معترك السياسة والحكم في العالم اليوم يقوم على نظريات وفلسفات فكرية مُؤسسة على مبادئ المصالح والسيادة، وإن الواجب في تحصيل البقاء الاسلامي كوحدة سياسية اعتبار هذه المحددات الحكمية في السياسة العالمية. وتحصيل هذا المنهج يستدعي تطوير آليات الفكر السياسي الاسلامي، والخروج من بوتقة التقليد التقديس لكل موروث، والتحلي بالقدرة النقدية البناءة لإعادة مراجعة وتحديث وبعث السياسة الاسلامية الرشيدة القائمة على تحقيق مصالح الخلق وسياستهم بما اختار لهم خالقهم من منهج ثري ولين يواكب تطورات العصر. كما أن ملاحظة البعد القيمي في مناهج من سبق من علماء وقادة سياسيين يؤسس لبناء نظريات سياسية إسلامية تمكن من الحكم الرشيد، وهذا يستفاد في مقالنا مما قدمه الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس في مسيرته السياسية لمواجهة الاستدمار الفرنسي وإعادة بناء الشخصية الاسلامية للشعب الجزائري، فابن باديس رحمه الله كان يمثل نموذجا ثريا في تفعيل وجوه المقاصد الشرعية من خلال خطواته البناءة في ترتيب وإعداد الشعب الجزائري وما ينتظره من تحديات بعد ذلك.
The battle of politics and leadership in the world nowadays is based on theories and intellectual philosophies based on the principles of interests and sovereignty In achieving Islamic survival as a political unit, it is necessary to consider these quantitative determinats in world wide politics. Achieving this approach calls for developing the mechqnisms of Islamic political ideas, leaving the crucible of sanctifying tradition for every legacy, and possessing the constructive critical capacity to review and update the rational Islamic policy based on achieving the interests of creation and their policy that chose for them q rich and efficient approach that runs with the present time. Observing the value dimension in the curricula of previous scholars and political leaders establishes to build Islamic political theories that enable wise governance, This is based on our article on what Sheikh Abd al-Hamid bin Badis presented in this political career to confront the French colonialism and rebuild the peaceful character of the Algerian people.
