هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الإبداع الإداري في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي لدى العاملين في جامعة الملك سعود، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداة الدراسة "الاستبانة"، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (336) موظف وموظفة من الموظفين العاملين في جامعة الملك سعود في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.59) وبوزن نسبي يساوي (71.78%)، وبدرجة موافقة فوق المتوسطة، وأن التميز المؤسسي قد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.76) وبوزن نسبي يساوي (75.18%)، وبدرجة موافقة فوق المتوسطة، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية أقل من 0.05 بين الإبداع الإداري والتميز المؤسسي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية واضحة في متوسطات آراء المبحوثين حول مستوى الإبداع الإداري تبعاً للمتغيرات الشخصية، كما وأصت الدراسة بالسعي نحو عقد البرامج التدريبية التي تهتم بتأهيل القيادات الإدارية وتطوير قدراتهم الإبداعية، وتشجيع الإداريين على نشر ثقافة الابداع في بيئة الجامعة من خلال وضع برامج محفزة للعاملين لتحفزهم على طرح الأفكار الجديدة والعمل على تنفيذها ضمن الإمكانات المتاحة بالإضافة إلى تشجيع الإداريين والعاملين على تحقيق مركز تنافسي جيد خاصة بالجامعة وذلك بالتركيز على عناصر الابداع كعنصر رئيس في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة الصلابة النفسية بأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى طلبة مرضى بداء السكري، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتم توزيع مقياسين هما مقياس الصلابة النفسية، ومقياس أساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية على عينة قصدية من مرضى السكري البالغ عددهم (25) مصاب بمرض السكري. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين أبعاد الصلابة النفسية) الالتزام والتحكم والتحدي) وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى المصابين بداء السكري.
The current study aimed to identify the relationship of psychological toughness with methods of coping with psychological stress among students with diabetes. 25) He has diabetes. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of psychological toughness (commitment, control and challenge) and methods of coping with psychological stress among people with diabetes

إن التطورات المتسارعة التي حدثت في السنوات الأخيرة في مجالات تقنيات الحاسوب والوسائط المتعددة وشبکة الانترنت والتکامل بينهما أدت إلی ظهور مايسمی اليوم "بتکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات" وبسرعة کبيرة کذلك ظهر أثر هذه التکنولوجيا بوضوح في جميع مجالات الحياة، وذلك راجع إلی أن استخدامها أدى إلی اکتشاف إمکانيات وقدرات جديدة لم تکن موجودة من قبل وقد أدت إلی نشوء بيئة تعليمية جديدة تغير فيها دور الأستاذ والطالب. ومن تأثيرات هذه التکنولوجيا أنها أدت من ناحية إلی تغيير في أنماط الولوج إلی المعرفة والحصول عليها وبثها، وهذا قد يؤدي بالأستاذ إلی إعادة النظر في مجموع الإستراتيجيات الخاصة بالأعمال والنشاطات التي کان يقوم بها من قبل ويتحکم فيها، سواء کان ذلك علی مستوى النفاذ إلی المعلومات أو علی مستوى تنظيمها وتخزينها .ومن ناحية أخرى فقد فرضت علی الأستاذ لکي يکون مؤهل وفعال علی أداء عمله في هذه البيئة التعليمية الجديدة، اکتساب مجموعة کبيرة من المهارات التقنية التي تؤهله علی استعمالها .يهدف هذا البحث إلی دراسة استعمال تکنولوجيا المعلومات في التعليم، وتحليل بعض المهارات الجديدة التي يتطلب اکتسابها من طرف أساتذة التعليم العالي لتمکينه من توظيف هذه التکنولوجيا في نشاطه البيداغوجي أو البحثي.
تناولت الدراسة بالتحليل الوضع الأمني والتنموي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، باعتبارها منطقة رخوة مفتوحة على مختلف التهديدات التماثلية واللاتماثلية، وانطلاقا من هذا الواقع وجدت المنظمات الإجرامية ضالتها في المنطقة بشكل ساهم في القضاء على بوادر التنمية بها، ومن هذا الواقع المزري ستعرض الدراسة إستراتيجية بمثابة وصفة علاجية للوضع القائم بالمنطقة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تحقيق الأمن والتنمية في الساحل الإفريقي مرهون بإدراك مشترك لمصادر التهديد الأمني، والعمل معا في إطار تعاوني هادف لتقويض وتجفيف مصادر التهديد، من اجل رد الاعتبار للمواطن في المنطقة.
The study analyzed the security and development situation in the African Sahel region, as it is a soft area in which various symmetric and asymmetric threats exist. From this dire reality, the study aimed to present a strategy as a recipe for a remedy for the existing situation in the region. It was clarified by defining the characteristics and dimensions of security and development in the region, and the comparative approach was used to compare the economic growth and human development in the Sahel states. The study came to the conclusion that achieving security and development in the African Sahel depends on joint action aiming at undermining anddrying up the sources of the security threat, in order to achieve development and human dignity in the region.

إن التطورات المتسارعة التي حدثت في السنوات الأخيرة في مجالات تقنيات الحاسوب والوسائط المتعددة وشبکة الانترنت والتکامل بينهما أدت إلی ظهور ما يسمی اليوم "بتکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات " وبسرعة کبيرة کذلك ظهر أثر هذه التکنولوجيا بوضوح في جميع مجالات الحياة، وذلك راجع إلی أن استخدامها أدى إلی اکتشاف إمکانيات وقدرات جديدة لم تکن موجودة من قبل. وقد أدت إلی نشوء بيئة تعليمية جديدة، تغير فيها دور الأستاذ والطالب. ومن تأثيرات هذه التکنولوجيا أنها أدت من ناحية إلی تغيير في أنماط الولوج إلی المعرفة والحصول عليها وبثها، و هذا قد يؤدي بالأستاذ إلی إعادة النظر في مجموع الإستراتيجيات الخاصة بالأعمال والنشاطات التي کان يقوم بها من قبل ويتحکم فيها، سواء کان ذلك علی مستوى النفاذ إلی المعلومات أو علی مستوى تنظيمها وتخزينها. ومن ناحية أخرى فقد فرضت علی الأستاذ لکي يکون مؤهل وفعال علی أداء عمله في هذه البيئة التعليمية الجديدة، اکتساب مجموعة کبيرة من المهارات التقنية التي تؤهله علی استعمالها. يهدف هذا البحث إلی دراسة استعمال تکنولوجيا المعلومات في التعليم ، وتحليل بعض المهارات الجديدة التي يتطلب اکتسابها من طرف أساتذة التعليم العالي لتمکينه من توظيف هذه التکنولوجيا في نشاطه البيداغوجي أو البحثي .
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد أثر سعر الصرف على صادرات كوريا الجنوبية، معتمدة على التحليلين الوصفي والكمي لهذه العلاقة، وذلك باستعمال طريقة التكامل المشترك في قياس العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 1980 و2019. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن سعر الصرف يؤثر إيجابا على الصادرات. فمن خلال اختبار التكامل المشترك تبين أنه يوجد علاقة طويلة الأجل بين سعر الصرف والصادرات الكورية، كما تبين أيضا من نتائج تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ أن سعر الصرف يساهم في نمو الصادرات في الأجل الطويل أكثر من مساهمته في الأجل القصير.
This paper aims to determine the impact of the exchange rate on South Korean exports, based on the descriptive and quantitative analyzes of this relationship, using the Co-integration method in measuring the relationship between these two variables during the period between 1980 and 2019. This study concluded that the exchange rate positively effect of the exports. and The Co-integration test shows that there is a long-term relationship between the exchange rate and The and Korean exports, also it shows the results of the estimation of error correction model that the exchange rate contributes to the growth of The Korean exports in the long term more than its contribution in the short term.

يسر هيئة تحرير مجلة الشرق الأوسط للعلوم الإنسانية والثقافية، نشر أبحاث المؤتمر العلمي الدولي رؤية استشرافية لعوامل التفوق الاقتصادي في ظل معطيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة الذي تم انعقاده افتراضياً في الفترة (18-19/ آب/ 2021) في إسطنبول - تركيا، لقسمي الاقتصاد في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد/ جامعة الموصل، وكلية الرشيد للتعليم المختلط في تركيا/ اسطنبول وقد تضمن المؤتمر أوراقاً بحثية ذات أهمية كبيرة في استشراف عوامل التفوق الاقتصادي، وعلى وجه الخصوص في ظل معطيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة.
تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة حقيقة جباية المؤسسة امام اختبار الرقابة الجبائية، وهذا مع غياب خيار اعتماد المؤسسة للتدقيق والاستشارة الجبائيين، وذلك بإجراء تطبيق على عينة من المؤسسات خضعت للرقابة وتم احداث تسوية لوضعيتها الجبائية. خلصت الدراسة الى نتائج أبرزها وجود علاقة وطيدة بين استعانة المؤسسة بالتدقيق والاستشارة الجبائيين وبين ضمان مصداقية وصحة وصدق التصريحات الجبائية.

ان الانتقال من الاقتصاد التقليدي الى الاقتصاد الرقمي سيحقق الكثير من النتائج الايجابية في اغلب بلدان العالم , ومن ضمنها دولة الامارات ومدى نجاحها في استخدام الاقتصاد الرقمي . يهدف البحث التعرف الى ان دولة الامارات العربية هي رائدة في الاقتصاد الرقمي في العالم العربي حيث يستند البحث الى فرضية مفادها كونها حققت نجاحات غير مسبوقة على الصعيد الاقليمي والعالمي في توظيف التكنولوجيا لخدمة التنمية الاقتصادية والى فرضية مفادها انها تعد الاولى في تقديم الخدمات الالكترونية في الاقتصاد الرقمي في انتاج وطرح المعلومات والاستراتيجيات الرقمية لذا اصبحت النموذج الاول في الاقتصاد الرقمي العربي.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير مستوى تركز الصناعة على أدائها، وذلك بالتطبيق على صناعة خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2007-2018، ولقد اعتمدنا هنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستعمال تقنية دراسة الحالة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تركز صناعة خدمة الهاتف النقال في الجزائر خلال الفترة الدراسة مرتفع أي أنه أكبر من 0.25، وهذا أثر بشكل كبير على أداء هذه الصناعة سواء من خلال عدد المشتركين الذي بلغ أكثر من 47 مليون مشترك سنة 2018، أو من خلال رقم أعمال الصناعة الذي بلغ أكبر قيمة له سنة 2016 والمقدرة بـ 349 مليار دينار جزائري، أو من خلال الأرباح الصافية للصناعة والتي بلغت ما قيمته 104.22 مليار دينار جزائري وذلك سنة 2017.
This study aims to determine the impact of the industry’s level of focus on its performance by applying to the mobile service industry in Algeria during the period 2007-2018. We have relied here on the descriptive analytical approach using case study technique, and the study concluded that the level of concentration of the mobile service industry in Algeria during the study period is high, meaning it is greater than 0.25, and this greatly affected the performance of this industry, whether through the number of subscribers, which reached more than 47 million subscribers in 2018, or through the number of industry business, which reached its largest value in 2016, estimated at 349 One billion Algerian dinars, or through the net profits of the industry, which amounted to 104.22 billion Algerian dinars in 201

فرضت جائحة كورونا ظروفا اقتصادية جديدة في كافة بلدان العالم، كان بعضها مثبط لاهم الانشطة الاقتصادية اليومية لكافة المواطنين حول العالم، وتمثل البعض الاخر منها بتحديات امام الحكومات من اجل المضي قدما في تعزيز اهم البرامج الاقتصادية الداعمة للتقانة. تعد التعاملات المالية الملموسة واهمها النقود الورقية في النشاط اليومي للمواطنين واحدة من مصادر انتقال عدوى فايروس كورونا، مما وضع البنوك المركزية في العالم امام تحد كبير، يتمثل في كيفية ايجاد قنوات بديلة تعزز النشاط الاقتصادي اليومي للمواطنين ويحظى بالمقبولية والامان في ان واحد. لذالك تم التوجه نحو المعاملات المالية غير التلامسية (قنوات الدفع الالكتروني) في ظل بيئة الشمول المالي الذي يعتزم العالم تحقيقه على نحو جيد. فرضية البحث ان ازدياد شراسة فايروس كورونا يزيد من حدة التحديات الالكترونية والفجوة الرقمية في الاقتصادات النامية عموما والعراق خصوصا. مما يولد قناعات فردية بعدم جدوى الانتقال المالي الالكتروني في ظل تراجع الوعي المالي لدى الجمهور. توصل البحث بان العراق في ظل جائحة كورونا يواجه تحديات شخصية في قناعات المواطنين في ظل ضعف الوعي المالي من اجل تضييق الفجوة الرقمية، وتحديات موضوعية تتعلق بالانظمة المؤسسية المالية ونوعية البنى التحتية اللازمة لدعم الشمول المالي والانتقال الى التعامل المالي غير التلامسي، من اجل تقليل مخاطر انتشار فايروس كورونا. اوصى البحث ببذل المزيد من الجهود والدعم المؤسساتي على المستوى المحلي والعالمي في العراق من اجل اعتماد التسويات الالكترونية على نحو جيد، في طار مواجهة فايروس كورونا ودعم خطط التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة.
هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز ضرورة اندماج منظمات الأعمال في الاقتصاد المعرفي، من خلال توضيح آليات التآزر بين إدارتي الموارد البشرية والمعرفة لتحقيق هذا الاندماج، وعرض إحدى التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال، والمتمثلة في شركة Google، حيث تم استخدام منهجي الوصف والتحليل للإجابة على مشكلة الدراسة. وقد كشفت الدراسة عن أهم آليات تحقيق التظافر بين إدارتي الموارد البشرية والمعرفة، والمتمثلة في موائمة عمليات إدارة المعرفة مع إستراتيجية الموارد البشرية، وموائمة ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية مع إستراتيجية المعرفة، كل ذلك على ضوء إستراتيجية الأعمال، وبيئة تنظيمية ملائمة
This study aimed to highlight the necessity of integrating business organizations into the knowledge economy, by clarifying the mechanisms of synergy between human resource and knowledge management. and present one of the successful experiences in this field, represented by Google's experiment, using the description and analysis methodologies to answer the problem of the study. The study revealed the most important mechanisms for achieving integration between human resource and knowledge management, represented by the alignment of knowledge management processes with the human resources strategy, as well as the harmonization of human resources management practices with the knowledge strategy, all this in light of the organization's business strategy, and a favorable organisations environment.

ياتي دور القانون في صياغة منظومة قانونية تكفل تحقيق التوازن المطلوب بين مصلحة الدولة ومصلحة المستثمر الاجنبي .وفي هذا البحث حاولنا صياغة مفهوم قانوني للاستثمار الاجنبي ، مع بيان معطيات صياغة نظام قانوني متكامل للتعامل مع الاستثمار الاجنبي من خلال بيان ماهية الايجابيات والسلبيات الناتجة عنه ، وبعض الوسائل القانونية للتعامل معها بشكل يحقق اكبر قدر من الايجابيات ويقلل الى ابعد حد مقدار السلبيات .حيث حاولنا استخدام اللغة القانونية في صياغة هذا التعريف وابتعدنا قدر الامكان عن المصطلحات الاقتصادية ، وذلك في سبيل التقيد بالمفاهيم القانونية التي تساعدنا في وضع وصياغة نظام قانوني متكامل للتعامل مع الاستثمار الاجنبي .ثم انتقلنا بعد التعريف الى بيان اهم الاثار الايجابية التي يمكن ترتيبها في حالة تشجيع الاستثمار الاجنبي ، وماهية المعوقات التي قد تؤدي الى عرقلة تحقيق هذه الاثار ، وكيف يمكن تجاوز هذه المعوقات .كما بينا ان القوانين التي تسعى بالدرجة الاساس الى جذب الاستثمار الاجنبي دون النظر الى مخاطره ، ستؤدي في نهاية المطاف الى ترتيب اثار عكسية سلبية على النظام السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الدولة .مما يستلزم بناء نظام قانوني ذات رؤية مستقبلية ، تنطلق من موروثات الماضي و تستعين بادوات وحقائق الحاضر وتشرف على المستقبل في سبيل ضمان عدم اهداره .

الاقتصاد الرقمي مفهوم حديث يشير الى انتشار وتوسع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في مختلف الانشطة والمجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بغية رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، ويسهم الاقتصاد الرقمي في لعب دور هام لبناء المجتمعات الحديثة برؤية عصرية متقدمة تعزز قدرات مختلف الفئات من اصحاب القرار والسلطة والحكومة الى أصحاب المصلحة والثروة والمشاريع الخاصة لاتخاذ القرارات بشكل دقيق وصحيح، ويعد الاقتصاد الرقمي مكملا لما بدأته الثورة الصناعية وثورة المعلومات السابقة مروراً بمرحلة التوسع في التبادل والانفتاح للعولمة لتشهد دول العالم تسارعاً هائلا في عدد المكتشفات وبراءات الاختراع ليصبح هذا الاقتصاد اداة هامة وأساسية في تقويض وتقليص الفجوة الرقمية والتحول من الاقتصاد التقليدي الذي يعتمد على المواد الخام الاولية ومحاربة وتقليص فجوة الامية والجهل الى اقتصاد يعتمد المعرفة والأدوات الرقمية في انتاجه ومخرجاته لتقليص الفجوة الرقمية التي تميز بين من ينتجون ويستخدمون تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بشكل كبير وبين من لا يستخدمون تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في عالم متقدم متطور متغير تشوبه الكثير من الازمات والصدمات اخرها جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 التي اوقفت وشلت حركة العالم وانتقال السلع والخدمات والأفراد في سابقة خطيرة لم يشهدها العالم من قبل.
يسعى المترجم والتّرجمان على حد سواء إلى نقل المظاهر الإجتماعية الثقافية أثناء التّرجمة ويوليانها عناية خاصّة، فهي تختلف من حضارة لحضارة ومن شعب لشعب، بينما تحوي المظاهر العادات والأعراف والفنون وحتى نمط التفكير السّائد. ولا بدّ من الإشارة إلى الجانب الإجتماعي في موضوع الثقافة، فقد نجد عدة ثقافات داخل المجتمع الواحد، أي المجتمعات متعددة الثقافات كما نجد ثقافة واحدة يتشارك بها عدة مجتمعات. أما الترجمة السمعبصرية، فهي فرع جديد من فروع دراسات الترجمة الحديثة والتي تهدف إلى نقل محتوى سمع بصري ضمن اللغة الواحدة أو بين لغات أخرى، سنحاول في ورقتنا هذه إلقاء الضوء على كيفية نقل المظاهر الثّقافية والصعوبات التي يواجهها مترجم السّمعي البصري وكذا الإستراتيجيات والتقنيات التي يوظّفها، ومدى تأثير المقاربة والنظريات السوسيوثقافية على المترجم، ولتجسيد كل هذه العناصر سنقيّم بعض السّترجات لمشاهد سينمائية للفيلم الجزائري الشّهير "عمر قتلاتو الرجلة"، وخاصّة تلك المشاهد التي تعرض الثقافة ومظاهرها.
Translator and interpreter both aim at transferring cultural aspects during translation with lots of concentration. These aspects vary from one person to another; however they include traditions, customary, arts and even the prevailing way of thinking. Mentioning the sociological side in the topic of culture is an artefact, for we may find multicultural societies, as we may find many societies sharing a one culture. Coming to audiovisual translation (AVT), it is presented as a new field of translation studies which aims at transferring an audiovisual product within one language or into other languages. This paper will shed light on methods to transfer cultural aspects, difficulties facing the AV translator, the strategies and techniques he/she employs, as well as their influence by socio-cultural approaches and theories. To illustrate the above-mentioned elements, we will evaluate some subtitles of cinematic scenes from the Algerian film “Omar Guetlato Rojla”, particularly scenes showing cultural aspects.

ملخص الدراسة:
تلعب الزراعة دورا مهمّا في أغلب اقتصاديات العالم من حيث توفير فرص العمل، والاستثمار و الحدّ من وطأة الفقر خاصّة في الدول العربية، فالقطاع الزراعي يمثّل حجر الأساس في الاقتصاد لارتباطه بباقي القطاعات الأخرى، و لدوره الفعّال في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية، و من ثمّ تحقيق الأمن الغذائي و القومي. و لقد قطعت الثورة التقنية في الزراعة خطوات هائلة، بحيث تمّ دمج النظم المحسوبة المعقدة بالزراعة؛ و تقوم الفكرة أساسا على التنبّؤ المبكّر بمختلف الأمراض التي تصيب المحاصيل، و من ثمّ التخطيط لما يلزم من طرق الوقاية و العناية بالمحاصيل، استنادا إلى لوغاريثمات متقدّمة مبنية على الطرق الحديثة في مجال الذكاء الصناعي، و كذا التنبّؤ بالكوارث البيئية الناجمة عن التغيّرات المناخية من خلال توظيف مايُدعى بـ deep learning. و ممّا لا شكّ فيه أنّ القطاع الزراعي بالمنطقة العربية يواجه العديد من المشاكل، و التحديات التي تتمثّل في التغيّرات المناخية، و عدم ترشيد عملية استهلاك الأسمدة، و ندرة المياه التي تشكّل تحدّيا كبيرا في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي و سلامته. ولعلّ أهمّ الأسباب ترجع إلى عدم الاستفادة من مثل هذه الابتكارات التكنولوجية المتاحة، و لمواجهة التحديات المقبلة أصبح انتهاج الزراعة الذكية حتمية لا غنى عنها، من أجل النهوض بالقطاع الزراعي، و تحقيق الأمن الغذائيّ في المنطقة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالزراعة الذكية و مدى أهميتها و تبيان أهدافها (المحور الأول)، وواقع تطبيقها في الدول العربية في( المحور الثاني)، المشاكل و التحديات التي تواجهها الزراعة الذكية بالمنطقية العربية في (المحور الثالث)، طرق توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في القطاع الفلاحي العربي ( المحور الرابع).
تناولت الدراسة الحالية احد المواضيع العلمية والتربوية الحديثة والمتعلق بالفصول الافتراضية والتعليم الرقمي في الجامعة وقد تبلورت أهدافها العامة حول ابراز مدركات الأساتذة للفصول الافتراضية ومعوقات تطبيقها في الجامعة ، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية استعانت بالمنهج الوصفي وتم فيها بتصميم مقياس لهذا الغرض وتقنينه وتطبيقه على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين الجزائريين ، وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي: - دلت النتائج ان هناك تباينا في مدركات الأساتذة حيث برزت خاصة المدركات المتعلقة بأهمية الفصول الافتراضية ودلالتها على التطور و تحقيق الجودة التعليمية ، هذا وأظهرت النتائج ان هناك غموضا لدى اغلب افراد العينة حول مفهوم الفصول الافتراضية وكيفية تطبيقها ، وهو ما سيؤثر حتما في اتجاههم نحوها ودافعيتهم وادائهم لها . -تباينت المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق الفصول الافتراضية في الجامعة وتنوعت هذه المعوقات بين المادية والفنية والبنية التحتية وغياب التشجيع والتكوين -لا توجد فروق في مدركات الأساتذة للفصول الافتراضية وكذا في المعوقات تبعا لسنوات التدريس.
The current study tackled one of the modern scientific and educational topics related to virtual classes and digital education in the university. Its general objectives have crystallized around highlighting teachers' perceptions of the virtual classes and the obstacles to its application in the university. The field study used the descriptive approach in which a questionnaire was designed, codified and applied to a sample of teachers from some Algerian universities. The results showed that there is a discrepancy in the perceptions of teachers, especially the emergence of perceptions related to the importance of virtual classes and their significance to the development and achievement of educational quality. The obstacles to the application of virtual classes in the university varied between material, technical and infrastructure, in addition to the lack of encouragement and training.

مع بداية انتشار فيروس كورونا عام 2020 دخل العالم مرحلة خطيرة أخذ فيها هذا الفيروس يحصد الأرواح وما يزال كذلك كل يوم دون أن يفرق بين بلد متطور ونامي وبلد غني وفقير، وبعد أن تفشى الفيروس في جميع أرجاء المعمورة أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية في آذار عام 2020 أن فيروس كورونا المستجد وباءً عالمياً. الأمر الذي ألقى بظلاله على جميع نواحي الحياة وفي مقدمته الحياة الاقتصادية والمالية، مما دعا إلى إعادة التفكير في وسائل التعامل في الاسواق السلعية والاسواق المالية على حد سواء. يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الوعي المالي الرقمي في التعامل مع الخدمات المالية الرقمية، بالتالي إبراز دور هذه الخدمات الرقمية في ضرورة إضفاء الطابع الرقمي على الشمول المالي، ذلك أن جائحة (كوفيد-19) أظهرت مدى الحاجة إلى رقمنة الخدمات المالية وتحسين وسائل الشمول المالي الرقمي من خلال تطوير البنية التحتية المالية والتثقيف والتوعية المالية. وتوصل البحث إلى أن الوعي المالي من قبل الأفراد والشركات ومؤسسات المجتمع في التعامل مع التكنولوجيا المالية والخدمات الرقمية الجديدة يسهم في تعزيز الشمول المالي على نطاق واسع.
إن الرواية جنس أدبي قادر على استعادة الماضي، ولهذا فقد اعتمد عليه جل المبدعين لاستعادة الفردوس المفقود الذي مازال حيا في قلوبهم، وأصبح هذا الموضوع سمة بارزة في الرواية العربية إذ عمد المبدعون إلى إعادة تشكيل صورة الأندلس معتمدين في ذلك على التاريخ والتخييل، فهذا الأخير وحده القادر على استعادة الأحداث وصبغها بالواقعية الملموسة. وبذلك فإن انعكاس صورة الأندلس في مرايا الرواية المصرية هو انعكاس جمع بين التاريخ والتخييل، ليعيد تشكليه وفق الذات المبدعة بما تحمله من أفكار وتصورات، وبذلك فالرواية مرآة اعتمد عليها الروائيون لكسر حواجز الزمن واستعادة الصورة، وقد استطاعت الروائية المصرية "رضوى عاشور" استعادة صورة الأندلس عبر روايتها الموسومة" ثلاثية غرناطة" في قالب متخيل روائي، فتمكنت من رسم صور أكثرها سلبية تعكس معاناة مسلمي غرناطة بعد دخول القشتاليين، وطمسهم لهوية ودين المسلمين.
