This research studies the concept of innovation in the types of hadith science, and traces the various historical stations of the imams ’efforts in composing the science of hadith, diversifying its issues, constraining its rules, refining its discussions, and presenting all that well. The study found that the diversification process of modern science research has known several patterns. Including: the singular diversification, which is based on writing in one hadith genre, and this was the beginning of the second century AH, then the gradation of authorship into partial diversification, in which the author combines a number of hadith types, without intending to assimilate them all, and Ibn Khallad is considered Ramhramzi is a first method of this type of composition; As his book "Al-Hadith Al-Fasil" included a number of types that were needed in defending the Sunnis and correcting the methodology of seeking hadiths, which showed signs of deviation in his time. This research aims to shed light on a linguistic phenomenon based on the word- meaning relationship. It investigates the translators’ accuracy in conveying the meanings of the word ‘aya’ (verse) in the holy Quran which is said to be polysemic according to linguists and exigetes. Abstract: The objective of this study monitors the employment of statement studies, in identifying the areas of miraculousness statement in the Holy Qur’an, uncover his secrets, and for that, we chose a model from Aisha Abd Al-Rahman's studies that dealt with that statement employment, through her book "The Miraculousness Statement of the Qur'an and the Issues of Ibn Al-Azraq". In conclusion, we found that Aisha Abd Al-Rahman had succeeded to some extent in showing miraculousness statement. This is done by drawing on aspects of the linguistic statement studies (lexical, phonemic, morphological, grammatical, rhetorical aspect), she indicated that there is no word or a letter in it that can substitute for another. This study aims to shed light on hate speech, especially in its religious features and attempts to demonstrate its effects on rights and freedoms, notably the freedom of religion and belief. It delves further into the effectiveness of the Islamic Law approach in dealing with this speech, and the guarantees it provides to protect the freedom of belief against its dangers in responding, on one hand, to the need of the Islamic jurisprudence for such studies, and the need of Islamic and human societies in general to help them get rid of the evil of this speech, which is dominating our lives, on the other hand. The study concludes that the Islamic law has an ethical and legislative asset which constitutes a comprehensive and integrated approach to deal with this speech, much better than secular laws. This approach does not only depend, in dealing with hate speech, on the penal approach, as is often the case with secular laws, but it rather provides a comprehensive approach which prevents its emergence in the first place, and finds plans and strategies that improve its understanding, investment and submission to the world. The issue of religious freedom is considered one of the most prominent topics present in the contemporary intellectual arena, as many studies came to control its concept, highlight its features and levels, and reveal its aims and limits in Islamic law ... The nature of dealing with its issues differed according to the variety of occasions during which the subject of religious freedom was addressed. . This study is an attempt to reveal the foundations and principles upon which freedom of belief in Islam is based, and from which it derived its legitimacy, and it is in the light of which the value of this type of freedom is understood, and its dimensions are perceived in light, as well as the great hospitality that it has received in Islamic legislation. The study's problem revolves around what are the foundations upon which freedom of belief in Islam was based. In order to answer this problem, I followed in my study this analytical method by controlling the concept of freedom of belief, and clarifying its frame of reference, which reveals its dimensions and its sublime value in the Qur’an and Sunnah.This study concluded that it is not possible to understand the value of freedom of belief in Islam, and to realize its dimensions, except by standing on the foundations on which it is based, and which reinforces the honorary view of the human being.
