تعتبر تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال من أبرز فتوحات المدنية الحديثة، لكونها فرضت نفسها على إنسان القرن الواحد والعشرين بشكل رهيب وأَسَرت لبّه وجعلته يستحضرها في كلّ شؤون حياته، إلى درجة أنّها صارت لها تأثيرات بالغة حتّى على عقيدته ودعوته وهوّيته وأفكاره وثقافته. والمسلم اليوم يعيش تخلُّفا رهيبا في مختلف الصّعد وَسْطَ فورة تكنولوجية إعلامية واتصالية خارقة للعادة، جعلت لهذه التكنولوجية تداعيات إيجابية وسلبية على دينه وهوّيته ومجتمعه ورسالته في الحياة. وفي هذه الدّراسة؛ تمّ استقراء التّأثيرات الإيجابية لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، والعمل على تثمينها وتوظيفها وتطويعها لخدمة الدّعوة والثّقافة الإسلامية في جانبها الديني واللغوي والأسري. وفي المقابل أيضا تمّ استعراض تأثيراتها السّلبية على تلك المجالات، والقيام ببيان كيفية تجاوزها من خلال استثمار وسائل الإعلام والاتصال التقليدية والحديثة واستغلالها الاستغلال الأمثل في خدمة الدّعوة والثّقافة الإسلامية، وللتّمكين لدين الله ونشر الدّعوة الإسلامية في العالم، ضمن أداء واجب شرعي أمر به الله تعالى في كتابه الكريم واقتداء بنبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في مسيرته الدّعوية حيث بلّغها إلى النّاس كافة، وكذا تأسِّيا بأسلافنا من أهل القرون الثّلاثة الأولى من الصّحابة والتّابعين وتابعيهم إلى يوم الدّين
Information and communication technologies (ICTs) is considered nowadays the most thing focused by 21st century human being. As it interferes in every domain of his life,yet it affects his ideas, religion, and culture all in one. thus, muslims are facing a huge problem owing to this incredible revolution in technology and communication, the latter had influenced positively and negatively muslim's religion, identity and society. this study addresses the positive effects of information and communication technologies and the way it is invested to serve muslim's religion and culture.In turn the study sheds light on the negative effects of ICTs and displayed the way to avoid it through using these technologies in a way that suits muslim's religion and principles, thus apply our religion duties as mentioned in the holly "Quraan" and "Sunna"as well as following the former "Saaba" and their followers.
