Our Arabic linguistic heritage is rich in applications in which pragmatic theories and concepts were invested, such as the phenomenon of speech acts, which were studied within the topics of semantics (Ilm Al-Màani)  - performative and declarative styles - grammarians, rhetoricians, jurisprudential scholars and exegeses. That is because the heritage in its entirety is concerned with the study of the meaning and its relationship to reality and the conditions of its production, such as the intention of the speaker, the circumstances of the addressees, different contexts. Rather, it goes beyond that to pay attention to the extent of the impact of that meaning on the addressees, and the achievement that the discourse leads to, all of which are pragmatic considerations that modern scholars have called for and are still calling for. In this research, we will discuss the concept of " acts of speech" from the point of view of pragmatists, then we try to compare it with what it corresponds with the scholars of heritage within the theory of "performative and declarative styles", through a set of applied models in heritage texts. This model represents a new field of knowledge that emerged in the West and has gained widespread popularity over time. Epistemological Linguistics stands out for its unique fusion of language and knowledge. It is concerned with describing the cognitive abilities of speakers and focuses on everything that occurs in the mind of a speaker during language communication, going beyond the formal structure of language to penetrate the depths of its cognitive images. Have contemporary Arab linguists been acquainted with this achievement? Did our ancestors have knowledge of it in their writings? Based on this, our study aims to review the concept of Epistemological Linguistics, the circumstances of its emergence, and the search for its roots in Arab-Islamic heritage. The objective is to shed light on the extent of interaction between this contemporary linguistic study and Arabic linguistic research. In this paper, we propose a new technique based on genetic algorithm for the extraction of electrical parameters (the saturation current, the serial resistance, the parallel resistance and the ideality factor). The models with five, seven and nine parameters respectively are considered. The genetic algorithm is used as a tool for optimization to increase the probability of reaching the global minimum solutions in a short time with a very good accuracy based on the minimization of the quadratic error between experimental and theoretical characteristics. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the heuristic approach is effective for modeling in the case of solar modules. The values of squared errors are around zero (5.8297 × 10-8, 3.0751 × 10-7 and 1.7243 ×10-5 for the five, seven and nine parameters models, respectively). On the other hand, the results were obtained after only seven generations which can be considered very fast for a nonlinear optimization problem with many physical constraints. The results prove that the GA is very suitable for estimating electrical parameters needed for modeling the PV array. This article try to examine the difference in the concept of Al-inchaa  between an Arabic rhetoric heritage with its relation with grammar, and the contemporary release of Arabic pragmatists. This article also discusses the utilization of the concept in the duality of “Al-khabar” and “Al-Inchaa”  and trying to learn the relation can be exist between this duality and concept of performance in speech act theory, With the concentration in the scientific justification of  this use of term. The present work aims to study the aerodynamic characteristics of the NREL phase II (generated only with S809 profile along the span for an untwisted case) rotor that is a horizontal axis downwind wind turbine rotor and which is assumed to stand isolated in the space. The two dimensional steady-incompressible flow Reynolds average NavierStokes equations, are solved by using the commercial CFD package Ansys Fluent. The 2D computations are first performed on S809 airfoil in order to define the most suitable model to be used; the turbulence closure model has been chosen among four possible candidates (standard , Spalart-Allmaras, based on comparison of pressure coefficient for the different configurations with experimental results. Secondly, through a three dimensional study we tried to simulate the experiment for wind speed velocities of 7.2, 10.56, 12.85, 16.3, and 9.18m/s. Results of pressure and torque for considered wind turbine rotor have been directly compared to the available experimental data. The comparisons show that CFD results along with the turbulence model used can predict the span-wise loading of the wind turbine rotor with reasonable agreement. The work presented here is the first stage of project that aims at giving a better understanding of the main influence of the rotational effect on boundary layer separation, and identify the stalled configuration in order to control this latter in future work. Le secteur résidentiel algérien consomme 25-28 % de l’énergie finale et émet en moyenne Novembre21 % des gaz à effet de serre. Or, il existe un important gisement d’économie d’énergie dans ce secteur. Ce constat conduit à rechercher comment rendre le secteur du logement plus efficient en matière de consommation d’énergie et d’émission de CO2. Dans cet article, nous montrerons comment la pénétration des nouvelles technologies dans le parc de logements, au moyen du modèle bottom-up, permet, à l’horizon 2050, une approche prospective pertinente pour réduire la consommation énergétique et atténuer les émissions de CO2 dans le secteur résidentiel. Pour cela, nous estimerons, à travers un scénario tendanciel, la consommation d’énergie du secteur résidentiel en Algérie jusqu’en 2050. Notre travail s’intéresse à l’étude expérimentale d’une maison rurale à faible consommation d’énergie, qui a été réalisée dans le cadre du projet MED-ENEC (Efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du bâtiment pour les pays méditerranéens). Ce travail a pour but d’étudier le comportement thermique de cette maison à faible consommation d’énergie. Pour ce faire, treize thermocouples de type K et quatre thermo-hygromètre sont installés à l’intérieur due logement pour mesurer l’humidité relative et la température de l’air, ainsi que la température des surfaces environnantes. This article describes the modeling and control of wind conversion chain system based on DFIG in variable speed. In fact, the aerodynamic and the electrical models of the wind conversion chain are presented and discussed. Also, the adjustment of active and reactive power is opted in order to ensure optimal operation. For this purpose, a vector control method is applied to ensure a decoupling of its electromechanical quantities. These two parts are developed and programmed in Matlab/Simulink. Some simulation results obtained for the variable-speed operation in hypo- and hyper synchronous modes studied to validate the command will be presented and analyzed. In this work, we study numerically mixed convection flows in an open U-shaped channel. The right opening lets pass fresh air at cold temperature TC, while the walls of the channel are heated at the temperature TH > TC. Our study is based on a volume control method performed for 100 < Re < 700, Ra = 105 and Pr = 0.72. The structural, electronic, optical and elastic properties of Mg3TH7 (T=Mn, Tc, Re) complex hydrides have been investigated by using the density functional theory ‘DFT’ within the generalized gradient approximation ‘GGA’ parameterized by the Perdew, Burke and Ernzerhof ‘PBE’. The optimized lattice constants, atomic positions and interatomic distance are in good agreement with both theoretical results and experimental data available in the literature. Band structure, densities of states ‘DOS’, optical properties, and elastic constants have been calculated. The obtained results of elastic properties were compared with those of the simplest Mg-based hydride MgH2. More importantly, it is found that, the energy band gap is highly augmented when Mn atom is replaced by Re, but it is less pronounced when Re atom is replaced by Tc. From elastic constants calculations, it is noted that MgH2, Mg3MnH7, Mg3TcH7 and Mg3ReH7 compounds are mechanically stable and are brittle. In addition, the polycrystalline elastic properties such as bulk modulus, shear modulus, Young modulus and Poisson’s ratio were also determined by the Voigt-Reuss-Hill, ‘VRH’ approximation. It was found that the bulk modulus of complex hydrides Mg3TH7 (T=Mn, Tc and Re) are higher than that of MgH2 and increases with increasing atomic number of element (Mn, Tc, Re) in the sequence (B) Mg3MnH7 < (B) Mg3TcH7 < (B) Mg3ReH7. The shear anisotropy, linear bulk modulus and percentage anisotropy in compressibility and shear were also determined and discussed in details. Finally, Debye temperatures were calculated and discussed. The PV system power plant is sized to supply potato farm in Akfadou-El Oued. The standalone PV system was designed and simulated using the Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable (HOMER). Simulation results showed that a high capital cost is needed to install the PV system with a high cost of energy reaches 30 DA/kWh. The experimental design was used in order to determinate the optimal conditions for the preparation of a precursor with high properties. The results show that a temperature of 550°C and particle diameter of 800 um are interesting. The specific surface area reached 770 and 1030m2/g respectively for the active carbons obtained from tires and date pits. In order to evaluate the efficiency of these adsorbents, we selected an anionic dye (orange methyl) as a pollutant. Kinetic results show that the adsorption equilibrium is reached at around 60 min with an adsorbed amount of 21.42 mg/ g and 38.83 mg/g for the TAC (Tire Activated Carbon) and the DPAC (Date Pits Activated Carbon) respectively. The different isotherms were well fitting by Freundlich model.
