شهدت المشروعات الصغيرة إهتماماً كبيراً لدى العديد من الدول المتقدمة والنامية نظراً لما تتميز به من خصائص ومميزات عديدة، حيث أثبتت العديد من الدراسات قدرة هذه المشروعات على معالجة المشكلات الإقتصادية الرئيسية التي تواجه مختلف الإقتصادات وبدرجة أكبر من المشروعات الكبيرة إذ أن أبرز مايميز المشروعات قدرتها الإستيعابية للأيدي العاملة، كما أنها تعد ذات كثافة في عنصر العمل، وميدان لتطوير القدرات والإمكانات البشرية، مما يجعلها الأرض الخصبة لإستثمار الطاقات البشرية، وبالتالي الوصول إلى عملية النمو عن طريق توفير فرص العمل وزيادة العوائد.
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى مساهمة أساليب التمويل الإسلامي غير التشاركية في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي؛ حيث بيّنت الدراسة أن للنظام المالي الإسلامي دور في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي بصفة عامة ومواجهة الأزمات المالية بصفة خاصة من خلال محورين؛ المحور الأول؛ وهو وقائي بتحريم مسببات الأزمات نفسها؛ أما المحور الثاني فهو علاجي، من خلال تمويل دورات الركود الاقتصادي بمختلف أساليب التمويل الإسلامية القائمة على المشاركات، وحتى تلك القائمة على المداينات وتلك القائمة على التراحم والتكافل؛ غير أن ذات الدراسة أكدت أن الواقع العملي للنظام المالي الإسلامي من خلال عمل المصارف الإسلامية؛ أثبت ميول هذه الأخيرة تطبيقها لأساليب المديونية على حساب أساليب المشاركة؛ المعول عليها في تمويل التنمية هذا من جهة؛ وأثبت من جهة أخرى من خلال صناديق الزكاة ومؤسسات الأوقاف ضعف التحصيل الزكوي والوقفي في الدول العربية والإسلامية، وعليه عدم فعالية الأساليب التبرعية في  تعزيز الاستقرار المالي ومواجهة الأزمات، على عكس الدول الغربية؛ التي استفادت من سيولة الجمعيات الخيرية في التخفيف من حدة الأزمات المالية؛ على غرار الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008.
This study aims to assess the extent to which non-participatory Islamic financing methods contribute to enhancing financial stability. The study showed that the Islamic financial system has a role in enhancing financial stability in general and facing financial crises in particular through two axes: The first axis; It is preventive by prohibiting the causes of the crises themselves; As for the second axis, it is remedial, by financing economic recession cycles with various Islamic financing methods based on partnerships, and even those based on debts and those based on compassion and solidarity. However, the same study confirmed that the practical reality of the Islamic financial system is through the work of Islamic banks; The tendencies of the latter have proven their application of debt methods at the expense of participatory methods. Dependent on this development finance on the one hand; On the other hand, through zakat funds and institutions of waqf, the weakness of zakat and endowment collection in Arab and Islamic countries has proven ineffective in donative methods in promoting financial stability and facing crises, unlike in Western countries Which benefited from the liquidity of charities in alleviating the severity of the financial crises; Similar to the 2008 global financial crisis.
