From the methodes that were used by the french colonialism in Algeria after the outbreak of the revolution of independence in Novembre 1954: establishing detention centers and throwing in them all people who had a relation with the revolution. But a lot of these detention centers became tribunes for supporting liberation and revolution. These converters may be used to regulate the voltage and current at the load, control the power flow in grid-connected systems, and mainly track the maximum power point (MPP) of the device. The controller is designed based on the sliding mode control combined with a the stator power winding flux oriented vector principle, the independent control of active and reactive powers has been developed and the performance of proposed the block diagram of the variable speed constant-frequency (VSCF) wind energy generation system is validated in the Matlab/Simulink environment and the computer simulation results obtained confirm the effectiveness of this control strategy. La question de l'identité dans les contes pour enfants est d' une dimension stratégique importante, elle est le mécanisme actif dans la création de la dialectique existentielle entre l'entité arabe et l'hégémonie de l'autres . Il se trouve que les gens qui s'intéressent aux contes scientifique destinés aux enfants arabes n'arrivent plus à rencontrer un titre d'une histoire portant le nom d'un inventeur arabe contemporain . A ce titre , quelques auteurs arabes se sont lancés dans l'écritures des contes de science-fiction pour qu'ils soient un moyen de détente pour le jeunes lecteur à la lecture de découvertes fictives d'arabes portant les valeurs adoptés par la société. Par le présent article, nous visons la recherche de la stratégie qui se charge de relancer la conscience de soi à travers le système de valeurs dans le conte «Le grand lac » de AHMED MENNOUR . La climatisation électrique est très énergivore et l’offre ne peut plus satisfaire à la demande accrue surtout dans les saisons chaudes. L’utilisation des systèmes de rafraîchissement par géothermie constitue une bonne alternative notamment dans la région du sud de l’Algérie où la période estivale est très longue et très chaude. Dans ce travail, nous présentons une étude effectuée sur un échangeur géothermique à air destiné au rafraîchissement des bâtiments. Les résultats obtenus sont très encourageants et nous indiquent que cette technique bon marché peut couvrir une bonne partie de nos besoins en matière de climatisations domestiques. Cette étude nous a permis également d’examiner l’influence des paramètres de l’échangeur sur son efficacité moyenne quotidienne et sur la température de l’air refroidi en sortie de l’échangeur. In this study, the researcher attempted to show the secret of substituting masculine with feminine or vice versa in both apparent names and pronouns. This is in the field of verbal similarity in the Holy Qur'an where could be found many verses that are similar to other verses. The difference could be limited toa single word which takes the masculine form in one verse, and then a feminine form in a similar verse. This motivated the researcher to look for theresearcher tried to highlight the role of the context with all of its kinds in the interpretation of this reversal and to confirm that every word in the Qur’an had come in its appropriate position and suitable place. Les études préliminaires qui conditionnent l’extension du réseau électrique sont généralement occultées en République du Bénin. Souvent, pour ce faire, seule la raison politique compte. Cependant, les abonnés des zones rurales du pays n’utilisent généralement l’électricité que pour l’éclairage. Malgré cette extension, des ménages sont encore privés des bienfaits de l’électricité au Bénin. Il se pose ainsi le problème de la rentabilité des lignes de transport électrique et de la maîtrise de l’énergie au Bénin. Pour apprivoiser cette denrée, il faut maîtriser ses sources, la produire, la transporter, la distribuer, la consommer et en toute sécurité. Le relèvement de ce défi incombe aux chercheurs scientifiques. En effet, à chaque étape critique du développement d’un pays, nombreux sont les défis à relever par les acteurs des secteurs scientifique et technique. Parmi ces défis, la maîtrise de l’énergie est le plus récurrent et de loin le plus important. Notre article présente les performances de Zokya, une alimentation dont la source primaire est une batterie d’accumulateurs ordinaire. La tension d’entrée de Zokya mesure 12 V, la sortie alternative de 240 V, sa fréquence est 50 Hz. Un contrôleur de décharge isole les lampes, quand l’entrée passe à 10,8 V pour éviter la décharge profonde de la batterie. Elle est rechargée par l’alternateur du véhicule où elle est embarquée ou dans un atelier d’artisan. Cette forme décentralisée de conversion d’énergie pour l’éclairage convient aux sites ruraux isolés du Bénin. La création de centres communautaires de recharge de batterie équipés de générateur photovoltaïque est recommandable. And how did he treat it? Ce travail consiste à développer un programme Matlab permettant de calculer à long terme les performances d’un système de chauffe eau solaire, et nécessitant que quelques paramètres météorologiques. Le programme est basé sur la méthode f-chart. Pour la validation du programme, nous avons retenu le site de Bouzaréah, où est installé le système de chauffage collectif. Les résultats obtenus par le programme Matlab développé ont été comparés avec ceux obtenus par le logiciel Simsol (CSTB). Ainsi, les résultats obtenus sont très satisfaisants. Cette étude est effectuée par simulation numérique de l’écoulement turbulent autour du profil avec la résolution des équations moyennées de Navier-Stokes. La turbulence est représentée par le modèle de Menter. Les calculs sont exécutés en stationnaire à l’aide de Code_Saturne, un code libre d’EDF basé sous Linux. Dans une première étape, le Code_Saturne est appliqué à un profil S809 de surface lisse placé sous différentes incidences, de 0° à 25°. Ensuite, les simulations sont poursuivies pour un profil rugueux pour étudier les effets de la rugosité sur les caractéristiques aérodynamiques du profil. The narrative language in the Algerian Trilogy of Abd El Malek Mortadh with its three parts: Epic, flood and salvation, is considered as a unique artistic phenomenon in the Algerian novel and even in Arabic one. The traditional language which is used between narrators exceeded to other and shifted to innovation either through its methods, that have been structurally displaced through the advanced, delay, omission and repetition. Furthermore ,its has been semantically displaced through the use of analogy, metaphor and metaphysics. In this article we will discuss several issues. A continuous digester type was designed at the laboratory scale with an aim to studying and improving anaerobic digestion of organic wastes. The results obtained can be extrapolated at large scale pilot plant. To study the digester start-up we have chosen as a substrate the sludge issued from the wastewater treatment plant located in Adrar city (south west of Algeria). Different parameters have been considered such as pH, VFA, COD, and volume of biogas generated during the digestion process. Many of these studies dealt with the Algerian revolution 1954-1962 in its political and military aspects, but the social aspects of the human nature are very few, compared to the size of the revolution and its local and international importance, The Algerian people have suffered for seven and a half years from various forms of killing, torture, starvation, and terrorism. Displacement and displacement alone bear the burden of this terrible pressure. This led me to study one of these cases, which expressed honestly the suffering of this people represented by resorting to forced migration towards Tunisia and Morocco. The most important migration of Algeria is that the majority of migrations of modern times - the colonial phase - are forced migrations associated with the policy of colonialism and patterns of exploitation, since 1830. It became more evident during the liberation revolution, which formed A true human tragedy. Our work is focused on the study of the solar radiation received on three inclined surface: 32°, 60° and 90° facing south. So, we proposed two theoretical models: Brichambaut and Liu Jordan models. Brichambaut model takes into account two input parameters (local time, day number), Liu & Jordan takes into account the measures of the solar irradiance (diffuse and global radiations received on horizontal plane). We tested a day 10-02-2011. We noted that the Brichambaut model gives best results, the maximum relative errors are equal to: -0.43 %, -0.60 %, 0.76 % respectively for the angles 32°, 60°, 90°. While for the Liu & Jordan model we obtained the following errors: 1.55 %, 1.56 %, and 3.92 %.
