تعتبر منطقة القبائل في الفترة الراهنة من أكثر المناطق شهرة في بلاد المغرب العربي الكبير، فضلا عن الأمة الجزائرية الأصيلة، وتستمدّ شهرتها من إثارتها لعدد كبير جدًّا من القضايا المختلفة والمتنوّعة وعلى جميع الأصعدة، ويبدو جليًّا من الوهلة الأولى أن نوع ونوعية هذه القضايا المثارة تأخذ تصنيفات تترتّب على حسب متناوليها؛ فمنهم من يتناولها من الوجهة الجدلية مستغلاًّ في ذلك النشاط الدءوب للمنطقة بهدف تمرير وابتكار أفكار وأطروحات بعضها خلق وتجديد وبعضها الآخر إحياء أو تبديل، وهذه الأطروحات بدأت نتائجها تظهر في شكل ظواهر منها الغريب والأجنبي عن هذا المجتمع الأبي، والآخر في حلّة فتن حاقدة تروم زعزعة استقرار هذا البلد العظيم
لقد كان نزول القرآن الكريم باللغة العربية تأثير كبير في نهضة هذه اللغة، حيث أرتقت في صدر الإسلام إلى طورها الأعلى، حيث طلع الإسلام على العرب، وفي هدايته من المعاني ما لم يكونوا يعلمون، فعبّر عن هذه المعاني بألفاظ ازدادت بها اللغة ثراء ونماء، هذه الألفاظ التي فطن إليها القدماء فيما أسموه بالكلمات الإسلامية.

يشهد العالم اليوم مجموعة من الصراعات المتعددة والمتنوعة الاتجاهات، منها صراعات سياسية وأخرى اقتصادية وأخرى دينية وإعلامية ...الخ. وتعد الصراعات الدينية والإعلامية أكثرها خطورة لما لها من تأثير فكري ووجداني على البشرية، ولما لها من علاقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة على الصراعات الأخرى. ومن الصراعات الدينية التي يشهدها العصر الحالي الصراع بين الديانة الإسلامية التي اتخذت لنفسها فيما مضى نهج الفتوحات الإسلامية لنشر دعوتها، والديانة النصرانية التي اتخذت هي الأخرى لنفسها نهج "الحروب الصليبية" لنشر دعوتها، حيث كانت هذه الحروب أو الفتوحات تتحرك بين المد والجزر، فتارة يكون المد للديانة الإسلامية مع تسجيل تراجع في الديانة النصرانية وتارة أخرى العكس.
يعد تحقيق الهمز وتسهيله من الظواهر الصوتيّة التي اختلفت حولها لهجات العرب، وتباينت استعمالاتهم لها، وقد ظهر هذا الاختلاف جليّا في القراءات القرآنيّة؛ حيث نجد بعض القراءات تحقق الهمز وأخرى تسهله. وقد أردنا في هذا البحث أن نستجلي رأي علم من أعلام القرن الخامس الهجريّ في هاته الظاهرة هو أبو الحسن ابن سيده، وذلك من خلال كتابه "المخصص" الذي يعد من أهم مصادر اللغة العربية، محاولين الإجابة عن الإشكاليّة التالية: ما رأي ابن سيده في ظاهرتي التحقيق والتسهيل؟ وكيف عالجهما؟.
writing/pronouncing the Hamz or not is a phonic phenomenon, which differs from an Arab dialect to another, especially in the use. This difference emerges clearly in the quranic recites (rewayete), some of it pronounces and writes the Hamz, but others don’t. in this paper, we aim to clarify the point of view an icon specialist in this issue from the fifth Hijri century, which is Abou Al-Hasan Ibn Sayedih through his book « Al-Mokhassas ». we try to answer the following questions : What is Ibn Sayedih’s opinion in the Hamz writing issue? And how did he treat it?

قد يبدو من عنوان هذا البحث أن الأمر مرتبط بالإعلام أكثر من ارتباطه بالتاريخ، وقد يظهر للقارئ أننا أمام ظاهرة لا علاقة لها بحركة التنصير التي دخلت بيوتنا ...دون أن ندري، هذا لأن المختصين في التاريخ سيتناولون الحركة التنصيرية في المغرب العربي في نصف قرن 1960/2010م وكل متدخل سيقدم ورقة سيشرح فيها المد التاريخي للظاهرة ويعدد آخر وسائل المبشرين والإمكانيات المرصودة للدعوة إلى المسيحية، ولا ينسى آخر الحديث عن التنصير في منطقة القبائل وما أثاره من لغط إعلامي كبير...وكلهم على ما أعتقد يبحثون عن إجابات طرحها هذا الملتقى الكريم. في ورقتنا هذه سنحاول أن نتعرف على نوع الخطاب الإعلامي الذي ينتجه العقل الأوروبي- الأمريكي عن الإسلام ومدى الدور الذي يلعبه هذا الخطاب في تشكيل رؤية المسلم إلى نفسه "الأنا" ورؤية "الآخر" النصراني ،فهو يرى نفسه"المسلم" ذلك الضعيف غير القادر على أن يصل إلى ما وصل إليه المسيحي الأوربي – الأمريكي من تقدم وازدهار في شتى مناحي الحياة ويعتقد جزافا بحسب ما تصوره وسائل الإعلام أن المسيحية هي التي صنعت حضارة الغرب ،وبالتالي يتشبع بالأفكار والطروحات التي سوقتها هذه الوسائل عن حضارة النصراني التي حتى وإن اعترفت بالإسلام والمسلمين كموجود فإنها خلقت خوفا منهما بدأ ينتقل إلى الأنا المسلم بحكم تأثره بهذه الوسائل.
حاول الباحث في هذه الدراسة أن يبين سر العدول عن التذكير إلى التأنيث أو العكس، سواء في الأسماء الظاهرة أو في الضمائر، وهذا في ميدان المتشابه اللفظي في القرآن الكريم؛ إذ إنّ هناك آيات كثيرة تتشابه مع آيات أخرى إلى حد التطابق ولا يكون الاختلاف بينها إلا في كلمة واحدة حيث نجدها مذكرة في آية، ثم نجدها مؤنثة في آية أخرى مشابهة لها، وهذا ماكان دافعا لمعرفة السر في ذلك بالاستعانة بأقوال المفسرين وعلماء المتشابه اللفظي، كما أراد الباحث أن يبرز دور السياق بجميع أنواعه في تفسير هذا العدول، وأن يؤكد أن كل مفردة في القرآن جاءت في موضعها اللائق ومكانها المناسب.
In this study, the researcher attempted to show the secret of substituting masculine with feminine or vice versa in both apparent names and pronouns. This is in the field of verbal similarity in the Holy Qur'an where could be found many verses that are similar to other verses. The difference could be limited toa single word which takes the masculine form in one verse, and then a feminine form in a similar verse. This motivated the researcher to look for theresearcher tried to highlight the role of the context with all of its kinds in the interpretation of this reversal and to confirm that every word in the Qur’an had come in its appropriate position and suitable place.

أدركت الجزائر ما يداهمها من خطر يرتبط أساسا بظاهرة التنصير، مما شكل تهديدا واقعيا للأمن الديني، ومأزق جديد يضع الهوية الإسلامية والمقومات الأساسية للأمة في حالة تدعو إلى مزيد من إعادة النظر في كبح جماح الأطراف والجهات الساعية لبسط سيطرتهاومهاجمة الأمن الفكري العربي والإسلامي، والتضييق على سبل نشره وتعميمه، بغية إفساح المجال لمعتقدات وهويات غايتها الإستراتيجية ضرب أسس الدين الإسلامي وفق سياسة فرغ تسد. وأمام الاضطرابات التي تشهدها الجزائر كمحصلة لتزايد وارتفاع وتيرة حركة التنصير تحركت بعض الجهات السياسية في البلاد نحو تبني ميكنزمات وآليات مثلت مبادرات مهمة في انتظار تفعيل جوانب عديدة منها، ارتبطت هذه الآليات بوجود إرهاصات أولية حاولت من خلالها السلطة العليا في البلاد التعجيل بمأسسة حقيقة لسد أخطار المد التنصيري ومواجهته. تطرح هذه الورقة توجهات الجزائر من خلال جملة من الآليات السياسية والقانونية تترجم تصورات وتحركات على المستوى الرسمي لحماية دين الدولة من تهديدات شاملة لقيمه ومعتقداته، ومحاولة تحقيق أمننة كاملة على مستوى الدولة القطرية في وجه الحركة التنصيرية التي استغلت ضعف القيم وتدهور المستوى الفكري وتراجع المستوى المعيشي للمجتمع الجزائري على حساب الدين والمعتقد. ومن ثم تنطلق الدراسة نحو معالجة الإشكالية الآتية: إلى أي مدى شكلت
إن مسألة الهوية في قصص الأطفال هي ذات بعد استراتيجي هام فهي الميكانيزم الفعّال في خلق الجدلية الوجودية بين الذات العربية وبين هيمنة الآخر، والمتتبع للقصص العلمية الموجهة للطفل العربي لا يكاد يجد قصّة تحمل عنوان مكتشف عربي معاصر ، لهذا انبرى بعض المبدعين العرب على كتابة قصص الخيال العلمي لتكون متنفسا للمتلقي الصغير وهو يقرأ اكتشافات عربية متخيّلة تحمل القيم التي تبنّاها المجتمع. وفي هذا المقال نبحث عن استراتيجية إعادة وعي الذات من خلال أنساق القيم في قصة (البحيرة العظمى) لأحمد منّور.
La question de l'identité dans les contes pour enfants est d' une dimension stratégique importante, elle est le mécanisme actif dans la création de la dialectique existentielle entre l'entité arabe et l'hégémonie de l'autres . Il se trouve que les gens qui s'intéressent aux contes scientifique destinés aux enfants arabes n'arrivent plus à rencontrer un titre d'une histoire portant le nom d'un inventeur arabe contemporain . A ce titre , quelques auteurs arabes se sont lancés dans l'écritures des contes de science-fiction pour qu'ils soient un moyen de détente pour le jeunes lecteur à la lecture de découvertes fictives d'arabes portant les valeurs adoptés par la société.
Par le présent article, nous visons la recherche de la stratégie qui se charge de relancer la conscience de soi à travers le système de valeurs dans le conte «Le grand lac » de AHMED MENNOUR .

هو موضوع مهم يمس العربية في أسسها وقواعدها؛ ومن ثمة يحتاج إلى مزيد من التأمل والدرس. ويتمثل في التباس أبواب وموضوعات نحوية وصرفية مهمة ودقيقة نحو: الاسم الجامد والمشتق؛ والصفة والمصدر؛ وأصل الاشتقاق؛ والفعل واسم الفعل. ويعالج هذا المقال كل هذه القضايا الهامة المستعصية المتداخلة في اللغة العربية في ارتباطاتها وعلاقاتها، وحدودها الدقيقة، وتداخلها.
ambiguity of name with the adjective and the source for the grammarians, and its impact on the structures and semantic meaning. Is a sensible subject touching the Arabic language and its solid roots, in consequence, it needs more examination and studying. It is represented in the ambiguity of important and accurate syntax and grammatical chapters and subjective, source, origin of derivation, the verb, and name verb. This article approaches all these important and overlapping aspects in the Arabic language in its accurate relations and limits.

قال الله تعالى في كتابه العزيز:" ولن ترضى عنك اليهود ولا النصارى حتى تتبع ملتهم قل إن هدى الله هو الهدى ولئن اتبعت أهواءهم بعد الذي حاءك من العلم مالك من الله من ولى ولا نصير"(البقرة 120)،(إن الذين كفرو ينفقون أموالهم ليصدوا عن سبيل الله فسينفقونها ثم تكون عليهم حسرة ثم يغلبون"(الأنفال:36) لقد تعرض المسلمون إلى الكثير من الهجمات من اليهود والنصارى منذ بداية نشر الدعوة الإسلامية ،وقد بين الله عز وجل مخاطرهما من خلال الآيتين الكريمتين وآيات قرآنية أخرى،ما يؤكد أن هجماتهم لن تتوقف ،وبالفعل ما زال المسلمون يتعرضون إلى هجمات شرسة على جميع الأصعدة السياسية والإعلامية والفكرية والاقتصادية والعلمية ،باستخدام مختلف الوسائل وان كانت جهرية وهو ما حدث أثناء الاستعمار ،فإنها أصبحت مغطاة بأقنعة مختلفة ومتعددة ،وهذا كله يصب في قالب التنصير والتبشير البعض يدرك مخاطرة ونتائجه السلبية والوخيمة على الأنا المسلمة والبعض الآخر غافل عنه.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح عدالة الإسلام في معاملته للآخر، عن طريق دراسةٍ تأصيليةٍ تصبُو إشكاليتُها الرئيسية إلى الإجابة عن جُملَةٍ من التساؤلات المفضية إلى نتائج البحث، من خلال استنطاق نصوص القرآن الكريم، وتتبع سيرة النبيّ المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم بطريقة معتدلة تقدّر إنجازاته، إذ عُرف عنه حرصُه الشديد على حوار الآخر، ودعوة الناس وتغيير قلوبهم وعقولهم بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة. لقد ثبت عنهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه لم يحاول فرضَ المعتقدات الدينية بالقوة أو بالعنف، وهي الفكرة التي سيحاول هذا البحث أن يحشد الأدلة الداعمة لها، ليؤكد حقيقة أن وسطيةَ الإسلام ومرونة تشريعاته سرُّ مصداقيته وجاذبيّته للتعايش الإنساني المشترك، وأن السنةَ النبويةَ قد جسّدت معاني الرحمة للعالمين تطبيقاً عملياً لهذه المبادئ السمحة
This research aims to clarify the justice of Islam in treatment of others, through a fundamental study whose main problematic is to answer a set of questions leading to results of the research, by citing the texts of Qur’an, and following the biography of the Prophet, as he was known from his interest in dialogue with others, inviting people to change their minds with wisdom and exhortation, which is the idea that this research will try to support, confirming that the moderation and flexibility of Islam are the secret of its attractiveness to human coexistence, and that the Sunnah has embodied mercy for the worlds in a practical application to these principles.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على المبعوث رحمة للناس أجمعين، خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا ورسولنا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد: فرغم خطورة الحملات التنصيرية التي تستهدف دول العالم الإسلامي، إلا أن المسلمين لم يقفوا مكتوفي الأيدي أمامها، ورغم أن من وسائل التنصير غير المباشرة تساهل بعض المسلمين في مواقفهم من المنصرين، وتساهل بعض الأهالي، إلا أنه كانت هناك مواجهة مستمرة ولا تزال قائمة، للحملات التنصيرية. ويبدو أن هناك اتفاقا بين المهتمين بالإسلام والمسلمين على المواجهة، لتكون هدفا من أهداف الدعوة إلى الله في الزمن الحاضر. فالمواجهة لا تتوقف عند مجرد حماية المجتمعات المسلمة من غائلة التنصير. بل إنها تتعدى ذلك إلى درء الفتنة، وعلى أنه لا يفهم من كون التصدي للتنصير والمنصرين هو غاية في حد ذاته، ولكن الدعوة إلى الله تعالى تقتضي العمل على التغلب على الصعاب التي تعترض الطريق. ومن أبرز هذه الصعاب الحملات التي لا تزال تتواصل على المجتمع المسلم.
تشكل الفكر السياسي الإسلامي السني في سياق تفاعلات طويلة بين النص الديني والحدث التاريخي، وقادت الإكراهات المختلفة التي عاشتها الأمة الإسلامية إلى بلورة العديد من الآراء التي حاولت تجاوز حالة الفتنة والاحتراب الداخلي من خلال إعادة تعريف الشرعية السياسية، وانتهت ضمن مقولاتها إلى قبول سلطة المتغلب رغم مخالفتها مبدأ الاختيار والشورى الذي قدمته باعتباره الأصل الشرعي في تولي منصب الخلافة، حيث استندت إلى حجية المصلحة العامة والموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد لمنع الثورة على هذا النوع من الحكّام، في زمن لم تكن الثورة لتعني شيئا غير الفتنة وسفك الدماء التي بقيت تذكّر المخيال الإسلامي دوما بالفتنة الكبرى زمن الصحابة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى متابعة تشكل الأقوال السياسية داخل المذهب السني التي تدعم سلطة المتغلب وتبرر لتجاوز الشورى، من خلال فهمها على ضوء المتغيرات التاريخية والظروف المستجدة لإدراك العلاقة الوطيدة بين الآراء الشرعية والضغوط الزمنية
Sunni Islamic political thought was formed in a long-term interaction between the religious text and the historical event, and the various constraints experienced by Muslims led to the formation of many opinions that attempted to overcome the state of conflict and internal struggle by redefining political legitimacy, and this experience resulted in the acceptance of the authority of the usurper despite his violation of the principle of free choice which I presented as the legal basis for assuming the position of the caliphate, because the authority of the public interest of the Muslim community was inferred and the balance between interests and corruptions to prevent the revolution against the ruler, at a time when the revolution meant only tumult, social disintegration and bloodshed, which always reminded the Islamic imaginary of civil war The greatest of the time of the companions of the Prophet. This study aims to follow the formation of political sayings within the Sunni sect that support the authority of the usurper and justify the transgression of free choice, apprehending them in the light of historical variables and emerging conditions to realize the close relationship between legitimate opinions and time constraints.

لما كان الوحي هو المصدر الأساسي للمعرفة عند المسلمين، معرفة الغيب وشؤون العقيدة وأحكام التشريع، بل هو منبع يقينهم وإيمانهم بما جاء به محمد من عند الله تعالى، وبه يتحقق معنى النبوة والرسالة، وهو الفيصل الوحيد عن ربه دون أن يغير أو ينقص أو يزيد» . لما كانت هذه حقيقة الوحي حرص أعداء الإسلام على التلبيس عليها، فشككوا في مصدر القرآن الكريم على أنه ليس وحيا وإنما من تأليف محمد مستعينا برهبان النصارى وأحبار اليهود، وقدحوا في صحته ورموه بالتناقض والاضطراب والتحريف، وما هو إلاَّ مجموعة من الأساطير والأحكام المرتبطة بتاريخ ومكان حدوثها ليس لها علاقة بأحداثنا المعاصرة وهذا معنى تاريخية القرآن ـ فالأحكام التشريعية والمفاهيم والأحكام العقدية نسبية غير صالحة لمجتمعنا المعاصر.
محمد أسد (Leopold Weiss ) من مفكري الإسلام البارزين في العصر الحديث ، ولد سنة 1900 وتوفي في العام 1992، والمقال الذي بين أيدينا؛ يهدف إلى محاولة اكتشاف فكر هذا الرجل الذي أسلم، وكان البحث عن رؤية كونية جديدة؛ تلبي فضوله المعرفي أحد أهم دوافع إسلامه. غير أن المسألة، بعد ذلك، تجاوزت مجرد الإشباع المعرفي، وباتت مسألة النهوض بالأمة الإسلامية تشكل الهم الوحيد؛ الذي كرس له حياته وجهده الفكري، والمحور الرئيس في مشروعه الفكري والعنصر الأساسي؛ الذي تدور حوله جل أفكاره وكتاباته وحواراته. والقارئ لأفكار ومنجزات أسد الفكرية؛ يلحظ أنها تتوزع بين رؤية نقدية؛ تضمنت نقد الحضارة الغربية ونقد واقع المسلمين وتاريخهم. ورؤية بنائية تضمنت بيان المنهج الإسلامي، وموقفه من تطبيق الشريعة ومسألة الدولة الإسلامية. وهو ما سنقف عليه من خلال منهج استقرائي تحليلي.

إن الحديث عن التنصير وتبعاته حديث ذو مسالك وشعب، تتحاور فيه أطراف وتتواطأ فيه أخر .. حملة تستهدف الإسلام والمسلمين. إنها الحرب الصليبية الحاقدة على الأمة تعود مرة أخرى مرتدية ثوبا آخر للمقصد نفسه: كسر الإسلام، زرع الفتنة والشقاق، تقسيم البلدان، بسط النفوذ. إنه وعد بالانتقام إذ رحل بعد طول استدمار واستعمار فاشلا كسيرا في حربه الطويلة المريرة على العالم الإسلامي. كانت الهزيمة النكراء التي مني بها تفتح له بابا آخر للولوج مرة أخرى كجرثومة سامة لتنخر عالمنا ومعالمنا وتمسنا في عقيدتنا وهويتنا ووحدتنا.
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع دور المتخصصين في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات في تطوير وترقية مهنة الأرشيف، بالنظر لرصيدهم العلمي والمهني متمثلا في: التكوين الجامعي، تربص شهادة الليسانس، فضلا عن خبراتهم المهنية ومهاراتهم الذاتية وتشبعهم بالوعي وروح المبادرة، خاصة في ظل بيئة عمل تكتنفها العديد من التحديات المتنوعة الأوجه، من هنا تبرز أهمية الموضوع من خلال إثبات أخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات وجودهم بالكفاءة الذاتية، والأعمال المنجزة في الميدان، ومدى قدرتهم على التكيف مع واقع المهنة الأرشيفية. يحاول هذا البحث من خلال دراسة حالة مصلحة أرشيف جامعة الإخوة منتوري قسنطينة، تسليط الضوء على منجزات أخصائيي الأرشيف والخطط المستقبلية لتطوير هذه المصلحة رغم وجود جملة من المشكلات والصعوبات، ليخلص إلى بعض الاقتراحات التي من شأنها أن تساهم في تطوير وترقية المهنة الأرشيفية.

This research attempts through a case study of the archives of the Mentouri Brothers University of Constantine, Shedding light on the achievements of archive specialists and future plans for the development of this department, despite the existence of a number of problems and difficulties, To conclude with some suggestions that would contribute to the development and promotion of the archival profession.

إنّ عصرنا الحاضر عصر إبلاغ وإعلام، ولذلك تعددت وسائل الإعلام فيه كالصحافة والإذاعة والتلفاز، وهي الوسائل المؤثرة في الجماهير سلبا أو إيجابا، إذ تعتبر السلطة الرابعة من حيث أهميتها، وقوة تأثيرها، قد يعلو شأن أمة من الأمم على غيرها إذا كانت وسائل إعلامها أقوى وأبرز، وطريقتها أذكى وأوعى، ولا شك أنّ الأمم اليوم في حاجة إلى تنشيط وتدعيم وسائل إعلامها، فالإعلام الرشيد يلقي أضواء ساطعة على ماضي الأمة وتراثها، كما أنّه يبرز الجوانب المشرقة من حاضرها، ويبين ما هي عليه أو ما تصبو إليه في المستقبل، وما نلاحظه في بلادنا عموما، وفي منطقة القبائل بصفة خاصة، أنّ الإعلام بأنواعه تروج للجوانب السلبية، وتغض البصر عن الجوانب الإيجابية ففي المجال الديني مثلا تتحدث عن المرتّدين، وعن عدد الكنائس، وعن عدد الحانات وتروج لإغراءات المسيحيين، ولا تتحدث عن الذين يدخلون في الإسلام، ولا عن عدد المساجد والزوايا، ولا عن عدد المصلين الشباب الذين يملؤون المساجد، وتسكت عن النشاطات الثقافية الدينية التي تقام في المنطقة طوال السنة، وكلّ ذلك- سواء عن قصد أو عن غير قصد – خدمة للتنصير وترويج للمسيحية، وإعطاء صورة سيئة للمنطقة.
قرينة السّياق؛ تعدُّ من الدّلالات؛ التي يعوّل عليها الليسانيُّون في اكتناه النّصوص وفهمها، وعليها عوّل أيضا أهلُ التفسير من الفقهاء، والمحدّثين، لكنّ الإشكال الذي يمكن أن يكون عائقا في الوصول إلى دلالات بعض الأحاديث النبوية، هو ذلك التعارض؛ الذي يبرز أحيانا بين دلالة السياق ومدلول سبب ورود الأحاديث، تارة في تعارض العموم والخصوص، وأخرى بين الإطلاق والتقييد. وهذا البحث؛ جاء ليبين أهمية مراعاة السياق في الوقوف على دلالات الأحاديث، وتقديمه على سبب الورود عند التعارض، بحسب كل مسألة بعينها، مع ذكر بعض الأمثلة المبينة لذلك.
The context presumption has a reliable significance for linguists when their purpose is to get an insight into a text and to comprehend it. It’s also reliable for the Hadeeth interpretersand savants. But, the problem that may impedes us to achieve the real meaning of some of the prophet’s “PBUH” Hadeeths is the incompatibility between the contextual significance and the reason that made the prophet “PBUH” tell this Hadeeth, the incompatibility may come in generalizing/specifying, or in release/restriction. This search came to show the importance of considering the context to understand the Hadeeth,and to provide this evidence on the reason behind the Hadeeth, according to each particular case, with some examples cited.
