أصبح موضوع  التغيرات المناخية من أهم الموضوعات التي تشغل المجتمع الدولي، وبشكل خاص المجتمع المصري نظراً لما شهدته الدولة المصرية والعالم من آثار غير تقليدية في الظواهر الجوية على مدار فصول السنة الأربعة، وتأسيساً على ذلك أصبح البحث عن حلول جماعية لهذا المُهدد الجديد للأمن الجماعي الدولي، وخاصة الدولة المصرية كأحد الدول المطلة على سواحل بحرية مهددة بالغرق، أمرا مصيريا لكافة الدول ومسئولية الدول الصناعية الخمس الكبرى باعتبارها المسؤولة الأساسية المسببة لنشأة وتطور هذا المُهدد الجديد. لذا يعد الوعى بظاهرة التغير المناخي أحد الركائز الأساسية في عملية إدارة الأزمة، ولكنها ليست كافية وحدها، بل يتطلب لإدارة الأزمة الوقوف على الأسباب المؤدية للظاهرة ومخاطرها الواقعة حالياً وفى المستقبل القريب، ووضع حلول عملية تحد من الظاهرة ومعالجتها على المدى القريب والبعيد، وعلى المستوى الدولة المصرية محلياً، والمستوى الدولي عالمياً.

Our study consisted in the characterization of the superconductingmaterial Pr123 using the acoustic method and the non destructive testing(NDT). Our work was performed at high working frequency of 600MHz.We studied the superconducting bulk system with the use of a couplingfluid to obtain propagation modes. The determination of these modesaccording to the Brekhovskikh model and the modeling of the reflectioncoefficient R(θ) and the acoustic signature V(z), allows us to determinethe moduli of elasticity of the studied superconducting material: Young’smodulus (E) and shear modulus (G) in order to determine the criticalangles: longitudinal (θ L ), transverse (θ T ) and Rayleigh critical angle (θ R )which correspond respectively to the longitudinal acoustic wave, thetransverse acoustic wave and the Rayleigh acoustic wave propagating inthe superconducting material Pr123.
