The second is present by Abdel Kader El fassi Elfihri and his adherents, where he considered the order[V-S-O] is origin and the best to interpreted the syntax and phrase in Arabic. and indicate the arguments of the two groups . Thus, both of orders are original, although, this is not corresponding with most of generative basics. A uniqueness which proposed a conceptual alternative, through which societies can be read and through which cultural and human highness can be delimited. This is derived from Monotheism as the highest value through which the individual in the community can be a dynamic, effective and an influential anchor in his interactions with these data on the trilogy of "human and soil and time" To communicate his ideas, he worked on everything which makes a difference in achieving his cognitive ambition and conveying his convictions to the world through his intellectual works. These works mastered reading the Islamic world, examining its diseases and trying to deal with them as the ‘Conditions of Renaissance’, ‘the Problem of Culture’, and other titles, which exceeded twenty-four. Amongst these titles, a remarkable literary one is the novel "Labbaik: the Pilgrimage of the Poor" , which asked a fundamental question: what is the specificity of Malik bin Nabi as a novelist? and whether there is a poetics of meaning in the novel through the author’s awareness of the concept of culture, which is the essence of behavior at all levels of society and the essence of the human values that create a civilization. And what are the results of his intellectual project in the novel? Recently various scientific studies have been preoccupied with what distinguishesman from the remaining living beings; those have agreed that man has enabling capacityin his brain allowedhim to speak, and through activating this capacity started the generating process ofthe linguistic tags inside the brain and then the communication process occurred. The Maliki doctrine was able to achieve development and spread in Algeria, taking advantage of a set of factors related to the characteristics of the doctrine and the people of the country who have been associated with it since its arrival, in addition to the role of scholars who worked to serve it and spread it, and to consolidate the principles of peace and coexistence within society, especially since the Ottoman era knew the emergence and development of the Hanafi doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the ruling authority of the country, but coexisted with the Maliki doctrine, which represented the doctrine of the majority of the population. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource حماش , خليفة صاري, أحمد Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-12-30 2002-04-01 Description An account of the resource ملخص الدراسات التركية أو ما جرى الاصطلاح عليه باسم التركلوجيا أو علم التركيات، هو علم يبحث في تاريخ الأتراك وثقافتهم ولغتهم ولهجاتهم منذ أقدم العصور إلى العصر الحديث، كما هو شأن الدراسات المصرية، والصينية والفارسية وغيرها. ومع أن هذا العلم بدأ يشق طريقه في ميدان البحث منذ عدة قرون، في العالمين الإسلامي والأوروبي، إلا أن أهم خطوة خطاها في طريق التقدم، هي التي تمت في عام 1893 م حينما استطاع عالم اللغويات الدانماركي فيلهلم پيتر تومسن Vilhelm Ludwig Peter Thomsen، بفضل إمكاناته اللغوية الكبيرة وجهوده البحثية المتواصلة، أن يفك أبجدية أقدم النصوص الأثرية التي كُتبت باللغة التركية القديمة، وتم اكتشافها في منطقتي ينيساي جنوبي سبيريا، وأورخون / أورهون / أوركون في منغوليا، وبفضل تلك النصوص التي دوّنت عليها معلومات مهمة حول حياة الأترك القدامى، السياسية والاجتماعية والعسكرية والثقافية، أمكن معرفة مرحلة مهمة من تاريخ الأتراك تعود إلى القرن 7 الميلادي. وهذا الموضوع هو الذي عالجته الباحثة التركية "زينب قورقماز" في مقالتها هذه، وقمنا نحن بترجمتها من التركية إلى العربية، وتناولت فيها محورين أساسيين: أولهما التعريف بشخصية العالم اللغوي الدانماركي فيلهلم پيتر تومسن، وبيان إمكاناته العلمية، وإسهاماته في تطوير البحث اللغوي، والثاني جهوده في دراسة النصوص الأثرية التركية المكتشفة في "ينيساي" و"أورخون"، ونجاحه في فك أبجديتها، والنتائج العلمية العظيمة التي قدمها بفضل ذلك للباحثين في ميدان الدراسات التركية، وكذلك الفضل الذي يعترف له به الأتراك بسبب ذلك.  Le linguiste danois Vilhelm Ludwig Peter Thomsen, sa vie et ses efforts au service de la turcologie Les études turques, appelées communément la turcologie, sont une science qui traite de l'histoire, de la culture, de la langue et des dialectes des Turcs de l'Antiquité à l'ère moderne, tout comme l’égyptologie, la sinologie, l’iranologieetc.Bien que cette science ait commencé à faire son chemin dans le domaine de la recherche à la fois dans le monde musulman et le monde européen depuis plusieurs siècles, le tournant le plus important qu'il ait fait sur la voie du progrès se produisit en 1893 lorsque le linguiste danois Wilhelm Thomsen, grâce à ses grandes capacités linguistiques et ses efforts de recherche continus, put déchiffrer l'alphabet des plus anciens textes archéologiques écrits dans l'ancienne langue turque.Ces textes ont été découverts dans les régions de Yenisey au sud de la Sibérie, et Orkhon / Orhon en Mongolie. Grâce à ces textes sur lesquels des informations importantes - politique, sociale, militaire et culturelle - ont été enregistrées sur la vie des anciens Turcs, il a été possible de connaître une étape importante de l'histoire des Turcs remontant au 7ème siècle après J. C. Ce sujet est abordé par la chercheure turque Zeynep Korkmaz dans cet article, dans lequel elle aborde deux axes principaux : le premier est l'introduction du personnage du linguiste danois Wilhelm Thomsen, son potentiel scientifique, et ses contributions au développement de recherche. Le second est ses efforts dans l'étude des textes archéologiques turcs découverts à Yenissey et Orkhon, son succès dans le déchiffrement de l’alphabet, ainsi que les grands résultats scientifiques livrés aux chercheurs dans le domaine des études turques que les Turcs sont redevables. في سنة 1924 أقدمخ مصطفى كمال و معه الجمعية الوطنية الكبرى ، على إلغاء الخلافة و نفي عبد المجيد ، آخر الخلفاء العثمانيين ، بعد أربعة قرون و توليهم الخلافة الإإسلامية . و قد تم القضاء على نظام الخلافة على مرحلتين ، الأولي في نوفمبر1922 عندما تم فصل السلطنة عن الخلافة و تحويل الأولى إلى جمهورية ، و الثانية في 03 مارس 1924 بإلغاء الخلافة . و أحدث هذا القرار اضطرابا داخل العالم افسلامي و وضع الشعوب الإسلامية في حيرة من أمرها نتيجة لزوال هذه المؤسسة التي كانت تمثل رمزا للوحدة الدينية و السياسية للمسلمين ، و إن كانت قد فقدت الكثير من فاعليها منذ وقت طويل.
