تشكل الفكر السياسي الإسلامي السني في سياق تفاعلات طويلة بين النص الديني والحدث التاريخي، وقادت الإكراهات المختلفة التي عاشتها الأمة الإسلامية إلى بلورة العديد من الآراء التي حاولت تجاوز حالة الفتنة والاحتراب الداخلي من خلال إعادة تعريف الشرعية السياسية، وانتهت ضمن مقولاتها إلى قبول سلطة المتغلب رغم مخالفتها مبدأ الاختيار والشورى الذي قدمته باعتباره الأصل الشرعي في تولي منصب الخلافة، حيث استندت إلى حجية المصلحة العامة والموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد لمنع الثورة على هذا النوع من الحكّام، في زمن لم تكن الثورة لتعني شيئا غير الفتنة وسفك الدماء التي بقيت تذكّر المخيال الإسلامي دوما بالفتنة الكبرى زمن الصحابة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى متابعة تشكل الأقوال السياسية داخل المذهب السني التي تدعم سلطة المتغلب وتبرر لتجاوز الشورى، من خلال فهمها على ضوء المتغيرات التاريخية والظروف المستجدة لإدراك العلاقة الوطيدة بين الآراء الشرعية والضغوط الزمنية
Sunni Islamic political thought was formed in a long-term interaction between the religious text and the historical event, and the various constraints experienced by Muslims led to the formation of many opinions that attempted to overcome the state of conflict and internal struggle by redefining political legitimacy, and this experience resulted in the acceptance of the authority of the usurper despite his violation of the principle of free choice which I presented as the legal basis for assuming the position of the caliphate, because the authority of the public interest of the Muslim community was inferred and the balance between interests and corruptions to prevent the revolution against the ruler, at a time when the revolution meant only tumult, social disintegration and bloodshed, which always reminded the Islamic imaginary of civil war The greatest of the time of the companions of the Prophet. This study aims to follow the formation of political sayings within the Sunni sect that support the authority of the usurper and justify the transgression of free choice, apprehending them in the light of historical variables and emerging conditions to realize the close relationship between legitimate opinions and time constraints.
يسعى هذا البحث لمدارسة جدوى إقامة تحليل تداولي للخطاب القرآني من خلال محاولة تأصيل الفكرة التداولية في مهادها الفلسفي و اللساني من جهة و من خلال مراجعة مفاهيمها الإجرائية في ضوء الحقائق اللغوية في نصوص القرآن الكريم من جهو أخرى
