القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة يعتبران الأصل وما سواهما فرع عنهما ، فهما عمدة في تقرير الأحكام الشرعية لمراد الله تعالى من عباده . السنة النبوية بها يعرف بيان كثير من نصوص القرآن ، فهي التي ترشدنا إلى معرفة بيان النص القرآني ، ومن هنا يتبين لنا جلياً منزلة ومكانة ووظيفة السنة بالنسبة للقرآن . و مصدر الكتاب والسنة واحد وهو الوحي الإلهي ، والآيات القرآنية أجمعت على وجوب طاعة الرسول  في كل ما دعى إليه. لا تعارض بين القرآن والسنة ، ولا بأي شكل من الأشكال ، بل يتعاضد ويتوافق القرآن معها ، ويكمل أحدهما الأخر ، لأن كليهما وحي من عند الله تعالى ، فهما متلازمان ، لا يمكن بحال من الأحوال أن ينفصل وينفك أحدهما عن الآخر ، ولا يمكن الاستغناء عن أحدهما أبداً . والصواب أن نقول عند تعارض نصين ظاهرين بين الكتاب والسنة فلا نقدم أحدهما على الآخر ، فيهمل نص ويؤخذ بآخر ، لأن التعارض في الظاهر فقط ، وإلا كيف يتعارضان ومصدر هما واحد ، وهو الوحي الإلهي ، فمنشأ التعارض إما في الظاهر ، أو قصر في فهم النصوص والجهل في إحاطتها . وصدق الله عندما قال :  وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِنْدِ غَيْرِ اللهِ لَوَجَدُوا فِيْهِ اخْتِلاَفاً كَثِيْراً  [ النساء : 82 ] . أن التعارض الظاهري بين نصوص الشرع لا يعدوا أن يكون وهم في ذهن القارئ ، ويزول هذا الوهم ويدفع ببيان الائتلاف بين الأحاديث من خلال الجمع ، أو بيان النسخ أو الترجيح . uling on the contradiction between Quran and Sunnah) The Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet are considered as the origin and what is not a branch of them. The Sunnah of the Prophets knows many of the texts of the Qur'aan, which guide us to the knowledge of the Qur'anic text. Hence, the status, status and function of the Sunnah in relation to the Qur'an are clear. And the source of the Qur'aan and the Sunnah, which is the divine revelation, and the Quranic verses unanimously agreed that the Prophet should be obeyed in all that he was called. تتناول رواية "الحوات والقصر" علاقة السلطة بالمجتمع، وما يشوبها من سلبيات، تلخصها الهوة الواسعة بين الطرفين، ومشاهد الظلم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ملامح "العجائبية" في رحلة علي الحوات، وكذلك تبيين دور "العجائبية" في تشكيل وعي الشخصيات. وجدت الدراسة أن العجائبية قادرة على التعبير عما هو غير مألوف وخطير وجديد. أما ملامح العجائبية فتتمثل أولا في الموضوع، وثانيا في العناصر السردية؛ وهكذا، حضرت محتويات الرواية بطريقة غير مباشرة، وجاءت المدلولات مفخمة.
The novel "Al-Hawat walqasr" deals with the relationship of political power with society, and its negative features, summarized by the wide gap between the two parties, and scenes of injustice.
