تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرف على كيفيّة معالجة الإعلام التّلفزيوني الجزائري لقضايا التّنمية الاقتصاديّة خلال جائحة كوفيد19، من خلال تحليل مضمون البرنامج التّلفزيوني الأسبوعي "محاور واتّجاهات" بالقناة الجزائريّة الثالثة، وأجريت على عيّنة بثّت خلال الجائحة (فترة الحجر الصحي)، من12 أفريل إلى 15 أوت 2020، بالاعتماد على المنهج المسحي واستغلال أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في: تحليل المضمون كأداة رئيسيّة، وتوصّلت الدّراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمّها: البرنامج التّلفزيوني بالقناة الجزائرية الثالثة يؤدّي دورا هامّا في معالجة القضايا التنمويّة، وفي المقابل عليه تطوير آليّات المعالجة، والعمل على ترقية مستوى الرسالة التنمويّة في الظروف العادية بشكل عامّ، وفي أوقات الأزمات بشكل خاصّ، وخُتِمت الدّراسة بجملة من التّوصيات أبرزها: توظيف آليات معالجة ناجعة لتبسيط المحتوى والوصول إلى نطاق واسع من مختلف الجماهير ثم الحرص على إشباع حاجة هذه الجماهير إلى معالجة إعلامية تحليلية وتفسيرية ونقدية لمختلف القضايا التّنمويّة.
This analytical study aimed to identify how the Algerian television media addressed economic development issues during the Covid-19 pandemic; By analyzing the content of television program "Axes and Trends" on the Algerian Channel Three, And it was conducted on a sample that were broadcast during the pandemic (the quarantine period); From April 12th to August 15th, 2020, depending on the survey method and exploiting data collection tools represented in: content analysis as a main tool, The study reached many results, the most important of which are: The television program on the Algerian Channel Three plays an important role in addressing development issues, In return, he must develop treatment mechanisms, The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably: working to satisfy the viewers' desires in an analytical, explanatory and critical media treatment of various development issues.
