Perhaps, that is clearly felt in the transmission of ideas and science across Dar al-Islam in the Middle Ages. And what distinguished education in the scientific system at that time was one of the reasons that encouraged mobility in its capitals. It was based on one essential element, namely the scientific trip, which is that movement between the students and scholars in the capitals of the world of the middle Islam. The city of Bougie had a big scientific connection in the Hafsid period of 7-9H / 13-15AD with the capitals of the Islamic West such as: Tunisia, Fez, Granada, through mutual scientific trips. And there has been an impact for the students and scholars of Bougie on the areas where they landed. They combated teaching, fatwa, judiciary and other jobs. So, to what extent has the scientific school affected its counterparts? Was it affected by them? It has been shown to us through this study that the Prophet (PBUH) able to organize and secure land and water, activate agriculture and encourage the learning of the industry, which encouraged trade exchange internally and externally. This research exposes the value of " SHAIBA BEN NISSAH’s " linguistic reading and its position between all the readings of the holy Quran , although it is not ranked among the legendary Qur ’anic readings since it lacks one of the criteria which is the legitimacy of the reading, which is the sequence of transmitters, and it meets the other two criteria. When we made a comparison between this reading and the other reading-in Al Baqarah’s Surat - we found, in general, that it has points in common with most of them. It is also one of the features that establish its intricate textual relationships and components which help understand its meanings and their synonyms. The holy text makes use of this stylistic characteristic in the Arabic language because of its peculiar impact on showing, clarifying and disclosing the dimensions, semantic traits and aims of meaning. This phenomenon is based on the duality of antonymy and synonymy. This duality falls within its expressions and structures increasing their pleasantness and power of excitement. It also falls within its meanings increasing their power and clarity. This feature makes of the Quranic style even more rhetorical, more aesthetic, more eloquent, more stylish and more pleasant. Therefore, this study relies on a descriptive and analytical methodology which fits the nature of the topic and which goes beyond delimiting the phenomenon in order to depict its aesthetics and its significance and to investigate its mysteries, functions and impacts in a Quranic context. Its origin is” Ifal’a” from which it was shortened for mitigation. Treating this form with an acquaintance of its features and accessories is a reference to the links that tie-up the common structures in their weights with a difference in the pronunciation of some letters. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource كامش, أحمد شتوان, بلقاسم Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2018-06-14 2003-03-01 Description An account of the resource  لم تكن البلاغة، شأنها شأن غيرها من علوم العربيّة، وليدة ساعة أو يوم، وإنّما مرّت بمراحل عديدة حتى اكتمل نضجها لتصبح علما مستقلا قواعده وقوانينه. وقد اكتمل صرحها على يدي عبد القاهر الجرجاني الذي وضع نظريتي علم المعاني وعلم البيان في كتابيه دلائل الإنجاز وأسرار البلاغة، وتمكّن بذكائه وثاقب نظره من وضع قواعد البلاغة وبناء صرحها على أساس متين من الأصول والقوانين التي استقرت بشكل متكامل لزمن طويل. فهو من وضع أصولها وأرسى قواعدها ولم يحدث بعده أي تغيير يذكر. ثمّ جاءت مرحلة التقنين والتعقيد على يد السكاكي، وكان له اهتمام بالفلسفة والمنطق، فعمل على تقنين قواعد البلاغة مستعينا في ذلك بقدراته المنطقية على التعليل والتفريع والتقسيم لتتحوّل البلاغة على يديه إلى قواعد وقوانين صيغت في قوالب منطقية جافة باعدت بينها وبين وظيفتها من إرهاف الحس وإمتاع النفس وتربية الذوق وتنمية الملكات. ظل هذا حال البلاغة لزمن، خاصّة أنّ الذين جاؤوا من بعد السكّاكي كالقزويني، لم يحيدوا في الدّرس البلاغي عن القواعد التي وضعها السكاكي، فخبا بريقها مع الأيام حتى قيّض الله لها من علماء، ومنهم العلوي، فقاموا بإحيائها فأعادوا للبلاغة وجهها الناصع الناضر . سعى العلوي في كتابه الطّراز إلى الرجوع بالدّرس البلاغي إلى منابعه الأولى ممثّلة في الذّوق والطّبع، وربطه بالإعجاز القرآني؛ فنظّم المادة البلاغيّة وجدّد في المصطلح ووسّعه وأكثر من الشّواهد وأحسن اختيارها ثمّ شرحها بأسلوب أدبي رفيع مبتعدا عن التقعيد، قريب إلى الفطرة والطبع، لإدراك ما فيها من قيمٍ معنوية، وعناصر جمالية.   Like other Arab sciences, rhetoric was not born an hour or a day, it rather passed through many phases until the completion of its maturity andbecoming an independent science by its rules and laws. Its creation was completed by Abd al-Qaher al-Jarjani, who developed the theory of semantics and knowledge in his books: signs of achievement and the secrets of eloquence. He succeeded in his intelligence and insight in setting the rules of rhetoric and building its premises on a solid basis of assets and laws that have been settled in an integrated way for a long time. It was him who made its assets and laid down its rules and no change existed after that. Then came the stage of codification and complexity thanks to Al-Sakaki as he was interested in philosophy and logic, he worked to codify the rules of rhetoric using his logical abilities to explain and classify what led to modify rhetoricto rules and laws formulated in logical dry way that stratifiedbetween it and its function of sense exhilaration,self pleasure, breeding of taste and development of queens. This was the case of eloquence for a long time, especially since those who came from after Al-Sakkis such as the Caspian. They did not deviate in the rhetorical lesson from the rules set by Al-Sakaki and it glowed through days until the appearance of a plenty of scholars, including Al- Alawi and by then they have revive rhetoric brightly. Al-Alawi sought in his book the style to return to the rhetorical lesson for its first sources represented in taste and temper, and linking it to the Quranic miracle.
