This study paper deals with an issue of contemporary jurisprudence; It is taking the fee on the costs of the loan, and it seeks to clarify its legal ruling, and its study is a jurisprudential study. In this study, the researcher reviewed the doctrines of contemporary scholars regarding this calamity, discussed their evidence, and then indicated what he believed to be the most correct opinion on the issue. The researcher divided the study into: an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. Introduction: includes a brief introduction to the topic, followed by a research plan. The first topic: devoted to the concept of loan costs. As for the second topic: it was devoted to explaining the ruling on renting the costs of the loan, and the researcher discussed in it the arguments of those who say that it is permissible and the arguments of those who say that it is prohibited, then between the more correct of the two views. Le travail présenté dans ce papier concerne la conception et la réalisation d’un système photovoltaïque, muni d’une commande MPPT numérique. Plus particulièrement, nous présentons le fonctionnement et l’amélioration des performances d’un système PV adapté par une commande MPPT numérique, suites aux brusques variations des conditions radiométriques (éclairements,…) et de la charge. Ceci est obtenu par l’implémentation d’une commande MPPT extrémale numérique à base d’un microcontrôleur PIC. Le rôle de cette commande est de suivre le point de puissance maximale (PPM) du module photovoltaïque indépendamment à des perturbations du système (variation de l’éclairement,…). Nous avons expérimenté ce système réalisé pendant des journées nuageuses, où l’éclairement présente des variations brusques. Les résultats obtenus montrent l’oscillation instantanée du point de fonctionnement du module photovoltaïque autour du PPM indépendamment à des variations de l’éclairement. Le bon fonctionnement du convertisseur DC-DC Boost (rendement de l’ordre de 90 %) et les faibles pertes de puissances fournies par ce module (inférieures à 10 %) nous ont permis de conclure le bon fonctionnement et les performances satisfaisantes du système PV réalisé au cours de ce travail. In fact, it contains many legal articles which have been observed and respected due to their legal argument based on the principle of custom and compliance with the binding condition of Islamic Sharia law. A fuel cell is a promising energy conversion system that will eventually become the first-choice for producing power because of its clean or zero-emission nature. A steady-state, two-dimensional mathematical model with a complete set of governing equations valid in different components of a PEM fuel cell was developed to illustrate the temperature and water content effects on proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell performance. This model considers the transport of species and water along the porous media: gas diffusion layers (GDL) anode and cathode, and the membrane of PEMFC fuel cell. To improve the kinetics of electrochemical reactions at the electrodes and thus reduce the activation overvoltage: increase the gas diffusion electrodes reduce the drop ohmic, especially in the proton conductive membrane through an increase in ionic conductivity. And the Islamic legislation has got a legislative an ethical particularity; so it restrained the financial dealing with a set of rules and provisions, in other side it stood it on a supreme fundamentals among them respecting the ethical values in all financial dealings; by regard it as a great fundamental which must be noticed and mentioned and educating on the individuals of the society. For the religious law purpose is that the financial dealing satisfied the Islamic society need; which preserved the Muslims’ money with a legitimate methods and facilitated the benefits of the exchange between each other in correct basis, noble ethics and good intentions that saved the rights and achieved justice and satisfaction and prevented bad dealings and avoiding deception people and escrowing in the dealings. Ce travail porte sur l'étude des propriétés de phototransport dans les semiconducteurs amorphes. Cette étude est faite par simulation numérique de la photoconductivité en régime transitoire qui repose sur les deux mécanismes de transport: le processus de multi-piégeages ('multiple trapping') des électrons à travers les états étendus et le processus de saut ('hopping') des porteurs de charges à travers les états localisés de la queue de bande de conduction. Nous avons développé un modèle sous forme d’équations de continuité en régime transitoire et qui réunit les deux mécanismes de transport de 'multiple trapping' et de saut. Ces équations ont été résolues numériquement pour calculer la photoconductivité transitoire (PCT). Les résultats obtenus de la PCT pour les basses températures dans le silicium amorphe hydrogéné a- Si:H sont en excellent accord avec les prédictions qui découlent de l’analyse de Monroe sur la thermalisation des porteurs de charges et le transport dans une distribution des états localisés de forme exponentielle. The objective of this research is to highlight the specificity of corporate governance in Takaful insurance companies through what is known as Shari'ah Governance, and to clarify the role of its mechanisms related to the Shari'a Supervisory Board and both the internal and external Shari'a audit in supporting the administrative and financial control of these companies; in addition to traditional control frameworks. Environmental flow modelling can be achieved either by using wind-tunnel studies or via the utilization of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques. Conducting wind-tunnel studies may be expensive and time consuming, particularly in the event of additional test requirements with modified building and/or environmental configurations. On the other hand, CFD can provide significant cost benefits for assessing and optimizing engineering design solutions related to environmental concerns and appear attractive as a potential alternative tool. By using CFD in this manner it is anticipated that these types of advanced performance-based studies will be a useful tool and essential aid for urban designers and environmental planners. This paper discusses ongoing development and application of CFD simulations through a case study using CFD software for simulating air flow around a specific vernacular urban fabric of Ghardaïa. The potential of CFD for prediction of wind speeds around a complicated urban environment and a complex fabric structures is investigated. As the 3D solid model of the geometry was not available a captured Google Earth image of the fabric structure was used as a backdrop in the AC3D software, supplied as a utility to Phoenics. The outlines of the buildings were then traced to create polygons, which were then extruded to produce the individual buildings. Finally, the entire scene was exported to the VR-Editor as a single Phoenics object. Quatre modèles paramétriques sont présentés dans ce travail, pour déterminer la consommation mensuelle de l’énergie électrique au Togo. Les données retenues pour cette modélisation portent sur la période 2001 - 2005 et sont constituées des relevés de consommation électrique, de température et d’humidité relative. Ces données ont été bootstrapées afin d’évaluer sur un jeu de données conséquent les paramètres des différents modèles. La démarche de modélisation a porté sur l’identification (reconstruction) et la simulation (prévision) de la consommée. Elle est concluante au regard des résultats obtenus par l’ensemble des modèles. Les modèles ARX se sont avérés les mieux indiqués pour l’identification, avec une erreur quadratique moyenne de 105 kWh, soit 1 % de la consommation minimale durant cette période. Pour ce qui est de la prévision, le modèle saisonnier a été le plus efficace, avec une erreur de 3.26 105 kWh. The corrupt parts in the contracts among them the contracts of (esalam sale) and that in order to its achievement and to avoid its invalidation.      Ce présent travail a pour objectif la visualiser du champ thermique dans les composants solides et poreux d’une pile à oxyde solide planaire à anode supportée (SOFC_P à AS). L’intérêt est porté à la localisation des hautes températures. Les paramètres étudiés sont: les valeurs de température des gaz, hydrogène et air, alimentant la pile et la source totale de chaleur. Ces dernières sont dues aux surtensions électriques; ohmiques, activation et concentration et au phénomène exothermique lors de la formation de l’eau. Cette étude nécessite un couplage des phénomènes de transport de masse, d’énergie en plus de la loi d’écoulement gouvernée par la loi de Darcy, ainsi que la tension de la pile. Un modèle mathématique bidimensionnel est présenté. La méthode adoptée pour résoudre numériquement un tel problème est celle des différences finies. Le champ de température dans toute la pile (les deux interconnexions, la cathode, l’anode et l’électrolyte) a été obtenu en développant un programme informatique (Fortran). This research study seeks to know the provision of a type of modern marriage contracts which is the one conducted via the internet. This marriage contract is held in a legal council where the couple being married and witnesses are absent. This case has pushed Islamic law (Sharia) scholars to differ among themselves concluding two provisions of this kind of marriage. Some scholars permit it whereas others do not. We shall outweigh the first provision with some conditions and controls. During the past few years a great variety of multi-junction solar cells has been developed with the aim of a further increase in efficiency beyond the limits of single junction devices. In this work, the solar power conversion efficiency of InxGa1-xN based tandem solar cells was investigated. With this intention, one simulation of the spectral response and the current-voltage characteristic was carried out using a simulation program designed under ‘Visual Basic 5’ language for this reason. Our cal culation indicates that the attainable efficiency can be enhanced up to 34 % and 37% for tandems with double and triple junctions respectively, obtained under 1-sun AM1.5 illumination and at ambient temperature, using realistic material parameters. A comparison has been made of our results with those of other models.
