This work presents an intelligent approach for the performance improvement and optimization of the control of a photovoltaic system to track maximum power point under variable temperature and isolation conditions. First, we present the controller referring to traditional approach based on the perturbation and observation (P&O) methods, then the MPPT controller with fuzzy logic is developed and compared with the classic algorithm. The results obtained under various conditions of functioning shown the good tracking and fast response to different change in meteorological conditions of intelligent controllers comparing with the conventional one. The antireflection layer based on silicon nitride SiNx, is deposited by PECVD technique and optimized to a solar cell surface. However, encapsulating the cell in a module (Glass/EVA/SiNx/Silicon) modifies the total reflection of the whole structure. Therefore an optimization of reflection is required to get a good electrical output of the module. In this purpose, we have proceeded by characterizing step by step the optical constants of each layer constituting the module structure: SiNx antireflective layer, EVA layer and glass. We elaborated a specific structure to get those parameters. We measured the total reflection in the UV-VIS-NIR spectra. Reflection curves of EVA and Glass show the same flat shape between 350 and 1100 nm. The mean reflection value of 8.2 % and 7.8 % respectively indicate that the two mediums EVA and glass are quasi similar. Meanwhile the whole structure presents a spectral reflection with a shape similar to that of silicon nitride layer, with a minimum around 600 nm (5.1 % and 2.3 % respectively). After simulating the optical parameters of the layers, we optimized again the reflection of the structure to be minimal. This indicates us that the optimal values of the SiNx layer to be used in the structure are: n = 2.4 and d = 69.18 nm. These values give a minimum reflection of the structure around 0.16 % at 614 nm. Such models simulate the radiative transfer processes of the atmosphere at a given wavelength or spectral region for a given set of surface and atmospheric conditions. It is used to simulate the radiances and brightness temperatures of various satellite sensors. RTTOV stands for ‘Radiative Transfer for TIROS Operational Vertical Sounder’ and refers to the computational efficient algorithms that have been developed by Eumetsat within the framework of SAF to meet the requirements of the operational data assimilation system. The aim of our work is to allow a simulation of infrared image of MSG2 satellite, by the RTTOV model, starting from the temperature and humidity profiles resulting from a weather forecasting model. The results are satisfactory, the evaluation have shown that the RTTOV model is effective enough for water vapor channels, while it appears less effective for the rest of the channels. The box of the cooker receives the solar radiation both directly and by reflection from the mirror reflectors. The plane mirrors with high optical reflectivity allows sun tracking in the north south direction (for seasonal tracking) as well as in the east west direction (for tracking during the day) by moving theses reflectors with the correct angles. Adding reflectors improves the performances of the cooker, which is interesting in particular in winter, where the elevation of the sun is relatively low. The combination of north-south and east-west facing mirror reflectors are favorable for more energy collection, the cooker is enabling to cook during the day and around the year. Comme il représente un élément assez perceptible du microclimat urbain, il exerce une grande influence sur le confort thermique. Il peut être une source de ventilation en été, ou une source de nuisances en hiver. L’intérêt de cette étude est de mettre en évidence l’effet de la géométrie urbaine sur l’écoulement du vent et la ventilation naturelle extérieure dans la ville de Jijel. Une campagne de mesures in situ a été menée, pendant laquelle la température de l’air, l’humidité relative et la vitesse du vent ont été enregistrées simultanément pour deux cas d’étude différemment situés, à géométries distinctes, durant les périodes hivernale et estivale. Les résultats montrent que la géométrie du plan de masse et la disposition des formes bâties sur celui-ci détermine et modélise l’écoulement du vent. Pour le climat humide de Jijel et son régime des vents, une géométrie éclatée du plan de masse est à déconseiller pour un site en altitude. En revanche, elle sera de mise pour les zones situées à basse altitude. Le logiciel ‘envi-met 3.1 beta 4’ nous a permis d’effectuer une simulation numérique et de vérifier les résultats obtenus par la campagne de mesures. Grâce à l’élaboration de divers scénarii et à l’interprétation des résultats, nous sommes à même d’affirmer que l’arrangement des constructions sur le plan de masse a une influence directe sur l’écoulement du vent. Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à l’élaboration d’une loi de commande robuste par les modes glissants de la puissance active et de la puissance réactive statorique d’une machine asynchrone à double alimentation ‘MADA’, qui constitue la partie génératrice d’une éolienne à vitesse variable. La référence de la puissance active statorique est donnée afin d’extraire le maximum de la puissance du vent disponible au niveau des pales de la turbine tout en appliquant une méthode MPPT ‘Maximum Power Point Tracking’ qui ne nécessite aucune connaissance sur le vent et sur les caractéristiques de la turbine. Les résultats obtenus ont montré qu’il est possible de régler les puissances statoriques, même en présence des variations paramétriques, et que la méthode MPPT développée permet d’atteindre un rendement maximum de la chaîne éolienne. A moyen terme, le mélange gaz naturel comprimé et hydrogène ‘HCNG’ peut être utilisé en Algérie pour surpasser la forte consommation en carburant ces dernières années. La production du mélange ‘HCNG’ nécessite des systèmes de production d’hydrogène. L’actuel article présente la méthodologie pour un dimensionnement optimal d’un système photovoltaïque pour la production d’hydrogène ‘PV-H2’ qui sera utilisé en mélange avec le gaz naturel comprimé pour les véhicules. Une étude de cas appliquée sur le parc d’automobile type GNC de Sonelgaz est présentée. Le dimensionnement effectué, lors de cette étude, est réalisé sur deux systèmes ‘PV-H2’ correspondants à l’enrichissement du GNC par l’hydrogène à 8 % et 20 % par volume. La capacité du générateur photovoltaïque et de l’électrolyseur constituants le système à 8 %: 152 kWc et 148 kW et le système à 20 %: 480 kWc et 470 kW respectivement. Le premier système (PV-H2-8%) génère entre 0.31 et 1.07 MWh d’électricité PV utilisé pour produire entre 5.2 et 17.7 kg d’hydrogène. La capacité du second système (PV-H2-20%) lui permet de générer entre 0.78 et 2.68 MWh d’électricité pour produire entre 13.02 et 44.3 kg d’hydrogène. Nous nous intéressons à la dynamique des écoulements autour des pales d’éolienne à axe horizontal en rotation. Ce papier présente une méthode de simulation numérique pour la prédiction de l’écoulement autour d’une éolienne à axe horizontal opérant en régime instationnaire, tridimensionnel turbulent utilisant l’approche basée sur les équations de Navier-Stokes moyennées (URANS) en utilisant le code ‘CFX’.Un maillage structuré a été adopté en utilisant la technique des interfaces (interface frozen rotor) entre le corps mobile (la pale) et le corps fixe (l’entourage). Le modèle de turbulence SST a été utilisé pour décrire l’écoulement turbulent. Les résultats de simulation ont été comparés avec les résultats expérimentaux, pour les conditions de rotation. En général, des bonnes concordances ont été notées. Une attention spéciale est portée sur les effets instationnaires, conséquents de rotation du rotor qui est mise en évidence par le calcul des pressions fluctuantes sur l’interface entre les parties fixes et mobiles en aval et en amont de la machine. Une analyse fréquentielle de ces signaux en utilisant une transformée de Fourier discrète (FFT) afin d’analyser le comportement instationnaire de la pale. Deux cas de figures sont pris en considération: un modèle de séchoir solaire simple et un deuxième modèle équipé d’un système de rebord au niveau de la vitre. La simulation est réalisée à l’aide d’un code de CFD. Les deux séchoirs seront assimilés à des capteurs à air équipés d’un système de stockage réalisé par un lit de galets. L’enceinte de séchage sera considérée comme une enceinte fermée (pas de système d’évacuation) afin de prendre en compte uniquement des pertes au niveau du vitrage. Les températures obtenues dans l’enceinte du capteur, équipé d’une chicane, sont relativement supérieures à celles du capteur simple. Le régime de l’écoulement au niveau de la vitre est beaucoup plus stable dans le capteur équipé d’un système de rebord comparativement à celui du capteur simple.
