Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource الهباهبه, حنان عاطف محمد بوزعيب, بريزة قيرة, إسماعيل Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2021-09-21 2021-06-30 Description An account of the resource هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن آثار الإفراط في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على  تحصيل الطلبة في مدارس لواء الشوبك من وجهة نظر المعلمين،ولتحقيق ذلك طورت الباحثة إستبانة مكونة من(20) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها، ودرجة ثباتها والتي بلغت(0.91%).تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) معلماً ومعلمة،وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة،وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شيفيه.وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات المعلمين الأكثر أهمية لآثار الإفراط في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على  تحصيل الطلبة في مدارس لواء الشوبك من وجهة نظر المعلمين ، كانت على الترتيب التنازلي الآتي: الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال الاجتماعي ، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال الصحي، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال النفسي، الأسباب المتعلقة بالمجال الأخلاقي. بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي،ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العملية ولصالح فئة أكثر من (10) سنة في مجال الاجتماعي.وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لتوضيح أهمية التقليل من استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وآثارها على التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة. تتناول الدراسة الراهنة موضوع إدارة الوقت في الفكر التنظيمي، الذي صاغ افتراضات وتصورات متباينة حول الدلائل المفاهيمية لمفهوم الوقت وإدارته، مع تقديم إطار نظري أبرز مجموعة من التصوّرات التي أسّست أهم الافتراضات النظرية لهذا المفهوم من حيث طبيعته وخصائصه وأهميته. وقـد خلـصت الدراسـة إلى التباين بيـن الاتجاهات النظـرية الكلاسيكية و النيوكلاسيكية والمعاصرة،في أسلوب تركيزها وطريقة إدارتها لهذا المفهوم. The current study deals with the topic of time management in organizational thought, which formulated various assumptions and perceptions about the conceptual guides of the concept of time and its management, while presenting a theoretical framework, the most prominent set of scenarios that established the most important theoretical assumptions of this concept in terms of its nature, characteristics and importance. The study found the difference between classical and neoclassical theoretical trends, modern and contemporary, in the way they focus and how they manage this concept.
