الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التحقيق في فعالية الألعاب التفاعلية الالكترونية فيما يتعلق بتعلم قواعد اللغة الإنجليزية الأساسية بين طلاب المدارس المتوسطة. تشكلت عينة الدراسة من طالبات الصف الأول المتوسط من مدرسة ثانوية العلم المسائية للبنات ، حيث كان عددهم (٤٠) مجموعتين يضمان المجموعة التجريبية لها (٢٠) طالبتاً. والمجموعة الضابطة كان عددهم (٢٠) طالبتاً ، ومن النتائج التي حصلنا عليها

توجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0,05 ) في الصف الأول المتوسط ( المجموعة التجريبية) الذين تعلموا اللغة الإنجليزية من خلال استخدام الألعاب الالكترونية بينما تعلمها نظرائهم بالطريقة التقليدية. وتوصية الباحثّة بضرورة الاهتمام باستخدام الألعاب الالكترونية لتعزيز تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في جميع المراحل التعليمية حتى تصبح جزءًا من شخصية الطالبات ، وتشجيع المعلمين على الاستفادة من استخدام الألعاب الالكترونية في تعليمهم كوسيلة لزيادة تحفيز الطالبات.
يبحث هذا المقال إشكالية تقييم الديمقراطية وتعدد المعايير والمؤشرات التي تحتويها نماذج التقييم المختلفة. وقد أدى عدم الاتفاق على معايير موحدة لقياس وضع الديمقراطية على المستووين القطري والعالمي إلى تباينات في قراءة المشهد الديمقراطي بصفة عامة، وعلى ترتيب الدول وتصنيفها ضمن مختلف التقارير السنوية التي ترصد حالة الديمقراطية في العالم.
ومن خلال استعراض مكونات ثلاثة من أبرز مؤشرات الديمقراطية في العالم، والتي تعدها كل من منظمة فريدوم هاوس، ووحدة الاستعلامات التابعة للايكونوميست، والمؤسسة الدولية للديمقراطية والانتخابات، وجدنا أن السبب الرئيس وراء هذا الاضطراب يكمن في عدم الاتفاق على تعريف الديمقراطية ومكوناتها وأنماطها في مختلف المؤشرات، بالاضافة إلى العوائق المنهجية في عملية جمع البيانات وترجمتها. وهو ما أثر حتى على التصور العام بشأن وضعية الديمقراطية في العالم، وهل هي في تقدم أو تراجع.
This article deals with the problem of assessing democracy and the multiplicity of criteria and indicators contained in the various evaluation models. The failure to agree on unified criteria for measuring the status of democracy at the national and international levels has led to some discrepancies in reading the democratic scene in general, and on the ranking of countries and their classification within the various annual reports that describe the state of democracy in the world.
By reviewing the components of three of the most prominent indexes of democracy in the world, edited by Freedom House, the Economist Intelligence Unit and the Institute of Democracy and Electoral Assistance, we found that the main reason behind this confusion lies in the lack of agreement on the definition of democracy, its components and its patterns in the various indexes, In addition to the methodological obstacles in data collection and translation process. This has affected even the general perception of the state of democracy in the world, and is it in progress or regression.
