Praise and thanks to Allah, we praise him and seek His help and forgiveness and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves, and our evils, He whom Allah guide never be mislead, and he whom Allah mislead him never him guide. And I witness that there is no god only Allah alone with no partner, and I witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, peace Allah be upon him and his family and his family peace and recognition of a lot.

          The research summary is represented in the following points :
          First : The equivalent say is The inability to see the sides of preference if the two says are equal or : it is the equal say of the other since there are no two preferences in the problem and its position is above the prefered (Rajih) and the famous (Mash’hoor).
          Secondiy : The important terms that are relevant toit are : the agreed on (Mottafak Alayh), the preferred, the famous, the weak (Daif), then the irregular (Shaz).
         Thirdly : What concerns the use of the Mojtahid is revolwing between choise and stop and if i twas work with one of two rquivalents say soi is the right call this one.
         Those are the main findings, and thank God Almighty for blessing me to write on this subject, he has of my self and he helped me to be in this way to write about one of the greatest oulama, I can only say : What was right, it is God alone and His grace and blessing, and its errorvthumped is the devil, and Allah and His Messenger are innocent of it, and God used me and we put our trust, what ever we do or write, we much con give him hisreal selected.
