ملخص الدراسة:
تـهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط المعرفة الضمنية بالإدارة الإلكترونية مع وظائف الإدارة الالكترونية في صناديق الضمان الاجتماعي بولاية أدرار بالجزائر من وجهة نظر العاملـين من أجل تحسين مردودية العمل  والأداء  وتقديم أفضل الخدمات، توصلت الدراسة إلى قبول الفرضية التي تنص على عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لتوجهات أفراد عينة الدراسة فيما يخص أبعاد المعرفة الضمنية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية حيث بلغ قيمة اختبار ستودنت 1.063، بالنسبة لفرضية تطبيق أساليب الإدارة الالكترونية  والي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية تم قبولها حيث بلغ اختبار ستودنت 1.17 باحتمالية 0.88  وهي اكبر من القيمة الحرجة للتوزيع الطبيعي 0.05، كما تم قبول الفرضية التي تنص على وجود على دلالة إحصائية لبعد المهارة على تفعيل الإدارة الالكترونية في صناديق التضامن الاجتماعي حيث جاءت معلمة الميل موجبة 0.80، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة   الوقوف على ممارسات الموظفين وتحديد الاختصاصات الكترونياً الموكلة إليهم واستخدام الموظف لعمليات الاتصال الالكتروني للحد من تأثير العلاقات الشخصية في إنجاز معاملاتهم.

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الذي تقدمه وتساهم به تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تفعيل وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي داخل المنشآت الرياضية، بالإضافة الى معرفة الأدوات والمتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتطبيقها، ولهذا الغرض استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة متكونة من 44 فرد في المنشأة، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، ولجمع البيانات قام الباحثان بتطوير الاستبيان بالاستعانة بالدراسات السابقة وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى وجود علاقة طردية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأداء الوظيفي داخل المنشأة الرياضية، وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بوجوب الاستفادة من التطور التكنولوجي في أنظمة المعلومات والاتصالات الحديثة والعمل على استغلالها بشكل أمثل. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الأداء الوظيفي، المنشآت الرياضية.

 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to attempt to highlight the factors of information technology processes that effect job performance in some regions of south Algeria through using information system; and Hardwar and soft war these factors kept. From previous studies, which adopted for our study to promote organizational functional performance. The study used the descriptive study to analyze the basic relationships amongst the most relevant combinations between information technology and performance. We used 44 workers randomly as a sampling way, SPSS software was the statistical approach to analyse the phenomena and. As a result of the findings; information technology as a independent variable was not found strongly in sports organization, in the other side the dependent variable Performance was strong and statistically positive with high significant relationship between several variables of technology factors like information system and hard and software which will promote organizational Performance we recommend strongly Algerian sports organizations to use high tech
