وقد استخدم نهج وصفي تحليلي، وتمّ إعداد استبيان مكون من (24) بند، والتأكد من صدق وموثوقية الاستبيان بقواعد إحصائية مناسبة ، وتم تطبيقه على عينة هذه الدراسة.
كانت موضوعات هذه الدراسة (134) من طلاب وطالبات المستوى المتوسط في بغداد في العراق.
تم اجراء تحليلات احصائية بعد جمع البيانات ، وكانت نتائج البحث كالتالي:
-تطبيق نظام تعلم إلكتروني (ومستوى إدارته) له تأثيرات إيجابي لتحسين فهم الاستماع للغة إنجليزية لدى طلاب.
- تطبيق نظام التعلم الإلكتروني (وجوانبه الفنية) له أثر إيجابي في تحسين فهم الاستماع للغة المحددة لدى طلاب مرحلة إعدادية
- لم تكن تقديرات أثر تطبيق نظام تعليم التتقني على تحسين درجات الفهم السمعي مختلفة إحصائيًا بين طلبة اللُّغَات الإجنبية بسبب متغير نوع الاجتماعي.
أثرت ثورة تكنولوجيا الإتصالات في القرن الواحد والعشرون إيجابيا على الحياة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسياسية من خلال تسهيل وصول المعلومة والخدمة الى المواطن سعيا في تحقيق مستوى راق من الخدمة العمومية والخاصة، إلا ان لها جانبا سلبيا ظهر من خلال إستغلال الجناة لها في تسهيل إرتكاب الأفعال الإجرامية أو طمس آثارها، ولعل جريمة تبييض الأموال تعتبر أكبر المستفدين من هذا الجانب، أين تمكن غاسلوا الأموال من إستغلال القنوات البنكية الحديثة التي تعتمد على الأنترنيت في تقديم الخدمات، وهي الفاصل في بقاء الجريمة مستترة بعدم اكتشاف آثار الفاعل والمستفيد، لذا كان لزاما على البنوك تطوير أجهزة رقابتها وتكوين الموظفين من أجل بلوغ مستوى عال في الوقاية من تغلغل المال غير المشروع في عملياتها البنكية.
The 21st centry telecommunications technology revolution has positively affected social, industrial and political life by faciliting the access of information and service to the citizen and this to achieve a high level for both public private service.Thus, it has an other downside that has emerged through the exploitation of the perpetrators in faciliting the commission of criminal acts or obliterate its effects.And perhaps the crime of money landering is one of the biggest benefits from this aspect.So, money launderers mnaged to exploit modern internet based banking channels to provide services, and wich is the interval in keepin the crime hidden by not discovering the impacts of the perpetrator and the beneficiary.Therefore, banks had to develop their monitoring devices and train employees in order to reach a high level in preventing the acces of illicit money into their banking operation.

هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف ما إذا كان هناك علاقة بين وظائف النشاطات الشفوية وتنمية التفاعل الصفي، وتحديد أثر العلاقة بين الأسئلة الشفوية وتنمية التفاعل الصفي لدى متعلمي المرحلة المتوسطة. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من مدرسي ومدرسات اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الأنبار، وتم اختيار 16 مدرسة متوسطة بأسلوب العينة القصدية، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 48 مدرس، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتصميم إستبيان خاص بمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم توزيع الاستبيان وتجميعه وإدخال البيانات الى البرنامج الاحصائي، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى: أنه يوجد أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توظيف النشاطات الشفوية وتنمية التفاعل الصفي من وجهة نظر مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة، كما أنه يوجد أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأسئلة الشفوية وتنمية التفاعل الصفي من وجهة نظر مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة، بالاضافة الى أنه يوجد أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكتابية وتنمية التفاعل الصفي من وجهة نظر مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة.
أصبح الفساد يشكل خطرا على سيادة الدول لانتشاره في كافة القطاعات العامة والخاصة؛مما كان له تأثير سلبي على الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين وعلى السير الحسن للاقتصاد، بناء على ذلك فإن المجتمع الدولي وعلى رأسه هيئة الأمم المتحدة، أولى ظاهرة الفساد أهمية خاصة ضمن مبادراته وبرامج عمله، وفي سبيل مكافحة جرائم الفساد، نص المشرع على مجموعة من أساليب التحري الخاصة تضاف إلى تلك الأساليب التقليدية، وأطلق على هذه الأساليب عبارة "أساليب التحري الخاصة"، ويتمثل الهدف من هذه الأساليب في الكشف عن هذه الجرائم واستئصال الفساد وردع المفسدين.
وقد وردت هذه الأساليب في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية المعدل والمتمم بموجب القانون رقم 06-22 الصادر في 20/12/2006، في المواد 65 مكرر 5 إلى 65 مكرر 18 والمادة 56 من قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته رقم 06-01 المؤرخ في 20 فيفري 2006، فقد أجازت المادة 56 منه استخدام أساليب تحري خاصة تتمثل في التسليم المراقب، الاختراق والترصد الإلكتروني، لذلك لابد من شرح هذه الأساليب، وكيف يمكن التوفيق بين هذه الأساليب التي تتم خلسة وما تحمله من معنى الاعتداء على الحريات والحقوق الخاصة للأفراد، خاصة إذا علمنا أن الحرية الخاصة للأفراد وسرية المراسلات مضمونة دستوريا.
Corruption has become a threat to the sovereignty of States to spread in all public and private sectors, which has had a negative impact on the basic services of citizens and the good conduct of the economy. Accordingly, the international community, headed by the United Nations, the first phenomenon of corruption is particularly important in his initiatives and programs of work In order to combat corruption crimes, the legislator introduced a set of special investigative techniques in addition to those traditional methods. These methods were called "special investigative techniques". The aim of these methods is to expose these crimes, eradicate corruption and deter spoilers.
These methods are contained in the amended Code of Criminal Procedure, which is supplemented by Law No. 06-22 of 20 December 2006, in Articles 65 bis 5 to 65 bis 18 and 56 of the Prevention and Control of Corruption Act No. 06-01 of 20 February 2006, article 56 has authorized the use of special investigative methods of controlled delivery, penetration and electronic surveillance. Therefore, these methods must be explained and how these methods, which are surreptitiously violated, can be reconciled with the violation of the freedoms and rights of individuals, The privacy of individuals and confidentiality of correspondence is constitutionally guaranteed.

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى الإحاطة النظرية بنظام الحصص الذي إعتمدته الجزائر بموجب الإصلاحات القانونية لسنة 2012 وبيان أثر تطبيقه على ترشح المرأة من خلال الانتخابات المحلية لسنتي 2012-2017 وقد توصلنا في الأخير إلى ان نظام الحصص يعمل على زيادة حظوظ المرأة في الترشح للمجالس المنتخبة المحلية مما يساهم في فوزهن بمقاعد في ظل هاته المجالس.
The present study seeks to shed light, from a theoretical perspective, on the women's quota system which Algeria adopted in accordance with the legal reforms of 2012, and to emphasize the effect of its application on the candidacy of women during the local elections of the years 2012-2017.
The investigation reveals that women's quota system increases the chances of women to run for local councils, something which contributes to winning seats in these same councils .

The research aims to evaluate the impact of government development expenditure and Chinese foreign direct investment on Pakistan's economic growth from 1980 to 2020. The data sample used in the study was sourced from the World Bank database and the Pakistan Board of Investment Publications. The dependent variable was GDP growth, while the independent variables were Chinese foreign direct investment, CFDI government development expenditure, and Gross Domestic Product (GDE). The study used various tests, including Unit root test, Autoregressive Distributed Lag, Error Correction Model, White test, lag selection criterion, Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), and Granger Causality Test. The study found that Chinese investment and GDE have a positive impact on Pakistan's economic growth in the short run, while negatively affecting it in the long run. The positive relationship between CFDI government development expenditure and GDP growth is present in both the short and long run, as government fiscal policies in favor of Chinese investment aim to increase investment inflow. GDE stimulates CFDI, resulting in a positive impact on GDP growth.
The study was divided into two sub-period groups to analyze the relationship before and after the sharp decline of CFDI in pre-2007 and post-2007 sub-periods. In pre-2007, CFDI and GDE helped in economic growth with a negative relationship between CFDI and GDE. After the dramatic decline in 2007, the relationship changed, with GDE having a positive effect while CFDI negatively affected economic growth with a negative relationship in CFDI*GDE.
These findings are valuable for policymakers and the government to formulate effective economic policies for Pakistan's economic development and are insightful for foreign investors to understand the trend.
تساهم المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في صنع القرار السياسي وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقراء النصوص التشريعية الخاصة بهذه المشاركة، سيما في ظل نظام التمثيل النسبي الذي يوصف بكونه يعزز تمثيل مختلف فئات المجتمع، ثم الوقوف على واقع هذه المشاركة.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الدولة شجعت المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في القوانين الانتخابية، وحفزت الأحزاب السياسية على إشراك المرأة، كما أقرت تمييزا إيجابيا لصالحها بواسطة نظام الكوتا النسائية، إلا أنه يجب جعل هذا النظام ظرفيا، وضرورة الاهتمام برفع كفاءة المرأة في المجال السياسي، والاستعانة بوسائل الإعلام لمجابهة تحديات مشاركتها السياسية.
Women's political participation contributes to political decision-making and the achievement of comprehensive and sustainable development. This study aims to extrapolate the legislative texts related to this participation, in particular in the proportional representation system, which is described as enhancing the representation of the various groups of society, and then to examine the reality of this participation.
The study concluded that the State encouraged the political participation of women in electoral laws, encouraged political parties to include women, and adopted positive discrimination in their favor through the system of women's quotas. However, this system must be made circumstantial, and attention should be paid to strengthening the political skills of women and using Media to face challenges the challenges of its political participation.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: ورود ألفاظ ومسمّيات الحلي عند الجاهليين كثيرًا في شعرهم، وجاء أيضا ذكرُها في القرآن الكريم، وهي دلالة على وجود الحِلي عند الجاهليين، وقيمته لديهم، وعلى اتخاذ العرب الحليَّ لأغراض عدة، كالتجارة، والزينة، والهدايا، وأغراض عقدية، كالنذور للأصنام، والمقدسات، أو إهدائها لها، أو تعليقها فيها؛ لتزيينها، أو وسْمًا لها، كعلامة تُعرفُ بها، وكانت صناعة الحلي عند العرب الجاهليين قليلة؛ كونهم يعيبون مهنة الصياغة، وينتقصون من يعمل فيها، أضف إلى أن هناك حليًّا اشترك في لبسه الرجل والمرأة، وحليًّا اختصت به المرأة وحدها، وتعددت مسميات الحلي كثيرًا عند العرب الجاهليين، فكان – غالبًا – لكل حلية أو جزئية من الحلية اسمٌ خاصٌّ بها، وموضع محدد تستعمل فيه، للتزين بها، أو لاستعمالها لأغراض أخرى، وبناء على تلك النتائج نقترح دراسة موضوعات تفيد الباحثين والمهتمين في مجال الحلي عمومًا وعند العرب الجاهليين خصوصًا، ومن هذه الموضوعات: (الحلي المشترك بين الرجال والنساء عند الجاهليين - تجارة الحلي عند العرب الجاهليين- صُنّاع الحلي وصائغيه عند العرب الجاهليين - أسماء الحلي واستعمالاته في معلقات الشعراء الجاهليين).
يكتسي البحث في الآليّات القانونية التي جاءت لتنظيم النشاط السينمائي في ظل التشريعات والنصوص القانونية الجزائرية أهميّة كبيرة، خاصة أن العقد الثاني من الألفيّة الثالثة يمثّل المرحلة الثانية من تاريخ التشريع والتنظيم السينمائي في الجزائر التي يتعين دراستها، كونها تُشكّل مرحلة إعادة تنظيم وضبط القطاع بعد مرور أربعين سنة مقارنة مع المرحلة السابقة؛ وذلك نظرًا لظهور قانون السينما لسنة 2011، وعدد من النصوص التشريعيّة والتنظيميّة التي صدرت خلال الفترة المدروسة والتأثير الذي أحدثته على الإنتاج السينمائي والإنتاج المشترك على حدٍ سواء، رغم ذلك فالقانون المستحدث لم يساهم في نجاح القطاع وحمايته، بل عمل على تطويق ممارسة النشاط السينمائي والتحكم في عملية الإنتاج.
It is necessary to discuss the legal mechanisms that came to regulate cinematic activity in light of Algerian legislation and legal texts, especially the second phase of the history of cinematic legislation and regulation in Algeria, which must be studied, meaning that it constitutes a stage of reorganization and control after forty years have passed in the sector compared to the previous phase. This is due to the emergence of the Cinema Law of 2011, and the number of legislative and regulatory texts and their impact on film production and coproductions. However, the new law did not contribute to the success of the sector, but tried to contain the practice of the film business by controlling the production process.

يتلخص هدف الدراسة بالتعرّف إلى أثر الأسلوب التعاوني في تحسين مهارة الطبطبة في كرة السلة لدى متعلمي السنة الثانية من المرحلة المتوسطة في متوسطة الوسيلة للصبيان في ديالى. ولهذا الغرض تم الارتكازُ على التجريب في فرقتين إحداهما للتجريب والأخرى مضبوطة، فقد تألفت الأولى من 33 طالبا من الصف المبحوث وقد تلقوا التدريس وفق خطة تقوم على الأسلوب التعاوني لتحسين مهارة الطبطبة بينما ضمت الثانية العدد نفسه في ذات المستوى ليتلقوا التدريس تقليديّا وفق النمط المعتاد والسائد. وفي النتائج فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للأسلوب التعاوني أثرًا يتخذ منىىً إيجابيًا يتّضحُ في تنمية وتحسين المهارة المبحوث عندَ التجريبيين، كما نالَ أعضاؤها علاماتٍ أعلى من تلك التي نالها الأعضاء المضبوطين في اختبار كشف التحصيل المكتسب العملي الذي أُجريَ بعد التطبيق، بالإضافة إلى التنمية الحاصلة في المهارة المبحوثة لدى الأفراد التجريبيين، كما أشارت النتائج في ازدياد اللعب الجماعي والتعاوني بين المتعلمين أثناء تأديتهم مهارة الطبطبة والتمرير، وقد أكدت أيضًا على تطور الأداء الرياضي لديهم في كرة السلة نتيجة إتقانهم المهارة. ومن جراء ما تم التوصل إليه من محصلات خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات بالاهتمام باعتمادِ الأسلوب المتَّبَعِ في التجريب وهو التعاوني من أجل تنمية المهارة المرجوة ، والتوسع في استخدام الأسلوب التعاوني على مراحل دراسية أخرى ومهارات أخرى ، ومعرفة مدى تأثير هذا الأسلوب في تعليم مهارات أخرى في كرة السلة.
أخذت ظاهرة الفساد المالي في الجزائر منحى خطير جدا في الآونة الأخيرة، خاصة بعد أن مست عدة قطاعات اقتصادية هامة والتي أثرت تأثيرا سلبيا على فرص التنمية الاقتصادية في البلاد، وهذا ما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى وضع جملة من الآليات المؤسسية من خلال إنشاء هيئات رقابية قبلية وبعدية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، كما منحت عدة صلاحيات رقابية للبرلمان في مجال الرقابة على المال العام.
Recently the financial corruption phenomenon in Algeria has taken a very dangerous path, mainly after stroking multiple important economic sectors and which left a direct negative impact on economic development opportunities in the country because of the deficiency of budgets destined to finance development projects locally or nationally. That has led the Algerian legislator to put a group of the institutional mechanisms throughout the creation of before and after control bodies to prevent and fight corruption. In addition, the parliament has been given many control authorities in the public money control

سعت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى استخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان في المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم, والتعرف على الفروق بين متوسط تقديرات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان بحسب متغيرات ( المؤهل العلمي – الجنس - سنوات الخبرة ), حيث ان الباحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة أساسية حيث تكونت من(36) فقرة مقسمة على ثلاثة محاور, تكونت عينة الدراسة من (143) معلماً ومعلمة, وبعد استخدام برنامج (SPSS) كوسيلة إحصائية مناسبة تبينت النتائج:
1 - ارتفاع استخدام استراتيجية التعلّم للإتقان في المرحلة الابتدائية.
2 - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات العينة ولصالح الذكور.
3 - وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات العينة مؤيدة لسنوات الخبرة أكثر من ( 10 ) سنوات في واقع استخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان.
4 - وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات العينة ولصالح المؤهل العلمي(ماجستير فأكثر) في واقع استخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان.
جاءت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على موقف المشرع الجزائري من الخيانة الزوجية الالكترونية من حيث التجريم والعقاب، وما ينجم عنها من آثار تتعلق بانحلال الرابطة الزوجية. وتوصلنا إلى أن الخيانة الزوجية الإلكترونية ما هي إلا نتيجة لتحول العالم إلى قرية صغيرة عن طريق الشبكة العنكبوتية، ومع ذلك لم يتصدَ لها المشرع الجزائري بالتجريم والعقاب بالرغم من تأثيرها البالغ على تفكك الأسرة، حيث تعد الخيانة الزوجية الالكترونية من أهم الأسباب في عصرنا الحالي التي تدفع الزوج المتضرر منها إلى اللجوء إلى فك الرابطة الزوجية.
This study came to know the Algerian legislator's attitude from adultery electronic from where criminalization and punishment, the resulting effects are related to the dissolution of the conjugal association. Reaching the conclusion that adultery electronic as a result of the world's transformation into a small village through the World wide Web, however the Algerian legislator did not address her with criminalization and punishment, despite its influence on the dissolution of the conjugal association.

انتشرت في المجتمع الجزائري ظاهرة إجرامية خطيرة، بشكل لافت في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث أضحت أعمال العنف في وسط الأحياء السكنية أمرا مألوفا بالنسبة لقاطني تلك الأحياء، بحيث لم تعد وسائل الردع التقليدية تجدي نفعا أمام هذا النمط المتزايد من الإجرام، مما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى التدخل من أجل وضع حد لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة، وذلك من خلال إصدار الأمر رقم 20/03 المتعلق بالوقاية من عصابات الأحياء ومكافحتها والذي تضمن تدابير عديدة بعضها وقائية وأخرى ردعية.
وقد توصلنا إلى أن المشرع الجزائري قد أولى لظاهرة عصابات الأحياء عناية كبيرة كونه خصها بقانون خاص، إضافة إلى حرصه الكبير على الجانب الوقائي للحد من هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة.
The Algerian society has witnessed a highly noticeable increase in crime cases during the last few years, as violence within residential citizens of those neighbourhoods, wherein traditional deterrence means are no longer effective against this increasing type of crime.
The growing criminality of the neighbourhood gangs has prompted the higher authorities of the State represented by the President of the Republic to urgently put an end to this menacing phenomenon by issuing order No. 20-03 in relation to the prevention and control of the neighbourhood gangs. The order contains significant measures which aim at reducing the aforementioned phenomenon to a minimum whether in the prevention side or in the control one.
we have concluded that the Algerian legislator has given great attention to the phenomenon of neighborhood gangs, as he has singled it out in a special law, in addition to To his great keenness on the preventive aspect to reduce this dangerous phenomenon.

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعة، ودراسة ما إذا كان هناك اختلاف مهم إحصائياً في مدى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات في كليات التربية البدنية في العراق بسبب المتغيرات الديموغرافية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية البدنية في العراق.
يعتمد البحث على طريقة المسح المطبقة، سواء المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي المستخدم في هذه الدراسة باستخدام استبيان ذاتي الإدارة يستخدم كأداة بحثية. وتم توزيع ما مجموعه (320) استبيانا (294) تم جمعها (3) من الاستبيانات التي تم تجاهلها بسبب عدم التمكن من الردود، و 291 استبياناً كانت بيانات مناسبة للاختبار.
وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود متوسط درجة من عناصر الحوكمة المطبقة في الجامعات العراقية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك اختلافًا كبيرًا بشكل ثابت في مدى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية البدنية في العراق بسبب الخبرة، وكانت اتجاهات هذه الاختلافات للتجربة (10- أقل من 15 عامًا).
وبحسب النتائج، يوصي الباحث بتحسين مستوى الحكم في الجامعات العراقية من خلال هيكل حاكم واضح مع أدوار ومسؤوليات محددة، يجب أن يكون الطلاب كأفراد مركز الاهتمام الأساسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، يجب أن يكون هناك احترام متبادل بين المعلمين والطلاب.
يجب على أعضاء هيئة التدريس قبول الحوار والمناقشة واحترام الحلول البديلة من الطلاب.
تعتبر مكافحة الفساد على جميع الأصعدة أولوية، نظرا لما للفساد من آثار وخيمة وخطيرة على تعبئة وتخصيص الموارد اللازمة والضرورية للقضاء على الفقر. هذه المكافحة تستدعي تدخل الهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية على جميع المستويات تتمتع بالقدرة الكافية على اتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية والتدابير الوقائية والردعية الفعالة ضد الفساد.
The fight against corruption at all levels is a priority. Given the dire and dangerous effects of corruption on mobilizing and allocating the necessary resources to eradicate poverty. This fight requires at all levels the intervention of strong international governmental and nongovernmental institution capable of taking effective measures of prevention and repression against corruption .

إن الحياة العلمية من أهم فروع الدراسات التاريخية والفكرية والحضارية، فهي تبرز النشاط العلمي والفكري في التراث الإسلامي.
مدينة نيسابور واحدة من أشهر مدن العالم الإسلامي الواقعة في بلاد خراسان، وإحدى الحواضر الإسلامية العريقة في التاريخ والحضارة، والعلم والدراسة، والثقافة والفكر، وذلك على مدى ستة قرون كاملة، إذ كانت نيسابور عاصمة لمقاطعة خراسان قديمًا، وتعد من أشهر مراكز الثقافة والتجارة والعمران، وهي من أهم وأبرز مراكز العلم من بين مدن خراسان، إذ إنها وصِفت بأنها مدينة العلم ومعقل من معاقل أشهر علماء الإسلام؛ لأنها تميزت عن غيرها من مدن خراسان بالنشاط العلمي والفكري والحضاري بفضل الجهود الكبيرة لحكامها وعلمائها الذين كان لهم الأثر الواضح في تكوين تاريخها وأصبحت أيضًا من أهم المدن سياسيًا واقتصاديًا فضلاً عن أنّها علميًا ندًا قويًا لأشهر المدن الإسلامية في المشرق والمغرب.
وُيعدّ الحافظ ابن عساكر من أبرز المؤرخين الذين كان لهم الأثر في التأليف التاريخي للمدن، فقد نال شهرة واسعة لعلميته وللمصنفات التاريخية الكبيرة التي قدّمها للمكتبات والتي يأتي في مقدمتها (تاريخ دمشق) الذي عُدّ أكبر مؤلفات التراجم التي أُلفت في التاريخ، إذ تميز هذا الكتاب بالشمول والتفصيل؛ لأنه ضمّ المحدّثين والفقهاء والقرّاء والمؤرخين والأدباء وعلماء اللغة وغيرهم، فضلًا عن كون هذا الكتاب بحرًا يجد كل دارس ما يبتغي فيه فيغرف منه العلم الكثير.
كان المنهج التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي هو المُتّبع في هذه الدراسة وذلك باستقراء المادة العلمية والتاريخية لمدينة نيسابور من بطون الكتب المختلفة، ودراسة علمائها من خلال كتاب (تاريخ دمشق) لابن عساكر وجمع تراجمهم وتنظيمها وتحليل ما دوّنه ابن عساكر في كتابه من هذه التراجم والروايات التاريخية، وذلك باللجوء إلى المصادر الأخرى إن استوجب الأمر، وجمع تراجم علماء نيسابور الذين ورد ذكرهم في كتابه .
ساهمت مدينة نيسابور بدور كبير في النشاط الفكري والعلمي، بوصفها أحد معاقل العلماء، إذ نبغ منها العديد من العلماء، فضلا عن الرحلات العلمية إليها ومنها، وكتاب (تاريخ دمشق) أبرز الكتب والمصنفات في تاريخ المدن، فقد احتوى على تراجم لكثير من العلماء على اختلاف الجنسيات والاختصاصات، فقد ذكر علماء نيسابور ودورهم البارز وإنجازاتهم، وإنّ من أهم فروع الدراسات التاريخية والحضارية هي دراسة الحياة العلمية عند المسلمين، إذ إنها تهتم بإبراز النشاط العلمي والفكري للتراث الإسلامي، فينبغي الاهتمام بهكذا دراسات والتشجيع عليها.
من خلال هذا المقال تم تسليط الضوء على تحليل ودراسة تداعيات الهجرة غير الشرعية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي وتحدياتها مع التركيز على عدة مؤشرات دالة على أثرها، ولعل أهمها قضايا الاستقرار السياسي، فهذه الظاهرة تُشكل تهديداً على الأمن القومي الجزائري بمختلف مستوياته من خلال ارتباطها واقترانها بالتنظيمات الإرهابية، وبشبكات تهريب البشر والجرائم المنظمة المختلفة، كالتزوير وإدخال العملات التي تُروج في السوق الموازية، وتهريب والمتاجرة بالمخدرات، وكذا تزوير العملات الوطنية، إن وجود مثل هذه التحديات حول الهجرة غير الشرعية، يدفع بالباحثين إلى ضرورة البحث والتنقيب عن أُطر هذه الظاهرة، فهي ما زالت تطرح تحدياتها بحدة على الدول، وبالتحديد على المجتمعات والدول الإفريقية.
This article highlights the analysis and study of the repercussions of the illegal immigration in the African coast region and its challenges, with a focus on several signifying indicators of its effects; maybe the most important of which are issues of political stability .This phenomenon constitutes a threat to Algerian national security at all levels through its association with terrorist organizations, human trafficking networks and various organized crimes, such as counterfeiting and the introduction of currencies promoted in the parallel market, smuggling and drug trafficking, as well as forging national currencies. The existence of such challenges on illegal immigration, prompting researchers to the need to seek and explore the frameworks of this phenomenon, continues to pose its challenges sharply to countries, specifically to the African ones.
