لقد اهتم المفسرون بعرض القراءات القرآنية لما لها من أثر كبير في التفسير حيث أنها تساعد في توضيح معاني القرآن الكريم و تسهم في توسيع دلالاته و هذا يعد من أهم مقاصد التفسير و غاياته....
يعتبر الوقف المخطوط جزءا مهما من تراث وتاريخ الأمة العربية والإسلامية، ولكن الجهل بقيمته عرضه إلى الإتلاف والضياع، ويكفي ما ضاع من تراث الأمة المخطوط في نهري دجلة والفرات وغيرهما، فلا نجد عذرا لأحد، في إهمال ما تبقى من الوقف المخطوط في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، ثم لابد من حفظ المخطوط والمحافظة عليه وفق الإمكانيات والوسائل الحديثة، ولبعث الوقف المخطوط لابد من تكوين هيئات وطنية عليا تشرف عليه جمعا وحفظا وصيانة وحماية، وضرورة التعاون مع الهيئات الدولية المهتمة بهذا النوع من التراث العالمي، المهدد بالانقراض في العالم الثالث خصوصا، ثم لابد من فتح باب الاستثمار، ولا نقصد هنا البيع والشراء والتبادل النفعي، للوقف المخطوط  ونقصد بها البحث عن بديل مشروع، والاستفادة من تجارب الأمم المتقدمة في كيفية التعامل والاستثمار في الوقف المخطوط من حيث النفع المادي الذي رجع بفوائد طائلة على تلك المؤسسات التي اختصت في هذا المجال، وبالتالي أصبحت تساهم في رفع مستوى الدخل الوطني، وتوفر مناصب الشغل، وتساهم في النهوض بالاقتصاد المحلي.
The endowment of ancient manuscripts contains an outstanding collection of illuminated manuscripts and offers a representative sample of the intellectual output of Arabic and Muslim heritage. However, many of these valuable manuscripts have been damaged and reduced to ashes as it has been the case in the historically important Euphrates and Tigris rivers. To retrieve and preserve the enviable core collection of manuscripts, it is of prime necessity to set national institutions that can house them. Other activities may include series of international programs with the soul aim of overcoming the problems facing ancient manuscripts. Further, manuscripts are of great financial value. Therefore, they can be treated as economic investments to improve the living standard of any given nation.
