ان عقد التأمين الإلزامي من المسؤولية المدنية للطبيب هو عقد يمثل العلاقة القانونية القائمة بين شركة التأمين والطبيب الذي يتعهد بموجبه المؤمن(شركة التأمين) بتعويض المريض المضرور عما اصابه من اضرار لحقت به من جراء الاخطاء الطبية الصادرة عن الطبيب اثناء ممارسته لعمله الطبي ،إذ يتميز هذا العقد بان آثاره القانونية تمتد لتشمل شخص ثالث وهو المستفيد من التعويض وهو المضرور الذي ليس طرفاً في عقد التأمين، الا ان  الزامية وجود هذا العقد انشأت للمضرور علاقة قانونية مباشرة مع المؤمن وذلك بمنحه سلطة الاستئثار بمبلغ التأمين دون الرجوع الى المؤمن له (الطبيب) من خلال اقامة دعوى مباشرة على المؤمن، رغم ان ذلك يعد ذلك خروجاً عن القواعد العامة لمبدأ نسبية آثر العقد ومبدأ المساواة بين الدائنين لان المضرور من خلال الادعاء المباشر يستحوذ على مبلغ التأمين بدون مزاحمة من قبل دائني المؤمن له، الا انه يحقق غاية اجتماعية مهمة وهي كفاية التأمين الإلزامي لضمان حماية اكبر للمضرور من جراء الاخطاء المهنية الطبية وحفظ حقوقهم في نظام تأميني خاص، ومنحهم الاساس القانوني للحصول على كامل حقهم بالتعويض.

يعد التنصير وجها من أوجه الحركات الاستعمارية الغربية من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى سياسة تعتمد عليها الحركة الصهيونية، باستغلال المسيحية الغربية لحرب الإسلام بسلاح التنصير، وفي النهاية إضعاف الدين عند المسلمين كما أضعفوه عند الغربيين، ويمكن تسميته بالاستعمار الفكري، والثقافي، أو الاستعمار العقائدي الذي يستهدف الفطرة الإنسانية السليمة، ويهدم عناصر التوحيد للخالق، وتفكيك وحدة الأمة الإسلامية، وذلك بالادعاء بانسجام الإسلام مع الحضارة الغربية كمرحلة أولى، بغية تقبل الناس للغرب، ومن ثم قبول المسيحية في المرحلة القادمة.
