       يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مسألة الاحتجاج بالحديث النّبوي الشّريف في النّحو العربي، وحكم الاستشهاد به، وتتمثل أهمية هدا البحث في كونه يتعلّق بكلام الرّسول r الذي لا ينطق عن الهوى ، وكونه يندرج ضمن إطار إبرازا فصاحة وبلاغة النّبي r وقوّة حجيّة كلامه، وإعطاء صورة واضحة لمسألة الاحتجاج بالحديث النّبوي في النّحو العربي عن طريق بسط أقوال النّحاة المختلفة في ذلك.مع ذكر أدلتهم التي اعتمدوا عليها، وبيان الجهود التي بذلها أغلبهم لإثبات مكانة الحديث النّبوي في ميدان اللّغة العربية.ولما كان كل بحث علمي يهدف الى تحقيق نتائج منطقية واضحة كان لا بد علينا ان نجيب في بحثنا هذا عمّا يلي:
  -بما أنّ الحديث النّبوي هو المصدر الثّاني من مصادر التّشريع الإسلامي، فلماذا لم يجمع النحاة على الاعتداد بحجيّته في النّحو العربي؟ ولماذا لم يستشهد النّحاة الأوائل بالحديث الشّريف؟ و من هذا المنطلق كان عنوان بحثنا : "الاستشهاد بالحديث النّبوي في النحو العربي بين السيوطي ، وابن هشام من خلال كتابيهما همع الهوامع، ومغني اللبيب"
This research aims to clarify the issue of invoking the noble Prophetic hadith in Arabic grammar, and the rule of citing it. To the question of invoking the hadith of the Prophet in Arabic grammar by elaborating the various sayings of grammarians in this regard, with mentioning their evidence on which they relied. And an explanation of the efforts made by most of them to prove the status of the hadith in the field of the Arabic language.In the summary, the importance and problematic of the research and the most important findings are indicated. Since every scientific research aims to achieve clear logical results, it was necessary for us to answer in this research about problems centered on the following points: - Since the Prophetic hadith is the second source of Islamic legislation, why did the grammarians not unanimously agree to rely on its authority in Arabic grammar? Why did the first grammarians not cite the hadith? From this point of view, the title of our research was: “Citing the Prophet’s Hadith in Arabic Grammar between Al-Suyuti and Ibn Hisham through their books Hama Al-Hawa’i and Mughni Al-Labib.”
