and non-governmental institutions of civil society and citizens, and their involvement in international efforts, on the other hand.

The study aims to determine the relationship between social responsibility and perceived quality of service from the point of view of graduate students, a sample of 180 graduates from one college. The only response was 82.5% 148 and the survey list was designed using Google models to measure study variables. Statistical analyses were conducted using (SPSS.V.25), and study assumptions were tested using descriptive methods such as averages, percentages, and standard deviation, as well as analytical methods such as simple linear regression, and study results: most important: 1. The social responsibility dimensions of qualified colleges have a morally positive impact on the perceived quality of service from the perspective of graduate students. The study made many recommendations that could help relevant colleges strengthen the dimensions of social responsibility and improve the quality of service, most importantly by providing standards and methods for measuring social responsibility and perceived quality of service to college clients periodically.
في هذه الدراسة المركزة خلاصة عن كليات السياسة والحضارة في القرآن الكريم.
حاولتُ من خلالها بيان مفهوم القرآن الكريم ومفهوم السياسة الشرعية، ومفهوم السياسة الوضعية، ومفهوم الحضارة؛ ثم بيّنتُ بعض المعالم السياسية والحضارية الكبرى التي أصّل لها القرآن الكريم مثل السياسة الدستورية والسياسة الاقتصادية والسياسة الجنائية، وعناصر وشروط بناء الحضارة ثم استقرأتُ المبادئ السياسية والحضارية الكبرى من خلال آيات القرآن الكريم.
وتستهدف هذه الدراسة قراءة تأملية للقرآن الكريم من خلال فلسفة الحضارة والسياسة الشرعية، وبيان أنه كتاب هداية وفيه مبادئ جميع العلوم ومن بينها السياسة والاقتصاد وفلسفة الحضارة.
وتوصلتُ إلى أنّ القرآن كتاب هداية وأسس للمحاور الكبرى لعلوم كثيرة منها السياسة والاقتصاد والقانون، وفلسفة الحضارة والتاريخ.
Within this emphasis study, there is a summary about the main utters and civilization within the holy Qu'ran.
So, I tried to explain the meaning of the holy Qu'ran and the concept of the legal policy. Then to show the concept of the positive policy and civilization.
I explained then some political and civilized landmarks that have been detailed through the holy Qu'ran. Such as constitutional and economical policies and either criminal. And the paths for building a huge civilization.
I read up then the main political and civilized principles within the Qu'ranic verses.
I aimed that this study Will be a contemplative reading from the civilization's philosophy and legal policy, and to show that the Qu'ran is a universal book containing different sciences and knowledges.

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الانزياح في شعر حبيب الزيودي، وذلك من خلال الوقوف على بعض النماذج التي تمثل لهذه الظاهرة، تلك التي منحت النص الشعري جمالية التعبير، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بالوقوف على هذه الظاهرة في بعض النماذج الشعرية، وتحليل تلك النماذج ودراستها، وقد أظهر البحث مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن الانزياح يشكل قيمة فنية مكثّفة للحدث والرؤيا الشعرية، وهو عند بعضهم أداة لتمييز اللغة الشعرية عن اللغة التواصلية. وأن دلالة الانزياح تتمحور حول التباعد واختراق المعيار، والخروج عن السائد والمألوف في الأداء اللغوي، وخرق الدلالة الأولى التي يقتضيها ظاهر الاستعمال؛ لإنتاج دلالة قادرة على إكساب النص والخطاب بعدًا فنيًّا وجماليًّا. وأن حبيب الزيودي نوّع من توظيفه للانزياح، مما أضفى على لغته الشعرية جمالية وتماسكًا نصيًّا، مما نتج عنه صور فنية أغنت تجربته الشعرية.
على الرغم من أن الاعتقاد السائد في الأدبيات النظرية في العلاقات الدولية أن نظرية توازن القوى هي واحدة ومتفق عليها، إلا أنه هناك العديد من إصدارات نظرية توازن القوى والتي لا يمكننا حتى سردها جميعًا، ناهيك عن مسحها أو اختبارها، ينصب تركيزنا على ما يمكن اعتباره بحق الاقتراح الأساسي/التأسيسي للنظرية، والذي يفترض أنه نظرًا لأن الوحدات في الأنظمة الفوضوية لها مصلحة في تعظيم احتمالات بقاءها على المدى الطويل (الأمن)، فإنها ستتحقق من تركيزات القوة ( الهيمنة) عن طريق بناء قدراتها الذاتية (الموازنة الداخلية)، وتجميع قدراتها مع قدرات الوحدات الأخرى في التحالفات (الموازنة الخارجية)... وعلى العموم إن الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو حصر أبرز وجهات النظر الاساسية لتفسير توازن القوى في العلاقات الدولية ضمن إطاره النظري والبحث والتحقيق في المحاججات التي يقدمها كل رأي.
Although the prevailing belief in the theoretical literature of international relations is that there is only one version the balance of power theory is and agreed upon, but There are so many versions of balance-of-power theory that we cannot even list them all, let alone survey or test them. Our focus is on what might rightly be regarded as the core/foundational proposition of the theory, which posits that because units in anarchic systems have an interest in maximizing their long-term odds on survival (security), they will check concentrations of power (hegemony) by building up their own capabilities (internal balancing), aggregating their capabilities with those of other units in alliances (external balancing)
On the whole, the aim of this research paper is to focus on the most fundamental points of view to explain the balance of power in international relations, within its theoretical framework, research and investigation of the arguments presented by each opinion.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الصورة الفنية في شعر الشيخ محمد بن راشد المكتوم من خلال دراسة وتحليل بعض أشعاره، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أن الصورة الفَنّيّة عند الشيخ محمد بن راشد المكتوم تنوعت وتعددت، فأجاد الشَّاعِر في توظيف التشبيه، والصور المعتمدة على الحركة، وتلك المعتمدة على الصوت، ليرسم صوره الفَنّيّة التي عبرت عن قدرته بتطويع اللغة كيفما شاء. وأن ما يميز صوره الفنية أنها تعتمد في مصدرها على الطبيعة، خاصة البيئة البدوية، فأظهر ذلك دراية ومعرفة بمعالم الطبيعة.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مكانة رئيس الحكومة، ودوره في كل من النظام السياسي الجزائري واللبناني، وما له من صلاحيات للإشراف على الطاقم الحكومي، وإعداد السياسة العامة، والعلاقة التي تربطه بمختلف المؤسسات في الدولة، وأوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين هاذين النظامين. تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول موقع رئيس الحكومة في كل من النظام السياسي الجزائري واللبناني. للإحاطة بمختلف جوانب الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف منصب رئيس الحكومة، في كل من الجزائر ولبنان، وتحليل العلاقة التي تربطهما مع مختلف الهيئات، والمنهج المقارن لاستنتاج أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه بالرغم من أن تعيين وإنهاء مهام رئيس الحكومة - الوزير الأول - في النظام السياسي الجزائري واللبناني من صلاحيات رئيس الجمهورية، إلا أن الاختلاف يكمن في طريقة التعيين، ففي الجزائر ربط المشرع ذلك بما تفرزه الانتخابات التشريعية من نتائج، في حين يتم تعيين رئيس الحكومة اللبناني بعد استشارة المجلس النيابي من قبل رئيس الجمهورية، وقد جرى العرف في لبنان أن يتم اختيار رئيس الحكومة من الطائفة السنية، وإذا كان رئيس الحكومة اللبناني مسؤول أمام المجلس النيابي الذي يمنح الثقة للحكومة، فإن رئيس الحكومة - الوزير الأول - الجزائري مسؤول مسؤولية مزدوجة أمام رئيس الجمهورية والبرلمان. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن رئيس الحكومة في كلا النظامين يتمتع بصلاحيات تختلف باختلاف طبيعة هاذين النظامين، بحيث تتبنى الجزائر نظام شبه الرئاسي يتقاسم فيه رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة الصلاحيات، في حين يتبنى النظام اللبناني النظام البرلماني الذي يتمتع فيه رئيس الحكومة بصلاحيات أوسع، وبذلك فرئيس الحكومة اللبناني يتمتع بمركز أفضل من نظيره الجزائري.
This study aims to highlight the position of the president of government and his role in both the Algerian and Lebanese political system, and his powers to supervise the government staff, the preparation of public policy, his relations to the various institutions in the State, and the similarities and differences between these two systems. The study problematic revolves around the position of the president of government in both the Algerian and Lebanese political systems, using of a descriptive analytical method and a comparative approach.
The study found that although the appointment and termination of the duties of the president of government- the prime minister - in the Algerian and Lebanese political system is the prerogative of the president of the republic, the difference lies in the method of appointment. In Algeria, the legislator linked it to the results of the legislative elections, while the appointment is made. The Lebanese president of government, after consulting the parliament by the president of the republic, and it is customary in Lebanon that the president of government is chosen from the Sunni community, and if the Lebanese president of government is responsible before the parliament that gives confidence to the government, the Algerian president of government- prime minister - is responsible before the President of the Republic and Parliament.

تناولت الدراسة السياسة النقدية وأثرها الاستراتيجي على سعر الصرف بالتطبيق على السودان في الفترة من 2000 إلى 2016م، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى السياسة النقدية والتحديات والمشاكل التي تواجهها، وتحليل وتفسير مكونات النظام النقدي في الدول النامية بصفة عامة والسودان بصفة خاصة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على السياسة النقدية وأثرها الاستراتيجي على سعر الصرف. خرج البحث بالعديد من النتائج من أهمها وجود علاقة طردية بين السياسة النقدية وسعر الصرف أي تغيير يطرأ على السياسة النقدية يعقبه تغيير في سعر الصرف، وأن سياسات سعر الصرف مؤثرة وتلعب دوراً مهماً ومقدراً في الاقتصاد السوداني بصفة كبيرة، وأن تذبذب سعر الصرف أدى إلى تدهور في المؤشرات والمتغيرات الاقتصادية وخاصة الميزان الخارجي. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من التوصيات من أهمها يجب الأخذ في الاعتبار سياسات سعر الصرف والسياسات النقدية الاستراتيجية عند رسم السياسات الاقتصادية، وأخيراً يجب التنسيق بين السياسات الاقتصادية كما يجب أن تكون محققة للنمو والاستقرار وإلا سيكون دور السياسة النقدية قاصراً على حل مشكلة معينة فقط.
نال موضوع البترول أهمية كبيرة للخصائص المميزة له والتي جعلت منه المصدر الرئيسي للطاقة في العالم وشريان الحياة الاقتصادية، ما جعل الدول المنتجة له ومن ضمنها الجزائر تسعى دوما للحفاظ عليه وحماية استغلاله، وبما أن عقود البترول هي الوسيلة القانونية لاستغلال تلك الثروات البترولية قامت تلك الدول بتطوير عقودها وتشريعاتها النفطية وجعلها تتماشى مع تطور النشاط البترولي في العالم، وقد كانت البداية خلال الفترة الاستعمارية أين كانت الجزائر تأخذ بعقود الامتياز التقليدية التي كانت مجحفة في حق الدولة في استغلال ثرواتها البترولية، لتعدل صيغ العقود بعد الاستقلال الى صيغ حديثة تمثلت في عقود المشاركة وعقود اقتسام الإنتاج وعقود الخدمات، ومن خلال قانون المحرقات 05-07 تم انشاء سلطة الضبط في القطاع لتتولى مهام تنظيم القطاع وتسييره وفرض الرقابة عليه أين كانت محتكرة في السابق من طرف الدولة.
وعلى هذا الأساس؛ جاءت هذه الدراسة لإظهار هذا التطور الذي مس العقود البترولية في الجزائر منذ اكتشاف البترول سنة 1957 في الجزائر إلى غاية مرحلة الإصلاحات الأولى والثانية التي مست جميع الميادين الاقتصادية بما فيها قطاع المحروقات
The subject of oil has gained great importance for its distinctive features, which have made it the main source of energy in the world and the economic lifeline, which has made the producing countries, including Algeria, always strive to preserve it and protect its exploitation, and as oil contracts are the legal means to exploit this oil wealths, these countries have developed their oil contracts and legislation and put it in line with the development of oil activity in the world.
And the beginning was in thecolonialperiod when algeria wasusingthe coccesion formulas wich were unfairtowards the country for using its petroleum wealth to adjust contracts formulas after the idependence into new ones in partnersship production sharing and service contracts and throgh hidrocarbon lawe 05-07 a control authority has been created in the hydrocarbon sector.
On this basis, this study showed the evolution that has affected oil contracts in Algeria, from the discovery of oil in Algeria to the first and second stage of reforms, which have affected all economic areas, including the hydrocarbons sector.

هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة حقيقة الإعلان الإلكتروني من حيث الشكل والنوع والممارسة. ومدى انعكاساته على استلاب الهوية الثقافية لرواد المجتمعات الافتراضية. (الشباب العربي أنموذجاً) وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (الاستنباطي) لإجراء الدراسة، وأداتي الملاحظة، والاستبيان الإلكتروني لجمع المعلومات. وشارك في الدراسة (100) مبحوثاً من الطلاب والشباب في عدد من الدول العربية. وأظهرت الدراسة أن الشباب العربي من الجنسين يهتمون بالتواصل عبر منصات المجتمعات الافتراضية، وهذا يجعلهم عرضة لتلقى الإعلانات الإلكترونية، التي لها تأثير على استلاب هويتهم الثقافية. وأن المجتمعات الافتراضية تلعب دوراً مهماً في استلاب الهوية الثقافية من خلال التعرض الدائم للإعلانات الإلكترونية. وقد اشتملت الدراسة علاوة على الإطار العام للمشكلة على ثلاثة متغيرات وهي:( الإعلانات الإلكترونية، واستلاب الهوية الثقافية، والمجتمعات الافتراضية). وفي نهاية الورقة خرج الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة زيادة الوعي الثقافي لدى الشباب العربي وتبصيرهم بمخاطر الإعلانات الإلكترونية، وأثرها على سلب الهوية الثقافية من خلال الندوات والمحاضرات، والورش التدريبية التي تُأطر للقيم العربية الأصلية، وترسخ مفاهيم الثقافة الإسلامية في عقول الشباب. كما يوصى الباحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من البحوث الاكاديمية التي تتعلق بقضية الاعلانات الإلكترونية وانعكاساتها على استلاب الهوية الثقافية لدى الشباب العربي.
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة موضوع في إطار النظم السياسية، وإدارة الحكم، حيث سيتم التطرق إلى إشكالية تتعلق بالانتقال من اللامركزية في صنع القرار إلى تجسيد نظام الحكم الحلي، هذا الأخير الذي يتجه نحو تجسيد الديمقراطية المحلية، عبر تشجيع المشاركة في صناعة السياسة التنموية المحلية، في مؤسسات الحكم المحلي. كما تستهدف الورقة بحث الأسس القانونية والسياسية التي جاءت في سياق الانتقال نحو الحكم المحلي في تونس، لاسيما دراسة أهم الفصول التي دسترها المشرع في دستور 2014، وقانون الجماعات المحلية لسنة 2018، وبناء عليه توصلنا إلى أن الانتقال نحو الحكم المحلي بتونس نابع من المركزية المطلقة التي ميزت نظام الحكم في تونس قبل 2011، مما انعكس سلبا على إدارة شؤون الدولة والمجتمع.
The research paper aims to address a topic in political systems and the administration of governance. It will deal with the transition from the decentralization of decision-making to the incarnation of the local governance system. The latter is heading towards embodying local democracy through encouraging participation in making the local development policy in local governance institutions. The paper also aims to examine the legal, political basis that came in the context of the transition towards local governance in Tunisia, especially studying the most important chapters that were covered by the legislator in the 2014 constitution, as well as the Basic Law of 2018 related to the Local Communities Code. Therefore, we concluded that the transition towards local governance in Tunisia stems from the absolute centralization that characterized the system of governance in Tunisia before 2011, which negatively affected the administration of governance.

تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عجز النظم التقليدية للتكاليف عن توفير عدالة تخصيص التكاليف علي أغراض التكلفة النهائية ، وبالتالي صعوبة الإعتماد عليها في إتخاذ القرارت الإدارية ، هدفت الدراسة إلي دراسة الاتجاهات الحديثة في نظم التكاليف كبديل لنظم محاسبة التكاليف التقليدية ، مع امكانية تطبيقها كنظم تسهم في معالجة الإنتقادات الموجهة للمدخل التقليدي في محاسبة التكاليف ، وبخاصةً في ظل واقع الإنتاج والتصنيع الحالي . إفترضت الدراسة أن النظم التقليدية للتكاليف ، تظهر نصيب وحدة الإنتاج من التكاليف بصورة غير حقيقية وغير دقيقة ، ولا تساير التطور التكنولوجي ، بما يسهم في إضعاف الموقف التنافسي للمنتجات ، كما إن تطبيق النظم الحديثة في محاسبة التكاليف تحقق الرقابة علي عناصر التكاليف بالمنشأة وتعمل علي تخفيضها، ويؤدي تخفيض تكلفة التشـغيل إلي زيادة الأرباح وتحقيق أهداف المنشأة ، الأدوات التي استخدمت في جمع البيانات تمثلت في السجلات الرسمية للشركة ، بجانب المقابلات الشخصية مع بعض المسئولين بالشركة ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لنظم محاسبة التكاليف الحديثة ، مع المزيد من الإهتمام بها ( من قبل الدولة ) عبر الوسائل والوسائط المختلفة ، بجانب إلزام المؤسسات ذات الطابع القومي بضرورة تطبيقها ، مع تشجيع القطاع الخاص بذلك .
تتضمن العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية المتعلقة بحماية حقوق الأطفال المهاجرين العديد من الحقوق بما في ذلك الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وقد تم على مستويات مختلفة تنفيذ العديد من التدابير لحماية هذه الفئة من الأطفال، على أن اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لعام 1989 شكلت خطوة مهمة في إنشاء ترسانة قانونية من خلال وجود حقوق لجميع الأطفال بما فيهم الأطفال المهاجرين.
إلا أن الأطفال المهاجرين لاسيما من هم في وضع غير قانوني تواجههم العديد من التحديات التي تحول دون حماية حقوقهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
تستهدف هذه المقالة معالجة مدى الحماية التي وفرتها اتفاقية حقوق الطفل للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للأطفال المهاجرين تحديدا، مع تسليط الضوء على التحديات التي تواجهها هذه الحماية وسبل تجاوزها أو التقليل من حدتها وتحسين قدرات الدولة المستقبلة لحماية حقوق المهاجرين.
At various levels have been implemented to protect migrant children, many international and regional conventions on the protection of this category of children, including economic, social and cultural rights, state that the 1989 convention on the rights of the child constitutes an important step in establishing a legal arsenal through the existence of rights for all children, including migrant children.
However, migrant children, especially those in an illegal situation, face many challenges that prevent the protection of their economic, social, and cultural rights.
This article aims to treat to which extent the convention on the rights of the child has protected the economic, social, and cultural rights of the migrant children in particular, and to identify the challenges that this protection face and ways to overcome or reduce their severity and improve the capabilities of the receiving state to protect the rights of migrants.

جاءت الدراسة بعنوان : الحوار في السنة النبوية المطهرة ، تهدف الدراسة إلي إعلاء قيمة الحوار ، وبذلت الباحثة جهدا موفقا في التعريف بالحوار وبيان أنواعه ، ثم تناولت الدراسة نمازج من حوار النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وقد حرصت الباحثة على ذكر بعض آداب الحوار في القرآن الكريم واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الإستقرائي و المنهج التاريخي و إعتمادا على المصادر والمراجع الإصلية ونسب المنقولات إلى أصحابه والآيات إلى سورها ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بخاتمة و عدد من النتائج والتوصيات :
من أهم دواعي الحوار ومبرراته وسيلة شرعية لتبليغ رسالة الإسلام وحمل الأمانة إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى ، وهو ضرورة علمية يعرضها يفرضها الواقع العالمي القائم على الإتصال بين الأمم والشعوب ، ويجب على المسلمين المتحاورين فهم الآخرين وتفهم واقعهم ، ومعرفة الحقائق والتعامل معها .
ومن خلال الدراسة يتضح أنه يمكن للمسلمين بالحوار أن يعيدوا أصول قضايا الدين ، وأن الحوار ظاهرة إلآهية وجدت قبل خلق الإنسان ، فهو وصف جديد لحقيقة قديمة بدأت منذ أن خلق الله السموات والأرض ، وأن موضوعات الحوار في السنة النبوية المطهرة، جاءت محققة للأهداف المشروعة ، وأن تحديد أهداف الحوار ومعرفة غايته يؤدي إلي الثمرة المطلوبة منه وبذلك تتحد موضوعاته ، أساليبة وآدابه
التوصيات :
توصي الباحثة بالاتي : دراسة أنواع الحوار الواردة في كتاب الله وسنه رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم والإقتداء بها في حواراتنا ، والحرص على دراسة ماورد إلينا من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأصحابه الكرام رضي الله عنهم الله ، الذين كانوا أشد حرصاَ علي التحلي بآداب الحوارفي كلامهم .
إنشاء قنوات خاصة بنشر ثقافة الحوار، وأقامة ندوات عن أدب الحوار ودوره في جميع شؤون الحياة ، وعلي المؤسسات الدعوية أن تعرف أن الحوار وآدابه من المطالب الشرعية التى قام عليه دين الإسلام ووسئلة من وسائل الدعوة للأخرين
يجب غلي الحكومة الشرعية التحرك السريع إتهاء الصراع وتغليب لغة الحوار.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة حق من حقوق الإنسان وهو الحق في الغذاء الكافي، الذي يحظى بأهمية بالغة على جميع المستويات، بالنظر لجوانبه المتعددة، فما يتداول حاليا عن المشكلة الغذائية، بات أمرا بالغ الخطورة على الأمة، لما ينطوي عليه ذلك من تهديد لكيانها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي وحتى الأمني، فرغم ما يحظى به الغذاء من أهمية كحق من حقوق الإنسان، وباعتباره ضرورة من ضرورات الحياة وأحد المتطلبات الأساسية اليومية للإنسان، فضلا عن دور القوانين الوضعية المعاصرة في تكريسه وحمايته، لاسيما على المستوى الدولي، وما يترتب عن ذلك من التزامات على عاتق الدول، إلا أن الإنسان لا يزال لحد الساعة وفي أجزاء عديدة من العالم بحاجة ماسة للغذاء، مما يعني أن ضمان التمتع الفعلي والكامل بهذا الحق لم يتحقق بعد، لذا تبقى الجهود الدولية المبذولة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتمتع الفرد بحقه في الغذاء غير كافية.
This study aims to address one of the human rights, which is the right to adequate food, which is of great importance at all levels, given its many aspects. What is currently circulating about the food problem has become a very dangerous matter for the nation, because of the threat that this entails of its economic and social entity Cultural, political, and even security, despite the importance of food as a human right, and as a necessity of life and one of the basic daily requirements of the human being, in addition to the role of contemporary man-made laws in consecrating and protecting it, Especially at the international level, and the consequent obligations of states, yet the human being remains until now and in many parts of the world in urgent need of food, which means that ensuring the actual and full enjoyment of this right has not yet been achieved, so the international efforts exerted in Achieving food security and the individual's enjoyment of his right to food is insufficient.

تعدّ الأهازيج الشعبية أحد مكونات الثقافة والمأثور الشعبي في كل دولة والذي يٌعد عنصرا أصيلا في مقومات الحضارة لذلك فإن العديد من الفنانين من ثقافات متعددة يشعرون بالحنين لثقافتهم ويعتزون بهويتهم فتجدهم يبحثون في التراث كمصدر إلهام عريق وأصيل وتظل الأهازيج الشعبية أحد أكثر عناصر الثقافة جاذبيه التي لجأ لها الفنانين للتعبير عنها. إلا أن أساليبهم في التعبير مختلفة ومتنوعة. لذلك فقد جاء هذا البحث بهدف وصف أساليب الفنانين في التعبير وكيف تناولوا موضوع الأهازيج في أعمالهم الفنية. ووصف خصائص الأهازيج للبحث عن نقاط التلاقي بين خصائص الأهزوجة والأعمال الفنية. وقد خلُص البحث إلى أن الفنانين عبرن عن الأهازيج بثلاثة طرق بعضهم عبر بشكل مباشر من خلال رسم الأدوات المستخدمة في أداء الأهازيج. وبعضهم عبرن بالفعل والتفاعل مع الصوت بالرقص والتمايل. وبعظهم بكتابة الكلمات حيث إن الكلمة هي مصدر قوة وجمال الأهزوجة.
من الواضح أن دولة قانون السوق في حاجة إلى إعادة صياغة دورها كسلطة ناظمة غير منسحبة من الشأن الاقتصادي وغير موجهة له، بل لها موقع بين المنزلتين، فهي تقود قطاع الأعمال حيث يشاء، ولكن بالطريقة التي تراها أنسب للمحافظة على النجاعة الاقتصادية وكذا النظام العام الاقتصادي، وقد بُلور هذا التدخل ضمن إطاره القانوني من خلال وضع قواعد ومبادئ تقوم عليها المنافسة تحت مسمى قانون المنافسة والقوانين المكملة له، غير أن الدولة لم تكتف بحدود هذا التدخل، بل ضمن نصوص نفس القانون فرضت قيود من شأنها أن تعيق الحرية التنافسية بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين بغرض ضمان استمرارية السوق والحفاظ على الصالح العام الوطني وتحقيق أكبر حماية للمستهلكين، إضافة إلى أن حداثة التوجه الليبرالي المتبنى من شأنها خلق حواجز إدارية وإشكالات قضائية.
وتتجلى إشكالية الدراسة في بيان مدى تأثير الآليات القانونية التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري لضبط السوق على مبدأ حرية المنافسة؟ وذلك من خلال تقسيم الدراسة محورين: المحورالأول: التشريعات الناظمة للسوق والمقيدة لمبدأ حرية المنافسة. المحور الثاني: الحواجز الإدارية والإشكالات القضائية التي تعيق مبدأ حرية المنافسة.
وتوصلنا إلى أن المشرع الجزائري قد أقر قيود تشريعية من شأنها أن تعيق تفعيل مبدأ حرية المنافسة.
It is clear that the state of market law needs to reformulate its role as a regulating authority, which is not withdrawn from economic issues and not directed to it, but rather it has a position between the two, since it leads the business sector as it pleases, but in the most appropriate way to maintain the economic efficiacy as well as the general economic system.
This intervention was elaborated within its legal framework through the development of rules and principles on which competition is based under the name of competition laws and its complementary laws.
However, this intervention is not enough for the state, but within the provisions of the same law, the state imposed restrictions that would hinder competitive freedom among economic dealers with the reason of ensuring market continuity and preserving the national public good and achieving the greatest protection for consumers.
In addition, the modernity of the adopted liberal approach would create administrative barriers and judicial issues.
The problematic of the study is reflected in the statement of the impact of the legal mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislature to control the market on the principle of freedom of competition? This is done by dividing the study into two axes:
The first axis: Legislation regulating the market and restricting the principle of freedom of competition.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى ما إذا كان هناك أثر لبعض العوامل الداخلية على معدل الربحية للبنوك العاملة في السودان، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات التالية: تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في رأس مال البنوك على معدل الربحية. وأيضاً تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في موجودات البنوك على معدل الربحية. وأخير تحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه التغير في حجم التمويل المصرفي على معدل الربحية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين رأس المال البنوك وربحية المصارف التجارية ، عليه كلما زاد رأس مال البنوك بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 1.6 . ووجود علاقة طردية بين اصول (موجودات ) البنوك وربحية المصارف التجارية ، عليه كلما زادت الاصول وموجودات البنوك التجارية بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 2.6 و أن زيادة حجم التمويل المصرفي بوحدة واحدة سيؤدي الى زيادة ربحية المصارف التجارية ب 5.3 وأوصت الدراسة: ضرورة العمل علي الاستمرار في تعزيز وزيادة رؤوس اموال البنوك مما سيزيد من معدلات ربحية البنوك التجارية، كما أنه يجب على ادارات المصارف التجارية العمل على تنويع استثماراتها من اجل زيادة الايرادات وتقليل المخاطر
تتمثل أراضي العرش في كون أنها موروث إجتماعي وتاريخي قد إرتبطت معالمه بمجتمعات وما يحكمها من أعراف وتقاليد، وبسياسات وما يترتب عنها من توجهات وأنظمة، جعلت من إحتواء هذه الأراضي مسألة معقدة، لاسيما وأنها تجمع بين مركزين مختلفين دولة مالكة لها حق التصرف في ملكيتها وجماعة حائزة لها الانتفاع بهذه الأرض.
لذلك لم يستقر نظام حيازة أراضي العرش على وضع واحد فتوزع بين إنتفاع مقنن اتخذ صور أنظمة عديدة آخرها إمتياز، وإنتفاع عشوائي كان الأكثر إتباعا في إستغلال هذه الأراضي.
ولكن أيا كان وضع حائزها فإن له السيطرة الفعلية عليها والتي بالرغم من أنها لا تكسبه ملكيتها ولكن تمنحه الحق في درء أي تعرض من شانه أن يعكر حيازته لأرض العرش.
أراضي العرش من بين الأسباب التي صعبت مهمة التحكم في الوضعية العقارية، فلطالما كان ولا يزال الحائز يتنازع حول حيازتها وملكيتها.
The “Arch” nature lands are represented as social and historical heritage, the characteristics of which are linked to the societies, customs and traditions that govern them, as well as the resulting policies, trends and regulations, and the holding of these lands becomes a complicated problem, especially since it combines two different centers, an owner state which has the right to dispose of its property and a group which has the enjoyment of these lands.
Therefore, the system of possession of "Arch" land did not stabilize on a single position, but was divided between legal enjoyment which took the form of many systems, the last of which was the grant, and random enjoyment which was the most followed in the exploitation of these lands.
Which although this does not earn him the property, but gives him the right to ward off any exposure that would disrupt his possession of the "Arch" land.
The "Arch" lands are one of the reasons which made it difficult to control the real estate situation, because the holder was and still in dispute over its possession and property.
