 إنَّ إنتشار العُنْف الأُسري في المجتمعات غدا ظاهرة عالمية، له تأثيره الكبير على حياة الناس واستقرارهم، مما دعا الكثير من الباحثين والفقهاء والتربويين، لدراسة هذه الظاهرة وتحليلها ووضع الحلول للحد منها واستئصالها، وللأهمية الكبيرة لهذا البحث وخطورته على الفرد والمجتمع قمت بهذه الدراسة "العنف الأسري"، بهدف بيان معنى العُنْف الأُسري بشكل دقيق وصوره وأقسامه ثم بيان الحكم الفقهي للعنف الأسري، وبيان الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى العُنْف الأُسري، والآثار الواقعة والناتجة عنه على الفرد والمجتمع، وبيان أهم الوسائل والأساليب الواقية من هذه الظاهرة المرضيَّة قبل وقوعها، وأهم الأدوية والعلاجات والحلول لها بعد الوقوع. وفي الخاتمة ذكرت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت لها من هذه الدراسة، وضرورة تضافر الجهود بين علماء الشريعة والقانون والتربية لوضع القوانين والتشريعات للقضاء على ظاهرة العنف الأسري، وكذلك ضرورة نشر القيم الأخلاقية والتربوية التي تقي أو تعالج العنف الأسري وأسبابه، للتخلص من هذه الآفة الخطيرة، والحفاظ على الأُسر والمجتمع في عافية ومودة وتراحم. الملخص: إنَّ إنتشار العُنْف الأُسري في المجتمعات غدا ظاهرة عالمية، له تأثيره الكبير على حياة الناس واستقرارهم، مما دعا الكثير من الباحثين والفقهاء والتربويين، لدراسة هذه الظاهرة وتحليلها ووضع الحلول للحد منها واستئصالها، وللأهمية الكبيرة لهذا البحث وخطورته على الفرد والمجتمع قمت بهذه الدراسة "العنف الأسري"، بهدف بيان معنى العُنْف الأُسري بشكل دقيق وصوره وأقسامه ثم بيان الحكم الفقهي للعنف الأسري، وبيان الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى العُنْف الأُسري، والآثار الواقعة والناتجة عنه على الفرد والمجتمع، وبيان أهم الوسائل والأساليب الواقية من هذه الظاهرة المرضيَّة قبل وقوعها، وأهم الأدوية والعلاجات والحلول لها بعد الوقوع. وفي الخاتمة ذكرت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت لها من هذه الدراسة، وضرورة تضافر الجهود بين علماء الشريعة والقانون والتربية لوضع القوانين والتشريعات للقضاء على ظاهرة العنف الأسري، وكذلك ضرورة نشر القيم الأخلاقية والتربوية التي تقي أو تعالج العنف الأسري وأسبابه، للتخلص من هذه الآفة الخطيرة، والحفاظ على الأُسر والمجتمع في عافية ومودة وتراحم.
The spread of domestic violence in societies has become a global phenomenon, which has a great impact on people’s lives and their stability. Due to the great importance of this research and to the individual and society, I conducted this study “Family Violence”, with the aim of explaining the meaning of family violence in an accurate way, its forms and divisions, and then clarifying the jurisprudential ruling on domestic violence. Explaining the causes that lead to family violence, and the effects that occur and resulting from it on the individual and society, and clarifying the most important means and methods of protection against this pathological phenomenon before it occurs, and the most important medicines, treatments and solutions to it after the occurrence. In the conclusion, I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations of this study, and the need for concerted efforts between Sharia, law and education scholars to develop laws and legislation to eliminate the phenomenon of domestic violence, as well as the need to spread moral and educational values that protect or treat domestic violence and its causes.
