Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource أ. عماد محمد محمد الحسن دفع الله أ.د. علي عبدالله محمد الحاكم خرشي , عمر معمر ساكري, زبيدة Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-06-01 2021-04-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التسويق الريادي على الأداء المستدام في الشركات الصناعية العاملة بولاية الخرطوم، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إستناداً إلى نظرية أصحاب المصلحة  ومراجعة الأدبيات، تم بناء نموذج الدراسة وفرضياتها إعتماداً على أدبيات الدراسة وكذلك تم الإستعانة بالدراسات السابقة في تطوير مقاييس الدراسة، وصممت إستبانه لجمع البيانات من عينة غير إحتمالية (ميسرة)، حيث تم توزيع عدد (354) إستبانه واسترد منها (290) بنسبة إستجابة بلغت (81%)، وللتأكد من درجة الإعتمادية في البيانات تم إستخدام إختبار ألفا كرونباخ، واستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار ونمذجة المعادلة البنائية لإختبار الفرضيات. وحزمة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (AMOSv25) في إجراء عملية التحليل العاملي التوكيدي للنموذج، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: أن هنالك أثر  عند مستوى دلالة  (α≤ 0.05)  للتسويق الريادي على الأداء المستدام، ووجود علاقة إيجابية بين التسويق الريادي بعدي (الإستباقية وتعظيم الموارد) والأداء المستدام بعدي (الأداء التنظيمي، والأداء الاقتصادي)، بالشركات الصناعية العاملية في ولاية الخرطوم ، وبناءاً على هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الوعي بالتسويق الريادي من قبل الشركات الصناعية العاملة في ولاية الخرطوم وذلك لما له من آثار واضحة على الأداء المستدام لهذه الشركات وإستمراريتها. يعتبر التعاون الدولي شرطا أساسيا لنجاح السياسة الجنائية في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عموما، والفساد على وجه الخصوص لاسيما في الصورة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، إذ أن الطابع المحلي أو الوطني الذي تتسم به الوسائل التي تستخدمها كل دولة على حدا في تشريعاتها الداخلية يتنافى مع اتساع نطاق صفة العالمية لجرائم الفساد. وفي ضوء خطورة الجريمة المنظمة عموما، وجرائم الفساد خصوصا، كان لزاما على الدول أن تتعاون لتوفير مساعدة قانونية متبادلة، وهذا من أجل تلافي العقبات السابقة، لهذا أضحت هذه الصورة من صور التعاون الدولي ضرورة حتمية لمواجهة جرائم الفساد على المستوى الدولي حيث تنص المادة 46 من إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد 2003 على أنه "تقدم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدات القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات الإجراءات القضائية المتصلة بالجرائم المشمولة بهذه الإتفاقية". ورغم أن المادة 46 من إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد قد ألزمت الدول الأطراف في الإتفاقية بأن تقدم لبعضها البعض المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، إلا أن الأساس القانوني لهذه الأخيرة، يتمثل فيما يوجد بين الدول من إتفاقيات ثنائية أو متعددة الأطراف حيث أن إجراءات المساعدة غالبا ما تتم وفقا لهذه الإتفاقيات، كما تعتبر قوانين الدولة- المقدم إليها طلب المساعدة- أساسا قانونيا لهذه الإجراءات International cooperation is a prerequisite for the success of criminal policy in the fight against organized crime in general and corruption in particular, in particular in the transnational picture. The domestic or national character of the means used by each State in its domestic legislation is incompatible with the Global Corruption Crimes. In view of the seriousness of organized crime in general and of corruption in particular, States have had to cooperate to provide mutual legal assistance, in order to avoid previous obstacles. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource حردان لفته حردان د. نسرين مرعب بن فريحة, هيام Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-12-02 2023-10-22 Description An account of the resource هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات استخدام المواقع الإلكترونيّة في تدريس مادّة علم الأحياء في مدارس ناحية الحردانيّة أنموذجًا. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي على جميع مدرّسي الأحياء في الحردانيّة البالغ عددهم 64 مدرّسا ومدرّسة ، وتكوّنت عينيّة  استطلاعيّة للدراسة من 14 مدرّسا ومدرّسة من أفراد المجتمع الأصلي ، بينما تكوّنت العينيّة الميدانيّة من 64 مدرّسا ومدرّسة ، أي جميع أفراد المجتمع الأصلي .اعتمد الباحث الإستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات اللاّزمة للإجابة على الأسئلة والتي تضمّنت كلّ ما يتعلّق بالعوامل الشخصية وكذلك ما يتعلّق بالمعوقات .وقد تمّت المعالجات الإحصائيّة من خلال استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائيّة . ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: 1- لا توجد فروق دالّة احصائيا في تقديرات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة لمعوقات استخدام المواقع الإلكترونيّة في تدريس مادّة علم الأحياء تعزى لمتغيري النوع الإجتماعي و سنوات الخبرة. 2- تتعدّد معوقات استخدام المواقع الإلكترونية  في تدريس مادة علم الاحياء من وجهة نظر المدرسين وقد ترك الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات بعد الإنتهاء من الدراسة ومن أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في مجال المواقع الإلكترونية واستخداماتها وأهميّة تفعيلها في العمليّة التعليميّة-التعلميّة في العراق. ومن المقترحات : عقد دورات تدريبية لمدرّسي المواد التعليمية المختلفة ولمادّة علم الأحياء بضرورة إنشاء وتصميم مواقع إلكترونية تعليميّة  تختص هذه الورقة بدراسة آليات مكافحة الفساد في الدول الأفريقية باعتبارها إطار نموذجي للبحث في مدى نجاعة الجهود الدولية لمكافحة ظاهرة الفساد، خاصة مع الارتباط المباشر لظاهرة الفساد مع مسائل الأمن والاستقرار وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الدول. ولاشك في أن المجال الأفريقي هو الأكثر حاجة للبحث والدراسة في معضلة مكافحة الفساد، فبعد أن عانت دول هذه القارة لعقود طويلة من الاستعمار ومخلفاته، وحين بدأت بمحاولة النهوض لتحقيق خطوات بسيطة نحو التنمية، برزت لدى كثير منها مظاهرالفساد حتى أصبح مرادفاً للتنمية فيها . وإدراكاً من الدول لخطورة النتائج المترتبة عن تفشي هذه الجرائم، حتى أنها أصبحت تدخل ضمن مايعرف ب"منظومة الإرهاب"، فإنها أصبحت تلتزم بالسعي لمجابهة هذه الظاهرة بمختلف السبل الممكنة، بما في ذلك التعاون والتنسيق مع الدول الأخرى سواء على المستوى الإقليمي أو الدولي. من هذا المنطلق كان تضمين عنوان المقال فعل المكافحة (مشتق من الكفاح)، بما له من دلالة تعني وجود الإرادة والرغبة القوية لدى الدول المعنية بمواجهة كافة جرائم الفساد والتغلب عليها. في هذا الإطار تحاول الدراسة تحليل هذه الإشكالية بالاستناد إلى مقاربتين مختلفتين تحمل الأولى البعد السياسي للموضوع ؛ أي ما يرتبط به من خلفيات وأبعاد سياسية، في حين تركز المقاربة القانونية على الاتفاقية الأفريقية لمكافحة الفساد باعتبارها آلية قانونية كرستها جهود الدول الإفريقية لمواجهة ظاهرة الفساد. This article studies the mechanisms of fighting corruption in African states as an exemplary model to examine the efficiency of international effort in this matter. Issues such as security, stability and sustainable development are intimately linked to the fight against corruption. It is common knowledge that corruption is a factor of intricate connections with political and socio- economic crises, escalating into organized crime and further growing into terrorism. The international community as well as the African states is engaging in fighting this phenomenon with all means necessary. In this context, cooperation and coordination is essential in bilateral, regional and international aspects. This article analyses this problem statement from two perspectives. First, the political approach focuses on backgrounds and dimensions of the phenomenon of corruption. The second approach emphasizes on the legal standpoint that centers on the African Convention against Corruption as a legal mechanism established by the efforts of African countries to confront the phenomenon of corruption. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource مصطفى خطاب شهاب محمد أ.د. خالد قرحاني مشتة, نسرين بشير, سليم Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2023-12-02 2021-04-30 Description An account of the resource يتناول هذا البحث المظاهر الحضارية والعلمية لمدينة أصبهان من خلال كتاب (تاريخ أصبهان) للمؤرخ أبي نعيم الأصبهاني 430ه/1038م, فقد تفرد أبو نعيم الأصبهاني بذكر الكثير من العلماء من أهل أصبهان أو ممن نزلوا أصبهان، لم نقف لهم على تراجم في كتب الرجال والتراجم والطبقات. ويمكن القول أن تاريخ أصبهان يعد خطوة مبكرة في كتابة التاريخ المحلي، وإن كان الأصبهاني نهج في كتابه منهج المحدثين من حيث الترتيب والطبقة وتعديل وتجريح الرواة.   تناول المظاهر العلمية لمدينة أصبهان من خلال كتاب تاريخ أصبهان, تناولنا خلاله علماء الحديث, الفقهاء, القضاة. وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها: اتبع أبو نعيم الأصبهاني في كتابه أخبار أصبهان منهج ترتيب التراجم حسب الترتيب الألفبائي، لم يراع أبو نعيم سنة الوفاة أو الطبقة في ترتيب التراجم. فرضت إتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد بموجب المادة 6 منها على جميع الدول المنضوية تحت لوائها على ضرورة إنشاء هيئة أو عدة هيئات لمنع الفساد ومكافحته، وتنفيذاً لهذا الإلتزام عمدت الجزائر إلى اصدار القانون 06/01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته المعدل والمتمم، والذي نص بيانه على تنصيب الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، والتي تعتبر أحدث جهاز لمكافحة الفساد، جاءت بعد تصديق الجزائر على الإتفاقيات الدولية لمكافحة الفساد، سعيا منها وتأكيدا على تعزيز آليات حماية المال العام والمحافظة عليه، قصد تنفيذ السياسة الوطنية في مجال مكافحة الفساد. وتأتي هذه المداخلة للوقوف عند دور الهيئة الوطنية في مكافحة الفساد من خلال التطرق إلى الاطار القانوني للهيئة الوطنية في مكافحة الفساد، ثم النظام الوظيفي لهذه الهيئة ومدى استقلاليتها.
