استخدام الأعلانات التجارية الغير ربحية لتدريس اللغة الأنجليزية (عنوان الورقة البحثية) فالورقة تضف مهارتين جديدتين (وجة النظر وابرازالرؤية) للمهارات الأربع التقليدية: مهارة القراءة و الكتابة و الأستماع و الكلام . فالعالم دونافي 2019. يشير للقارة الأوربية بان المجلس الأوروربي قد أضاف الألية السمعية البصرية لعناصر القراءة الصامتة في ثلاث نقاط: التغيرات في الموضوع و تعريف النقاط الأساسية. كذلك التعريف بالتفاصيل والفوارق الدقيقة التي لا تكاد تدرك – والمعنى الضمني لتخلص من البطء ؛ واستخدام مستوى رفيع لقدرة التكلم بالعامية أمثالا و اصطلاحا (2020) . الأعلانات التجارية الغير ربحية فهي ترجع للأفلام المتاحة المصدر لأساتذة اللغة. فهدف الأعلانات لتدريس أكبرعدد ممكن من الناس لنشر رسالة المنظمات وتطويرها- فالأفلام القصيرة يجب ألا تزيد عن ثلاث دقائق أثناء عرضها وهي صنعة محترفين ماهرين في تصميم القصة . فالمتعلمون (الدارسون) أنواع مختلفة يمكنهم الاستفادة من الأفلام لأنهم يتواصلون من خلال القنوات المختلفة فالفلم و القنوات النقدية الأدبية تطورت –عندما يبدأ الطلاب في تحليل الأفلام ودراسة المواقع الألكترونية للمنظمات المتحررة . المعلمون يمكنهم عرض الأعلان التجاري الغير ربحي تمهيدا لتقديم الدرس بعرض فلم أو أكثر لتغطية نفس الدرس (الموضوع) ومقارنة أشكال أساليبهم وطرائق اقناعهم.
تحرص جل الأنظمة في العالم على إحداث هيئات في إطار عملية الرقابة البعدية على المال العام، وهي الرقابة التي تهدف أكثر ما تهدف إلى التصدي ومكافحة كل مظاهر الفساد المالي المرتبطة بالإستغلال غير عقلاني والتبذير والإختلاس، وإذا كان البرلمان كمؤسسة دستورية يعتبر إحدى هاته الهيئات، فإن دوره يبقى محدودا ويفتقر إلى الفعالية المطلوبة، ومن هنا إتجهت الدول إلى إستحداث وتنصيب أجهزة عليا مستقلة ومتخصصة للرقابة المالية حيث تمارس هذه الأجهزة صور مختلفة من الرقابة تهدف من خلالها إلى ضبط العمليات المالية والتحقق من الحسابات المقدمة من طرف المحاسبيين العموميين والآمرين بالصرف، والتصدي بالجزاءات المناسبة في حالة ثبوت خرق الأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بكيفيات وظروف إستغلال المال العام، وقد أوكل الدستور الجزائري هذا الدور لمجلس المحاسبة، في الوقت الذي أوكله الدستور المغربي للمجلس الأعلى للحسابات، وهما محل الدراسة في هاته الورقة البحثية.

The verification of the accounts submitted by the public accountants,And to address the appropriate penalties in case of violation of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to the modalities and conditions of the exploitation of public funds. The Algerian Constitution granted this role to the Accounting Council, while it was granted by the Moroccan Constitution of the Supreme Council of Accounts, which is considered in this paper.

ترتبط هذه الدراسة بالمنظور التواصلي واللساني للحجاجية في الخطاب الشعري، وبشكل خاص في المحسنات البديعية في أشعار أبي نواس المتعلقة بالخمر والمعروفة بالخمريات.
حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى استخدام الحجاجية في المحسنات البديعية في خمريات أبي نواس وكيف استطاع الشاعر توظيف هذه المحسنات لتحقيق غاية الاقناع والتأثير على المخاطب أو المتلقي، وقدرتها على تحقيق الجانب الإقناعي والإمتاعي في آن واحد.
وفي هذا المقال قام الباحث بتحليل الحجاجية في المحسنات البديعية المعنوية واللفظية مثل الطباق والمقابلة والجناس بالإضافة لمناقشة مفاهيم ذات علاقة بطبيعة الموضوع مثل الحجاجية والبديع والمحسنات البديعية، كما استخدم في دراسته المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، علاوة على أسلوب التحليل الحجاجي لمعظم الأبيات الشعرية الواردة في هذا البحث.
وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الأدوار الحجاجية الهامة للمحسنات البديعية المعنوية واللفظية في الخمريات حيث استطاع الشاعر ان يستعملها كأداة تخاطبية وتواصلية لإقناع المتلقي بآرائه مع الحفاظ على الوظيفة الإمتاعية والزخرفية لهذه المحسنات البديعية .
تهدف هذه الدراسة البحث في بيان دور الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومة في مكافحة الفساد، فبعد الوقوف عند كل من تعريف الحق في تداول المعلومة وتحديد الاإطار القانوني له، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحق في النفاذ إلى المعلومة يساهم بدرجة كبيرة في مكافحة الفساد، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن جوانب الإهدار والإحتيال وعدم الكفاءة والعجز، وتبيان الأخطاء والتجاوزات التي تقع فيها الحكومات، فيكون بوسع الأفراد أو الصحافيين من خلال الحصول والوصول إلى المعلومات كشف الأخطاء وكشف بؤر الفساد وإستغلال السلطة لتحقيق الأغراض الشخصية.، وتوفير حماية أساسية ضد عمليات إساءة إستخدام السلطة وسوء الإدارة والفساد. وهو ما يعتبر رادعا للفساد- وغيره من المساوئ- خوفا من الكشف والمحاسبة.
This study aims to research the role of the right to access information in the fight against corruption. After standing in both the definition of the right to circulation of information and determine the legal framework, the study concluded that the right to access information contributes significantly to the fight against corruption, By discovery the aspects of waste, fraud, incompetence and impotence, and to identify errors and abuses made by governments, so that individuals or journalists through access to information can detect errors, uncover the focal points of corruption and abuse of power for personal purposes, and providing a main protection against the use of power, mismanagement and corruption. Which is considered a deterrent to corruption- and other disadvantages- for fear of disclosure and accountability.

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة غرب كردفان ، في ظل المتغيرات الوسطية (الجنس، السن، الحالة الاجتماعية، الأقدمية) . وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل البيانات المجمعة بواسطة الاستبانة الموزعة على (40) من عينه المبحوثين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة غرب كردفان والبلغ عددهم (200) عضو في مختلف الكليات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها ما يلي:/ ان جميع العبارات التي تعبر عن محور الولاء الوظيفي و تلك التي تعبر عن محور المسئولية اتجاه جهة العمل والتي تعبر عن محور الإيمان بالمؤسسة يزيد متوسطها عن الوسط الفرضي (3 ) عدا العبارة الخامسة فى محور الولاء الوظيفى و العبارة الاولى فى محور الايمان بالمؤسسة. مما يدل على موافقة أفراد العينة على جميع عبارات المحاور المذكورة بمستوى موافقة مرتفعة بمتوسط عام مقداره (3.52)، (3.97) و (3.99) . وأهمية نسبية (70.4)% ، (79.4)% ، (79.8)% على التوالى ./وايضا قد أثبتت الدراسة (وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة غرب كردفان تعزى لمتغيرالحالة الاجتماعية) ولصالح (المتزوجين) بشكل اعمق لكونهم اهل استقرار اكثر من غيرهم .
/ كما أثبتت الدراسة : (وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة غرب كردفان تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية) ان هناك فروقا ذات دلاله احصائية لمتغير الدرجه العلمية ولصالح الاستاذ المشارك والمساعد ، قد ترجع للوضع المادى والاجتماعى.
كما اوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها : تعزيز ارتباطها بالمجتمع لقدرته على ايجاد خيارات كثيرة لحل المشاكل .والعمل على تحقيق مكاسب مادية ومعنوية لبنا ء الشعور بالانتماء الحقيقى للعضو . وان تتجه ادارة الجامعة لوضع استراتيجيات تجعل من العضو قادرا على ان يبذل مجهودا لتحقيق اهدافه والجامعة. كما اقترحت على قياده الجامعة الاهتمام بالمناخ التنظيمى الخالى من المشاكل والذى يجعل مكان العمل رائعاً وجاذبا. وان تتبنى الجامعة قيم الحرية والاستقلالية فى التعبير عن العمل و تتيح قيم المشاركة الفعالة في اتخاذ القرارات .
تعرف مرحلة الحملة الإنتخابية تجاوزات تؤثر بشكل عميق على عمل الدولة والنظام القانوني، تعود أغلبها لعدم إحترام الأحكام العامة للتمويل. هذه الأخيرة التي وضعت بهدف مكافحة الفساد وإستبعاد التنظيمات التي لا يحق لها الاشتراك في إتخاذ القرارات السيادية أو المساهمة في تشكيل الحكومة.
لذا، تم دعم الآليات الرقابية على مصادر التمويل، إلا أن تلك الأحكام قاصرة خاصة في إطار أنظمة حزبية غير ديمقراطية نظرا لخصوصية جرائم الفساد السياسي والطبيعة الخاصة للعلاقات بين المترشحين والناخبين خلال هذه الفترة.
The electoral campaign defines abuses that have a profound impact on the functioning of the state and the legal system, mostly due to the lack of respect for the system of campaign financing. مع بداية عقد التسعينيات شهد العالم اتجاها اقتصاديا جديداً، وجد مساندة قوية من جانب البنك الدولي تمثل دعوة إلى ضرورة تطبيق برامج الخصخصة، وإزالة القيود الاقتصادية والحد من دور الدولة فى الاقتصاد، وتطبيق آليات جديدة لتنشيط استثمارات القطاع الخاص في مشروعات البنية الأساسية، وتعد عمليات المشاركة بين القطاعين العام والخاص أحد الآليات التى لاقت قبولاً ومساندة من قبل البنك الدولي كاستراتيجية لخفض أعباء الموازنة العامة ووسيله لتنفيذ مشروعات البنية التحتية والمحافظة عليها كالطرق، الكبارى، الأنفاق، السكك الحديدية، الموانئ، المطارات ،الاتصالات ، المستشفيات، المدارس و الجامعات، مشروعات المياه والصرف الصحي ... الخ.
وتقوم الدراسة الحالية بمناقشة واستعراض وتقييم التجربة البريطانية في مجال مشاريع المشاركة بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتمويل وإنشاء مشروعات البنية الاساسية ، باعتبارها أحد التجارب الرائدة في هذا المجال وتم تقسيم البحث الى خمسة أجزاء ، حيث يستعرض الجزء الاول بإيجاز سريع الاطار النظري المتعلق بمفهوم مشاريع البنية الاساسية ومشاريع المشاركة ، ثم يستعرض الجزء الثاني المراحل التي مرت بها التجربة البريطانية ، ثم الجزء الثالث لتحليل التطور الزمني وتوزيع مشاريع. المشاركة على الجهات الحكومية ، والجزء الرابع تم تخصيصة لتقييم التجربة البريطانية ، واخيرا الجزء الخامس لعرض النتائج و الدروس المستفادة.
تعد الجامعة إحدى المقومات الحضارية من حيث الدور الذي تضطلع به في المجتمع، ويعد الأستاذ الجامعي هو المحور الرئيسي الذي تقوم عليه الجامعة باعتباره أولا وقبل كل شيء موظف يؤدي وظيفة التعليم والبحث العلمي، ومن هذا المنطلق وجب عليه القيام بمهامه في إطار أخلاقي وسلوك نزيه، وكل انحراف عن هذه السلوك باستغلال منصبه أو سلوكا آخر منافيا للأخلاق أو للنصوص القانونية والتنظيمية يؤدي إلى اعتبار تصرفه مظهرا للفساد الأخلاقي والأكاديمي بتعبير أدق.
كنتيجة عامة يمكن القول أنه للفساد الأكاديمي مظاهر متعددة سواء من حيث الأداء المهني مع الطلاب أو في مجال البحث العلمي والأمانة العلمية، وفي سبيل مكافحة هذه الظاهرة أوجب المشرع على الأستاذ الجامعي التقيد بمجموعة من المبادئ والقواعد العلمية والأخلاقية.
The University is one of the ingredients of civilization in terms of the role they play in society, and is a university professor is the main axis upon which the university as first and foremost an employee performs the function of education and scientific research, and from this standpoint and Jeb him carry out his duties in an ethical framework and honest behavior, and every deviation from this behavior by exploiting his position or behavior contrary to the ethics of another legal or regulatory texts and lead to regard his behavior , showing moral corruption and academic , more precisely. General can say that as a result of academic corruption of multiple aspects of both in terms of professional performance with students or in the field of scientific research and scientific integrity, and in order to combat this phenomenon , the legislator has enjoined on university professor adherence to a set of principles and rules of scientific and ethical.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، وأفضل الصلوات وأتم التسليمات على سيدنا محمد المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى أهل بيته الطيبين الطاهرين، وعلى أصحابه الغر الميامين، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
إن نظرة فاحصة لواقع العالم الإسلامي والعربي تشير، بشكل لا يقبل الجدل، أن مؤامرة عالمية كبرى على العالم العربي الإسلامي، تنفذ من خلال خطة مُحْكمة ومدروسة، فنحن نشهد تكالب وتحالف القوى الاستعمارية والصهيونية علينا وعلى أراضينا ومواردنا وثرواتنا كما ورد في الحديث الشريف: «يُوشِكُ الأُمَمُ أَنْ تَدَاعَى عَلَيْكُمُ كَمَا تَدَاعَى الأَكَلَةُ إلَى قَصْعَتِهَا» فقال قائلٌ: ومِنْ قِلَّةٍ نحنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ؟ قَالَ: «بل أَنْتُم يَوْمَئِذٍ كَثِيرٌ، وَلَكِنَّكُمْ غُثَاءٌ كَغُثَاءِ السَّيْلِ، وليَنْزَعنَّ اللَّهُ مِنْ صدورِ عَدُوِّكُمْ الْمَهَابَةَ منكم، وَليَقْذِفَنَّ اللهُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمُ الْوَهَنَ»، قِيلَ: وَمَا الْوَهَنُ؟ قَالَ: «حُبُّ الْدنيا وَكَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَوْتِ»[i]، وما أشار إليه هذا الحديث قد صرح به حديث آخر فقال : «إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ بِالْعِينَةِ، وَأَخَذْتُمْ أَذْنَاب الْبَقَرِ، وَرَضِيتُمْ بِالزَّرْعِ، وَتَرَكْتُمْ الْجِهَاد، سَلَّطَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ ذُلَّاً لَا يَنْزِعُهُ حتَّى تَرْجِعُوا إلَى دِينِكُمْ»[ii].
إن محاولات اليهود والغرب الاستعماري التحكم بأوضاعنا السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والدينية، لتثبيت عمليات الاستنزاف التي لا تنتهي، تتم وفق معادلة يعتقدون بها ويعملون من خلالها، ولذلك فهم يعملون على إثارة الفتن والاضطرابات الداخلية والسياسية، لمنع النمو الاقتصادي والعلمي والاجتماعي في البلاد العربية والإسلامية.
كما يعملون من خلال مؤسسات عالمية كبرى على تشويه حقائق الإسلام، وصورة العربي، عن طريق النشرات والكتب والإعلام العالمي الذي تتسلط عليه المنظمات الصهيونية في العالم، وأيضاً عن طريق المندسّين بين صفوف العرب والمسلمين، ليعملوا على التخريب من الداخل، ولا تتورع القوى المعادية للشعوب العربية والإسلامية عن استخدام المذابح والتطهير الديني والعرقي لتحقيق أهدافها. وما المذابح الكبرى في فلسطين والجزائر... وغيرها التي ارتكبوها بأيديهم، أو المذابح التي يرتكبونها بأيدي البعض منا كما في سوريا والعراق ومصر وغيرها إلا شاهد على ذلك.
الحديث عن الفساد بجميع أشكاله لا يخص مجتمعا بعينه أو دولة بذاتها، وإنما هو ظاهرة عالمية تشكو منها كل الدول خاصة الدول المغاربية، لما له من خطر على الأمن الاجتماعي والنمو الاقتصادي والأداء الإداري، ومن هنا حازت هذه الظاهرة على اهتمام كل المجتمعات وكل الدول لذا أدركت الجزائر أهمية وجود استراتيجية وقوانين تعزز النزاهة والشفافية وتحارب الفساد بكافة أشكاله، وجعلت ذلك ضمن أولوياتها ولهذا فإنها إلى جانب ما لديها من نظم لمكافحة الفساد صادقت على الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بمحاربة الفساد وإساءة استعمال السلطة الوظيفية، لكن بالمقابل وحسب تقرير منظمة الشفافية الدولية الأخير لسنة2017، يلاحظ عدم تقدم الدول المغاربية في الترتيب ومنها الجزائر مقارنة بتحسن ترتيب تونس رغم الإصلاحات السياسية والإدارية التي قامت بها الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة، لذا سنتناول في دراستنا جريمتي الرشوة والاختلاس في القطاع العام لما لهما من خطورة على جميع الأصعدة من خلال قراءة قانونية على ضوء التشريعين الجزائري والتونسي.
Corruption in all its forms does not concern a society or a country in itself, but a global phenomenon to which all countries, and in particular the Maghreb countries, complain because of their danger to social security, economic growth and administrative performance. The existence of a strategy and laws promoting integrity and transparency and fighting corruption in all its forms has made it a priority, which has enabled it to ratify the international conventions on the fight against corruption, as well as international conventions on the fight against corruption. At the last international conference in 2017, the Maghreb countries did not progress in the ranking, including Algeria in relation to the improvement of the Tunisian order despite the political and administrative reforms led by Algeria in in recent years. We will therefore address in our study the crimes of corruption and embezzlement in the public sector because they are dangerous at all levels by reading In the light of Algerian and Tunisian legislation.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية شبكة النقاش فـي تحصـيل مـادة التـاريخ وتفعيل مهارة التواصل لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي، واقتراح طرائق حديثة وشفافة تحفز الدافعية للتلميذات، كذلك طرح مقترح لأستاذه المادة لتقويم واستثمار المهارات.
كما تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي في تطبيق استراتيجية أسلوب النقاش. حيث تم اختيار مجموعتين، واحدة تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة. وتم تطبيق استراتيجية أسلوب النقاش على (المجموعة التجريبية) لقياس مستوى التحصيل ومهارة التواصل فيما بعد. تكَوَنَ مجتمع البحث من مدرسة الألباب الابتدائية في محافظة واسط قضاء العزيزية. تألفتعيّنة البحث من تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي، وبلغ العدد (60) تلميذة وتم تطبيق اختبار تحصيلي بعدي في استراتيجية شبكة النقاش مع المجموعة التجريبية، دلّت نتائج الدراسة على:
أن لاستخدام إستراتيجية شبكة النقاش أثر في زيادة التحصيل لتلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مادة التاريخ.
أن لاستخدام إستراتيجية شبكة النقاش تأثير في تفعيل مهارة التواصل لدى التلميذات في الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مادة التاريخ.
توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات تلميذات الخامس ابتدائي في المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي تعلمن مادة التاريخ ,وفقاً لإستراتيجية شبكة النقاش ومتوسط درجات تلميذات الخامس ابتدائي في المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي تعلمن المادة وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية.
التصريح بالممتلكات آلية من الآليات التي نص عليها التشريع الجزائري وغيره من التشريعات المقارنة وذلك لضمان الشفافية في الشؤون العمومية، وحماية الممتلكات العمومية وصون نزاهة الأشخاص المكلفين بخدمة عمومية، فما مدى فاعلية هذه الآلية في الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، في ظل القانون الذي جاء بها والنصوص المطبقة له، وذلك من ناحية الأشخاص المعنيين بالتصريح بالممتلكات ووضعياتهم، وكذا الجهة التي يتم الإكتتاب أمامها التصريح، ومن ناحية العقوبات المقررة لمخالفة واجب التصريح، مقارنا ذلك كله بالتشريع التونسي بغية الوقوف عند أبرز الفروقات الموجودة بين التشريعين، وبالتالي الاستفادة من الكيفية السليمة والفعالة في تطبيق هذه الآلية الدستورية لتعزيز مبدأ الحكم الراشد لدى الدول المغاربية .
The declaration of property is one of the mechanisms stipulated by Algerian legislation and other comparative legislation to ensure transparency in public affairs, and the protection of public property and safeguard the integrity of the persons in charge of public service, so what is the effectiveness of this mechanism in preventing and control corruption ? And therefore in accordance with the law and the applicable texts .
and in terms of the persons concerned with the declaration of property and their status, as well as the entity under which the authorization is being issued, and in terms of the penalties for violating the duty of declaration Comparing all this with Tunisian legislation in order to stand at the most prominent differences between the two legislations, and thus benefit from the proper and effective way in applying this constitutional mechanism to promote the principle of good governance in the Maghreb countries.

يهدف البحث الى فهم مستوى البعد الريادي الاستراتيجي في شركة كرونجي والكشف عن مستوى القدرة التسويقية وعن مقدار التغيير على مستوى القدرة التسويقية نتيجة التغيرات في الريادي الاستراتيجي بالإضافة الى فهم الفروقات الدالة احصائياً في استجابات افراد العينة للريادة الاستراتيجية وقدرات التسوق بناءً على المتغيرات الديموغرافية.
من أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وبلغ حجم عينة البحث من 230 موظفًا من شركة كرونجي مستعيناً بالمنهج الكمي والمنهج الاستنتاجي.
وظهرت عدة استنتاجات منها إنّ الوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات أبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية في البراعة التسويقية (3.57٪، 3.65٪) بشكل متتالي. وهناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية في البراعة التسويقية، وتظهر أن المتغيرات التي تؤثر على براعة التسويق هي: القيادة والإدارة الاستراتيجية. 65٪ من التغييرات في براعة التسويق ترجع إلى التغيير في الريادة الاستراتيجية.
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب ظاهرة الفساد الاداري في كل من الجزائر والمغرب، مع الإشارة لأهم الوسائل القانونية لمكافحته، حيث يعتبر الفساد من الظواهر الخطيرة التي تواجه جميع دول العالم، وله آثار كبيرة على الدولة في كل قطاعاتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنه رغم مجهودات الجزائر والمغرب في ما يخص الإجراءات التشريعية والإصلاحية المصاحبة لمكافحة الفساد بما يتماشى مع مضمون اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة إلا أن الفساد لازال منتشر ولم تتحقق الأهداف المنشودة من مكافحته نتيجة غياب أداة محددة لقياسه من جهة وكونه حالة أخلاقية وظاهرة مجتمعية تحاط بالكتمان والسرية، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بأن فاعلية التشريعات والإصلاحات القانونية لمكافحة الفساد والوقاية منه تتطلب البيئة الملائمة بأبعادها التشريعية والرقابية والقانونية والإعلامية وبوجود دولة القانون والحكم الراشد.
The study aimed to identify the causes of administrative corruption in Algeria and Morocco, with reference to the most important legal means to combat it, where corruption is considered a serious phenomenon facing all countries of the world, and has great effects on the state in all sectors.The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that despite the efforts of Algeria and Morocco regarding the legislative and reform measures accompanying the fight against corruption in line with the content of the UN Convention , However corruption is still widespread and the desired objectives of combating it have not been achieved as a result of the absence of a specific tool to measure it on the one hand, and as an ethical situation and a community phenomenon that is surrounded by secrecy,Therefore, the study recommended that the effectiveness of legislations and legal reforms to combat and prevent corruption requires an appropriate environment in terms of its legislative, regulatory, legal and media dimensions, and the existence of a state of law and good governance.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الجامعات في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية من خلال دعم البحث العلمي، يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية والذي تم أخذ عينة عشوائية منه بحجم (385) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم استرجاع 353 استبيان بنسبة استرجاع بلغت 92% من العينة، تم حساب صدق وثبات الاستبيان، وجد أن معامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ يساوى 0.974، طبق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل بيانات الاستبانة والتي اعتمدت كآداه لجمع البيانات. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى 0.05 فأقل بالنسبة لمحاور الاستبيان (دور الجامعة في دعم البحث العلمي ودور البحث العلمي في الجامعة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية) تعزى لمتغير الجنس وعدد الأبحاث العلمية المنشورة.كذلك توصلت الدراسة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمحاور دور الجامعة في دعم البحث العلمي، دور البحث العلمي في الجامعة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية تعزى لمتغير العمر، عدد سنوات الخبرة والرتبة العلمية.
كما اقترحت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: اعتماد استراتيجيات واضحة لدعم وتمويل البحوث العلمية التى تخدم التنمية الإقتصادية، زيادة الشراكات مع الجهات الخارجية لدعم البحث العلمي بما يخدم التنمية الاقتصادية.
يعرف الفساد إنتشاراً واسعاً في جميع دول العالم، فقد أصبح ظاهرة تستدعي تظافر مجهودات الدول لتصدي لها، لذا قامت الجزائر بالإنضمام والتصديق على العديد من الإتفاقيات الخاصة بمكافحة الفساد، وخصصت لهذه الجرائم قانون مستقل هو القانون 06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، ونجد من ضمن هذه الجرائم جريمة الإختلاس في كل من القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص.
Corruption is proliferating in all countries of the world. Indeed, it has become a phenomenon that requires the synergy of efforts of all states to counter it. Thus, Algeria has acceded and ratified several anti- corruption treaties and dedicated a standalone law to the crimes related to it, dubbed law No. 06-01 on the prevention and fight against corruption. Among these crimes, we can note embezzlement in both the private and public sectors.

This study was conducted in the city of Absha in the year 2022 with the aim of identifying the factors that cause work pressures on the performance of teachers at the secondary level in the period between 2021 and 2022 AD, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach in this study of the social and economic conditions that cause work pressures. Absha researchers used the percentage scale and the arithmetic mean to measure the effect of work pressure on teachers' performance
The most important results:
The social and economic conditions cause pressure on the professionalism of teachers.
The difficult economic procedures and conditions are among the factors that do not help reduce the level of professional pressures at work among teachers.
Most important recommendations:
It is necessary to stand by the teacher and help him deal with the various pressures.
Taking into account mental health and adapting to new work conditions so that he can assume his social responsibilities in preparing generations for a better future, which has become more urgent than before, especially in the field of education.
Consoling the teacher when he needs it in some social circumstances such as (family, friends, the large community that lives around him)
Working to improve their living conditions and helping them raise the level of the material return they receive monthly in proportion to the requirements and the high standard of living within the community .
جريمة الرشوة من أخطر جرائم الفساد المالي، لما لها من آثار سلبية مدمرة للبنية الإجتماعية والإقتصادية للدول، والحكمة من تجريمها هو إخلال الموظف بواجب أخلاقيات مهنته، وقيامه بقبول مقابل مالي جراء تقديمه لخدمة غير قانونية، ولذلك سعت التشريعات الوضعية على غرارا الجزائر إلى مكافحة هذه الجريمة بداية من قانون العقوبات إلى غاية صدور قانون خاص بمكافة الفساد 06/01.
The crime of bribery is one of the most serious crimes of financial corruption because of its devastating negative effects on the social and economic structure of countries. The wisdom of criminalizing it is the violation of the duty of ethics of the employee and the acceptance of money for providing illegal service. Therefore, legislation such as Algeria sought to combat this crime Beginning with the Penal Code until the enactment of a law on corruption corruption.

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الأمين وبعد:
هذا ملخص لرسالة الغرض منه نيل مرضاة الله في الدارين، ثم لنيل درجة الماجستير في تخصص العقيدة الإسلامية، بعنوان: "فتحُ الحميد المجيد في جُملة من عقائد التَّوحيد، للشيخ محمد خضاري سليم (1268هــ) دراسةً وتحقيقاً".
إن الإيمان بالله تعالى أهم ركن من أركان الدين، ومعرفة صفاته تعالى وأسمائه تزيد الإيمان وتقوي علاقة العبد بربه، وكذا معرفة أنبيائه ورسله والجنة والنار والحشر والصراط، وكل ما ورد من مفردات تخص مباحث العقيدة الإسلامية. وقد ترك لنا علماء الأمة إرثاً ثميناً في مختلف العلوم الدينية والكونية، يوجب علينا – وفاءً لهم ورداً لجميلهم -، القيام على إخراج هذه الكتب وتحقيقها والتعريف بهؤلاء العلماء وجهودهم، ومن هؤلاء العلماء الشيخ محمد خضاري سليم – مؤلف كتاب فتح الحميد (موضوع الدراسة) - المالكي أحد أشهر علماء العقيدة والفقه من علماء تونس في القرن الثالث عشر الهجري.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى : التعريف بالسيرة الذاتية والعلمية للشيخ الخضاري، ومعرفة منهجه في كتابه "فتح الحميد المجيد في التوحيد" في العقيدة، والوقوف على المسائل العقدية والفقهية التي أوردها في كتابه، وبيان آرائه العقدية في خلال المسائل المعروضة. وقد تم تقسيم الرسالة إلى مقدمة وقسمين وخاتمة.
واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التاريخي عند الترجمة للمؤلف محمد خضاري سليم واستعراض سيرته الذاتية والعلمية والتعريف بها. ومنهج التحقيق والتعليق في النص المحقق من ضبط النص ومقارنة بين النسخ وعزو الأقوال إلى مظانها والتعليق على المسائل المعروضة في النص المحقق.
يتلخص مضمون هاته الورقة البحثية حول التحري عن كيفية مساهمة الفرانشيز في تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، في ظل الصعوبات التي تعاني منها وتحد من نموها وتطورها.
أين سنبحث عن الأدوار التي يلعبها الفرانشيز في هذا المجال، من خلال الإسهامات التي يقدمها للاقتصاد وللمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ويجعل منها مؤسسات قادرة على المنافسة ومجابهة مثيلاتها الأجنبية، في ظل توسع ظاهرة انفتاح اقتصاديات الدول والتبادل السلعي بينها، خاصة وأنه يمكن لأي مؤسسة من التعامل بهاته التقنية مع مؤسسات تملك علامات ومنتجات مشهورة (المؤسسات المانحة)، بما يسمح لمنتجات المؤسسات الممنوح لها من التغلغل في الأسواق بكل أريحية، ويمكنها من المحافظة على نشاطها والابتعاد عن مكامن الفشل.
ذلك ما يسمح للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، من الاعتماد على هاته التقنية، وتكون لها ورقة رابحة تعمل على تطويرها وترقية نشاطها، بما يحقق لها النمو والديمومة، من خلال المبادئ الأساسية التي تقوم عليها، وما توفره لها من امتيازات وقدرة تنافسية في السوق، خاصة على ضوء الرواج الذي شهدته هاته التقنية في العالم ونجاحها في تعزيز التنمية، في ظل سعي السلطات العمومية في البحث عن آليات لتدعيم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتعزيز وترقية تواجدها في النسيج الاقتصادي.
The content of this document aims to investigate the way in which the Franchise contributes to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, in view of the difficulties they suffer, which limit their growth and development.
We will then look for the roles that the Franchise plays in this domain, and what it brings to the economy and to these companies which are established as competitive institutions, compared to their foreign counterparts, with the opening of the economies of countries and trade in goods, especially since any institution can manage this technology in its relations with institutions that have known brands and products (donor institutions), to allow the products of the beneficiary institutions to comfortably penetrate the market, and enable them to stay in business and avoid points of failure.
This is what allows these companies in Algeria to have this technology as a winning card in order to achieve growth and sustainability, through basic principles that gives them competitiveness on the market, in view of the boom in this sector technology in the world, and to the efforts of public authorities, which seek mechanisms to support these companies for their presence in the economic fabric.
