Takaful insurance is considered as an essential component of the Islamic financial industry. It has become more important, and it has expanded significantly in the recent times to provide more than 1.5 billion Muslims with Islamic insurance products, which are compliant with the Islamic law. Thus, Takaful insurance companies started to appear in the early 1970s in some Arab countries. Then, they have spread across the world. This paper aims to clarify the reality of foreign banks invested in the banking sector Algeria.the Law No 90-10 on money and creditin 1990 put the Algerian banking system on the way for a new development , it was allowed to change the structure of the Algerianbank in terms of nature of its constituent banks, this has opened the door to investment in the private sector, it includes bringing with public banks, foreign banks.The study concluded that the reforms in the banking sector did not achieve the desired objective of liberalizing the banking market.Several obstacles, such as concentration in banking and 51/49, led to a decline in foreign direct investment in the Algerian banking sector.More foreign banks to enter and invest in the Algerian banking sector. The internet has revolutionized telecommunication and remote contracting between people. The consumption contract concludedonline is one of the most important contracts which is rapidly expanding in the meantime, while it is one of the most serious contemporary contractual transactions as it is increasingly contracted using new means whose consequences are ignored by the consumers; which requires the search for protectionist measures in line with this new contractual mechanism. Thus, the legislation has to deal with the online transactions and protect the consumer from their risks, by creating the necessary mechanisms to restore balance to consumer relations in order to keep the consumer safe from all risks and harms. Among these mechanisms, thereis the "Right to Retract" which has a significant role to play in protecting against any impetuosity or recklessness when entering into an electronic consumer contract. This research entitled: (The Violations of Preachers and Their Impact on the Da'wa and Preachers - Applied Forms). The researcher has divided this research into two main topics. In the first topic he dealt with the violations that some preachers may commit, He divided them into two parts: the first is systematic scientific violations, the second is behavioral violations. Then he mentioned in the second topic the effect of these violations on the pillars of the Da'wa, and on the Da'wa and preachers. The researcher concluded at the end of the research a number of results and recommendations. As for the most important results: Most of the violations committed by preachers are due to one or both of two main reasons. They are ignorance and desire. The violations that the preachers committed leads scourge to the entire da'wa, and is a reason for preventing the religion of Allah, Almighty. As for the recommendations, the most important as follows: The necessity of scientific, faith, and psychological preparation before practicing preaching, the necessity of depriving preachers of the self's fortunes and desires, and the preaching councils and pulpits shall be free from enmity, hatred and unscientific and systematic responses among preachers.
