یھدف ھذا البحث إلى دراسة دلالات الألفاظ كآلیة للتفریق الفقھي عند أبي الفضل الكرابیسي من خلال كتابھالفروق ومدى توسعھ في استعمال ھذه الآلیة. وقد سلكت لدراسة ھذا الموضوع ثلاثة مناھج؛ المنھج الوصفي فیمایخص تعریف الفروق الفقھیة والدلالات والحدیث عن كتاب الفروق وموضوعاتھ، والتاریخي في الترجمةللكرابیسي؛ والمنھج الاستقرائي فیما یتعلق بتتبع المسائل الفروقیة في كتاب الفروق لبیان منھج المصنف في التفریق،وكذا استخلاص نماذج للتفریق بدلالات الألفاظ. فكانت الدراسة محررة في ثلاثة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول في تعریفالفروق الفقھیة ودلالات الألفاظ، والمقصود بآلیتھا للتفریق؛ والمبحث الثاني في التعریف بالإمام أبي الفضلالكرابیسي وكتابھ ومنھجھ في التفریق؛ والمبحث الثالث في نماذج التفریق بدلالات الألفاظ عند أبي الفضلالكرابیسي. وقد خلصت في ھذا البحث إلى أن التفریق بدلالات الألفاظ كان لھ حضور منذ العھد الأول، وكان لأبيالفضل نصیب معتبر فیھ، وقد ظھر ذلك جلیا في المسائل المبنیة على كلام الناس.
This research aims to study the textual implications as a mechanism to distinct betweensimilar juristic issues (Al Furuq Al Fiqhiyyah) according to Abû El Fadl El Karabisi on hisbook Al Furuq, and to what extent he used it. I adopted three methods to study this topic; I useda descriptive method to introduce Al Furuq Al Fiqhiyyah and the implications in addition todisplay the book of El Karabisi, then a historical method in a biography of El Karabisi. Then, Iadopted inductive method to illustrate the way he differentiates and to explore the juristicnuances of the book in order to extract samples of his differentiation using textual implications.This study is divided into three topics. The first topic is an introduction of Al Furuq AlFiqhiyyah and the textual implications. The second topic is a biography of Imam El Karabisi,introduction of his book, and his method to differentiate between juristic issues. The third topicincluded the samples of the differences using textual implications according to El Karabisi.Thus, I concluded in this study that the differentiation using textual implications was used sincethe early days and El Karabisi has a significant role; and this obviously manifested in the juristicissues regarding speech between people.
