يتلخص هذا البحث الذي هو في غاية الأهمية حيث تكمن في ضمانات الدستور لكل إجراء جنائي، ولكن ليس في الظروف العادية الطبيعية، فهنالك ظروف غير عادية وغير طبيعة، عرفناها بالظرف الاستثنائي وهذه الحالة يجب الضمان هنا وكذلك مراعاة الظروف ومدى إمكانية مراعاة الإجراء الجنائي باعتباره إجراء دقيقا ويجب أن لا يتضرر أي أحد في حالة الظرف الاستثنائي سواء كان جاني أو مجني عليه، من هنا، فإن الظروف الاستثنائية تستوجب مبادرة السلطة العامة، في اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة أو إجراءات استثنائية، لا تبيحها  قـواعـد القانون المقررة في العادي من الظروف. ونتيجة لذلك نرى أن الدولة عندما تصادف بعض الظروف الطارئة تضطر إلى التحلل من بعض القواعد المقررة في القوانين المنظمة للحرية،  إفساحا للمجال أمام قواعد مختلفة أكثر تقييدا وتضييقا، وحيث إن هذا الموقف يتم في حدود الدستور، ونصوص الدستور متكاملة متساندة، وكان يتوجب المحافظة دوما على النظام العام الدستوري، فإنه لا بد من ذكر مجال الضمانات الدستورية للإجراءات الجنائية في الظروف الاستثنائية. فتحديد هذه المسألة يستدعي تحديد الأساس، وانطلاقا من ذلك، تتخذ التدابير غير العادية، والتي تنسجم والظروف الاستثنائية في ظل دولة القانون.
This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of hydroxyapatitewhich can be used in the biomedical field. The bio-ceramic(hydroxyapatite) was extracted from animal bone after being degreased,cleaned and ground into fine particles of micrometric sizes, the powderobtained was calcined at 650℃ in an oven. The thermal decompositiontechnique is chosen for the extraction of hydroxyapatite bio-ceramicbecause it has a high economic efficiency, moreover it is less complex, incomparison with other synthetic methods. The synthesized hydroxyapatitewas characterized physico-chemically and mechanically using Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray fluorescence (XRF),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and a test machine of Vickershardness for hardness measurement. The results obtained showed thathydroxyapatite can be economically extracted from a natural source andcan be used as a promising biomaterial in the biomedical field.
