يحاول البحث الحالي تحديد أهمية التقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية في إتقان مهارات وقدرات القراءة لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني في مدرسة مكحول الابتدائية المختلطة في محافظة ديالى.
تبنت الدراسة فرضية وجود دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية في اتقان مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الابتدائي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدرسة مكحول الابتدائية المختلطة في قضاء المقدادية في محافظة ديالى العراق.
عينة الدراسة فتكونت من عينتين من المتعلمين في الصف الثاني الابتدائي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم إستخدام الاستبيان، شبكة الملاحظة، ودراسة حالة ودرس نموذجي للمتعلمين مبني على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط وأحدث طرق التقييم المستمر واختبار قبلي وبعدي. وأشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى يوجد دور للتقييم المستمر للمواد الشفوية من خلال صحة وسلامة اللفظ ضمن مهارات القراءة لدى متعلمي الصف الثاني الإبتدائي عند مستوى الدلالة

فمن خلال هذه النتائج التي توصلنا إليها للوصول إلى أهمية التقييم المستمر في تمكين الطالب من صحة وسلامة اللفظ اثناء القراءة، والطلاقة القرائية وتمثيل المعنى أثناء قراءة نص، الإلتزام بالعلامات الوقف، التعجب، مما يضيف للنص معنى، فعند يعتمد المعلم على التقييم المستمر الشفوي البناء الذي يحدد اهدافه مسبقاً أن الهدف من هذه الحصة الدراسية هو لتمكين الطلاب من القراءة الصحيحة واللفظ الصحيح وتمثيل المعنى، وعند كل إختبار لا يعتمد على الخطي فقط بل يولي أهمية للإختبار الشفوي بذات اهمية الإختبار الخطي فقد نشأ جيل لديه متمكن من القراءة الصحيحة وذات ثقة بنفسه للقراءة.
يُعدّ النظام العقابي جزءًا من السياسة الجنائية كواحدة من السياسات التي تضعها الدولة لتسيير أفراد المجتمع والرقي بهم إلى المستوى الذي تريده، ووسيلتها في ذلك القانون الجنائي لما له من دور في الحد من الظاهرة الإجرامية عن طريق تجريم مجموعة من الأفعال وتقرير جزاءات عليها، معتمدا في ذلك على مبادئ النظام العقابي.
غير أن هذا النظام يمر حاليا بأزمة عدم القدرة على التكيف مع متطلبات المجتمع، فهو يواجه صدمة التغيرات السريعة التي تمس مصالح المجتمع وقيمه، وهذه المشكلة لا تقتصرعلى الدول النامية فقط، بل تعاني منها أيضا الأنظمة العقابية في الدول المتقدمة اقتصاديا، مما دعاها للبحث عن حلول لها كل بما يتناسب مع نظامه القانوني، خاصة مع تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتزايد الاعتماد عليها في المعاملات اليومية وما ترتب على ذلك من ظهور سلوكيات إجرامية جديدة، فضلا عن تطور الأنماط الإجرامية التقليدية.
إن أهم الآثار السلبية لهذه الأزمة أنها أدت إلى فشل النظام العقابي في مواجهة الجريمة أو الحد منها، وهو الأمر الذي يتضح جليا من خلال عدة أسباب تبرز هذا الفشل، لذا عملت الدول على تطوير أنظمتها العقابية والاستعانة بوسائل عقابية حديثة، بديلة وعملية، تتماشى والتطور السريع الذي تعرفه الجريمة، مُركّزة في ذلك على أساليب التهذيب والإصلاح التي تهتم بشخصية المحكوم عليه أثناء فترة التنفيذ العقابي.
The penal system is part of the criminal policy, which is considered one of the policies set by the state to run members of society and advance them to the level it wants, and its means in that criminal law because of its role in reducing the criminal phenomenon by criminalizing a group of acts and determining penalties for them. This system is currently going through a crisis of adaptation to the requirements of society, as it faces the shock of rapid changes that affect the interests and values of society, and this problem is not limited to developing countries only, but also suffers from punitive regimes in economically developed countries, which prompted them to search for solutions to them all in proportion to The legal system on which it is based,Especially with the development of information technology and the increasing reliance on it in daily transactions and the consequent emergence of new criminal behaviors, as well as the development of traditional criminal patterns.
The most important negative effects of this crisis is that it led to the failure of the penal laws to confront or reduce the crime, which is clearly evident through several aspects that highlight this failure. That is why countries have worked to develop their penal systems and adopt methods of discipline and reform that are concerned with the personality of the convict during Punitive execution period.

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة فاعلية نموذج مارزانو في تحصيـل مادة الحاسوب لمتعلمات صــف الــرابع الاعدادي من خلال: معرفة تحصيلهن نحو مادة الحاسوب قبل تطبيق النموذج على المجموعة التجريبية والكشف عن دلالـــة الـفــروق في التحصيل نحو الماده بعد تنفيذ النموذج.
وقد استخدمنا المنهج التجريبي من خلال اخذ عينة مكونة لعدد من متعلمات الصف الرابع الاعدادي وعددهن (76) متعلمة وقد قسمت الى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية وبواقع (38) متعلمة لكل مجموعة وبعد اجراء التكافؤ بين المجموعتين طبقت الدراسة، وقد استخدمنا برنامج الحقيبة الإحصائـية (spss ( في تـــحليل نتائج الاختبارات التحصيلية، وقد اسفرت الدراسة عن عدد من النتائج التالية:-
فاعلية نموذج أبعاد التعلم لمارزانو في زيادة تحصيل "المجموعة التجريبية" مقارنة بتحصيل "الــمجموعة الضابطة" التي دُرّستْ بطريقـة تــقليديه في مادة الــحاسوب.
تتفق إجراءات التـــدريس على وفــق نموذج أبعاد الـــتعلم لمارزانو مع ما ركزت عليه الــتربية الــحديثة فـي جعل الـطالــب محوراً لها.
دور الـبيئة الـصفية التعليمية وتأثيرها في المُتعلم من خلال مبادئ التعليم الذاتي وما جاء به نموذج أبعاد التعلم لمارزانو .
كذلك اوصت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج المتعلقة بأستخدام أبعاد التعلم لمارزانو بالتالي:-
تبنيه في تدريس مادة الـحاسوب للصف الرابع الاعدادي لأثرها في تحصيل المادة.
تأهيل مُدرسي الحاسوب على كيفية استخدام هذا النموذج في الــتدريس من خلال
وضع برامج تدريبية سنوية لهم بتوجيه من وزارة التربية والتعليم.
تأهيل طلبة قسم الحاسبات على كيفية أستخدام النموذج وذلك من خلال إدخاله ضمن مناهج طرائق تدريس الحاسوب.
لقد غزت الوسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة العالم اليوم سواء على الصعيدين الدولي أو الوطني وبفضلها أصبح العالم اليوم قرية صغيرة، نظرا لسهولة استخدامها وتوفيرها للوقت وحمايتها لحقوق وحريات الافراد.
ومن أهم القطاعات التي مستها هذه النهضة العالمية قطاع العدالة، حيث حاولت الدول الاستفادة من هذه التكنولوجيا لترقية القطاع ورقمنة إدارته، وقد سعت الجزائر إلى تطبيق هذه الإدارة الإلكترونية في قطاع العدالة ومحاولة التخلص من الإدارة التقليدية الورقية لتواكب التطور السائر في العالم.
تندرج أهمية الدراسة في تحديد أهم الإنجازات المحققة في قطاع العدالة إثر إدخال الوسائل الإلكترونية الحديثة إليها، سواء في وزارة العدل بصورة عامة أو مديرية إصلاح السجون وإعادة الإدماج بصورة خاصة.
Modern technology has conquered the world today, whether at the international or national levels, thanks to it the world has become today a small village, due to its ease of use, saving time and protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals, and one of the most important sectors affected by this global renaissance is the justice sector, as countries tried to take advantage of this technology to upgrade the sector and digitalize His administration, Algeria has sought to implement this electronic administration in the justice sector and try to get rid of the traditional paper-based administration to keep pace with the progress in the world.
The importance of the study lies in identifying the most important achievements in the justice sector, following the introduction of modern electronic means to it, whether in the Ministry of Justice in general or the Prison Reform and Reintegration Directorate in particular.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الكفايات الادارية لدى مديري المدارس المتمثلة في (الكفايات الفنية ،والكفايات الانسانية ، والكفايات الفكرية ، والكفايات الذاتية، والكفايات الادراكية ،وكفاية صنع القرار ،وكفاية ادارة الوقت )واثارها في تحقيق ابعاد الالتزام الوظيفي( الالتزام بمبادي واخلاقيات العمل، الالتزام اتجاه اداء العمل ،الالتزام اتجاه مكان العمل) في ظل تحديد مشكلة الدراسة ومفادها ما اثر الكفايات اللازمة لدى مديري المدارس وصلتها بالالتزام الوظيفي في مدينة تكريت؟ وقد اجابت بفرضيتان هي وجود علاقة ذات دلاله طردية لمستوى الكفايات في الالتزام الوظيفي وايضا ًهناك فروق فردية ذات علامة احصائية بين أراء عينة الدراسة اتجاه مستوى الكفايات عند مديري المدارس وصلتها بالالتزام الوظيفي من حيث العمر ،عدد سنوات الخدمة ،التحصيل الدراسي .وقد تم اختيار مدارس مدينة تكريت مجتمع لهذه الدراسة ،وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جانبها النظري على المعلومات من مصادرها المتمثلة في الكتب والاطاريح وايضا شبكة الانترنت .بينما اعتمدت في جانبها العملي على البيانات من مصادرها الاولية والتي تم الحصول عليها من خلال استمارة الاستبيان المعدة لهذا الغرض ،وقد وزعت( 160) استمارة وقد وزعت بطريقة عشوائية على الكوادر الوظيفية وقد استلمت منها (150) استمارة صالحة للتحليل ونسبة الاستجابة تكون (93%) قام الباحث بتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها (الاستبيانات) باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي مخرجات برنامج (SPSS) وقد توصل الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات واهمها تبين من نتائج الدراسة بان الكفايات الادارية تمتلك علاقة ارتباط ايجابية مع الالتزام الوظيفي وايضا عدم وجود فروق بين اراء افراد العينة تجاه الكفايات الادارية والالتزام الوظيفي ،وقد اقترحت الدراسة توصيات اهمها توصي الدراسة بأنه ينبغي على ادارة المدارس في مدينة تكريت الالتزام بالقواعد الوظيفية التي تضمن تصحيح الانحراف السلوكي للموظفين من خلال ممارسة السلوك الديمقراطي اثناء العمل لمنع حدوث مشاكل في العمل من ناحية توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية على الموظفين في جميع المستويات الادارية والفنية .
يتمحور البحث حول فريضة الزكاة؛ التي تحتل موضع الركن من أركان الإسلام، وتتميز بين عباداته بتجاوزها حدود العلاقة بين الإنسان وخالقه إلى علاقة الإنسان المسلم بأخيه من خلال تحويل جزء من أموال الأغنياء إلى الفقراء. ويتناول على وجه الخصوص الإطار الفقهي الذي تنتظم فيه أحكام الزكاة، وتفرعات الاختلاف الفقهي في وعائها، وأثره على حصيلتها، ويستكشف الاختيارات الفقهية للمشرع السوداني في مسائل الزكاة من خلال مواد قانون الزكاة . ويهدف البحث من بسط هذه القضايا إلى بيان الآثار المالية للاختلاف الفقهي في باب الزكاة، وكذا آثار هذا الاختلاف على تقنين أحكام الزكاة في المجتمعات الإسلامية في ضوء التجربة السودانية.
وتقتضي معالجة موضوع البحث الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض الاختلاف الفقهي في الأموال الزكوية، وعند تتبع اختيارات المشرع السوداني في قانون الزكاة، واستخدام المنهج المقارن عند بيان الأثر المالي لاختيار رأي فقهي دون غيره في التطبيق العملي للزكاة.
وقد خلص البحث إلى أن إيرادات الزكاة وثيقة الارتباط بالاختلاف الفقهي في مسائلها الجزئية، حيث يترتب على اختيار رأي فقهي دون غيره تذبذب في حصيلتها زيادة ونقصانا، وأن قانون الزكاة السوداني أخذ بأوسع المذاهب والآراء في الزكاة، كما أن المشرع السوداني لم يلتزم في اختياراته بالمذهب المالكي رغم أنه المذهب الفقهي السائد في السودان، بل أخذ القانون كثيرا من الآراء من المذاهب الفقهية الأخرى، بل حتى ببعض اجتهادات الفقهاء المعاصرين.
The research revolves around the deals in particular with the jurisprudence of funds that are subject to zakat, the implications of the juristic difference in its pot, and its effect on its revenues, and explores options for the Sudanese legislator in matters of Zakat through the articles of the Zakat Law. The research concluded that the Zakat revenues are closely related to the juristic difference in the issues of Zakat, whereby choosing a specific jurisprudence opinion and leaving other opinions leads to an increase or decrease in Zakat revenues, and that the Sudanese Zakat Law took the broadest doctrines and opinions in Zakat to take into account the interests of those who deserve it, just as the Sudanese legislator did not commit to His choices in Maliki doctrine, although it is the prevailing juristic doctrine in Sudan, but the law took many opinions from other doctrines, and even some contemporary jurisprudence.

هدفت الدراسة لتوضيح تأثير الإعلام في المرحلة من العصر العباسي الممتدة ما بين (132 - 447 ه) في مواجهة الأخطار سواًء الخارجية أو الداخلية منها والتي كانت تهدد الدولة العباسية، حيث تعددت وتنوعت وسائل الإعلام في العصر العباسي نتيجة للحضارة والازدهار الذي تميز به هذا العصر، وذلك بسبب التعامل والتفاعل بين الثقافات المختلفة وتوَسع نطاق الدولة، مما استدعى تطور وسائل الاتصال. بالإضافةً إلى ذلك، أبدى الخلفاء والأمراء اهتمامًا بكسب رأي الجمهور وتحسين صورتهم أمام رعاياهم، حيث شجعوا الشعر والعلم وكل ما يساهم في تمجيدهم وتعزيز فهم المرء الإيجابي عنهم. تمثل استخدام الخطاب والاهتمام به في علم الكلام واللغة، بناء الجوامع ودور العلم كلها وسائل لنقل ما يرغبون من خطابات وكلمات، استخدموها لمواجهة خصومهم. وعلاوةً على ذلك، قاموا بالترويج للشعر ودعم الشعراء، إذ تنوعت خطاباتهم بين الأدبية والدينية والعلمية والسياسية، وكانت كلها تهدف إلى تمجيد حكمهم ودولتهم وأفعالهم، واعتبروها سلاحًا قويًا لمواجهة خصومهم. وعززت هذه الاستراتيجية تقريب العلماء والشعراء والفقهاء من الخطباء والأمراء، حيث تملك فعلهم هذا دورًا هامًا في التصدي للتهديدات التي واجهت الحكم العباسي، سواءً كانت من الداخل أو الخارج. وبالتالي، يوضح أن العباسيين نجحوا في استخدام وسائل الإعلام المتاحة لديهم بشكل مناسب يخدم أهدافهم، وعملوا على تطويع هذه الوسائل لخدمة طموحاتهم.
تعد ظاهرة التغير المناخي إحدى المشاكل البيئية الكبرى في هذا العصر، وهذا نظرا للأضرار الناجمة عنها والتي سببها ما وصل إليه الإنسان من ابتكارات علمية وتكنولوجيا حديثة، وغزوه للفضاء الخارجي. فكل ما قام به الإنسان كانت نتائجه وخيمة على كوكب الأرض، وقد أنشأ هذا النشاط المستمر ظاهرة التلوث البيئي الذي أتى على عناصر البيئة ملحقا بها أضرارًا خطيرة جدًا، والجزائر واحدة من الدول التي تضررت اقتصاديا جراء هذه الظاهرة، نتيجة الجفاف والفيضانات ومختلف الأمراض التي تصيب المحاصيل الزراعية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى دمج البعد البيئي في مختلف المجالات، ووضع منظومة تشريعية كفيلة للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة
The climate change phenomenon is considered as one of the biggest environmental problems nowadays. This is because of its damages made by human modern scientific and technological inventions beside Man's invasion of space. All these doings had a catastrophic effect on the earth planet. This continuous activity led to an environmental pollution that left very dangerous damages.Algeria is one of the countries that were affected economically from this phenomenon as a result of drought, floods and different diseases that affect agricultural crops. This led to get the environmental dimension integrated in many fields. In addition to putting a legislative organism to stop this phenomenon

تعد رياضة الكرة الطائرة من الرياضات التي تحظى بمحبّة الناس وسهولة ممارستها من الفئات المتنوّعة ومن الأعمار كافة، إضافة إلى التّقدّم الفني والخططي لمهاراتها المتنوعة ومنها مهارتا الضرب الساحق والارسال الموجهه من الاسفل, ويعد الأسلوب الجديد (التبادلي) وترتيبه من الأشياء التي لها الأولوية في العمليّة التّعليميّة، إذ يساعد في تبسيط اكتساب المعرفة بشكل تدريجيّ باعتماد معيار الصعوبة، إضافة إلى تنويع أساليب التدريب المستعملة واختلافها يؤدي إلى إيجاد مجالات إبداعيّة مستحدثة لدى الطالب، الأمر الذي يوفّر درجة أعلى من اكتساب المعرفة.
تتفق التشريعات في القانون المقارن على تكييف القانون الأجنبي بأنه قانونا إذا تعلّق بالأحوال الشخصية، وواقعة متى ارتبط بمسائل أخرى، ويلتزم القاضي بتفسيره وفقا للنظام القانوني الأجنبي.
ولكنها تختلف في مسألة مدى خضوع الخطأ في تطبيقه أو تفسيره لرقابة محكمة القانون، وينصّ المشرع الجزائري في المادة 358/6 من قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية على أن الخطأ في تطبيق أو تفسير القانون الأجنبي المرتبط بالعلاقات الأسرية يكون محلا للطعن بالنقض أمام المحكمة العليا.
In comparative legislation,The applicable of forgeign law at personales relations is legally, but it is action in others cases.The judge is obligated to interpret it accordance with the forgeign law.
The defferent in the comparative law at error application or interpretation subject to the control of the court of law ,The Algerian legislator stipulates in article 358/6 of the procedures civile and administrative law that the error application or interpreting foreign law related to famillies relations shall be subject to appeal by cassation befor court of law.

قد شهدت اساليب التدريس في السنوات الماضية تطورات كثيرة كان الهدف منها زيادة فاعلية التدريس والاستفادة من الاساليب التي تعتمد على نشاط المتعلم وممارسته للمواقف التعليمية بذاته, مما يساعد على الوصول الى فاعلية اكثر في التعلم, ومستمرا ومؤثرا، فالاسلوب التدريسي هو الوسيلة الناقلة للعلم والمعرفة للمتعلم، وكلما كانت ملائمة للموقف التعليمي ومنسجمة مع عمر المتعلم وذكائه وقابليته وميوله كانت الاهداف التربوية المتحققة عبرها أوسع واكثر عمقاً وفائدة.
تتطور الممارسات موازاة مع التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي الحاصل، كما تتجدد المنظومة القانونية بصورة مستمرة بهدف مواكبة هذا التطور، فانطلاقا من ذلك؛ فقد أثر التطور في تقنيات الإعلام والاتصال على كل من سوق الإشهار وقطاع الإعلام، ليتحولا من صورتهما التقليدية إلى صورة حديثة معاصرة في سياق ما يُعرف بالإشهار الإلكتروني والإعلام الإلكتروني، حيث أضحت الممارستين مترابطتين بعضها البعض؛ وذلك من خلال انتقال الإشهار من دعائم تقليدية إلى دعائم رقمية عبر وسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية، وهو ما يفرض مواكبة هذا التطور برصد منظومة قانونية تتماشى معه، غير أن ذلك يتميّز بالقصور في الجزائر بالنظر للفراغ القانوني والغموض الذي يشهده الإشهار الإلكتروني عبر وسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية.
Practices evolve in parallel with the scientific and technological development that occur, and the legal system is continually getting renewed in order to keep up this progress. Innovations in the field of information and communication
technologies have affected both the advertising market and the media sector shifting from their traditional image to a modern contemporary one in the context of what is known as electronic advertising and electronic media. Thus, the two practices have become interrelated with each other through the transfer of advertisement from traditional pillars to digital ones via electronic media which requires keeping pace with this advancement by monitoring a legal system in line with it. However, there are many marked shortcomings in this field in Algeria because of the legal vacuum and ambiguity that electronic advertising witnesses through electronic media.

لهذه الدّراسة هدف هام وهو التّعرّف على الدّافعية العقليّة، ومستواهالدى متعلّمي المرحلة الإعداديّة، إضافة إلى العلاقة الّتي تربط التّحصيل الدّراسي، بمادّة الإحياء. اعتمد المنهج التحليليّ الوصفيّ، بالاستعانة بالاستبانة على مجموعة طلّاب اختيروا عشوائبّا، من متعلّمي المرحلة الاعداديّة بالعراق، أتت النتائج لتؤكّد المستوى االمتوسّط من الدافعيّة العقليّة لدى المتعلّمين، ومستوى مرتفع من التّحصيل الدّراسي في مادة الإحياء. ووجود علاقة إرتباطيّة طرديّة (موجبة قوية ) بين مستوى التّحصيل لمتعلّمي مادة الأحياء، والدّافعيّة العقليّة .إضافة إلى فروق إحصائية بشكل متوسّط بين مجموعة المتعلّمين الذكور والاناث بمستوى التّحصيل الدّراسي والدّافعيّة العقليّة. وأوصت الدراسة بتبنّي طريقة خاصة في تعلّم معارف مختلفة للطلّاب محلّ الدّراسة. وذلك من خلال إختيار الطريقة المناسبة في التّعليم، لتحفيز الدافعيّة للتعلّم. كما أوصت الدّراسة بتبنّي طريقة خاصة تعطي تشوّقا لمعرفة أشياء مختلفة، من خلال تحفيز الدافعيّة للتعلّم وزيادة التّحصيل العلميّ.
يعتبر عقد الترخص باستغلال العلامة التجارية من العقود المهمة التي ترد على أموال معنوية، بهدف توسيع النشاط وزيادة الثقة في المنتوج، باعتباره عقدا قائما على مشروع تجاري منتشر على نطاق واسع وله خصوصية تميزه عن غيره من العقود، وقد نص عليه المشرع الجزائري بموجب الأمر رقم 03/06 المتعلق بالعلامات التجارية، من حيث طبيعته القانونية وأنواعه والحماية التي منحها المشرع له.
A license contract to exploit the trademark is an important contract that responds to moral money, with the aim of expanding activity and increasing trust in the product, as a contract based on a widely disseminated business that is distinct from other contracts. Therefore, the Algerian legislature provided for by order N° 03/06 on trademarks, in terms of their legal nature and the protections granted by the legislature.

يعتبر الرسم والتصوير التشكيلي أحد المجالات التنموية الهامة للإنسان فهو انعكاس حقيقي لمتغيرات العصر المعاش، فقد باتت التكنولوجيا، جزء رئيسيا من حياتنا اليومية، حيث يقف التاريخ البشري في هذا العصر، على أعتاب الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والتي تتسم بالتحولات والتغيرات السريعة ومن أهم المتغيرات المعاصرة تكنولوجيا (الذكاء الاصطناعي)، حيث أخذ الذكاء الاصطناعي ، بتغير نمط حياتنا بشكل جذري، ومن الملاحظ أن هذه التكنولوجيا لم تستغل كمدخل تجريبي يعزز التطور والنمو من هنا يرى البحث ضرورة الوقوف على المنطلاقات الفكرية والتقنية لتكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي ، وتقديم مداخل جمالية مستحدثة ، في اللوحة التصويرية، قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي لمجاراة روح العصر، والإلمام بمهارات المستقبل، ،و للخروج بمعالجات مستحدثة توافق تطورات العصر الذي نعيشه،حيث يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مفهوم فن الذكاء الاصطناعي وتاريخه في اللوحة التصويرية ، كما يهدف إلى تقديم مداخل تجريبية مستحدثة قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في اللوحة التصويرية، واتبع البحث الحالي المنهج التطبيقي التجريبي لتجربة البحث العملية ، وقد خلص البحث إلى النتائج التالية: أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يمنح قوة عظمى للفنان ، تمكنه من إنشاء أعمال فنية ذات تعقيد وثراء حيث يمكن للفنانين استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي كأداة‘ أو متعاون، أو ملهمة للتأثير على أعمالهم الفنية، في مراحل مختلفة من العملية الفنية إذ تعمل نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي في شكلها الحالي كأدوات جديدة للفنان، أكثر من كونها بدائل رقمية للإنسان المبدع، فعلى سبيل المثال ، يمكن للذكاء الاصطناعي إنشاء مجموعة من الصور لتكون بمثابة نقطة انطلاق ، والتي يمكن بعد ذلك الاختيار من بينها وتحسينها بواسطة فنان بشري، حيث يجمع هذا بين نقاط القوة في النماذج الفنية للذكاء الاصطناعي (التكرار السريع وإنشاء الصور) ،مع نقاط القوة لدى الفنانين البشريين المتمثلة في (الرؤية الفنية للقطعة ، والمقدرة على التغلب على مشاكل نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي)، كما أوضحت الدراسة التحليلية و الفنية المدى الواسع للاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي وأساليبه التشكيلية في إثراء القيم الجمالية للرسم والتصوير ، وأوصى البحث بمزيد من التجريب في الشكل من خلال أساليب وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي للوصول إلى حلول تشكيلية متنوعة في مجال الرسم والتصوير، كما أوصى بالعمل على إيجاد وتعزيز القيم (الفريدة) التي يقدمها البشر، في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأوصى بالسعي وراء وجهات النظر المختلفة والمبتكرة وإعطائها الفرصة للتجريب والتقويم.
من منظور الاقتصاد السياسي الدولي تبحث هذه المقالة، في آثار طفرة إنتاج النفط الصخري على سوق الطاقة العالمية ونتائجها، على تقلبات أسعار النفط الخام في سياق مصالح اقتصادية وسياسية، متباينة بين أهم الفاعلين في السوق من مصدرين ومستوردين؛ فبينما تبدو المصالح متضاربة اقتصاديا بين أهم منتجي النفط الخام منظمة الدول المصِّدرة للنفط، وعلى رأسها السعودية وبين الولايات المتحدة كأهم منتجي النفط الصخري، للتحكم في حصص السوق وأسعاره، يبدو في المقابل أن هنالك مصالح متقاربة بينهما في الضغط الاقتصادي على قوى إقليمية ودولية مناوئة كإيران وروسيا.
وقد توصلت المقالة إلى ضرورة مراجعة الحكمة التقليدية القائلة بأن سعر النفط الخام تحكمه عوامل اقتصادية؛ معدل الإمدادات، حجم الاحتياطي، والاستثمار في الطاقات البديلة كالنفط الصخري، ليقترن أيضا بعوامل جيوسياسية تقتضيها متطلبات الأمن القومي لأهم لاعبي السوق.
From an international political economy perspective, this article aims mainly at looking at the effects of the shale oil production on the global energy market and crude oil price fluctuations, in a context of overlapping economic and political interests for exporters and importersas well.
While the interests appear to be economically contradictory for Saudi Arabia as the most important producer of crude oil on the one hand, and the United States, the most important shale oil producer, on the other hand, it seems that there are converging interests between them.One significant interest is the economic pressure they exercise on regional and international powers such as Iran and Russia.
The article concluded that it is necessary to review the widespread belief that the price of crude oil is governed by economic factors; the rate of supplies, the size of reserves, and the extent of alternative energies such as shale oil. Such factors are to be associated with geopolitical factors based on the national security requirements of the most important market players.

تهدف هذه الرسالة الى معرفة اثر استخدام اسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه في تعليم المهارات الأساسية بكره القدم للصالات استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لتحقيق اهداف الرسالة اذا يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب المرحلة الثالثة والرابعة في كليه التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعه كركوك البالغ عددهم (222) طالب يمثلون اربع شعب وقد تم اختيار عينة بشكل عشوائي بواقع ( 112) طالب من شعبتي ( أ ) و(ب) لتكون المجموعتين مجموعة تجريبيه عددهم (57) ومجموعة ضابطه بواقع (55) طالب ثم اجريت لهم الاختبارات القبلية و بعدها تم تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي بأسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه على المجموعة التجريبية وطبقت المجموعة الضابطة برنامجها وفق الأسلوب المتبع وبعد اجراء الاختبارات البعدية وعرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها استنتج الباحث بأن البرنامج التعليمي باستخدام اسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه هو الأكثر فاعليه في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكره القدم للصالات واوصل باحث بضرورة استخدام أسلوب الاكتشاف الموجه لتأثيره الإيجابي والفعال في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكره القدم للصالات .
يعد الاستثمار الأجنبي أحد أهم الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية لدّول العالم خاصة النامية منها، من خلال ما يقدمه المستثمر الأجنبي من رأس المال وخبرات فنية وإدارية وتكنولوجية حديثة للّدولة المضيفة للاستثمار .
ولذلك سعت الجزائر إلى جذب الاستثمار الذي أقره التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 بموجب المادة 43 منه" حرية الإستثمار والتجارة معترف بها وتمارس في إطار القانون", من خلال توفير المناخ الاستثماري المناسب وهو ما تجسد بصدور القانون رقم 16/09 المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار الذي يقر عدة ضمانات موضوعية وإجرائية كفيلة لضمان الأمن القانوني والاقتصادي للمستثمر الأجنبي.
وتتجلي إشكالية الدراسة في بيان فعالية الضمانات التي أقرها القانون رقم 16/09 في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي؟. وذلك من خلال تقسيم موضوع الدراسة إلى محورين كالآتي: المحور الأول: الضمانات الموضوعية الموجهة للاستثمار الأجنبي، المحور الثاني: الضمانات الإجرائية الموجهة للاستثمار الأجنبي
وقد توصلنا إلى أن المشرع الجزائري أقر عدّة ضمانات سواء كانت موضوعية أو إجرائية لخلق بيئة استثمارية ملائمة لجذب المستثمر الأجنبي وتحقيق النمو بالاقتصاد الوطني
Foreign investment is considered as one of the most important pillars for achieving economic development in countries of the world and especially developing ones, through what the foreign investor provides to the country hosting the investment from capital to the contemporary technical, administrative and technological expertise.
Therefore, Algeria sought to attract investments approved by the Constitutional Amendment of 2016 under Article 43 thereof, "Freedom of investment and trade is recognized and practiced within the framework of law", by providing the appropriate investment climate, which was embodied with the issuance of Law No 09/16 related to investment promotion, which establishes several objective or procedural guarantees that assure legal and economic security for the foreign investor.
The problematic of the study is reflected in stating the effectiveness of the guarantees approved by Law No. 16/09 in attracting foreign investment? And that is by dividing the subject of study into two axes as follows: The first axis: the objective guarantees directed to foreign investment, the second axis: the procedural guarantees directed to foreign investment.
We concluded that the Algerian legislator has approved several guarantees in line with international agreements and bilateral and multilateral treaties, such as ensuring equality between investors, ensuring the transfer of the investor’s capital, ensuring legislative stability, and also ensuring resorting to international arbitration, all of this in order to create an appropriate environment of investment to attract foreign investors and achieve national economy’s growth.

يشهد عالم اليوم تطورًا سريعًا في جميع اتجاهات الاقتصاد والتمويل والمصارف ، فضلاً عن ثورة رقمية في التكنولوجيا ، والتي أدت إلى ولادة أدوات نقدية جديدة تتوافق مع التنمية الاجتماعية وتعميم الإنترنت, مكان في عالم اليوم، والعديد من المواقف والأزمات تساعدهم أيضًا على التحول إلى التمويل والأعمال والاقتصاد والأوبئة وغير ذلك. ومع ذلك ، فإن التعامل مع هذه القضايا يطرح مجموعة من التحديات والمخاطر ، ومن الأمثلة على ذلك جرائم غسل الأموال وتمويل العمليات الإرهاب وتهريب بعض السلع الغير مشروعة ، فضلاً عن القضايا القانونية والتنظيمية التي تزعزع استقرار اقتصادات البلدان وقطاعاتها المالية والمصرفية ظهور العملات الافتراضية والضرر النقدي والاقتصادي الذي تسببه ، بيان حول الآفاق المستقبلية لاستخدام العملات الافتراضية.
خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عوامل تطوير الدولة لها تأثير إحصائي كبير على تبني العملة المشفرة في العراق ، وأن البيئة القانونية لها تأثير هام إحصائيًا على تبني العملة المشفرة.
إن الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو معالجة مفهوم الأمن الغذائي في سياق الاستدامة، من خلال إلقاء نظرة عامة على العلاقات المتبادلة بين الأمن الغذائي والاستدامة، مع تأكيد مؤتمر روما على أهمية الإدارة المستدامة للموارد الطبيعية والقضاء على الأنماط غير المستدامة لاستهلاك الأغذية وإنتاجها.
يتعرض الأمن الغذائي في العالم للتهديد بسبب "الضغط المزدوج" على الطاقة الإنتاجية، برغم الدعم المقدم من منظمة التعاون والتنمية الاقتصادية (OECD)، والذي ينبع من نمو الطلب السريع وتدهور قاعدة الموارد الطبيعية، والتي لا يمكن التنبؤ بها بسبب تغير المناخ، فقد انخفض متوسط معدل النمو السنوي لمحاصيل الحبوب من أكثر من 03 في المائة في الثمانينيات إلى ما يقرب من 01 في المائة في السنوات الأخيرة، وهو مستوى أقل بقليل من معدل النمو السكاني، ما يتركنا ندق ناقوس الخطر حول استدامة الأمن الغذائي.
The aim of this research paper is to address the concept of food security in the context of sustainability, by providing an overview of the interrelationships between food security and sustainability, with the Rome Conference stressing the importance of sustainable management of natural resources and the elimination of unsustainable patterns of food consumption and production.
Food security in the world is under threat due to "double pressure" on production capacity, despite support from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which stems from rapid demand growth and the deterioration of the natural resource base, which is unpredictable due to climate change. The annual growth rate of cereal crops from more than 03 percent in the 1980s to nearly 10 percent in recent years, a level just below the rate of population growth, leaves us sounding the alarm about the sustainability of food security.
