Indeed, research and development activities on its basic subsystems have been booming rapidly since 1980s. The integration of parabolic trough solar technology with combined cycle power plant technology is referred to as integrated solar combined cycle systems, ‘ISCCS’, has been proven a great interest in the development of renewable energies and more particularly in technical and economic assessment of solar power plants. Net solar electricity, electricity production, fuel consumption, Thermal efficiency, environmental considerations, investment and Operations & Maintenance, ‘O&M’ costs are the most important parameters to evaluate suitable performance. The central SPP I under the climate of Hassi R’Mel is a hybrid plant consists of a conventional combined cycle (TV-TG) associated with a solar field without thermal storage. This study shows that an ISCCS saves 20 millions $ in fuel consumption and reduces about 1 million ton in CO2 emission during 30 years operating period. Les stations d’épuration urbaines ont pour rôle d’éliminer la pollution contenue dans les effluents domestiques, avant leur rejet dans le milieu naturel. Si l’eau, en fin de traitement, est épurée, la pollution initiale se retrouve stockée et concentrée dans les boues issues des diverses étapes de traitement de l’eau. Ces boues étant alors considérées comme un déchet valorisable, qu’il faut éliminer tout en respectant certaines contraintes réglementaires. Cette étude consiste au traitement des boues des stations d’épuration (lagunage naturel) par la digestion anaérobie, pendant une durée de 33 jours et dans un bioréacteur de type batch d’une capacité de 1 litre. Durant l’expérience, nous avons obtenu un taux d’abattement de la DCO, DBO5 et MS et de 88, 90 et 81% respectivement, suivi d’une destruction totale de la flore pathogène. D’autre part, la digestion a permis de réduire l’ammonium et l’azote de 72 et 80% respectivement. Le modèle de turbulence k-E a été considéré. L’objectif du présent travail est d’établir une corrélation entre la vitesse mesurée à l’anémomètre placé sur la nacelle dans la zone du sillage proche et la vitesse du vent incident. Des modifications ont été apportées au niveau des conditions aux limites turbulentes à la paroi afin d’améliorer les résultats du code saturne. Les vitesses à l’anémomètre ont été calculées pour différentes vitesses de vent incident allant de 5 jusqu’à 25 m/s. First of all, we use a numerical code to investigate the construction materials thermal inertia effects on the optimization of the building envelop. Second, the outer and inner surface temperatures are determined utilizing the TRNSYS code. A system of trap is then design to evacuate during nighttimes, the stored daily heat. The conditioned air thermal load differences between the double and simple walls are also investigated. Similarly, the linear thermal loss coefficients and the thermal bridge losses are computed utilizing respectively the ‘Heat’ software and the Degree Day method. The results show a difference of 6 to 7 oC between the outer and the inner maxima surface temperatures. The computation of the conditioned air thermal load indicates a net energy gain of the order of 5.8 % in the office spaces and 12.1% in the bedrooms, respectively for the double and simple walls. The double-walls thermal bridge losses amount to 16.46 % of the total building losses and 20.77 % for the 20 cm thick simple wall. The building envelop optimisation process continues with the study of the effects of the addition of a garden roof on the thermal comfort. Il permet l’étude du comportement thermique des éléments de l’enveloppe, du plancher bas en contact avec le sol et enfin le couplage entre les différents éléments en intégrant le bilan de la zone. Pour cela, nous avons adapté la méthode de l’analyse modale à la résolution des transferts thermiques des sous systèmes constituant le ‘local+sol’. La construction du modèle a été faite en utilisant le langage Matlab qui permet de mieux gérer le calcul mathématique. Les résultats obtenus ont permis de retrouver les lois de comportement qui régissent les comportements thermiques des différents éléments de l’enveloppe sous l’action des sollicitations thermiques (la température de l’air extérieur, la radiation solaire, etc.…). Pour pallier au temps de simulation qui s’avère important comparativement à d’autres modèles, nous avons adapté un système thermique réduit, selon un critère qui permet de séparer les deux phases du calcul, statique et dynamique. La fiabilité du programme a été prouvée par confrontation de nos résultats avec ceux calculés par le logiciel TRNSYS. Le programme développé permet de faire, pour un confort thermique désiré, le calcul de la charge thermique des locaux pour différentes configurations avec le sol.
