كثرت المنازعات الفقهية والتشريعية والقضائية حول مدى الاعتماد على البصمة الوراثية كدليل في اثبات النسب  او نفيه, حيث ظهرت التجارب ان نتائجها وصلت الى درجة اليقين بحوالي 99% , فالبصمة الوراثية هي تدل على هوية كل فرد بعينه, ولها الكثير من مجالات الاستفادة منها في اثبات النسب: كما في حالة اختلاط بين المواليد في المستشفيات, وفي حالة الاشتباه في اطفال التلقيح الاصطناعي او مايعرف باطفال الانابيب, ويرى البعض من الفقه المعاصر عدم الاعتماد على البصمة الوراثية الا ما تقبل فيه قرينة القيافة, بينما توسع الاخر في اعتمادها دليلا مستقلا يغني عن اللعان ويكفي في تحديد النسب اثباتا ونفيا, وبما ان موضوع البصمة الوراثية يعد من ادق واهم المواضيع المتصلة بالنسب والذي ظهر حديثآ في عصرنا هذا, توجب علينا توظيف مجالات استخدام البصمة الوراثية والاستفادة منها وبيان الاراء الفقهية والقانونية واجتهادات القضاء, حول اثبات النسب ونفيه, ولاسيما في تغيير البناء الاجتماعي التقليدي وتطور التقنيات العلمية وفقا للقواعد الشرعية والقانونية العامة.
 
The exact solvable model of the Rydberg dressed interaction for twoparticles proposed by Kościk et al. is analyzed in the differentdimensions to single out the impact of the dimensionality. First weanalyze the effect on the energy spectrum then spatial correlations arestudied as the radial density distribution versus the position in the threedimensionalities. The results clarify the effect of the centrifugal forcesin the presence of long range interaction.
