أصبحت شبكة الإنترنت أكثر استعمالا عالميا وإقليميا ومحليا، من أية وسيلة أخرى للتواصل مع الآخرين حيث أتاحت نقل النشاط الاجتماعي والتجاري والسياسي والثقافي والاقتصادي من العالم المادي إلى العالم الافتراضي أي "البيئة الالكترونية "، ويوما بعد يوم توج التطور المتلاحق في تقنية المعلومات الى خلق بيئة افتراضية تتدفق فيها المعلومات والاتصالات عبر الحدود ما أدى إلى الاعتداء على حق الإنسان في سمعته وشرفه واعتباره، لاسيما بعد انتشار مواقع الدردشة وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وغزوها لمجتمعاتنا العربية.
وتتجسد اشكالية البحث في توضيح كيفية تحقق جريمة انتهاك حرمة الحياة الخاصة في مجال المعلوماتية والتي تثير بدورها العديد من التساؤلات المهمة نوجزها فيما يلي: ما مدى انطباق النصوص التقليدية للحماية القانونية للحياة الخاصة على الاعتداءات المرتكبة عبر الانترنت؟ هل الخصوصية التي عالجها الفقه منذ القرن التاسع عشر تقريبا وكفلتها الدساتير والقوانين الوضعية هي ذات الخصوصية التي نتحدث عنها في العصر المعلوماتي أم أنها ذات محتوى مغاير؟ .
The Internet has become globally, regionally and locally more use than any other means of communication with others Where the transfer of social, commercial, political, cultural and economic activity from the physical world to the virtual world "electronic environment", Day after day, the continuous development of information technology has led to the creation of a virtual environment in which information and communication flow across the border, which has led to the violation of the human right to reputation and honor, especially after the spread of chat sites and social networks and invasion of our Arab communities.
The question of how to investigate the crime of violating private privacy in the field of informatics, which raises many important questions, is summarized as follows: To what extent do traditional texts apply to the legal protection of private life for cyber attacks? Is the privacy that has been addressed by the jurisprudence since the nineteenth century almost guaranteed by the constitutions and statutes are the same privacy that we are talking about in the information age or is it content with different?
Le but de ce travail est d’évaluer l’aptitude du modèle de turbulence nonlinéaire , mis au point par Park et al. (2003) [5], pour reproduire correctement l’anisotropie des contraintes normales du tenseur de Reynolds en proche – paroi. Les résultats obtenus sont comparés à ceux du modèle linéaire et du modèle standard . L’application concerne l’étude de l’écoulement turbulent bidimensionnel autour d’un profil aérodynamique NACA 0012, soumis à un angle d’incidence de  et un nombre de Reynolds de 500.000. La méthode des volumes finis est utilisée pour résoudre les équations de conservation de la masse et de la quantité de mouvement. La prédiction de l’anisotropie est fortement liée aux corrections dans la région proche paroi. Le présent modèle est parfaitement réalisable et reproduit bien la relation non linéaire dans la région proche - paroi. A la lumière des résultats obtenus, on montre que le modèle linéaire et le modèle standard sont incapables à prédire correctement l’anisotropie des contraintes normales au voisinage de la paroi.
