جاء هذا البحث بعد قراءة واطلاع لكثير من الأبحاث والمنشورات، وكذلك الحضور الوجاهي والإلكتروني لكثير من ورشات العمل التي تتناول موضوع المرأة ومكانتها، وما تتعرض له من عنف وتنمر سواء من الأسرة أو المجتمع الذي يخضع للعادات والتقاليد، والذي يصفوه بالمجتمع الذكوري. ومن خلال البحث والاطلاع توصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتي أهمها.أن مشرع تمكين المرأة الذي طرحته الأمم المتحدة هو عبارة عن غزو فكري للثقافة العربية والإسلامية، أن هذا المشروع جاء ليحرر المرأة من أخلاقها وينزع عنها عفافها، وينقلها من ملكة في مملكتها إلى سلعة يتناولها من يتناولها في سوق النخاسة،   أن لمقصود من تمكين المرأة هو استقواؤها على الرجل، وتمردها عليه وعلى المجتمع، وهذا ما جاءت به الترجمة الحقيقية للعبارة الواردة في وثيقة الأمم المتحدة في مشروع التمكين، والتي هي: [ Women Empower ment ] في حين أن المراد لكلمة "تمكين" في اللغة الإنجليزية هو: [ Enabling ] وهو مفهوم منبثق من عمق الحداثة الأوروبية والأمريكية، أن هذا المشروع هو مشروع سياسي استعماري مبني على أن انهيار المجتمع العربي يأتي من الداخل في ضرب أهم عناصره، ألا وهي المرأة، أن الإسلام هو النظام الوحيد الذي كرم المرأة في كل مجالات حياتها، وحافظ عليها وشاركها في كل مفاصل الدولة، إن واقع الحال في عصرنا، وفي مجتمعاتنا العربية من اضطهاد بعض الرجال أو المجتمع للمرأة بسبب عادات سيئة جاهلية موروثة لا يمثل الإسلام في شيء، إنما هو انحلال عن قيم الإسلام الذي جاء بها النبي ﷺ.
 
The aim of this work is to present a study of the Kβ/Kα X-ray intensityratios for elements from 57 La to 71 Lu taken exclusively from experimentaldata. New recommended weighted average values (Kβ/Kα) WR areobtained dividing the experimental ratios (Kβ/Kα) Exp by the weightedratios (Kβ/Kα) W , then eliminating the values not between 0.9 and 1.1.
