تعد مسألة القوامة الزوجية من أهم المواضيع التي اثارت جدلا واسعا في الوقت الحاضر خصوصا من اصحاب الأراء التي تدعوا الى أنصاف المرأة و مساواتها مع الرجل في كافة الحقوق خصوصا تلك المتعلقة في الحياة الزوجية و الدعوة الى انهاء القوامة المفروضة للزوج على زوجته و التي اقرها القران الكريم وبهذا ظهرت أتجاهات واسعة تدعو الى الغاء هذه القوامة كون القوامة الزوجية و حسب رأيهم تتعلق بالأنفاق فقط و في الوقت الحاضر لا تحتاج المرأة الى هذه القوامة لكونها تنفق على نفسها . فالموضوع له أهمية كبيرة يستوجب البحث فيه و لعل الدافع الى البحث في هذا الموضوع هو قلة الدراسات التي تناولت القوامة الزوجية في الوقت الحاضر من جميع جوانبها و أهمها هو تعريفها من حيث قصد الشارع الاعظم منها و الغرض منها فأن التعريفات التي يتم تناولها لا تبين المعنى الحقيقي للقوامة الزوجية و أنما تبين أن الزوجة هي المظلومة و الزوج أنما يمارس حقه بالقوامة عليها دون سبب أو دون واجبات مفروضة عليه و كذلك سنبين أساس القوامة الزوجية في الفقه الاسلامي و كذلك رأي المشرع العراقي و القانون المقارن بشأن تعريف القوامة الزوجية و أساسها و هل ان المشرع قد أتبع الشريعة الاسلامية في تنظيم القوامة الزوجية كونها وضع شرعي بحت ؟
Dans ce travail, sur la base des données expérimentales publiées dans la littérature, nous proposonsune fonction analytique qui permettra de déduire les valeurs empiriques du rapport d'intensité Kβ/Kαpour des éléments de Z = 11 à 30. Les résultats obtenus ont été présentés sous forme tabulaire etont été comparés aux travaux théoriques, empiriques et expérimentaux.
