تعتبر الرحلات العلمية وزيارة المراكز والمعاهد العلمية خلال العهد العثماني ركيزة أساسية في التحصيل العلمي لدى الطلبة والعلماء والفقهاء، ولهذا حرص عدد كبير من العلماء الجزائريين آنذاك على زيارة جامع الأزهر الشريف في مصر والاستقرار به لبعض الوقت، بهدف مواصلة تعلمهم فيه باعتباره من أهم المؤسسات العلمية والثقافية الموجودة في المشرق العربي على الإطلاق، فكانوا يتلقون في أروقته مختلف أنواع العلوم الدينية والعقلية عن كبار علمائه، ويجتهدون في تحصيل الإجازات العلمية، ومباحثة زملائهم المجاورين في مسائل عدة، بالإضافة إلى الاطلاع على خزائن الكتب والإفادة من كنوزها وغيرها، فإذا ما أتم العالم المرتحل منهم دراسته أصبح علمًا من أعلام عصره، وقبلة لطلاب العلم من كل حدب وصوب، وفي تلك الحالة لم يبق عليه إلا أن يختار بين أمرين، إمّا العودة إلى بلاده والتفرغ للتأليف والتدريس، أو البقاء في مصر وتقلد الوظائف الرفيعة كتولي المشيخة على رواق المغاربة والنظر في أوقافه.
The journeys in seeking knowledge to scientific centers and institutes during the Ottomanera were considered a basic pillar in the educational achievement of students, scholars andjurists. For that, a large number of Algerian scholars at the time were keen to visit the Al-AzharMosque in Egypt and settle for some time in order to continue their educations there, as it isone of the most important scientific and cultural institutions in the Arab East at all. Theyreceived in its space various types of religious and mental sciences from top sciences, strive toobtain academic degrees, and discuss with their colleagues in several issues. In addition tochecking out the bookcases and benefiting from its treasures, among others, if the scientist whotraveled from them completed his studies, he would become one of the flags of his time, and adestination for scholars from all areas. In that case, he has to choose between two matters: eitherreturn to his country and devote himself to writing and teaching, or staying in Egypt andoccupying high positions such as taking over the sheikhdom on the Magharebas' gallery andlooking into his endowments.

يعتبر أعلام الحركة الإصلاحية من الشخصيات الفذة ذات العطاء النير والنضال الوطني الصادق، حيث تعددت مواهبها وتنوعت نشاطاتها فكانوا سياسيين محنكين وخطباء وأدباء بارعين، ومن بين هؤلاء كان الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس والشيخ إبراهيم أبي اليقظان اللذين كرسا حياتهما كلها من أجل تطهير المجتمع الجزائري من آثار السياسة الاستعمارية وما خلّفته من شروخ كان لها بالغ الأثر على مقومات الهوية الوطنية، فقد سعا كل منهما إلى إيقاظ ضمائر الجزائريين، والمساهمة في تحقيق نهضة فكرية و تربوية في الأوساط الشعبية وإن المتتبع لنشاطهما يلاحظ أنه كان نشاطا إصلاحيا تعليميا، تربويا ودينيا وكان هدف ذلك هو إنشاء جيل محصن بالإسلام والعروبة وحب الوطن، لكي لا يضعف ولا ينهار أمام السياسة الاستعمارية الإدماجية، فحارب العلماء سياسة الفرنسة والتجنيس، وكل ما له صلة بالبدع والخرافات، وقد استخدم هؤلاء المصلحون مجموعة من الوسائل أهمها تأسيس المدارس العربية الحرة، لتعليم اللغة العربية وثقافتها وقواعد الدين الصحيح، وفتحهم كذلك لجمعيات ونوادي لمساعدة الشباب على التخلص من جهلهم وأميتهم، ودعوتهم للقيام بمسؤوليتهم في العالم المعاصر، وإنشاء الصحافة والتي غرضها الإصلاح الديني والاجتماعي والتربوي وغيرها من الأعمال
The reformist movement’s flags are considered to be among the inimitable personalitiesof enlightened giving and sincere national struggle. Their talents and activities varied. Theywere seasoned politicians, preachers and brilliant writers. Among these were Sheikh AbdulHamid bin Badis and Sheikh Ibrahim Abi Al-Yaqzan, who devoted their entire lives topurifying Algerian society from the effects The colonial policy and the cracks it left behind hada great impact on the foundations of national identity, as each of them sought to awaken theconsciences of the Algerians, and to contribute to achieving an intellectual and educationalrenaissance in popular circles. Creating a generation imbued with Islam, Arabism andpatriotism, so that it does not weaken or collapse in the face of the integrative colonial policy.The scholars fought the policy of France and naturalization, and everything related to heresies and superstitions. These reformers used a number of means, the most important of which is theestablishment of free Arab schools, to teach the Arabic language, its culture and the rules ofreligion It also opened them to associations and clubs to help young people get rid of theirignorance and illiteracy, and to invite them to carry out their responsibilities in thecontemporary world, and to establish The press, whose purpose is religious, social, educationalreform and other works.

إن الزوايا وما تمثله من الشعائر الإسلامية، حريٌ بأهل الحكمة والإنصاف من العلماء والمصلحين، أن يوفوها حقها ويصححوا صورتها، ويبينوا الغث والسمين منها، وتحصيلاً لذلك سعيت ومن خلال موضوع" جهود الشيخ"محمد باي بالعالم" في التعريف بالزوايا في الجزائر ودورها من خلال كتابه الرحلة العلية" إلى الوقوف على جملة من النقاط هي كالأتي: حاولت أن أبين في المقدمة الأحكام الأولية والنظرة المسبقة الخاطئة التي ينظر بها البعض للزوايا وضرورة تصحيح تلك النظرة، وجاء المحور الأول للتعريف اللغوي والاصطلاحي للزاوية، وخاصةً هذا الأخير والذي تنبني عليه عدة أحكام وتصورات ، كما جاء في المحور الثاني تاريخ نشأة الزوايا في الجزائر وتجذّرها في التاريخ الإسلامي للجزائر لما تطلبه ذلك من ضرورات وأحكام، ثم كان المحور الثالث لما لعبته تلك الزوايا من دور ديني واجتماعي في الجزائر حفظ به عليها مقوماتها الدينية والوطنية والاجتماعية، أما المحور الرابع فخصص لما يراه الشيخ محمد باي بالعالم ضرورياً للزوايا حتى تحافظ على مكانتها ومهمتها، وكانت الخاتمة عبارة عن نتائج وتوصيات مهمة لتصحيح الصورة النمطية عن الزوايا، كما تضمنت ذكر المنهج الصحيح الذي إلتزمه الشيخ محمد باي بالعالم في حديثه عن الزوايا وهو ما ينبغي على المسلم أن يسلكه في جميع حياته
It is of wisdom and fairness that Islamic scholars and reformers give the traditional Quranicschools or what is known as Madrasahs, with all that they represent of Islamic rituals, theimportance they deserve and correct the stereotypical image that is linked to them. Therefore, Itry throughout this work, and based on the efforts of Sheikh Bay Belalem in clarifying thesubject of Madrasahs particularly in his book entitled the Greatest Journey, to shed light onsome issues related to this topic as follow:In the introduction, I try to show the traditional perception and the wrong preconceived viewon Madrasahs and the necessity of correcting this false perception. Therefore, the first chapteris dedicated to linguistic and idiomatic definitions of Madrasahs, especially the idiomatic aspect on which many judgments and perceptions are based. In the second chapter, I attempt to tackletwo subjects; the history and the origin of the existence of Madrasahs in Algeria and their rootsin the Islamic history of this country with all the circumstances and requirements of thisexistence. The third chapter is focused upon religious and social role that Madrasahs play inAlgeria in order to preserve religious, national and social components of this nation. As for thefourth chapter, it is devoted to what Sheikh Bay considers as necessary in order for Madrasahsto maintain their positions and religious tasks that they undertake. Finally, the conclusionincludes some important findings and recommendations to correct the stereotypes aboutMadrasahs, as it also includes the correct approach that Sheikh Bay adopts in his view aboutMadrasahs, and that is what a Muslim should take throughout his life

أسهم العديد من علماء الجزائر الذين هاجروا إلى المغرب الأقصى خلال فترات تاريخية مختلفة في النشاط التعليمي و الفكري به، على غرار العلامة الحافظ أبو العباس احمد المقري (ت1041ه/1631م)، الذي برز بشكل كبير خلال القرن 11ه/17م، في نشاطه التعليمي و الفكري في حواضر المغرب الأقصى في فاس و مراكش و غيرها، و كان له فضل كبير في المشاركة في الحركة التعليمية خاصة في تصدره مجالس التدريس في القرويين و تقديمه للدروس التي شملت مختلف العلوم النقلية و العقلية التي استفاد منها الطلبة و العلماء الذين تتلمذوا على يده خلال إقامته التي دامت 15 سنة، كانت عامرة بالنشاط و التعليم و تقديم الإجازات و التأليف، و قد شهد على نبوغه طلبة و علماء المغرب، و اعترفوا بفضله و سعة علمه، و كان مجلسه قبلة لعامة الناس و خاصتهم، و منح شرف تقلد كراسي العلم و مجالس السلطان، فكان منهجه فريدا متميزا في التعليم، و كان علمه غزيرا و متنوعا شاملا مختلف أصناف العلوم و الفنون، فنال ثقة السلاطين، و ولي الخطابة و الإمامة و الفتوى و القضاء، و أسهم بشكل كبير في مجال التعليم و التأليف، حيث كانت مؤلفاته تدرس و تداولها الطلبة و العلماء، و نال الحظوة و الشرف، و حتى بعد مغادرته أرض المغرب بعد هجرته إلى المشرق بقيت علاقته مرتبطة بالمغرب و علمائه، بل حتى بعد وفاته بقيت أثاره و مؤلفاته خالدة مخلدة لاسمه و أثره .
Many of the Algerian scholars who immigrated to Morocco during different historicalperiods contributed to the educational and intellectual activity in with it, similar to the scholarAl-Hafiz Abu Al-Abbas Ahmed Al-Muqri (d. 1041 AH / 1631 AD), who emerged greatlyduring the 11th century AH / 17AD CE, in his educational activity and Intellectual in the fareastern Maghreb from Fes, Marrakesh and others, and he had a great merit in participating inthe educational movement, especially in its leadership of teaching councils in the villagers andthe presentation of lessons that included various transport and mental sciences that benefitedthe students and scholars who took disciples on his hand during His residency, which lasted 15 years, was full of activity, education, and the provision of licenses and authorship, and studentsand scholars of Morocco witnessed his brilliance, and they recognized his thanks and broadknowledge, and his council was a destination for the general public and theirs, and granted thehonor of holding the chairs of knowledge and Majlis of Sultan, so his approach was unique anddistinguished in education, and his knowledge was abundant and varied, including various typesof sciences and arts. The study and circulation of children With him and the scholars, he wonfavor and honor, and even after leaving the land of Morocco after his migration to the East, hiscontribution remained and a link linked to Morocco and his scholars, and even after his death,his eternal remains and works immortalized his name and impact.

يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا حساسا أسال الكثير من الحبر في القديم والحديث، ألا وهو الإسرائيليات، التي تعد نوعا من أنواع الدخيل في التفسير، وقد تباينت مواقف علماء التفسير منها. وبناءً على ذلك حاولت أن أبين موقف أحد مفسري العصر الحديث؛ الشيخ محمد محمود حجازي من هذا الموضوع من خلال تفسيره: "التفسير الواضح"، وبما أنّه من أوائل من دون في التفسير الموضوعي فإني بذلت جهدي في إبراز مدى توظيفه للإسرائيليات في هذا المنهج التفسيري المستجد. فكانت نتيجة البحث أن موقف الشيخ مما يخالف شرعنا منها هو الرّد بقوة واعتبارها أكاذيب وأباطيل حصلت بسبب تحريف التوراة والإنجيل الحقيقيين، وأمّا ما يوافق الحق الذي عندنا فهو مقبول عنده، خاصة إذا كان فيه رد على باطل أهل الكتاب، أمّا ما سكت عنه شرعنا منها، فالشيخ كان وسطا في موقفه وتوظيفه له، فلم يقبل منه كل شيء، ولم يرد منه كل شيء، مع أنّ الغالب عنه قلة الاستعانة بها، وكذا ندرة توظيفه لها في التفسير الموضوعي، فقد كان في حدود ضيقة ومواضع يسيرة جدا

It is considered as a kind of intruder in exegetics.The attitudes of exegetes' scholars have differed, hence, I tried to explain the attitude of one ofthe modern exegete "Sheikh Mohammed Mahmmoud Hijazi" in this topic in his book "the clearExegetics". He was one of the scholars who wrote about the objective exegetics. I did my bestto show to what extent he has used "the Israelites" in this new topic.The result of this research was that Sheikh strongly rejects the news from "the Israelites" thatoppose to our religion. They are considered as lies due to the falsification of the true Torah andGospel. But, this news that matches the truth in Islam is acceptable. The Sheikh does not mindof using them, especially if there is an answer to the invalidity of the People of the Book.Concerning what our religion is silent about it. Sheikh was a mediator in his attitude and hisemployment for him. He neither accepted nor wanted everything.
Sheikh rarely used the "Israelites" as well as he seldom employed it in the objectiveinterpretation. All that was in narrow senses and few contests (situations).

حرّض على إنشاء هذه المقالة جملة من التناقضات اقتنصتها النظرات من مؤلفات المفكر التونسي عبد المجيد الشرفي، ذلك أن محاولة إعادة قراءة ما جاء في التراث وما تعلّق بالسنّة والكتاب، وفق مناهج وآليات غربية وانطلاقا من بواعث ومقاصد مُبيّتة، لموقع في التناقضات ومنتج للتخرصات ولابد. ومن تلكم التناقضات التي وقع عليها النظر، مسألة: كتابة القرآن الكريم في حياة سيد البشر صلى الله عليه وسلم، حيث راوح فيها قلم الشرفي بين النفي والإثبات، فسيقت هذه الورقات للوقوف على هذا التناقض وبيان مورده، والفصل في حقيقته وعرض أدلته. ذلك أن سمة التناقض في نتائج البحث العلمي لعلاَمة على عوار منهجه، ومدعاة للشك في نزاهته وموضوعيته، ومن أهم ما خلُص إليه البحث: أن مراوحة الشرفي بين القول بكتابة القرآن في حياة النبي تارة ونفيه أخرى مرده سببان: فأمّا نفي الكتابة فطريق للتشكيك في سلامة القرآن من الزيادة والنقصان، وأما إثباتها فدفعا للاحتجاج بسنّة العدنان
The reason for the creation of this article is a set of contradictions observed from the books of the Tunisian thinker Abdelmajid Charfi. Attempting to re-read what came in the heritage and what is related to the Sunnah and Qur'an, according to Western methods and mechanisms and based on the precursors and purposes, will undoubtedly result in contradictions and producer of fabrication.One of those remarkable contradictions is the issue of writing the Holy Qur'an in the life of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Where the author fluctuated between the negation and confirmation. These papers have been drawn to identify this contradiction and indicate its resources, and to decide on its truth and present its evidence. The contradiction in the results of scientific research is a sign of the invalidity of his methodology, and it calls into question its integrity and objectivity. One of the most important findings of the research: that the Charfi’s fluctuation between saying the writing of the Qur'an and his denials due to two reasons: The denial of writing is a way to question the integrity of the Koran from distortion, and the confirmation of writing the Qur'an is to deny the invocation of the Sunnah.

This study aims to explore the features of Quranic-text coherence in accordance with thecognitive and methodological mechanisms that al-Zarkashi presented in his book al-Burhan fiUlum al-Qura’n. The study follows the descriptive-analytical methodology in light of thedevelopments that modern textual linguistics has brought about. The study presents the questionof the Quranic-text coherence through the Munasabah science. The results have revealed themechanisms by which the Quranic-text coherence is achieved from the author’s perspective,and that Munasabah has a prominent importance in achieving that coherence, and that this isconsidered as a feature of Quranic miracles.

يعتبر الرسم العثماني الوعاء الذي حوى القراءات القرآنية حيث قام الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم بإيصال منطوق ما نزل على الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من خلال هذا الرسم فحرص القراء على روايته كما تحملوا القراءة لتجمع هذه المرويات في مؤلفات من أشهرها: كتاب المقنع في معرفة مرسوم مصاحف أهل الأمصار للإمام الداني، ومختصر التبيين للإمام أبي داود فهما المرجع في كتابة المصاحف، لدى وجب على كل حافظ ودارس لكتاب الله معرفة هذا الرسم وضبطه والتعريف به. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان جانب من جوانب الرسم العثماني وهو ما اندرج تحت قاعدة، وبالضبط قاعدة الجمع السالم وما استثني منها، أي التعريف بالمواضع التي اتفق الشيخان على استثنائها من قاعدة الجمع السالم ثم معرفة ما جرى عليه عمل المصاحف فيها بالرجوع إلى ما نص عليه الشيخان وأقوال العلماء في ذلك والكتب التي اعتنت بذكر ما جرى عليه عمل المصاحف
The Ottoman drawing is the vessel that contained the Quranic readings. The Companions, mayGod be pleased with them, conveyed the utterance of what was revealed to the Messenge peace beupon him, through this drawing. The readers were keen on his narration as they endured reading tocollect these narrations in books the most famous: The Book of Al-Muqna 'in Knowing the Decreeof the Qurans of the People of the Amsaar by Imam Al-Dani, and the Summary of Al-Tabiyyin byImam Abi Dawud. They are the reference in writing the Quran. Every Hafiz and student of theQuran must know this drawing control it and define it. This study came to explain one of the aspectsof Ottoman drawings which was included under a rule, and precisely the rule of Sound plural andwhat was excluded from it that is the definition of the places that the two sheikhs agreed to excludefrom the rule of Sound plural and then know what the Qurans were to do in them by reference towhat the two sheikhs stipulated The sayings of scholars on that and the books that took care tomention what the Qurans were made to do.

يُعنى هذا البحث بتناول شخصية علمية جزائرية ، وعلم من أعلام المغرب الإسلامي، الشيخ مبارك محمد الميلي، من خلال بيان منهجه في الفتوى في النوازل العقدية في عصره، وذلك بتوضيح المعالم والأسس التي بنى عليها منجهه في الفتوى، مبينا في ذلك السمات العلمية، والأدبية العامة التي تميز بها الشيخ من خلال رسالته، ليتضح لنا من خلال هذا كله، أن الشيخ الميلي كان منهجه في صناعة الفتوى تتميز بالطابع التأصيلي، من خلال ظهور إعتماده الكتاب والسنة والإجماع كمصادر أساسية، وإلحاق النازلة وربطها إما بقاعدة أصولية أو فقهية، أو مقصد شرعي تندرج ضمنه،أو إلحاق النازلة بأشباهها ونظائرها من خلال ماورد في الآيات والآثار الصحيحة، لتتم من خلال ذلك العملية الاستنباطية واستخراج الحكم الشرعي.
This research deals with an Algerian scientific figure and a science of the Islamic Maghreb,Sheikh Mubarak Mohamed Al-Mili, by explaining his approach to the fatwa in the nodalfountains of his time, by clarifying the features and foundations on which he built his platformin the fatwa, indicating the scientific features of his country, and by explaining the scientificfeatures. And the general literary that characterized the Sheikh through his message, to showus through all of this, that Sheikh Al-Mili was his approach in the manufacture of the fatwacharacterized by a rooting nature, through the emergence of his accreditation of the Book,sunnah and consensus as the main sources, and the attachment of the descending Linking it toeither a fundamentalist or doctrinal base, or a legitimate purpose within it, or attaching thedescending to its likes and counterparts through the verses and the correct effects, so that it canbe carried out through the process of extrapolation and extraction of islamic rule
