علآمة ما ليس إجيارا اًن تكون دوما لسانية، لكل مؤسة صناعية أو اقتصادية كبرى غلامة، لكتها ليت في شيء من اسيات، ومثلها علامات اخرى لاحصر لها، والب في هذا ألها لا تقبل أي تقطع مزدوج أو تصرف فيها، يكاد هذا الفرب من العلامات السميوارجية يشبه إل حد ما أصرات البهائم والطبيعة ولفات الكاننات الأخرى غير الانانية، لا يمكن لك أن تقطع الفرء الأحمر المئير إلى ماش السيارة بالوقوف إلى متويين، ومثل هذا: هوت رعد وهدير بحر، وثغاء حروف رمواء ةط٠.. والعلاقة بين شقي العلامة اللسانية تشبه العلاقة الكامنة في العلامة غير الساتية 1 ; حيث اقبعاد أية صلة طبيعية بين العلامة وما تدل عليه ٠ لا توحد أية صلة طبيعية بين لاعلم أحمر) واقسام يعرض صاحبه لخطر، وبالمثل لا ترجد أية صلة طبيعية بين (خ،ر،و،فء-خروف-والحيوان المفار إليه، والوحدات الولغة للغة الإنانية كلها علامات بصرف النفر عن كرنما دالة أو غير دالة . ومما تنهب إليه بعض العاجم اللسانية الخفصة أن المعنى الأكر ععرما و شيوعا باب للعلامة ح1لج1ة ة1 أنه يشار ما إلى كل من ارمز ةا0ة01كل3 ء1 والموشر ةثءس1ل1 أو إل الئارة ا113ج؛5 ع1 ٨ بحيث سص ٠ن ماهية مختلغة بديلأ1اأ؛أ5ئلا5 لعنصر 3 والعلامة أولا يمكن أن تعادل الوشر ج0ل111،1ل1 وبذلك يكون الؤثر أو العلامة طاهرذ غاب ماتكون طبيعية، وتدرك إدراكا حيا باشرا، مئلا: اللون القاتم للعماء علامة أو مؤثر لعامغة وشيكة الوقوع، وارتفاع درجة حرارة في جم يمكن أن تكون علامة أو مؤشر لرض تهيأ للبروز . ويمكن للعلامة بمفهوم آخر أن تكون معادلة؛أ1حا1٧3لا٩ة للشارة، ومنا اب فإن ١لعلامة والشارة جزءمن صنف الؤنرات 5ج0لا،0ل ةجه ج1ا01جى3ء، ويمتلك مميزات من العلامة - الوشر، ومثل هذ، الأخيرة العلامة - الشارة بوصفها حدثا يدرك فورا ليبى. بحدوث شيء آخر لا يدرك فوريا ، غير أنه لكي تكون العلامة
تعتبربعض أنواع الرحلات الجغرافيا ذات فائدة كبيرة للغاية لدراسة جوانب من التاريخ الاقتصادي كما هو الحال بالنسبة لكتاب " وصف افريقيا " للحسنالوزان ، الذي يقدم معلومات مفيدة جدا عن أحوال الإقتصاد المغربي في الفترة الوطاسية السعدية

الزخرفة هي إضفاء الشكل الجميل على المضمون أو التعبير ، و هي من الفنون التابعة. و بعبارة أصح فهي تمثل الموضوع بالخطوط و الأشكال و الألوان و الضلال بتجلياتها و امتداداتها و تراجعها
القراءات تمثل ظواهر الأصوات اللغوية العامة كالإمالة والإدغام والهر من حيث التخفيف والتحقيق-. - وهي كذلك ميدان واسع لدراسة الأصوات اللغوية من جوانبها الأخرى، لأن علماء القراءات درسرا الأصرات دراما وصفية قبل أن يعرف الهح الوصفي ني دراسة اللغة في القرن العشرين. وقد بذل القراء جهودا متقعنعة النظير خدمة لكتاب الله ولفته الشرفة، فانتشرت تي الآفاق شرقا وغربا. وزنه لا يكاد يوجد علم من علوم اللغة العريية، يله من علوم الثويعة إلآ وتعد .1 لقراءات رافدا من روافده. وهل غضت علوم العربية إلا بالقرآن وعلومه؟ إن القرآن الكريم ححة ني العربية بقراءاته ايواترة وغير التررة، كما هو ححة في الشانة؛ خالقراعة الشانة التي فقدت ثرط التراتر لا تقل شأنا عن أوثق ما وصل إليتا من ألفاظ اللغة وأساليبها. وأهم الوساءل التي تقل مجا القراء١تاهي الروايات والساع من أفرا. العلماء، الأن ني القراءات ما لا يفهم إلا بالسعاع، ولا يمكن أن يؤخذ ٠ن الكتب. والأخذ عن العلماء درجات كل درجة لها مقداو من ائقة، فأعلاها أن يأخذ التلعيذ من أمتانه عرضا وسماعا، وتكون له نخة من أستاذه، ودونما أن يأخذ القراءة سماعا. والمفر للقرآن الكريم لا بد له من معرفة أوجه القراءات إن أراد تبيان معاني القرآن ودلالاته، لأن بالقراعات يتكشف من معاني الآية ما لا يكشف بالقراءة الواحدة, وبالقراءات لآرجة لديه بعض الوجوه اغيتملة على ب٠ض من معاني القرآن، ويا يعرف كيغية التطق بالقرآن الكريم، وكيفية الأداء وما فه من إعحاز، ي٠ن فقط في نظمه ومعانيه، بل ي تراكب الألفاظ وحروف الكلم. فالقرآن ححة علماء اللغة في معرفة لغة العرب، وحجة الفقهاء في الاسباط.

يتناول المقال النص الشعري الجزائري المعاصر بالدراسة، ويركز على تحولات البنية الإيقاعية في القصيدة الجزائرية اعتمادا على مدونات شعرية ابتداء من الثمانينيات إلى سنة 2000 . ويرصد محاولات التجريب التي عرفتها التجربة الشعرية الجزائرية المعاصرة عروضيا، وفي مقدمتها محاولة الخروج عن رتابة الشعر العمودي إلى شعر التفعيلة، ومنها أيضا ظاهرة التداخل العروضي ومزج الأوزان الشعرية، وظاهرة التدوير ومحاولة التخفف من بعض القواعد العروضية الثابتة في الشعر العمودي. والدراسة مشفوعة بإحصاءات ونماذج شعرية لبعض الظواهر العروضية تكشف عن تجاوب الشاعر الجزائري مع تطورات القصيدة العربية المعاصرة واستجابته لجديدها.
ننطلق في مداخلتنا هذه من التعريف الذي يجعل من التركيبية إحدى مركبي علم النحو ، المركبة الثانية له الصيغة . فإذا كانت الصيغة بمفهومها العام تقف عند حدود الكلمة ، فإن موضوع التركيبية هو الجملة . فالتركيبية تهتم إذن بدراسة بنية الجملة ، فتقوم بتعيين الوحدات المدلالة المشكلة لها ، و تحديد العلاقات التي تربط هذه الوحدات ببعضها البعض ، علاقات لا يكون للجملة كيان لغوي بدونها .

من أهم مظاهر الاصلاح في العصر العباسي الأول، الرسائل الدعوية السياسية الموجهة للخلفاء ، سواء مباشرة في مجالسهم أو غير مباشرة . والتي تناولت أهم قضايا الحكم والسياسة خاصة ، موضوع اصلاح البطانة، من وزراء وكتاب وحجاب وقادة.. ومن هذه الرسائل : "رسالة الصحابة " لابن المقفع إلى الخليفة المنصور ، ورسالة العنبري للخليفة المهدي، ورسالة الإمام مالك إلى هارون الرشيد .. وغيرها كثير.

تعددت المقاربات التي استند إليها الباحثون في دراسة الأوضاع المذهبية لبلاد المغرب في العصر الوسيط، حيث استندت إلى التداخل الكبير بين الخطاب المذهبي وبين التحولات السياسية والعلاقات القبلية والظروف الاجتماعية، ويأتي هذا المقال ليستحضر الفعالية الكبيرة للسلطة بمختلف تمظهراتها في رسم السياسة المذهبية، حيث ينطلق من إعادة تفسير مفهوم السلطة وتجاوز التصور الكلاسيكي لها، والذي يحصره في جهاز الحكم السياسي ليدفع به نحو تصور أوسع، حيث بيرز فعالية أشكال أخرى من السلطة متمثلة في السلطة العلمية والضمير الجمعي، ويبرز استحضار مختلف الفاعلين للمنظومة المعرفية المغربية في ممارساتهم التي تدفع نحو الصراع أو التعايش، ثم يعمل على إعادة قراءة مختلف الحوادث ذات الصيغة المذهبية من خلال هذا المنطلق، فيكشف عن الدور الكبير الذي مارسته "السلط" المختلفة في مسار التاريخ المذهبي للمغاربة، ويبرز تداخل الصراع المذهبي مع الأهداف الإقتصادية والتنافس على النفوذ والسعي للتموقع الاجتماعي والتفوق الطبقي، بالإضافة إلى آليات الإستغلال المختلفة التي تتعاطى مع الوضع المذهبي بحسب المصلحة المرتقبة مستحضرة أثر الفقهاء الاجتماعي ونفوذهم.
Mostly, the cohabitation and the conflicts between the Islamic doctrines in Maghrebare briefly discussed. It touches only some precise aspects in which the impact has beenamplified according to the contexts cited by several sources. It neglects the need of asynthetic reading that considers the different interferences making doctrine’s politics inIslamic medieval Maghreb, such us: governments manipulations, competitive relationsbetween jurisprudents (foqaha), or the effect of a general authority that generallyfollowed jurisprudence theorization and political direction by: teaching, propagandaforms, convincing, mobilization and doctrine fanaticism. Sometimes, tribal conflicts, social disagreement and contention for power are being presented as a pure doctrinal conflict.There is also the nature of the religious thinking about reality and salvation. All thisaspects can give a true explanation of doctrinal conflict and violence that leads either towar and murder, or to tolerance that makes people forgive their doctrinal background formany times of cohabitation and peace. This paper tries to give a synthetic vision based onthe keys proposed by the French philosopher Michel Foucault, for an approach to thedefinition of authority and for an explanation of the interference between knowledge andauthority.

من أهم ما يدرس في علم البلاغة تطور المصطلح، ولكن الدارس والباحث في المصطلح البلاغي يجد أنه قد عانى إشكالات عديدة منها ما هو في إطار البلاغة كعلم مستقل بنفسه، وهي تصنف كإشكالات داخلية، ومنها ما يتعدى ذلك خارج حدود البلاغة ليصل إلى العلوم اللغوية عامة بل والإسلامية، فتصنف ضمن الإشكالات الخارجية، ومن أهم الإشكالات الداخلية، إشكالية التعدد لمصطلحات المفهوم الواحد . إن هذه الإشكالية قد بدت واضحة في المؤلفات البلاغية القديمة و كذلك في بعض المؤلفات الحديثة، وقد خصصت هذا المقال لدراسة جوانب مهمة منها، وهذه الدراسة التي بعنوان:"إشكالية التعدد في المصطلح البلاغي ،أسبابها ومواقف البلاغيين منهاـ دراسة تحليلية نقدية" أقدّمها نقدا للظاهرة ولمجموعة الظواهر والأسباب المساهمة فيها.
