هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع الدورات التدريبية في مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن، كما تهدف إلى ‏التعرف على دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين اداء الموظفين في مجالس ‏الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في ‏الأردن، وأخيراً التعرف على العوائق والتحديات التي تحول دون تقديم برامج تدريبية فعالة للعاملين في ‏مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن وكيف يمكن معالجتها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث اعتمد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة والتي تمثلت بـ (132) موظفاً وموظفة من مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات التابعة للعاصمة عمان، وقد تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS 26 واستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك أثر إيجابي للدورات التدريبية في تحسين وتطوير أداء الموظفين، كما بينت النتائج أن واقع الدورات التدريبية في مجالس الخدمات المشتركة والبلديات في الأردن جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ومن أهم المعيقات أمام تقديم البرامج التدريبية كان عدم توافر الوقت الكافي لتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية بسبب الضغوط ‏العملية‏. وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على وضع خطط تدريبية متناسبة مع احتياجات المؤسسات وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتنفيذها، وكذلك تقييم الأولويات والتركيز على الجوانب الأساسية للأعمال المهمة.

 نهدف من خلال مقالنا هذا إلى التعريف بصوفي جزائري؛ وهو عبد القادر بن محمد المشهور بسيدي الشيخ وبسيرته الذاتية وبزواياه التي أسسها وأفكاره الصوفية التي كان يؤمن بها حسب ما توفر لدينا من مصادر ومراجع عنه. ونحن نطمح من خلال محاولتنا هذه أن نرسم صورة صادقة لسيرته ونُجلي حقيقتها ونكشف بعض الغموض في تصورها خدمة للبحث العلمي والثقافة الوطنية. ومن النتائج التي توصلنا إليها؛ أن عبد القادر بن محمد الذي ظل طيلة حياته متنقلا بين جنوب شرق المغرب الأقصى وجنوب غرب الجزائر خلال القرنين 10 و11 هـ الموافق لـ 16 و17م كان أكثر رجال الصوفية تأثيرا في مجتمعه وعصره؛ نظرا لما قدمه من أعمال وما سجله من مواقف وما ساهم به من منجزات.

Through our article, we aim to introduce an Algerian Sufi, who is Abd-el-Kader Bin Mohamed, who is famous for Sidi Sheikh, his biography, Zawiya he founded, and his Sufi ideas that he believed in according to what we have from sources and references on him. We aspire, through our attempt, to draw a true picture of his biography, and I reveal her truth, and we reveal some of the mysteries in her perception of the scientific research service and national culture. Among the results we reached, which is that Abd al-Qadir bin Muhammad, who throughout his life traveled between the far southeast of Morocco and southwestern Algeria during the 10th and 11th centuries AH corresponding to the 16th and 17th AD, was the most influential Sufi man in his society and era, given his deeds and his record From the positions and the achievements he contributed.
