I understand that this has not been examined before in light of the sharee`ah evidences. Therefore, I wished to research this in accordance with scientific -based approach as described in the Introduction. The problem of the discussion is a circle around the rule of Qunoot outside prayer, whether individually or collectively, and it aims to explain the ruling on this act and highlight the importance of Qunoot and its rule and the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. As It deals with countless number of jurisprudence’s issues in all aspect of life. And, What increases the importance of jurisprudence rules is their understanding and inclusion of the updates of contemporary issues including medical crisis especially in our time of the Corona pandemic which led to the emergence of new and multiple provisions; In this research, I dealt with the explanation, inference, and derivation of provisions regarding medical issues and other issues related to the Corona pandemic , based on a set of jurisprudential rules related to the prevention of harm, which is the rule: “removing the harm” and “the harm is avoided as much as possible,” and “the harm can’t be removed by another harm,” “the most severe harm can be removed by the lesser harm”, and “preventing harm is more important than bringing benefits” and corruption is everything that causes harm. The research deals with the study of the issue of changing legal rulings, rooted and applied; Explaining the nature of the change of legal rulings and their causes; Whether those related to custom and its appendices, or related to reality and its development, then a statement of the controls for changing the legal rulings, and in the last section two applications were studied to change the legalrulings from the branches of contemporary financial transactions, namely the ruling on selling gold as a debt, and the ruling on taking compensation for moral rights. The research method was descriptive and analytical, presenting the scientific material and its applications; By explaining the nature of changing the legal rulings, rooting for them, and then applying them. The research concluded that the issue of changing the legal rulings should be restricted to controls; So that the diligence is disciplined and achieves the purposes of the legislation. The research also concluded that it is permissible to sell gold for paper currencies as a debt, and it is permissible to take compensation for moral rights; To change custom and reality on which diligence was built.
