هَدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى الكشف عن المضامين المروية، و درجة تضمين في كُتب اللغة العربيِّة، وتكوّنت عينة الدِّراسة من مجتمع الدِّراسة نفسه، وهي كُتب اللغة العربيِّة للمرحلة الأساسية العليا الصادرة عن وزارة التّربية والتَّعليم للعام الدّراسي 2017/2018. وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدِّراسة، طوّر الباحث أداة قياس وتحليل اشتملت على ثلاثة مجالات تضمَّنت ستة عشر مضموناً ، وقد تمّ عرض الأداة على لجنة من المحكِّمين المتخصّصين في المناهج؛ للتأكد من صدقها، ثمّ قام الباحث بعملية التحليل حيث تمّ تكليف احد المعلمين، ويحمل درجة الدكتوراة في اللغة العربيِّة للقيام بعملية التَّحليل أيضاً، وقد تمّ استخراج معامل الثّبات باستخدام معادلة هولستي ( Holesti ) للثّبات، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات عبر الزمن(2.91 %)، وعبر الأشخاص ( 6.86 %)، وهذا المعامل مقبول لأغراض الدِّراسة، وقد تمّ استخدام التّكرارات والنسب المئويِّة، والرُّتب، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تدنّي توافر المضامين المرورية في تلك الكُتب . وفي ضَوء نتائج الدّراسة أوصى الباحث بتضمين المضامين المرورية في كُتب اللغة العربيِّة للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن، بإدخال معلومات مفاهيم مرورية، أو ربط المحتوى بموضوعات وقضايا متعلقة المضامين المرورية ؛ ولأهميتهما في حياة الفرد والمجتمع.
تروم الدراسة بيان خصوصيات الكتابة في المتن الروائي النسائي الجزائري، والحدود الفاصلة والمميزة للكتابة النسائية القائمة على التصنيف الجنوسي والمرتهنة بالقضايا الرؤيوية والفلسفية، والكتابة النسوية القائمة على تعرية الأنساق الثقافية ونقض التراتبية التي تحكم المجتمع، وتتخذ من المتن السردي للروائيتين الجزائريتين فضيلة الفاروق ومليكة مقدم نموذجا للدراسة؛ بتتبع تمظهرات الكتابة النسوية ذات البعد الجندري والكتابة النسائية ذات البعد الفكري الرؤيوي. وقد بينت نتائج البحث انخراط الكاتبتين فيما يجلّي البعد الرؤيوي الذي لا يفارق ما تتكئ عليه الكتابة الذكورية، مع تركيز ملحّ على إضاءة المناطق المعتمة في الإنسان العربي بفعل الأنساق الثقافية التي كرست لثقافة المحو والتراتبية.
The study aims to explain the peculiarities of writing in the Algerian feminist novel by Fadila Al-Farouq and Malika Moghadam by tracing the manifestations of feminine writing with a gender affiliation, and female writing with an intellectual dimension, And among the findings that the two writers are concerned with the intellectual dimension, their writings do not leave the male writing with an emphasis on exposing the hidden systems in society.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في تحول رغبة المستهلك نحو الشراء الإلكتروني وعلى مدى إقباله على الشراء إلكترونياً والعوامل التي تجذبه للشراء والتعرف على أساليب وأشكال الترويج الالكتروني المختلفة مع تحديد مزايا عملية الشراء من المواقع الالكترونية وتوضيح الفروق بين الشراء الإلكتروني ومزاياه والشراء التقليدي. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم استبيان يحتوي على خمسة محاور للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة. ومجتمع الدراسة طالبات الفصل الدراسي الثاني بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة عدد (52) طالبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين مستوى الدخل المتوسط ومستوى الإقبال على الشراء الإلكتروني، وعبرت شريحة عريضة بنسبة 80% بتفضيل الشراء من المواقع الإلكترونية عن طرق الشراء التقليدي، كما أن نسبة 92.5% تطالع المنتجات المعروضة إلكترونياً ووضحت نسبة 60% من عينة الدراسة أن نسبة المشتريات إلكترونياً تتخطى نسبة المشتريات التقليدية، كما تراوحت ما بين تنوع الخيارات والبدائل وبين ما يحققه الشراء إلكترونياً من توفير الوقت والجهد وسهولة الإتمام ومرونته فضلاً عن أن الشراء الإلكتروني. وكانت أهم التوصيات: الحاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسات للوقوف على السلبيات لمواجهتها مع مراعاة محاذير عنصر الثقة والأمان وتشجيع المتاجر التقليدية على فتح منافذ إلكترونية.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أن استراتيجيات المعرفة هي أهم مصدر تستند إليه الميزة التنافسية بمجمع صيدال لصناعة الأدوية، وتـمّ إثبات ذلك من خلال اختبار فرضيات الدراسة التي تمّ وضعهما باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، وتـوصّلـت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وتأثير إيجابي بين المتغيرين ، المتغير المستقل(إستراتيجية المعرفة) ، والمتغير التابع (الميزة التنافـسية المستـدامة)، وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها تمّ اقتراح مجموعة من الاقتراحات الرّامية إلى تعزيز دور إستراتيجية المعرفة بمجمع صيدال.
The Knowledge strategy is the most important input on which compititive advantage at the sidal complex of the pharmaceutical industry, this was proved by testing the hypoteheses of the study using a group of the statistical method, the study found a strong correlation relationships and a positive impact betweena the tow variables, independent variable(Knowledge strategy),and the dependent variable (compititive advantage) , in the light of these results a number proposals were proposed to activate the role of Knowledge strategy in the achieving sustainable compititive advantage at the sidal complex

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية نظام المعلومات التسويقي ومساهمة نظام الاستخبارات التسويقية والذي يُعتبر- أحد العناصر الأساسية لنظام المعلومات التسويقية- في توجيه القرارات التسويقية من خلال توفير المعلومات للجهات والمؤسسات التسويقية التي تعيش في بيئة تنافسية شديدة التغيّر والتحوّل، الأمر الذي يوجب عليها أن تكون في حالة استعداد تام لجميع التغيّرات التي تحدث في بيئة أعمالها، ولقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاطلاع على المراجع والأبحاث والدراسات التي تخص الدراسة، وتحليل ما تحتويه من معلومات ومفاهيم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: يُعتبر نظام الاستخبارات التسويقية أداة مهمة يمكن أن تعتمد عليه المؤسسة في توفير المعلومات الكافية واللازمة من أجل ترشيد القرارات التسويقية التي تتخذها وذلك من خلال تزويد النظام المعلوماتي التسويقي بكافة المعلومات من مصادرها الداخلية والخارجية.
شكل إنجاح جهود إعادة الإعمار في مجتمعات ما بعد النزاع تحديا للمجتمع الدولي والمحلي على السواء، خاصة في مرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة، التي شهدت تناميا في النزاعات الداخلية، لذلك بدأ التركيز على نهج جديد عرف "بالتجاوب المحلي"، تنطلق فرضيته الأساسية، من أنه كلما انخرطت القوى والفواعل المحلية في مشاريع إعادة الاعمار كلما زادت فرص نجاحه. هذه الفرضية هي التي تهدف الدراسة لوضعها على محك الاختبار، من خلال منهجية استقرائية. وكانت النتيجة الرئيسة أنه لتحقيق فعالية في مشاريع إعادة الإعمار بات من الضروري أن يتم ذلك في ظل مراعاة الظروف الإجتماعية والسياسية والإقتصادية المختلفة، فالبلدان تخرج من النزاع في ظل ظروف مختلفة وفريدة من نوعها. لذلك، فإن الأولوية والأسبقية والتوقيت والملاءمة وتنفيذ المهام ستختلف من حالة إلى أخرى.
The success of reconstruction efforts in post-conflict societies posed a challenge to the international and local community alike, especially in the post-Cold War era, which witnessed an upsurge in internal conflicts. Therefore, focus began on a new approach known as "local response", whose basic premise is that The more local forces and actors are involved in reconstruction projects, the greater the chances of its success. This hypothesis is what the study aims to put to the test, through an inductive methodology, and the main result is that to achieve effectiveness in reconstruction projects, it has become necessary to do this under consideration of social, political and economic factors. As countries emerge from conflict under different and unique circumstances. Therefore, priority, precedence, timing, suitability and task execution will differ from case to case.

هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تضمين كُتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن على التُراث والثّقافيَّ والحَضاري، وتم تطوير أداة الدّراسة في قائمة تمثل التُراث والثّقافيَّ والحَضاري؛ تكونت من مجالين هما: التُراث والثّقافيَّ ومكوناته الست (6)، التُراث الحضاري ومكوناته السبع (7)؛ وقد تم استخدم أسلوب تحليل المحتوى حيث اتخذت الجملة وشبة الجملة والكلمة وحدة للتحليل، وصولاً إلى البيانات الكمية المتمثلة في التكرارات والنسب المئوية. وأظهرت النتائج أن الكُتب (مدار البحث) لم تركز على من الموروث الثّقافي والاجتماعي بشكل مناسب، وإنما تناولته لا يمس حاجات الفئة العمرية المستهدفة وخصائصها، وكشفت النتائج عن أن الكُتب لم تراع في تناولها للتراث والثّقافيَّ والحَضاري مبدأ التتابع، ولم تعتمد منهجية واضحة، وإنما نحت منحى تقليدياً عشوائياً في تناولها للتراث والثّقافيَّ والحَضاري مدار البحث وقد أوصت الدّراسة بما يلي:- إعادة النظر في محتوى كُتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن في تضمينها للتراث والثّقافيَّ والحَضاري ، ومدى مراعاتها لمبادئ التكامل والتتابع ومبادئ التعلم الذاتي والبنائي في تناولها.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن التأثيرات الاجتماعية والسلوكية للتباعد الاجتماعي في ظل التصدي لجائحة الكوفيد 19 على تفاعلات النسق الأسري في المجتمع الجزائري، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للكشف عن انعكاسات حتمية زيادة المسافات الاجتماعية بين الأفراد على طبيعة ودرجة التواصل والحوار وتقبل الآخر من حيث آرائه ووجهات نظره داخل الأسرة الجزائرية، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 240 مفردة تم اختيارها عرضيا. وقد توصلنا إلى أن التباعد الاجتماعي ساعد على تفعيل ثقافة الحوار والتواصل الإيجابي بين الأفراد بما يسمح باتخاذ المنهج الجماعي في صنع القرارات وحل الصعوبات والمشاكل الأسرية، وكذا تقبل وجود الآخر بسلبياته وإيجابياته، إلا أن ذلك لم يلغ إمكانية وجود بعض الاضطرابات في سلوكيات الأفراد فرضتها ضرورة البقاء معا لفترات طويلة، أنتجت بدورها بعض الخلافات الأسرية.
This study aimed to reveal the social and behavioral effects of social distancing in light of the of the COVID-19 pandemicon the interactions of the family structure in the Algerian society. The descriptive approach was used to reveal the procedural dimensions of the problem represented in determining the inevitable repercussions of increasing social distances between individuals on the nature and degree of communication and dialogue and accepting the differences of the other in terms of points of views within the Algerian family. A questionnaire was distributed to 240 samples (non-random sample). The results indicated that social distancing helped activate the culture of dialogue and communication between individuals and collective decision-making, in addition to accepting the existence of the other. But this did not eliminate the possibility having some family disputes due to individuals staying with each other for long periods.

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مدارس تربية البتراء لمهارات التعلم النشط من وجهة نظرهم، ووفق متغيرات: نوعهم الاجتماعي، مؤهلهم العلمي، سنوات خبرتهم، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (74) فقرة، تم استخراج صدقها وثباتها، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من (50) معلم ومعلمة في تربية البتراء. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقدير المعلمين الكلي لدرجة امتلاكهم لمهارات التعلم النشط تقع في فئة الدرجة الكبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (4.20) وانحراف معياري (0.12)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات المعلمين تبعا لمؤهلهم العلمي على إجمالي درجة الامتلاك وعلى الأبعاد الفرعية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين ذوي الخبرة (1-5) وبين (6-10، 11 فأكثر)، بينما يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين ذوي الخبرة (6-10، 11 فأكثر) وكذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات المعلمين تبعا لسنوات خبرتهم، وقد تضمنت تضمن الدراسة مجموعة توصيات من أبرزها التأكيد على أهمية تضمين المناهج نشاطات موصى بها في كتب التربية الإسلامية تفعل التعلم النشط بشكل أكبر من خلال توفير المواد اللازمة لتطبيقه.
هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد مدى إلتزام مراجعى الحسابات بمتطلبات معيار المراجعة الدولى 2410،المتعلق بمراجعة التقارير المالية المرحلية.ولتحقيق ذلك تم إستطلاع أراء 95 مراجعا ينتمون لمكاتب المحاسبة والمراجعة فى السودان يمثلون مجتمع البحث،حيث تم جمع البيانات الأولية للدراسة عن طريق تصميم إستبانة وتوزيعها على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة،تم إسترداد 86 إستبانة.توصلت الدراسة الى أن هنالك إلتزام عال من قبل مراجعى الحسابات فى السودان بتطبيق متطلبات معيار المراجعة الدولى 2410 بمختلف أبعاده،من وجه نظر المستجى وبين.أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام مجلس تنظيم مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة فى السودان بالزام مراجعى الحسابات بتلقى دورات تدربية فى معيار المراجعة الدولية بما فيها معيار المراجعة الدولى 2410، وكذا إصدار معايير مراجعة محلية لتسهيل تنفيذ عملية المراجعة ،كما توصى الدراسة بضرورة تعميم الزام الشركات المدرجة فى سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بتقديم قوائم مالية مرحلية مراجعة من قبل مدقق خارجى مستقل،وعدم حصر ذلك فى المؤسسات المالية.
The present study aimed at determining the Sudanese Auditors' adherence to the requirements of the International Auditing Standard 2410 in connection with reviewing the interim financial reports. To achieve that goal, a questionnaire, designed and distributed to (95) Auditors of the Accounting and Auditing offices in Sudan.The study ascertained the high level of commitment of the Sudanese Auditors in applying the requirements of the International Auditing Standard 2410, in its overall perspectives, from their point of view. The study recommends the necessity of launching training sessions that should be imposed by the Accounting and Auditing Profession Regulatory Council in Sudan, including the International Auditing Standard 2410, obligating auditors to undertake training courses in International Auditing Standards, and establishing national audit standards to facilitate the implementation of the auditing process as well. The study also recommends compelling the companies listed in Khartoum Stock Exchange, in general, to submit their Interim financial statements audited by an independent external auditor, and not limiting that to the financial institutions.

تعد دراسة التوزيع الجغرافي لمصادر الطاقة الكهربائية في السودانكدراسة تحليلية من ضمن دراسات الجغرافيا الخدمات وهدفت الدراسة الي معرفة التوزيع الجغرافي لمصادر الطاقة الكهربائية في السودان من حيث الإمكانيات المتاحة والمقدرة وكذلك المالآت المستقبلية لتك المصادر واستخدمت الدراسة عدد من المناهج كماهو متعارف عليها في الدراسات العالمية مثل المنهج الكيفي ومنهج المنظومة الجغرافية وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج مفادها إن التوزيع الجغرافي لمصادر الطاقة الكهربائية في السودان مازالت محكوم بمفهوم المدرسة الحتمية وهذا مدخل جغرافي وكذلك ضعف الإمكانيات المادية لاستحواذ الحكومة علي مداخل الانتاج الكهربائي في السودان وهذا مدخل اقتصادي ولذلك ولم يستغل الاستغلال الأكمل والأمثل ونجد انعدام الموازنة في الطلب علي الطاقة الكهربائية ويعزي ذلك الي العلاقة الشائكة مابين السكان وتلك المصادر، وكذلك ضعف التمويل الحكومي اتجاه تلك المصادر وخلصت الدراسة لعدة توصيات آنية ومستقبلية لتطوير أداء تلك المصادر مفادها لابد من تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في جميع تلك المصادر وكذلك الاهتمام المتعاظم والمتعدد الجوانب لتلك المصادر للقيام بأدوارها اتجاه السكان والتنمية في السودان.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيين أبعاد الاطار القانوني والتنظيمي الذي يحكم عملية توحيد حسابات مجمع الشركات في الجزائر، ومدى توافقه مع ما جاءت به المعايير الدولية للمحاسبة. وتضمنت كل من الاطار القانوني -الذي يتمثل في القانون التجاري الجزائري- والاطار التنظيمي -الذي يتمثل في النظام المحاسبي المالي- اللذان يحكمان عملية توحيد حسابات مجمع الشركات على المستوى المحلي، أما على المستوى الدولي فتطرقنا إلى حزمة المعايير المحاسبية الدولية الخاصة بتوحيد الحسابات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قامت بعدة خطوات نحو تفعيل إجراءات توحيد حسابات مجمعات الشركات، وكذا تحقيق التوافق مع الممارسة المحاسبية الدولية، إلا أن نظامها المحاسبي الممارس تحت التأطير القانوني يتميز بعدم المرونة والتجاوب مع الظروف الاقتصادية الدولية، على خلاف المعايير المحاسبية الدولية الخاصة بتوحيد الحسابات التي عرفت عدة تعديلات قبل وبعد صدور النظام المحاسبي المالي في الجزائر.
The aim of this study is to show the dimensions of the legal and regulatory framework for the consolidation of accounts in Algeria, and its compatibility with international accounting standards. the study included the legal framework -which is represented in the Algerian commercial law - and the regulatory framework - which is represented in the financial accounting system - for the consolidation of accounts at the local level, but at the international level, we touched on international accounting standards. The study concluded that Algeria has taken several steps towards activating procedures for consolidating accounts and achieving compatibility with international accounting practice, but its accounting system is not flexible, contrary to international accounting standards for consolidation of accounts that were modified before and after the issuance of the financial accounting system in Algeria.

تبحث هذه الدراسة في حقوق المرأة المسلمة المدرجة في وثيقة الزواج الصادرة عن المحكمة الشرعية في فلسطين. وتهدف إلى وصف الحركات وكذلك خطوات العقد على المستوى الكلي، وتفسير طبيعة الحق في كل خطوة على المستوى الجزئي للوثيقة، وأخيراً شرح القوى الكامنة وراء توثيق كل حق تضمنته الوثيقة. تُطبِق الدراسة أسلوب البحث النوعي اذ تم فيه استخدام اسلوب تحليل النمط الكتابي الخاصGenre analysis) ) لباتشيا (2004) وكذلك نماذج تحليل الخطاب الناقد (CDA) لفان دايك (1998) لتحليل السمات والمكونات البلاغية لوثيقة الزواج الفلسطينينية. لقد وُجد أن الوثيقة تتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسة تم تصورها على أنها حركات عند مستوى نص عقد الزواج على النحو التالي: افتتاحية الوثيقة، ومتنها، والخاتمة. ففاتحة الوثيقة ترمي الى تحديد مَصدر المستند، وتبرير مفهوم الزواج من منظور إسلامي، وتعيين مواقيت أي زمان ومكان اصدار المستند. أما متن وثيقة الزواج فيهدف الى توثيق تفاصيل الزواج، والتحقق من عمر وصحة الزوجين، وتحديد المبلغ المدفوع كمهر وكيف ، وتعيين والد الزوجة وصهره كمنفذين مباشرين للعقد المبرم، وتدويين أي شروط محتملة لأي شريك، وتعيين شاهدين ناضجين، وأخيراً صياغة عقد الزواج بتدويين عقدة النكاح. أما خاتمة العقد تهدف الى التوقيع على الوثيقة من قبل شاهدين مسلمين، والزوجين ، والديهم ، وأخيرًا وكيل الشرعي. وخلصت الدراسة الى أن وثيقة الزواج تحافظ بوضوح على الحقوق المالية والاجتماعية والثقافية والقانونية والمادية لكلا الجنسين المتناكحين وخاصة المرأة. وتم الاستنتاج أن الوثيقة قيد التحقيق ليس فقط مستشرفة وتستند الى حد بعيد الى تعاليم الاسلام فيما يتعلق بمفهوم الزواج واما ايضا يهيمن عليها وبكل وضوح القيم الاجتماعية والثقافية للذكورة الأبوية.
عـكفت هذهِ الـدراسة على تقديم مراجعة تحليليّة لمجموعة من الأدبيات و الأعـمال باللغتين الإنجليزيّة و البرتغالية التي انشغلت بالتأسيس لمفهوم رأس مال الاتصال و تحديد مقارباته و مداخله الأساسية سواء بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشــرة ، و كذا تلخيص عناصرها المشتركة و تبيان مواطن الفوارق بينها . و بعد فحص المعاني المختلفة المنسوبة إلى هذا المفهوم الخصب و الجديد في الدوائر المــــعرفية العالميـة و تحليلها فلسفيا في خضم تنوع الآراء والمفاهيم ذات الصلة تم تسليط الضوء على ستة مقاربات أساسية ممكنة لفهم رأس مال الاتصال (المحاسبية ، التسويقية، الإدارية ، الرمزية ، العلائقية ، و أخيرا الاتصالية ) ، كما تم الخروج أيضا بمجموعة من العناصر المفتاحية كوسيلة لتنظيم المداخل الموجودة والمـــتمثلة أساسا فـي ( العلاقات ، الموارد ، الهياكل ، النتائج ، و كذا الإجراءات )، كما تعامل هذا المقال أيضًا مع العلاقة القائمة بين ، الرأس المال الفكريّ " الأصول غير الملموسة" و رأس مال الاتصال .
The following study aims to provide an analytical review of the various literature and works, both in the English and Portuguese languages, in which they had been focused on establishing a framework for the concept of capital communication and determining its basic approaches, whether directly or indirectly, as well as summarizing its common elements and explaining the differences between them. After examining the different meanings attributed to this fertile and most recent concept in the global knowledge circles and conducting a philosophical analysis in the midst of diversity of opinions and related concepts, we highlighted six possible basicapproaches to understanding communication capital ( accounting, marketing, managerial, symbolic, relational, and communicational ) and concludes with a set of compiled key elements as a way to organize the existing approaches, which is mainlyrepresented in (relationships, resources, structures, results, and procedures). Also, this article deals with the relationship between intellectual capital, "intangible assets" and communication capital.

هدفت الدراسةُ التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء المزار الشمالي لمعايير إدارة التميز من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية ، وقد اعتمد المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، ووزعت على عينة بلغت (317) معلمًا ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء المزار الشمالي لمعايير إدارة التميز من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية أنفسهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية لدرجة ممارسة معايير إدارة التميز في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية التابعة إلى لواء المزار الشمالي تعزى لاختلاف متغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية لدرجة ممارسة معايير إدارة التميز في المدارس الحكومية الثانوية التابعة إلى لواء المزار الشمالي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة سعي وزارة التربية والتعليم على تمكين القيادات التربوية نحو بلوغ التميز الإداري، وتشجيع المعلمين على تحقيق معايير إدارة التميز وتحفيزهم نحوها، وصياغة استراتيجيات تربوية تهدف نحو تحقيق إدارة التميز في الحقل التربوي.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل ظاهرة الركود التضخمي في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة ( ،)2019-1980والكشف عن الأسباب الكامنة وراء حدوثها، حتى يمكن وضع الحلول والاجراءاتاللازمة لمعالجتها، وذلك باستخدام مؤشر الركود التضخمي، وتتبع تطور كل من معدل البطالة ومعدل التضخم خلال فترة الدراسة.وقد تم التوصل إلى أن الاقتصاد الجزائري عانى من مشكلة الركود التضخمي منذ فترة طويلة مضت، وأن فترات الركود التضخمي ليست متساوية عبر الزمن. كما تم التوصل إلى أن الأسباب الجوهريةلحدوث مشكلة الركود التضخمي تكمن في تضارب السياسات الاقتصادية، المالية والنقدية، وفي الاختلالات الهيكلية المرتبطة بطبيعة وهيكل الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يغلب عليه الطابع الريعي.
This paper aims to study and analyze the phenomenon of stagflation in the Algerian economy during the period (1980-2019), and to reveal the reasons behind their occurrence, so that possible solutions and procedures can be put in place to address them, using the stagflation index and the tracking of the development of the unemployment and inflation rates during the study period. Our findings show that the Algerian economy suffered from the problem of stagflation since long ago, and the periods of stagflation are not equal in time. It was also concluded that the main reasons for the occurrence of the stagflation problem lie in the inconsistency of the economic, financial and monetary policies, and also in structural imbalances related to nature and the structure of the Algerian economy which is mainly a rentier economy.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر استراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي (K.W.L) في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية والدافعية نحو تعلم مادة العلوم لدى طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي في مادة العلوم للصف السابع الأساسي في مديرية التربية والتعليم في قصبة عمان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(81) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي تم عشوائيا تحديد إحداها كمجموعة ضابطة بلغ عددها (40) طالباً وطالبة، والاخرى تجريبية بلغت (41) طالباً وطالبة درست باستراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي (L.W.L)، حيث تم بناء المادة التعليمية وفق باستراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي، وتم استخدام اختبار لاكتساب المفاهيم ومقياس الدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم، تم التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيةً عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على اختبار اكتساب المفاهيم ومقياس الدافعية نحو تعلم العلوم، حيث بلغت قيمة (ت) المحسوبة =(-5.738)، مما يشير الى وجود أثر لاستراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي (K.W.L) في اكتساب المفاهيم العلمية في مادة العلوم لدى طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي وتنمية دافعيتهم نحو تعلم العلوم.
في بعض الأحيان يقع الباحثون في المجالات التربوية والنفسية في الأخطاء أثناء جمع الأدلة عن الصدق والثبات في مرحلة إعداد أدوات البحث، والتي يمكن أن تؤثر على موثوقية النتائج لأن جودة النتائج تعتمد بالأساس على جودة أدوات البحث. فعلى الرغم من التطورات التي حدثت في القياس إلا أن بعض ممارسات الباحثين لا تزال تقليدية في تقدير الصدق والثبات، ويلجؤون إلى استخدام طرق غير ملائمة، ويقدمون أدلة غير كافية، وينتهكون افتراضات بعض الطرق، ويجمعون أدلة غير كافية. وفي هذا الاطار يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم نظرة عن الأخطاء الناجمة عن جمع أدلة الصدق والثبات في البحوث التربوية والنفسية، وذلك باستعراض التطورات التي حدثت في أدبيات القياس الحديثة التي لا تعكس الممارسات السائدة لدى الباحثين في هذا الشأن.
In educational and psychological fields sometimes researchers commit errors while collecting evidence about validity and reliability in preparing research tools, which can affect the dependability of the results because the quality of the results depends mainly on the quality of the research tools. Despite developments in measurement, some researchers' practices are still traditional in estimating validity and reliability, resorting to inappropriate methods, providing insufficient evidence, violating assumptions of some methods, and gathering insufficient evidence. In this context, this article aims to provide a view of the errors resulting from gathering evidence of validity and reliability in educational and psychological research, by reviewing the developments that have occurred in modern measurement literature that do not reflect the prevailing practices among researchers in this regard.

هدفت الدراسة، التعرف إلى مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات المدرسية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة من مديري المدارس باستخدام الاستبانة التي اعتدتها الباحثة، وذلك لدراسة استجابات مديري المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية لواء الرصيفة على هذه الاستبانة. طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (86) مديراً ومديرة في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية لواء الرصيفة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (86) مديراً ومديرة في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام 2021/2022. أعدت الباحثة استبانة توزعت فقراتها على مجالين: المجال الأول: مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم، ويتضمن هذا المجال (12) فقرة، والمجال الثاني: معوقات ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا من جهة نظرهم، ويتضمن هذا المجال (13) فقرة، حيث وزّعت أداة الدراسة من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على عينة الدراسة عن طريق الاستبانة الالكترونية، وبعد إجراء التحليل الاحصائي من خلال برنامج (SPSS) وعرض النتائج تبين أن المؤشر العام لممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا قد بلغ (3.58)، مما يدل على مستوى متوسط لممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء الرصيفة لإدارة الأزمات في ظل جائحة كورونا، تعزى لمتغير (النوع الاجتماعي، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة حصول مدراء المدارس الحكومية والخاصة على التدريب العملي من خلال عقد الورشات التدريبية والندوات في المدرسة، وكذلك ضرورة الاستفادة من تجارب الدول الأخرى العربية والأجنبية المتقدمة في التعامل مع الأزمة وتطبيقها في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، لإدارة الأزمات في حالات الطوارئ في المؤسسات التعليمية كافة.
تميل إدارة الموارد البشرية المعاصرة إلى الاهتمام أكثر بنوعية الأفراد العاملين باعتبارهم مورد استراتيجي، ومع بروز توجهات جديدة تعنى بالبحث المستمر عن المواهب والكفاءات لتغذية مخزون الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة، تطرح فكرة ضرورة الاستفادة من فئة الاشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في هذا المجال لما تحمله من مواهب. وموازاة وهذا التوجه جاء نظام الكوتا لتحقيق تطلعات هذه الفئة في الحصول على شغل، مع بقاء ثقافة المدراء بطابعها النمطي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة بمنهجها الوصفي التحليلي إلى الإجابة عن سؤال هام هو " هل حققت الكوتا أهدافها في تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؟ وأي ثقافة يحملها المدراء تجاه هذه الفئة؟ ولقد عكست النتائج محدودية نظام الكوتا واعتباره حل مؤقت لمشكلة مزمنة تتطلب اعادة النظر فيه بتدعيمه بتدابير أكثر الزاما، مع ضرورة تغيير الثقافة النمطية التي يحملها المدراء بترسيخ منظور حقوقي حول الإعاقة في سياسة المؤسسة، واعتبار هذه الفئة مفتاح للابتكار وإدارة الأزمات والتنوع في المورد البشري.
Modern human resource management tends to pay more attention to the quality of employees as a strategic resource, the idea to benefit from the category of persons with disabilities in this field is raised as they are marginalized talents. the quota system came to fulfill the aspirations of this category, while maintaining the stereotyped culture of managers. This study aims, with its descriptive and analytical approach, to answer an important question, which is: "Have the quota achieved its goals in employing persons with disabilities? What culture do managers carry towards this category?" The results of the study reflected the limitations of the quota system with the need to change the managers stereotypical culture by Anchoring a human rights perspective on disability in the company's policy, and considering this category as a key to innovation, crisis management and diversity in the human resource
