هدفت هذِه الدراسة التعرف على (تطبيق استراتيجية الفصل المعكوس لتدريس الفيزياء وأَثرها في التحصيل لدى مُتعلمات الصف الثاني المتوسط )، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بصياغة فرضيّة بديلة، حيث اِعتمدت على التصميم التجريبي لقياس الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل، واِشتملت عينة الدراسة على طالبات الصّف الثاني المتوسط كَجزء من مُجتمع الدراسة المتمثل بمتوسطة الاعتماد للبنات في مركز مُحافظَة بابل في العراق، وتم اِختيار شُعبتين بصورة عشوائيّة ( ج ، د )، لتمثل شُعبة ( ج ) المجموعة التجريبية التي خضعت لتجربة الصّف المقلوب وتكونت من ( 42 ) طالبة أما الشعبة ( د ) تُمثل المجموعة الضابطة التي خضعت للطريقة التقليديّة في التدريس وتكونت من ( 42 ) طالبة، ولإعداد أَسئلة الاختبار التحصيلي حددت الباحثة ( 72 ) هدف سُلوكي تضمنت مُستويات بلوم الأربعة في المجال المعرفي والتي شملت ( المعرفة والاستيعاب والتحليل والتطبيق )، وبعد الانتهاء من بناء أداة الدراسة المتمثل بالاختبار التحصيلي والذي تضمَّنَ ( 24 ) فقرة، لقياس تحصِيل الطالبات، وتوصلت الباحثة إِلى إِنَّ اِستخدام استراتيجية الفصل المقلوب زاد من تحصيل الطالبات، لِذا اِقترحت الباحثة تطبيق هذِه الاستراتيجيّة لمراحل دراسيّة مُختلفة ومواد مُختلفة كمادتي ( الرياضيّات والأَحياء ).

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الأثر الإيجابي لابتكار منتج جديد ممثلا في الإسمنت المقاوم للأملاح(CPA-CEM I 42,5 ES) على أداء شركة إسمنت عين التوتة (باتنة) ممثلا في حجم المبيعات، وأثبتت النتائج المتحصل عليها أنّ المنتج الجديد المبتكر قد أسهم في رفع حجم المبيعات والنتائج المالية.
قدم الباحثان بعضا من المقترحات أبرزها: أن تحاول المؤسسة العمل على توسيع تجربة إنتاج الإسمنت المقاوم للأملاح ليشمل مناطق أخرى في الجنوب الجزائري وخاصة التي تعاني من ظاهرة صعود المياه الجوفية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير بقية وحدات إنتاج الرمل والحصى للعمل وفق الشروط البيئية.

The study aims to highlight the positive impact of the innovation of a new product represented by the salt-resistant cement (CPA-CEM I 42,5 ES) on the performance of Ain Touta Cement Company (Batna) represented in the volume of sales, and the results obtained showed that the innovative new product has contributed to raising the volume of sales and financial results.
The two researchers presented some proposals, the most prominent of which are: The corporation should try to work on expanding the experience of producing salt-resistant cement to include other regions in the Algerian south, especially those suffering from the phenomenon of the rise of groundwater, in addition to developing the rest of the sand and gravel production units to work according to environmental conditions.
