These improvements in the provision of 'community' or 'public service' interpreting have coincided with an increase in the training and research conducted in this field. Courses, postgraduate programs and systems of accreditation in community interpreting or its subfields have been launched across the world, and ever more research into interpreting in settings such as courtrooms, hospitals and police stations. In Algeria, however, the situation is rather different. Although certain Algerian laws, bylaws and regulations do prescribe and detail the use of (spoken and signed) interpreting in legal and other settings, in reality, alternative to ad hoc solutions and untrained interpreters is very common. This paper discusses the notional and conceptual translation and the issues it raises. For this purpose, examples will be provided concerning two types of translation: sustainable development, which illustrates an inter-linguistic translation and virtue, which is intra-linguistic. The new paradigm that is proposed in this article is that of the sciences of complexity and, in particular, an application of the need for a synergy of forms of knowledge. A reflection on both the syntagmatic and paradigmatic use of a word and its evolution will refine research and will clarify the usage of a term in a language for specific purposes.Some concluding remarks have been drawn from this research. While the classical analytical rationalist approach obviously tended towards reductionism based on causality and linear reasoning which gives rise to exhaustiveness, the systemic approach sets out on the path of relevance, interaction, and globalism, particularly in relation to the environment of the system.
The systemic approach is teleological “in search of the behavior of the conceptual system”. The latter is an approach that responds to aggregation or “modeling for simplifying representation”. It consequently adheres to the concept of interaction between the components and the concepts, of which the feedback "the feedback" which is a form of it.The complexity - far from being a complication - can be inherent in the very composition of the system essentially based on reticular relations also depending on the uncertainty of the environment of the system in question.The concept is a complex entity, even hypercomplex, whether it is intrinsically superordinate, subordinate or coordinated, the latter cannot be approached in a reductionist way. He must resort to systemics, the approach of which consequently lends itself to a conceptual exercise in the reconstruction of knowledge and consequently of the concept: A reconstruction which aims to be faithful, adequate and almost absolute, eliminating the risk of falling into the anarchy of designations and incomprehension due to the fact that complex thought is “animated by a permanent tension between the aspiration for a non-parcel, non-partitioned knowledge and the incompleteness of all knowledge”. This paper proposes to highlight the importance of a phonetic approach that considers languages as essentially sound objects and examines its didactic implications. Lhote tried to demonstrate the effectiveness of such a so-called simplistic approach. The research paper discusses the precepts of this approach in relation to particular situations drawn from an Algerian context. Every time a concept is introduced, it will be followed by an illustration. The results of this research paper revealed that the soundscape approach is a framework built on active listening that is based on triggering, anchoring and identification. The triggering of comprehension occurs when the words are picked up: a contrastive phonetic analysis makes it possible to filter the specific properties of the two coexisting phonic systems and to highlight the differences. In fact, Lhote aims for a pedagogy of listening, and the application of his approach will allow us to identify the nodes of the phonic-perceptual crossing, to explain the differences between the sound properties of Arabic and French. The mother tongue L1 (Algerian Arabic) and Standard Arabic, two genetically related languages, play the role of mediator and facilitator in the learning process of the French phonological system. Algerian Arabic, more open to intrinsic changes (routine adaptations of French, Spanish, Turkish borrowings, neologisms, etc.), has a richer vowel system than that of standard Arabic and therefore offers better appropriation of French vocalism. On the other hand, Standard Arabic characterized by a rich and fixed consonant system facilitates the acquisition of the phonetic system of several other languages such as English and Spanish.This approach will also allow Algerian learners to develop orientation strategies in the French language L2. We do not claim, within the framework of this article, to open the debate which caused many controversies, but we will limit ourselves to underlining the strong points of this debate to be able to study the case of the Translation and the Arabic Language for see what are the problems that we can encounter in the choice of such or such theory (Linguistics or that of Translation) concerning the practical problems and approach that we can encounter in the translation from and to the Arabic Language.The controversial debate in question essentially concerns the question of whether translation is a Science in itself (that is to say an independent branch with its foundations and its theories) or whether it represents only a preferred field. or an "offshoot" of Linguistics. This article proposes a study of two novels: Saison de Pierres by the Algerian writer Abdelkader Djemaï and Terrasse à Rome by the French writer Pascal Quignard. This work studies modernity, as a particular writing process, and the transgression of established norms to identify a type of writing that departs from the usual rules of the novel. Through an analysis of the novelistic processes, present in the two texts, we show Quignard and Djemai stand out from the established novelistic norms and open a reflection on the problems of the text, understood in the sense of writing, on the notion of narrator, on the notion of reader, an essential triptych of literature.
