We have performed a Computer modeling using AMPS 1D and AFORS-HET for optimizing tandem cells on p-i-n/p-i-n configuration. We investigated the influence of the substrate temperature for doped layer deposition technique in the top cell performances and the influence of the thickness of the bottom cell in the density of current that present a crucial parameter in the current matching between subcells. The simulation results demonstrate in one hand that a top cell a-Si with doped layers deposited by PECVD with 1000C substrate temperature provides a notable increase in the efficiency, and in the other hand a bottom cell with 900nm thick intrinsic layer exhibit more density of current. Le modèle ainsi développé prend en considération les conditions météorologiques instantanées du lieu de plantation de la serre (température, humidité, radiations solaires, vitesse du vent). Le système d’équations non linéaires obtenu est résolu par la méthode itérative de Newton-Raphson. Elle permet de prédire les paramètres climatiques suivants: la température de la plante, l’humidité et la température de l’air intérieur de la serre et les flux de chaleur sensible et latente des plantes. Pour une température de consigne exigée par la plante et dans le but d’estimer instantanément les besoins énergétiques de la serre (chauffage/refroidissement), le modèle a été inversé numériquement. Afin d’obtenir une évaluation des besoins en chauffage des serres à l’échelle régionale de Marrakech, pour une base de temps adéquate (période hivernale), une simulation dynamique a été conduite pour mieux gérer les apports énergétiques et les calendriers culturaux de la zone. Dans le cadre de ce travail, une quantification des différentes composantes des pertes thermiques à travers la structure d’une serre en plastique pour un débit d’énergie de chauffage donné a été réalisée. Pour minimiser les dépenses énergétiques, des mesures doivent être prises comme l’utilisation d’une double couverture en plastique, l’amélioration de l’étanchéité de la serre et l’installation d’un système de stockage d’énergie diurne pour une éventuelle restitution nocturne. This drying mode has been achieved within a climatic blower. This laboratory device permitted us to achieve several tests for different conditions of drying for apples, carrots and peppers. This study permitted to appreciate the capacity of the model to describe the different drying periods. In the continuous case, a variation of the air velocity permitted us to find the most economic velocity for the drying of thin layer products. In the intermittent case, the numerical simulation profiles give us more information on what happens really to the product during periods of stop. Besides, the drying kinetics at the retaking increases with the air temperature. Then, we gain in energy and in global drying time. Deux méthodes illustrent le calcul de la combustion, la première est fondée sur l’annulation des affinités des réactions chimiques considérées au sein des produits de combustion, quant à la deuxième, elle est basée sur le calcul des constantes d’équilibre. Dans cette étude, les produits de la combustion comprennent essentiellement 12 éléments: CO2, H2O, O2, N2, CO, H2, OH, NO, H, O, NO2 et N. Les résultats obtenus restent des valeurs approchées. La première méthode et la deuxième donnent des résultats quantitatif conformes à la réalité quelque soit la richesse du mélange. Dans ce système, la régulation de la puissance est effectuée par le biais d’un convertisseur DC/DC, de type Buck (dévolteur), et d’une commande MPPT qui fixe la tension optimale du panneau PV à une valeur fixe (Commande CFT) [8]. Les résultats obtenus montrent d’une part le bon fonctionnement de chaque bloc du système, et d’autre part l’oscillation de la puissance fournie par le générateur PV autour du point de puissance maximale (PPM). Les différents résultats obtenus dans Pspice sont validés à partir du système PV réalisé au laboratoire. Durant une journée de fonctionnement, nous avons montré un très bon accord entre l’expérience et la simulation, et des performances très satisfaisantes du système PV conçu et réalisé au cours de ce travail. Pour une journée où l’éclairement maximal est de l’ordre de 750 W/m2 (vers le milieu de la journée), l’énergie produite par le panneau est de l’ordre de 290 Wh. En comparant avec le fonctionnement optimal du panneau, obtenu par la modélisation du fonctionnement des panneaux PV dans Pspice, nous avons montré que les pertes d’énergie sont inférieures à 1.4 %. This paper presents an approach for the connection of a photovoltaic generator to the utility grid. A theoretical analysis, modelling, controlling and a simulation of a grid connected photovoltaic system using an output LCL filter are described in detail. In order to reduce the complexity of the system, a linear voltage and current controllers have been developed for a three phase grid connected inverter. Those controllers simultaneously regulate the dc link voltage (the photovoltaic power is delivered to the grid) and the current injected to the grid (to operate at unity power factor). The simulation results show the proposed methods work properly. Moreover they show that the control performance and dynamic behaviour of the inverter-LCL-grid combination. Simulation results show that the output LCL filter installed at the inverter output offer high harmonic attenuation. In the present paper we have investigated, by using the constant photocurrent method in dc-mode (dc-CPM), the effect of the light soaking (LS) on the deep defect density (Nd) and the slope of the Urbach tail (E0) of a slightly phosphorus-doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) film prepared by Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD). By applying the derivative method, we have converted the measured data into a density of states (DOS) distribution in the lower part of the energy gap. The evolution of the sub-band-gap absorption coefficient  and the CPMdetermined density of gap-states distribution within the gap versus the illumination time leads to: (i) an increase in the deep defect absorption without any significant changes in the Urbach tail (exponential part), (ii) a presence of more charged than neutral defects as predicted by the defect pool model, and (iii) a saturation point of the degradation of both optical absorption coefficient and density of deep states of slightly P-doped sample measured by dc-CPM. The constant photocurrent technique in dc-mode as a spectroscopy method for the defect distribution determination is, therefore, most reliable to study the light soaking effect on the stability of hydrogenated amorphous silicon layers used in solar cells manufacturing.
