Dans cette étude, nous utilisons deux (02) méthodes de génération pour élaborer cinq (05) années types de sorte à déterminer la plus performante ou représentative. Ces années sont générées en utilisant des données de la température de l’air, de l’humidité relative de l’air, de la vitesse du vent et du rayonnement solaire sur une période de quinze (15) ans, allant de 1992 à 2006. Nous procédons ensuite au calcul des données horaires du rayonnement global, diffus et direct en combinant les notions d’années types et de journées types. Enfin, la modélisation d’un bâtiment sous CoDyBa a permis de calculer les ratios de consommation d’énergie, qui varient entre 349,38 et 356,63 kWh/m2 climatisé/an selon les données de l’année type utilisée. Ces valeurs se situent dans la plage de consommation d’énergie des bâtiments publics et privés du secteur tertiaire en Afrique subsaharienne. Les erreurs relatives obtenues pour les années types et celles de Météonorm varient entre -1% et 2%. Similar to various laws around the world, the Algerian legislator and, in addition to recognizing the right to privacy, and including it as an inherent right in the Constitution, he has guaranteed protection to this right through both criminal and procedural codes. However, with the widespread use of computers, and the open nature of the Internet, the concept of privacy has taken a new dimension, expressed through confidentiality through information systems and the Internet as a new entourage of private life. So, the jurists wonder about the usefulness of removing the general provisions on the protection of the right to privacy and apply it to the digital privacy, or that we must create new texts who agree this new concept. The aim of this paper is to investigate the monthly, seasonal and annual variation of the wind resource in term of wind energy potential using the wind speed data collected in the last decade for the meteorological stations at four locations situated in Algerian highlands from East to West boundaries. After the study of temporal Weibull parameters, the vertical extrapolation of Weibull parameters and mean wind speed at a height of 50 m was made and the analysis of annual energy efficiency, seasonal and monthly was made for wind energy conversion systems of 600 kW rated capacity. The results show that M’Sila has the highest wind potential among the studied sites with the annual mean wind speed V = 4 m/s and the annual wind energy production equal to 2.4GWh/year, while Kasr Chellala gives a good potential too but affected by an important rate of zero wind frequency. The study gives the regions situated in Algerian highland with an average wind potential, where the better wind energy potential is given in coldest months. This takes place at a gradual stage following a set of financial and administrative techniques, each of which is important in concluding a valid and sound contract. The parties to this contract have obligations in keeping with the law, conventions, customs and banking practices. Emerging technologies for marine current turbine are mainly relevant to works that have been carried out on wind turbines and ship propellers. It is then obvious that many electric generator topologies could be used for marine current turbines. As in the wind turbine context, doubly-fed induction generators and permanent magnet generators seems to be attractive solutions to be used to harness the tidal current energy. In this paper, a comparative study between these two generators type is presented and fully analyzed in terms of generated power, maintenance and operation constraints. This comparison is done for the Raz de Sein site (Brittany, France) using a multi physics modeling simulation tool. This tool integrates, in a modular environment, the resource model, the turbine hydrodynamic model and the generators models. The purpose of this study is to identify the duration of the quality of the banking service (excluding: reliability, dependability, responsiveness, safety, empathy) on the satisfaction of customers in Islamic banks where the study was conducted at the Algerian Bank of Al Baraka Section 402, we designed a questionnaire for this purpose and distributed it to a sample Fit of 120 people, to evaluate the quality of the service from the client's point of view, The main findings of the study showed a correlation between quality dimensions and client satisfaction, which also proved to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Dans un parc éolien, il est bien connu que la performance globale du parc est fortement liée aux types d’arrangement des aérogénérateurs dans le site. Un arrangement trop dense entraînerait des pertes considérables de puissance. Dans ce contexte, intervient notre travail, pour déterminer la micro-localisation optimale des éoliennes dans un parc et minimiser l’effet dû aux interférences de sillages des éoliennes. Minorities as a material entity without the right to participate in society with the need to abandon their roots and ideas is what States sought to obtain through the policies of defamation, absorption and forced integration, which find its justification in fear of destabilization and security, For countries, minorities idea was a cause of chaos and division, Human rights systems, the principles of cultural diversity, coexistence and the prevention of discrimination have sought to protect the right of minorities to identity by enshrining it in various legal texts guaranteeing the protection of the most fundamental rights of this compound right: freedom of religion and belief, the right to use and development of language, Culture and protection of cultural diversity. These three rights are for the members of minorities the sole guarantor of their identity and pride of it. The works realized in this article concern the simulation in Pspice and the experimentation operation of the photovoltaic (PV) panels and systems. We have analyzed the optimal operation of PV panels as a function of the weather conditions (solar irradiation, temperatures…), and design of a PV system provided with MPPT command ensuring instantaneously the optimal operation of photovoltaic panels. The various results obtained show that the optimal electrical properties (voltage, current and power) of photovoltaic panels depend on the solar irradiation and the panels association (parallels or series). Also, the photovoltaic system optimizes the operation of PV panels independently the load nature: number of batteries,... Terrorism in contemporary reality has become a real threat to human existence and international security. Terrorist activities have become widespread in time and space. The gravity and threats of terrorist acts are increasingly visible in the international arena because of the large number of terrorist organizations that engage in terrorism involving unlimited violence. All this has led the international community to come together under the banner of the United Nations to develop a strategy and mechanisms to combat this phenomenon From its roots after testing the option of the military solution that failed to eliminate the phenomenon of international terrorism or even reduce it. Ce travail présente un modèle de simulation pour prédire la performance d’un système multi spectral, dit système dichroïque fonctionnant dans les conditions terrestres. Nous avons utilisé le modèle à une diode pour simuler le fonctionnement de ce type des cellules tandem. L’étude du système AlGaAs/Si a montré qu’en négligeant les facteurs limitatifs un rendement avoisinant 34 % peut être obtenu. Nous avons étudié l’influence des facteurs limitatifs (irradiation, température, résistance série et résistance parallèle) sur le rendement photovoltaïque.
