تسعى الدراسة إلى المساهمة بتقديم أفكار وتصورات عن الأسس النظرية المتعلقة بالدراسات الإثنوغرافية في البيئة الإعلامية الجديدة التي تتصف بطابعها الرقمي والتقني بشكل كبير، وهي الصفة الجديدة تجبر المشتغلين في الحقل الإبستمولوجي على ضرورة التفكير المنهجي الجاد والدقيق في تقديم منهجية تتماشى مع الخصوصية الرقمية للحقل الإعلامي والاتصالي، ولتحقيق ذلك حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الماسنجر كأبرز تطبيق من أجل تشخيصه بشكل دقيق ومتعمق، وتقديم محاولة لتقسيم مستويات التحليل للباحثين والمشتغلين في هذا الحقل الإعلامي الرقمي، سيما في ظل غياب منهجية رقمية دقيقة للتعامل البحثي مع هذه الظواهر الاتصالية الحديثة، كما تعطي الدراسة تصورا بحثيا جديدا، بالنظر إلى تغيّر البيئة البحثية في الحقل الإعلامي من طابعها التقليدي الكلاسيكي إلى الطابع الرقمي التقني، وهذا ما يجعل من ضرورة تطوير الأدوات البحثية والمنهجية أمرا ضروريا لمجاراة التطور الرقمي الحاصل، خاصة أن الأدوات المنهجية تعتبر الوسيلة الرئيسة لتشخيص البحث العلمي وحلحلة مشاكله
The study seeks to contribute by providing ideas and perceptions on the theoretical foundations related to ethnographic studies in the new media environment, which is characterized by a large digital and technical nature, a new characteristic that compels workers in the epistemological field on the need for serious and accurate methodological thinking in presenting a methodology that is consistent with the digital privacy of the media and communication field, to achieve this, the study attempted to Highlight on the Messenger as the most prominent application for its accurate and in-depth diagnosis, and to make an attempt to divide the analysis levels for researchers and those working in this digital media field, especially in the absence of an accurate digital methodology for research dealing with these modern communication phenomena, as the study gives a new research perception, in view of the changing research environment in the media field from its traditional classic to digital technical nature, and this makes the necessity of developing research and methodological tools necessary to keep pace with the digital development taking place, especially that methodological tools are the main means for diagnosing scientific research and solving its problems.
